I had purchased IFB microwave conventional from FLIPKART at march-april from very first day it doesn't work so we start to make a call to your service center no. but all your toll free no. doesn't work, then we register our complaint through SMS after few months, after 7 or 8 days your technician had came and said that we are not capable for repair this so senior technician come from Head Office and he we repair it.. then no body come from that day.. even some day before i register same complaint and same man said same lines to me ... after 3 or 4 visits he never resolve the problem Now i register same complaint to ticket no. 18836952 but no body come to resolve my problem... i just begging to you please exchange the product or send me good technician.
i will never buy your product again, please help me once,

    I have an IFB microwave and I had registered a complain with them on 21st Nov and technician came and said the motor is burnt and he would get a new motor in maximum 2-3 days. Today's date is 7th Dec and till now they are not coming to fix it. I have called the helpline number many times and every time they are very apologetic and assure me that definitely the next day it will be fixed. This is the worst service that I have seen. Highly disappointed with the technical support provided by IFB definitely would not recommend anyone to buy any IFB products.

I have paid AMC also. It shows their negligence of customer service. Management is requested to take necessary action immediately.

      Our IFB senator washing machine broke down in November 2016. We kept calling them everyday until end of December 2016 then gave up and started visiting them once a week. Finally they were able to send technician out on 17th Feb 2017! I must say I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Technician came and just said the machine is now useless and charged Rs. 575 for that. And all this after 3 months of wait and endless number of phone calls and visits. If you can be so professional in charging for a service visit don't you have to be equally professional with requests? Disappointment is small word IFB compared to the inconvinience caused for 3 months!!

        I had purchased IFB front load Senorita Aqua SX 6.5 with sr no[protected]. The Washing machine was purchased just 1 year before.Our personal ID no is 11276020.
        We had been given 100% Warranty for 4 years and spare parts support.
        The machine was purchased based on the 100% warranty.
        I have been asked to pruchase the liquid detergents also from them at the time of installation so that the machine as well as the clothes do not spoil.
        We are only two persons in our family and we were purchasing only IFB, and we know how to handle IFB front load machines since we were using these kind of machine sine 35 years.
        Now the present machine purchased was leaking from the front side sine a month and when we complained to service centre, we were told by the service engineer that the door gasket has to be changed as it is torn and informed that we have to pay around 5000/-.( complaint no [protected])
        We complained to the service head Mr Rajat in ph no [protected], and he sent another person, who checked and informed that the front gasket has to be changed which will cost around Rs3000/-.
        when Warranty is there why we should pay for the part., we were handling the machine properly only and how the gasket torn with in a year.
        The company can not just escape that it is rubber part and we have to pay.
        With what guarantee we are purchasing this type of costly machines if it has to tear with in a year and why we should pay for the costly spare part ( door gasket). How this can tear with in a year when they give warranty for 4 years. What is the meaning of 100% warranty.
        Request the IFB to take note of this and replace the gasket free of charge, otherwise we will be constrained to propagate the bad quality of present IFB machines to all friends and relatives.

          Hi, We have been raising complaints about IFB washing machine not working, which is on AMC from past 4 months and after at least 4 complaints and numerous calls to customer care, at least 5 service persons visited but the issue with washing machine is not fixed .We are calling almost twice a week and there is no response about it. The worst part is the all the complaints have ben closed .

          I have been personally following up with AMC head for Hyderabad (Mrs.PRAVALIKA) from past 45 days but the issue is not resolved yet. The switch board of washing machine taken by service person 3 weeks back and no one tuned up again.

          I have attached the Washining machine PIC whose switch board is with IFB SERVICE TEAM.

          The issue is not resolved yet. As it is happening from past 6 months, another service person visited and tried to fix it .Machine worked for 2 days and then stopped working .Again I am in the same circle, again raised the complaint ([protected]) and posted in the IBFGOBAL website but issue is not resolved .A customer service person visited from SS IFB Solutions, Hyderabad 10days back and I am follow up with SS IFB Solutions manager, DIPAK ([protected] ) but he is not responding after first call..

          My observation is once complaint is raised no one from management is following it up or tracking the complaints. My AMC getting over in next 3 months and washing machine is not working from past 6 months .

