Dear Support Team

I am writing this mail after getting frustrated by pathetic response from Customer Care Executives.

I have logged a complaint 18971910 for my IFB washing machine (Alena Aqua) on 31 Dec 2016. I described the complete problem and then i was given assurance that some technician will contact within 48 hours.

But non called me and also when we did multiple follow up they are not responding positively and saying someone will attend to our problem but nothing happened so far.

Please help us to get this case attended to concerned expert team.

    Good day,

    We purchased this product and it was giving electric shocks as we took it out and tried to use it. Defective product received, someone from ifb came for demo and took the request for replacement as defective product was received, however no response is received in 2 weeks, so i have launched a complaint with ifb customer service and still no response after 4 days. This is our first ifb product and i am really having very bad service experience with ifb.

      Complaint no [protected] dated 27/12/2016. We filed a complaint with the call center since there was a burning smell coming from the machine and the inner tub was not rotating. We were told the complain was flagged as urgent and next day morning we would have a technician visit us. Next day we called the service center at malad to check on the time the technician would arrive and for every call made we were told within an hour. After waiting for the full day the service center lady said they had only one technician and he was not contactable. On speaking to the service center head who was rude and said we were not the only customer that he had, a technician arrived in half an hour. The motor was burnt and technician said he would come the next day n fix new motor. Next day no site of the technician. After another day when we call the center we are told that they had only one spare motor which also turned faulty. This is on fri and we are told monday somebody would attend to us. On calling call center again to file a complaint on our grievances we were given two numbers of seniors at mumbai. On calling them one phone switched off and other doesn't respond. Call center calls back after 3 hours stating monday they will replace motor. Today is monday and after following up with service center we are told motor not available and technician will come tomorrow.

      In today's era of customer delight i'm really surprised to see that an international top brand is not able to even deliver basic customer service. I fail to understand how center says that they have only one technician, have only one motor as a spare spare. Aren't they supposed to hold any stock with them? Centre manager has the audacity to tell us we are not his only customers. Has ifb got so many customers that now customers are not respected?

      I registered complaint no.18902671microwave last four week ago but no response towards company .i called so many times but company give me fake satisfaction on phone, mail Facebook etc.please take action on my complaint and call me [protected], or email:[protected]@yahoo.com.

        Hello Team,

        I have bought a IFB Microwave last year in the month of January and ever since I started using it, I found some issues of loud noise. I raised a complaint with your Call centre and somebody came to fix the same. The fix resulted in another issue of Food burning (convection mode). This issue I have been raising since then with no resolution. The latest complaint I raised with your team is on 7th dec (Complaint #[protected]) which is yet not resolved.

        I believed IFB responds to customer complaints but I am WRONG and I am writing this just in a lost hope that somebody responsible can take this complaint to closure and restore my faith for IFB customer services.

          We purchased ifb eva aqua vx 6.5kg last year. Since first wash washing not good. Even small dirt is not removed. I complained that pls replace this model with senorita. But they did not accept.they said you havE to buy new one only, we won't replace. But this is a failure model. Very disappointed with This.i purchased because of brand name only. Not a worthy model. Because of worst washing I am nOkt using this.hand wash only

            3. Told in clear terms of inability to attend by 1200 hrs.

            5. Today again a call came the person concerned simply announces that he is coming over for demo.

              I am sorry to say we purchased dish washer neptune vx and senator top model washing machine, and both these products delivered on 17 december, 2016. There technical person came after 4- 5days. After opening the cartoons he found there is major dent in dishwasher. He went back with a promise that he will return within 2- 3 days and replace the dent cover part. Since then we calling daily on their customer care no. No one replying. Even we were not given the demo also. Pl look into matters, and help to redress our problems.

