Sir, I am senthilkumar, i had ifb washing machine, now it"s not working, so i registered my complaint in ifb customer care on 08.12.2016, complaint no-[protected], but till date the problem is not solved, any person not attend the problem, but i got a sms the problem is solved, so once again i registered my complaint, but not use to my problem, so plea rectified my washing machine repair sir, thank you

    I am the consumer of ifb products from past 5 years and purchased washing machine : ifb elena dx 5.5 kg
    And i am taking amc every year from authorized service center of east delhi:
    Amc number : d[protected]
    Quantum care address: 15, radhay shyam park, parwana road, new delhi -110051

    I have registered my complaint about ifb washing machine not working properly on 22 nd nov, 2016 with complaint no : 18783733

    I am highly disappointed with the feedback i got from you authorized service center, they are making me fool every day.
    After registering the complaint, the engineer mohan singh choudhary came on 23rd nov, 2016 and said the ball bearings are defected and this part will be changed, then he bought new parts on 25th nov, 2016 and replaced the old parts.
    From 25th nov, 2016 our wash machine is not working properly and the condition got more worse after he change the part.

    Then i register new complaint on 23rd dec, 2016 with complaint no: 18931940

    Then a new engineer came and said that previous engineer has not fit the ball bearing part properly and now shockers also got damaged and fitting is also not done properly.
    We are constantly chasing this quantum care from 22nd nov, 2016, but till now our problem is not resolved and everyday quantum care employee named : ms. Preeti is making our fool and giving us false commitments to repair soon. But no engineer has visited to inspect or resolve the problem till now.

    Now, the engineer came to fix the problem mishandled the washing machine as he was is very hurry to take the next call (Engineer name: mohan singh choudhary) so he broke bottom covering plate in front o[censored]s while repairing the shockers. When i pointed out his mistake he said "sir i will get you the new part as its my mistake". Then after chasing fro 1 month, today i got this answer : that consumer has to pay the parts charges which is rs 350/-

    Now please clarify me on this that what can be done, because now i am frustrated in dealing with this fraud company : quantum care

    I am highly disappointed by this kind of response from such a reputed company and i am experiencing a great problem as my wife is on bad rest and when i am in so much need o[censored]sing washing machine, i am finding myself as helpless.

    Please provide a quick response and take necessary action against this fraud company : quantum care.
    I am senior advocate from delhi high court, so please don't compel me to knock at consumer court and take a hard step on which the company's reputation will be at risk.

      Myself Geetanjali Bhatt had a problem with my washing machine as it was creating a screeching noise during its wash cycle l therefore lodged a complaint with IFB customer care and a technician was sent after two days who told that the belt has to be replaced and therefore after a day he brought a belt of improper specification and with much difficulty somehow the belt was fixed After very few days the drum stopped rotating and hence once again the complaint was lodged with the ticket no [protected] .Again after 4 days another technician brought the belt with the faulty and installed it. As expected after a day the drum stopped rotating and again a complaint was lodged with the ticket
      No[protected].
      I had been harassed and agonised by the apathy shown by not only the customer care of IFB who simply give false hopes and also the local authorized service centre who don't bother to give a proper response As a result of this l am facing health problems because everyday they keep me waiting by their false assurances. I made a great mistake by going for IFB .I had also given a mail to the customer care services but no response from them
      I think they are taking their consumers for granted as my machine is only one year old and hence under warranty
      I hope my grievance against IFB would be taken with due concern and necessary action would be taken as I am undergoing a lot of stress due to their irresponsible attitude

      My problem has been solved after an ordeal of about 20days.The mails sent to IFB customer care together with the complaint details posted in this forum prompted the concerned persons to take Swift action to replace the required spare part and restore the machine to working condition Thank you for the response even though it was a delayed response

      Even now l happened to get in touch with the customer care who seems to be helpless regarding my problem.So he gave me the number of IFBco ordinator of Secunderabad region and asked me to contact him But the person jyoti Babu is not even picking up the call .lthought IFB would try to act in response to the complaint lodged through this forum but that doesn't seem to happen . This is what the plight of anyone who is a customer of IFB

      Even the problem has been notified and escalated unless and otherwise the required spare part is not being dispatched from the customer care support at the earliest the problem will remain unresolved.Because the local co ordinator seems to be helpless with respect to the spare part Please unless due initiative is not taken by IFB customer support my agony would not end .Total faith is lost in IFB .