          Please do any one of these following things,
          1.FIX the washing machine completely by assigning a service person and make him accountable for the complaint.
          2.Exchange my washing machine with new one excluding my AMC amount +exchange price .
          3.Return back my AMC amount and I will ensure to take it to judiciary about this issue.

          The IFB support is so bad even with AMC and it is seriously spoiling the IFB reputation.

            I purchased ifb washing machine from electronic paradise pitampura on 13.11.16, I was promised that it will be installed tomorrow but it was installed after one week after rigorous follow up. After that one water pipe and mat was missing in the machine, sales person promised that it will be delivered within a day or two. But it has been two weeks I am calling to various helpline nos. of ifb but of no avail. When I was about to purchase ifb machine I was warned by some of the dealers that customer service is worst and I am the sufferer. Is anyone listening even after 25 days of purchase we are unable to use it. I escalated the complaint to some mr. Tushar but he also seems helpless.

              On 12 nov 16 i complaint on ifb, ticket no.-[protected]. The technician came to our house on 24 nov 16. Again on 25 nov 16 we filed a complaint
              With ticket no._[protected], technician said that the parts aren't available in ifb. Still now the technician didn't come to repair the washing machine. When ever we call the call centre every time they say your compliant is in high alert by tomorrow the technician will go for repairment.
              Mention the date when technician will come.
              To whome shall i further send mail so that ifb co. Will send the technician and parts?

                Never purchase ifb products..service is worst ...nobody is going to attend you till u will file complaint to a senior and which is also very difficult.i[censored] will complaint to your dealer they will say firstly register your complaint online and then nobody will come..
                I have ifb front load washing machine every time I request them to attend as early as possible bt they will never listen anything...

                  what happend my complaint serena vx washing machine? for the past 3 months my washing machine problem one time they change drum after they changed suspension after water leaking, bearing noise problem till the technicians 5 members attend the washing machine and last week technician come to my house the rubber is damaged so the water leaking and cost of the rubber payable why should i pay the technicians damaged the rubber in front of the mouth and he used the tester screwdriver, today the franchise in mylapore call me attend my wahsing machine and change the rubber and bearing, i say iam not given money for rubber it is your mistake you only change the front rubber mouth do kindly change your responsiblility.

                  on the day till some problem like drying not proper sometimes noise drum while runing some times vibration is more, once u replace drum, suspension, bearing that problem cannot slove, so what is the use quality is very poor better u change my washing is better everytime the technicians come and open washingmachine and closed all the thread is weak and not strengthening better u change washing machine better

                  still your not rectified my washing for the past 3 months technicians come and change the drum, bearing, suspension and after recent rubber problem some hole inside the technician told and you pay the amount for front rubber mouth and i told your are opening so many times in the screwdriver so you only damaged the front rubber, and dryer problem too much trouble in the washing machine so kindly do good experienced serviced person in the headoffice

                    i had complained regarding my washing machine. The tub had completely broken off the front part of the panel. The mechanic came to my house on 28th november 2016 to check the machine and said that certain items parts need to be replaced. He took rs. 575 as service charges and said that he will come the next day.

                    It has been almost a week now but no mechanic has come to fix my machine. I have been calling the customer care helpline, the local service center and the technicians themselves, but nobody is willing to tell me when they would send a mechanic.

                    For a big company like ifb this sort of customer service is very pathetic and shameful.

                    7 Days have passed and I still haven't got my machine fixed. IFB customer service helpline is useless and nobody is giving me a satisfactory answer as to when a mechanic will come to repair the machine.

                      I had purchased the ifb-micro wave oven-model 30sc3 in oct 2012. since i had purchased frequently i had faced four to five times, failure of product i. e. heating issue. i had logged a resent complaint ticket no [protected] dated 7/11/2016, issue is same heating problem (same magnetron failure). one & half months prior to this issue (complaint no [protected]) i had faced the same problem of heating for which the area manager & other quality representative had changed the magnetron & given the assurance that it will last for atleast 6 months. but there assurance had no technical backup, not there quality team are intrested in doing r&d for the similar kind of product failure & customer dissatisfaction. i am really very shocked with such poor casual approach & lack of technical hands in field big organisation like ifb is running.in such competative market in appliances & consumer goods if the service is such a poor no body wants to be associated with such organisation. i always call the area manager & ask him when my microwave will be repaired & send back to my house, from last 10 days i am calling & chasing him for return of my microwave, his simple reply tomorrow you will get the mw, i am waiting for that tomorrow. i am really very annoyed & irritate with this product & their service. unnecessarily the company is wasting the customer time, by selling such failure product in market.

