I am the Consumer of IFB products from past 5 years and purchased washing Machine : IFB ELENA DX 5.5 KG
And i am taking AMC every year from Authorized Service Center of East Delhi:

Now, the Engineer came to fix the problem mishandled the washing machine as he was is very hurry to take the next call (Engineer Name: MOHAN SINGH CHOUDHARY) so he broke bottom Covering Plate in front o[censored]s while repairing the shockers. When i pointed out his mistake He said "sir i will get you the new part as its my Mistake". Then after chasing fro 1 month, today i got this answer : That consumer has to pay the parts Charges which is Rs 350/-
Now please clarify me on this that what can be done, Because now i am frustrated in dealing with this Fraud Company : QUANTUM CARE
I am highly disappointed by this kind of Response from Such a Reputed Company and i am experiencing a great problem as My wife is on bad rest and when i am in so much need o[censored]sing Washing Machine, I am finding myself as helpless.
Please provide a quick Response and take necessary action against this Fraud Company : QUANTUM CARE.
I am Senior Advocate from DELHI HIGH COURT, so please don't compel me to knock at Consumer Court and take a hard step on which the Company's reputation will be at risk.

From last 2 days I received more than 10 calls from different numbers, out of all these one gentle man discussed in detail Ashok([protected]), I hope he will resolve the issue, but still I have one concern why IFB is supporting to one of their franchise (soorya associates) who are not at all doing good service to the customer.
In last 4 years I recommended many people to buy IFB, but now I am thinking what should be my position in case if they get any service problem.
I would request to IFB, please retain the customer faith and hope..