        I have registered complaint on the issue of drum on Nov 24 2016. from four weeks regularly i am calling customer care and floor supervisor/managers false assurance has been given but my problem has not been solved. I am fed of with IFB services. enough is enough and i had made a wrong choice of buying IFB machine. since it is giving poor service i would like to return the product and refund my money back. within one year machine has spoiled then what about the quality of the product.
        And i had spoken to Mrs Suman, ( Some type of supervisor) she assured me to call back recently and she has not done that.
        like wise i have spoken similar authorities also.
        Local Managers are not attending my call.
        Mr. Santhosh from Bangalore( [protected]) who does not even receive my call, he just disconnects when i sent a message, he replied saying they have issues with IFB Franchise ... if thats the case ... It is better close down the company instead of cheating the customers.
        we have students in out institution ( nearly 17, 000) and going to tell them all not to go for IFB. and get cheated.
        and customer care they are giving the number of Mr Prashanth [protected] whose number does not even exists.
        when i inquired about him with local sources they said because of frustration he has left the company long back, they IFB does not even update their directory !!!
        i thought of going to consumers court regarding this issue .
        i have made the record of all the phone calls which i spoke to customer care centers and local supervisors/managers.
        Thank you for your bad services.
        No More IFB again.
        please stop cheating people.
        and i shall not allow this thing to happen in my area.!!!

        I have sent Lots of currency calling IFB and wasted lots of time too.. going to ask compensation for all those things !!! thats sure

          Dishwasher not working. Logged a complaint on 11th December 2016. The Complaint Number is [protected]. in spite of repeated calls and speaking to concerned people the problem remains unattended as on 20th December 2016. As of 19th December 2016 spoke with Mr. Raghavendra at Mobile Number [protected]. He said technician Mr. Manju (Mobile [protected]) will come today by 12 Noon. The time is 2.30 PM and we are still waiting. This is very poor responsiveness and service by IFB. And none of the technicians at the IFB Franchisees know the subject (Dishwasher) either. IFB is selling the product without an effective after-sales support. Better to go for alternate brands like Siemens.

They visited n said there is prob in display. We will come wd in a week n wl replace. After a ni of reminders i am not able to get it done yet. I m facing lots of trouble. Plz do it immidiately

              COMPLAINT UNATTENDED BY Oriental Services - OS9282724 - Please send your representative asap to repair the IFB washing machine.

              Dear Sirs,

              I called up your office (Oriental Services, Shop No 4, Ankur CHS, Near Maharaja Tower, Kanyapada Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400065 Tel [protected], Mob [protected], email [protected]@yahoo.in) and spoke to Mr Rehan on 05/12/2016, and also called up Mr Rahul and then Mr Rohan Sharma on 10/12/2016 who stated that he would get the repair done of my IFB washing machine on a priority basis. So far nothing has happened. I am marking a copy of this email to IFB. My patience is running out.
              I paid Rs 5575/= vide invoice 3234 dated 30/08/2016 of Oriental Services and your person Mr Ashish Goswami attended at that time. But to my dismay, the clothes come out after wash completely wet.I talked to your Mr Gaurav on 21/11/2016 and he stated that he would send Mr Sachin at 4.00 pm same day to repair the machine with no charge payable by me as I did pay earlier and the warranty period continues. But Mr Sachin did not come.
              I then called up Mr Vishal on 23/11/2016 and 26/11/2016 and he stated that Mr Ashish Goswami has left the company and Mr Sachin is very busy and he would send him this coming week.Please send your representative asap to repair the IFB washing machine.

                  My dishwasher has not been working from the past one month, I have launched a complaint to IFB . They came and charged me 4500/- and changed the mother board.
                  Now it is still not working, inspite of writing various compalints they send there junior executives who has not been able to resolve the issue .

                  Each time there executive says a senior person will visit and resolve but nobody makes a visit

                    Just after the expiry of warranty period in April, 2016 the machine stops working because of one or another reason every alternate month. I am extremely disappointed with my IFB Elena VX washing machine.

                    And this is not only me. When I discussed this with one of my friends, he said he also faced the similar issue. The machine worked fine for first 4 years and then started giving problems.

                      We have purchased a IFB Digital 5.5 washing Machine, the warranty got over by 27 Jan 2015. We have applied for a AMC which extended till 12-Dec-2017.

                      On 07 Nov 2016 the Start Button was not working and we raised a complaint and the same was attended on 08 Nov 2016 and the service engineer informed that the spare parts is not available and he also informed he will be back in 2 days.

                      On 30 Nov 2016, since the service engineer did not return and we kept calling the customer care but as usual pathetic response from those executives and one more ticket was raised with no.: [protected]. For this ticket an engineer Mr Shiva attended & the display board was changed immediately after the service engineer left when the washing machine was switched on the drain motor was not working. We called the Service engineer he gave a very irresponsible reply. We kept calling the customer care.