              Our washing machine is just 2 year old and we have got it repaired atleast 5 times. The machine slways shows error 'pressostat' and stops working.                 Sir, I bought washing machine, IFB Make model Elite Plus VX 1200 RPM from M/S: Pawan Arcade, Muzaffarpur Bihar, bill no. 2664 dtd 2/8/2016.                 The door of washing machine (front load) is not closing properly.
                when we contacted the toll free they told us to produce the AMC. we said we have lost the paper and did tell them mthe cheque number, bank namae and amount and told them to look into their records...they didnt !!!

                Surprised to see 'I don't care attitude !!!' of IFB.

                  Some time back my washing machine was not working properly. On lodging a complaint at your phone number the service provider came and changed the panel. But the new panel (?) is also not working properly. It gets hanged in between the process of washing and the timings of washing's are also different from the original panel.Again Lodged a complaint on phone many days back but no body came to get it replaced. Please get it done at the earliest possible.

                    I have raised a complaint on 16 / 12 / 2016 regarding the machine instability in working. It was not working properly, means used to rotate some time and some time not. Also I said that the stabilizer provided is not working properly and there is a huge amount of leakage in the outlet. The stabilizer was provided by IFB itself. So with all these issues the customer care, they took the complaint and gave a complaint number "[protected]".

                    Two days after an engineer named "Raja" from their local franchise came to my house and inspected the machine. He said that there are some problems and some items needs to be replaced and he left saying that the items will be replaced within 3 days. He didn't say what has to be replaced. Days gone he did not turn up. Not even a call from the franchise or the customer care side or person who came for inspection.

                    On 23/12/2016, I called up the customer care again. Venkatesh from the customer care side picked up the call. I said him all the details. He replied with sorry. He said the complaint is being escalated so that its get resolved ASAP. He gave the number of the person who is the head of franchise. Divya. Venkatesh said me to call her and get the details on the complaint directly.

                    So I called Divya on the same day 23/12/2016. She picked up the call and I just asked about the status of the complaint. She cooly replied that she will be giving a callback in 15 mins. She didn't turn up.

                    With all this struggles my machine still remains under problem. The customer care says we are there to help you 24/7. But when the call is made to customer care its neither attended or attended after a long time to make sure all my money from my mobile gets debited and with this frustration I do not call the customer care again which gives them a chance to close the complaint and throwing the blame on them. I am not lying the closure of complaint happened without resolution. I can provide the details.

                    One more good thing about this franchise is that, the call and torture to avail the AMC and when there is a complaint they never turn up no the customer care.

                    Customer care says your complaint is escalated but what happens on the other side I do not know. I cant see what has been entered by the customer care representative about the discussion on the complaint. They cooly say Sorry and say the issue will be resolved with high priority and ASAP.

                    This company with its customer care and franchise make fool out of the customer. They are just playing with the customers patients and feelings.

                    Noting can be done to the company or the customer care or the franchise because they are big people. The can do any thing. The affected ones are the customer by all means.

                    I request to resolve the issues with the machine completely. Completely in the sense the person who visits my house should not ask the customer what the complaint is, he himself has to identify all the problems and resolve it.

                      i received a call from [protected], he said he is from IFB, but he is using un parliamentary language.

                      today i called more than 5 times to customer care, most of the time call was disconnected without full conversation, i would suggest people not to go with IFB

                      its very funny reply and it shows the coordination among IFB teams, i spoke to more than 5 people on 3rd january and i spent around 2 hours time only for discussions...i asked reply for my 5 queries...awaiting for the same, please check with your customer care team..

                      going forward i will recommend to IN my known circle, PLEASE DONT BUY ANY IFB ITEM..if we buy IFB product, we will loose our time, money and above all we will loose the PEACE...

                      From last 2 days I received more than 10 calls from different numbers, out of all these one gentle man discussed in detail Ashok([protected]), I hope he will resolve the issue, but still I have one concern why IFB is supporting to one of their franchise (soorya associates) who are not at all doing good service to the customer.

                      In last 4 years I recommended many people to buy IFB, but now I am thinking what should be my position in case if they get any service problem.

                      I would request to IFB, please retain the customer faith and hope..