                        Don't purchase any IFB products if you want to save your hard-earned money. The people (customer support) work there are liers and I guess, that's what IFB teach them in the training.

                        Here is a real story:

                        I've purchased IFB Serena SX Washing Machine in September'2016. On the next day of purchase, I've found many scratches at the bottom cover (right side) of emergency dranage line. I'd immediately called their customer support and registered a complaint for part replacement (yes part replacement because it was just a cover).

                        I rembember that their technician visited my home, took some pics of that cover before Navratri (27-28 September' 2016) and told me that it will take 2-4 days to get it replaced as they need to order it from Goa office. Today, it's 1st December'2016 and the part isn't replaced yet.

                        I've called several times on their toll-free customer care number and their tele-callers used to register a complaint, then after few days it resolved/closed/cancelled automatically without any reason. The same thing happening since last 2 months - I call, they register and then it resolve automatically. I don't know what these guys are up to?

                        Below is the list of complaints / ticket numbers which has been resolved/closed/cancelled without any reason:

                        * I am sharing the above numbers in public because IFB customer-care itself given me the above infomation to ask about the status directly. Anurag Dhairya, he always given me false promises that the part will be replaced next day-in 2 days bla bla bla, and now he is not even picking up the call. Mr. Shyam Prasad, his number is ringing always so I guess he is travelling to the moon.

                        I've paid them full in cheque but I wish I could pay them in installments so that I can kick their *** now and stop the remaining payments until they replace the part.

                        I could happily share my IFB customer ID as well as my personal information here but now I want these guys (if they are reading this) to find me and serve me what I've paid for.

                        Yes, your engineer attended my house yesterday (06-December-2016) and replaced that cover. But the weird thing is that it's even worst than the previous one. When he replaced, I was busy in the family gathering but then within an hour, when I checked the replaced part, this is how it looks (see the attached photographs).

                        I called Mr. Anurag Dhairya (and luckily he answered the call) immediately and updated him about the incidence. I've sent him pics via WhatsApp too but then he argued and finally told that this is the new one (and also added that all machine covers look like this from inside) and WE CAN'T HELP YOU WITH ANY FURTHER REPLACEMENTS.

                        Please see the attached images (even zoom it) and tell me are you sure this is the new one?

                        All I expect (and want) a product that I've paid for so kindly make the cover replacement as soon as you can.

                          My IFB washing machine drier is not working for the last four weeks now. I booked a complaint with IFB customer care immediately (a month ago) and they sent a service technician from RP Services, Sanjaynagar, Bangalore. The technician charged me Rs. 575 for cleaning the fluff filter and went away. He also sold some Desalinating powder packets and I also gave him a cheque for Rs. 2908 for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). However the drier failed to work the next day. I followed up with the 'Not satisfied SMS' to the IFB customer care. But that complaint was closed. I booked another complaint and that was attended to by the same technician who now said there was a problem with the motor. The AMC cheque is dated 13/11/2016 and it is yet to be submitted to IFB. All my calls to the service technician, service centre have been proved futile. I am very unhappy with their service. This had happened once in the past and I had discontinued the AMC for the same reason. The service centre might as well be closed if it does not provide any service. Please consider this as a serious issue and direct the complaint to send another reliable service centre in Bangalore. The RP Services centre is as good as not being there. The number of the service head of RP Services Prabhu - [protected] is not reachable or is not attended to.

                              Recently called the IFB customer care to register a complaint to service my air conditioner. That appliance of 2 TON IFB A/C, i bought 2 and half years ago and understood compressor is under warranty. I received an SMS and It was assigned to M/s Star air conditioner, OMR Road, Chennai WITH complaint no: [protected]. Service technician came and found RELAY is faulty. He almost tried his level best to enroll me for AMC. Alas, he could able to. I found the AMC price is too much heavy for me.So i told him to replace the RELAY (SPARE PART). He replaced NEW RELAY (Spare Part) with a whopping price of Rs.2075/- and service charge, i left it go because my AC has to work. And he was supposed to return me the RELAY(Spare Part) because that is my property and not IFB. Pls note this is not AMC.