                      Again for the same ticket we kept calling that the drain motor was not working but as usual, pathetic response so we raised one more ticket with number [protected]. This was attended by Mr Vijay Kumar on 14 Dec 2016, once he attended the same, he said that the parts are not available. He said we will get back he will come back once he receives the spare and till date he has not come back.

                      We again called the customer care and spoke to a executive Mr. Devipress and informed the whole story and he confirmed that someone will call the same day (17 Dec 2016) but as usual not one called. Hence this mail.

                      This Washing Machine is under AMC and from 6th Nov to 18th Dec (today) the appliance is not working. I am seeing the customer service has become worst to pathetic. There is no mechanism to solve the customer problem. My family has decided that this will be last IFB Product they have bought and they will never recommend IFB to anyone

                          Nov 30th I purchased a new D.W from IFB point Villivakkam, Chennai.
                          Till date it is not working, Complaint no [protected] is still open as per your records as informed by BPO
                          Complaint When the machine is connected and switch on only the main switch, the complete power connection trips whole of my flat and there was burning smell.
                          This has been informed personally by me to Mr.Rajesh IFB point unfortunately he could do nothing, fyi
                          I really don't know what should I do next to rectify the equipment bought at such a high price and not working.
                          Please treat this as emergency and arrange to take back the machine and pay me back the money.

                            I made a complaint about newly purchased IFB microwave oven for which I was given ticket id 18824665. A service engineer visited to check the appliance and said that the unit is defective and will be replaced. But it's been 15 days now and still no response of any kind. When I contacted customer care over phone they said the ticket is cancelled and they have no other information. It's really disappointing that a company of this stature has such a poor service quality.

                            The microwave was replaced today but I received a used unit! It has scratches on it, has a grill missing, makes a strange noise, and last but not the least, was never packed like a brand new unit. I am very very disappointed with the kind of customer experience I am getting with IFB. Kindly get the unit picked up and refund my money in full. I am not ready to settle for anything less.

                              I lodged complaint about one month back regarding replacement of damaged drum of ifb washing machine and also connector of inlet water hose pipe to be replaced. They have twice assured that representative would contact me. Till date i have not been contacted by anyone. I got warranty for the product. Now i feel ifb industry is meting out sheer harassment to me. Time is running out. Precisely speaking, this situation is coming for the last three months. They are avoiding it by citing excuses of this or that.

                                On 25th nov 16 ifb co sent a message conveying that the technician will shortly visit the machine ticket no.-[protected]. But after continuous mailing and calling to the call centre, they sent a message that your compliant has been resolved though no technician came to repair the machine ticket no.[protected]. How is it possible for the machine to get repaired in its own? Solve the problem or i will go to consumer court.

                                  Service person was not resolved the problem instead of created the major problem like not drying at all and min. Are jumping in the display what is the bs service you are given to customer poor technicians it is worst of the worst.

                                      The dishwasher stopped working on 7/11/2016, phone call was made to local ifb centre-magic customer care. It was decided to shift the dishwasher to his workshop for checking and repair. We were informed that sensor needed to be changed-it was done and a payment of rs.3010(=1400 +plus 1005+405+200)was made on 24/11/2016 vide cheque no.46. But dishwasher didn't work for long. Couple of days after the sensor replacement, it again stopped working .Now the technician visited again simply to no result. He tried to repair the lock, but after a couple of visits we were informed that lock needed replacement.When we ordered replacement, the owner of magic care suggested replacement of the dishwasher instead and promised proper buy back value of the old machine. When we decided to replace the dishwasher with a new one, he offered only rs.1200/ for the old machine. We were simply stunned at this attitude.
                                      Is this the way "ifb" treats its old and regular customers. We have a "ifb"microwave too.
                                      Very disappointed with services provided by "ifb".The technicians -who can't make out the fault in one visit and the service provider making such offers.
                                      Disgusting. Even a "kabadiwala" would offer more for such machine.

                                        Have purchased ifb aqua sx 6 kg washing machine from vapi dealer. I am staying in ambach village about 6km far from vapi town. Since we both were working it is not possible for us to available between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM at home for demo. 4 days have been passed still installation guy doesn't arrived for demo. He said bluntly that we are unable to give service before 10 and after 6 in your area. Should we take leave from office for just demo.?? Samsung had provided me service even after 9 pm and u guys can't even visit site for demo?? I am throwing back your product. Worst after sales service i have ever had..