                          Purchased a washing machine model eva-vx. Until last months service none of the service engineers stated that two filters had to be used. The service engineer who came for service yesterday stated that since we had used two filters the inner filter has weakened and the condenser is heating very quick. Why was it on informed at the times of installation?
                          I had changed the filter in end of august, and he says the filter is bad and needs to be replaced and there is no warranty. By paying 1800 do you say that the filter will not work for more than 4months. Which completely not acceptable.
                          Last, calling your customer care to say the story stated above and the response i get is a disconnected line not once but twice. If they are not right people they should redirect and not hang the phone on the customers face.

                            I am the consumer of ifb product since last 7-8 years and purchased washing machine : ifb elena x 5 kg approx. as the loading capacity. My other details are as follows -

                            I have registered my complaint about ifb washing machine not working on 21 st October, 2016 with complaint no : 18610419

                            After registering the complaint, the engineer/technician concerned came to our residence some 15 days of filing of complaint, and said the switch has some defects and the same needs to be changed.are defected and this part will be changed.

                            A total of more than 2months has passed after that but there is no sign whatsoever of your technician. Repeated calls were made to your franchisee office but to no avail.

                            I am highly disappointed with the feedback i got from your authorized service center, as they are yet to come or intimate.

                            I am equally disappointed by this kind of response from such a reputed company and i am expecting an immediate response to our problems.

                              We have purchased a IFB Washing Machine Automatic model No- AW7201WB. The purpose of writing was I had complaint many times regarding my machine error E-5. This has been now more than a month that I have to call the IFB customer care number every 3-4 days. The engineer visits the home every time changes some parts. Later after 2-3 days the machine shows the same problem of Error E-5. Either the engineers are not well trained that the are unable to resolved the same issues for which i am complaining from last two months or I think this is the life of a IFB product. I was expecting a good service from IFB when I purchased the product, but the product and there services had really disappointed me. Below are few complaint number references.

                                Raised a service complaint for fixing the door on IFB Washing m/c. Continuous False promises of sending a service engineer within 1 hour, 2 hours etc and still engineer has not been sent to fix the problem. At least if the time of service was told, we can plan our other activities accordingly. Extremely agitated by the attitude of the KBS Services representatives (Manjunath and Raghavendra) who seem to be taking the customers for a ride. They dont attend phone calls from our number, but if we call from some other number, they answer the call and we get 1 more false promise to get our problem fixed in 1 hour. IFB should also take equal responsibility for not choosing the right franchise and not monitoring the services of such franchise properly. We also have an AMC - what is the point of having an AMC for such shoddy services?

                                THE ABOVE COMPLAINT WAS RAISED ON THIS FORUM A YEAR AGO. AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. STILL SIMILAR BEHAVIOR. MANJU DOESN'T ATTEND CALLS AND FALSE PROMISES OF GETTING WORK DONE THE NEXT DAY.

                                  I filed a complaint (Ticket no: [protected]) that after i load machine clothes, no water inlet was happening. The service person came and attended the call after 3 days of complaint confirmation. He told that he will be bringing the things to rectify the issue. Its been more than one week after that, no sign of person turning up to rectify the issue. I have opened another complaint that my complaint has not been rectified (Ticket No: [protected] ). This is not the first time am facing issue with your people when i filed a complaint that my machine is not working and the issue has been rectified after one month, this time am taking it too much serious. Do i have send my clothes to laundry evn after purchasing the machine at home.

                                  I can understand all situations that it takes time to rectify issues but the service person didn't even tell us the nature of issue, only after calling the service center the people from the service desk told the actual issue and promised that they would rectify soon but still no thumbs up. I called the service person directly and enquired about it, but his answer was ask the service center. When called service center they would politely say me we will send service person to rectify the issue. This is being carried for more than 1 week. The service person is also not answering properly. The interesting thing is that i get a tooltip that not to use abusive language while submitting complaints but i think you people have to teach the same to your service person also.