                              But the service technician refused and though i explained that spare part belong to me and not IFB . But he walked away quickly with my RELAY (SPARE PART). I called the customer care and register a compliant after explaining them the whole story, though they dont understand the spare part name and servicing terms. Then i presurrised them to provide me the manager number and they provided me Mr.Imayavaramban @ [protected]. I spoke to him and explained the endless story and told them to return them back my spare part. He Immediately took a conference call with the M/s Star Air condition and the concerned STAR AIR condition immediately agreed to return back the spARE part within a day. But i didnt hear back from him, then i called again Mr.Imayavaramban to give STAR AIR CONDITION a reminder. Looks like all my pain went in vein and really no response from any of IFB team or STAR AIR CONDITION. In between i received a SMS from IFB for asking a feedback for the service. I replied not done and the very next day one girl called me up to hear all my story and still waiting for the spare part to return. If dont respond back i may have to register a police compliant against STAR AIR CONDITION AND IFB. Also i will send them a legal notice further.

                                I have given complaint yesterday 27.11.2016 over phone to your customer care centre regarding my washing machine is not working. My machine is under amc upto january 2018. The customer care person told software problem and told me to contact after that. Then i have contacted the have recorded my complaint. No person/service engineer contacted me from my local area pondicherry. Hence today 28.11.2016 i have contacted the customer care personnel they have noted but they asked model no. I told them it is executive but the connection cut-off. Please think a customer contacting number of times to customer care centre is feasible though the customer having work. I have contacted 3 times-but airtel money lost each time rs.8 but not yet complaint booked. Again i request you to book the complaint as follows:

                                    We are using ifb machines for the past 20 years. The service used to be satisfactory earlier. But, for the past one year we are highly disappointed with your service - teams. Our ifb dish washer is under amc. The amc period is getting complicated shortly. We have paid around rs. 4000/- as amc charges. But, this machine could not be used more than 4-6 times for the past one year. We never get proper response from the service persons here.                                       This complaint is about the IFB washing machine repair at my father in laws residence. It was not functioning for more than six months no body come and rectified it. After made lot of calls and have complained in IFB call center also nobody turned up and try to rectify it. On top of that There is a person came to the house and collect some amount around 5 thousand rupees even the machine is covered under warranty. Both of my in laws are aged people they don't have much knowledge about the complaint process. The actual problem is the door lock is not functioning properly. The service guy cam and removed the door 4 months back and did not turned up back. It was kept open currently.

                                      I am looking forward that the issue will be resolved at the earliest.

                                      Even I am having the same in my home, I have no issues with the service.

                                      Service person named Manohar came to my In laws house and went back with the same status he was telling 4 months back. And also he was very rude in talking and he replied to my uncle saying that escalate about him to the company or got to the consumer court. He cheated my uncle and take 3500 rupees for AMC even the product is covered under warranty. After having warranty and extended warranty money also taken it was not serviced for six months what is the point in having warranty. Take this matter seriously and try to rectify it.

                                      I wonder how a big company like IFB is having such kind of persons as service engineers.

                                      This gives lot of mental agony to my uncle and he is thinking of the legal proceedings.

                                        I have booked one complaint as my machine was not working on December 19th 2016, one technician has visited on same day and machine start working and stopped again after 15min, I have called him again but he didn't tunred up, and he took 1200 rs from me and didn't submit bill copy, on 20th dec 2016, another technician has come and he just opened my machine, change door lock and took 1000 rs again, but again machine was stopped after 15 min, i have asked bill copy but bcoz of reopen the machine, i forget to remind, he just kept my machine opened condition with filled water inside, he told me he will visit again in next morning but he didn't even picked my phone. next day i have received a sms that complaint is closed and sms was for confirmation, I wrote back it is still open in "N" as asked. I got another call from there feedback center, i explain all situation but nobody contact me even than. today I have launch another complain in this incident regard to them.