                                      And i am taking amc every year from authorized service center of east delhi:

                                      I have registered my complaint about ifb washing machine not working properly on 22 nd nov, 2016 with complaint no : 18783733

                                      I am highly disappointed with the feedback i got from you authorized service center, they are making me fool every day.
                                      After registering the complaint, the engineer mohan singh choudhary came on 23rd nov, 2016 and said the ball bearings are defected and this part will be changed, then he bought new parts on 25th nov, 2016 and replaced the old parts.
                                      From 25th nov, 2016 our wash machine is not working properly and the condition got more worse after he change the part.

                                      Then i register new complaint on 23rd dec, 2016 with complaint no: 18931940

                                      Then a new engineer came and said that previous engineer has not fit the ball bearing part properly and now shockers also got damaged and fitting is also not done properly.
                                      We are constantly chasing this quantum care from 22nd nov, 2016, but till now our problem is not resolved and everyday quantum care employee named : ms. Preeti is making our fool and giving us false commitments to repair soon. But no engineer has visited to inspect or resolve the problem till now.

                                      Now, the engineer came to fix the problem mishandled the washing machine as he was is very hurry to take the next call (Engineer name: mohan singh choudhary) so he broke bottom covering plate in front o[censored]s while repairing the shockers. When i pointed out his mistake he said "sir i will get you the new part as its my mistake". Then after chasing fro 1 month, today i got this answer : that consumer has to pay the parts charges which is rs 350/-

                                      Now please clarify me on this that what can be done, because now i am frustrated in dealing with this fraud company : quantum care

                                      I am highly disappointed by this kind of response from such a reputed company and i am experiencing a great problem as my wife is on bad rest and when i am in so much need o[censored]sing washing machine, i am finding myself as helpless.

                                      Please provide a quick response and take necessary action against this fraud company : quantum care.
                                      I am senior advocate from delhi high court, so please don't compel me to knock at consumer court and take a hard step on which the company's reputation will be at risk.

                                        Myself Geetanjali Bhatt had a problem with my washing machine as it was creating a screeching noise during its wash cycle l therefore lodged a complaint with IFB customer care and a technician was sent after two days who told that the belt has to be replaced and therefore after a day he brought a belt of improper specification and with much difficulty somehow the belt was fixed After very few days the drum stopped rotating and hence once again the complaint was lodged with the ticket no [protected] .Again after 4 days another technician brought the belt with the faulty and installed it. As expected after a day the drum stopped rotating and again a complaint was lodged with the ticket
                                        No[protected].
                                        I had been harassed and agonised by the apathy shown by not only the customer care of IFB who simply give false hopes and also the local authorized service centre who don't bother to give a proper response As a result of this l am facing health problems because everyday they keep me waiting by their false assurances. I made a great mistake by going for IFB .I had also given a mail to the customer care services but no response from them
                                        I think they are taking their consumers for granted as my machine is only one year old and hence under warranty
                                        I hope my grievance against IFB would be taken with due concern and necessary action would be taken as I am undergoing a lot of stress due to their irresponsible attitude

                                        My problem has been solved after an ordeal of about 20days.The mails sent to IFB customer care together with the complaint details posted in this forum prompted the concerned persons to take Swift action to replace the required spare part and restore the machine to working condition Thank you for the response even though it was a delayed response

                                        Even now l happened to get in touch with the customer care who seems to be helpless regarding my problem.So he gave me the number of IFBco ordinator of Secunderabad region and asked me to contact him But the person jyoti Babu is not even picking up the call .lthought IFB would try to act in response to the complaint lodged through this forum but that doesn't seem to happen . This is what the plight of anyone who is a customer of IFB

                                        Even the problem has been notified and escalated unless and otherwise the required spare part is not being dispatched from the customer care support at the earliest the problem will remain unresolved.Because the local co ordinator seems to be helpless with respect to the spare part Please unless due initiative is not taken by IFB customer support my agony would not end .Total faith is lost in IFB .
