I have taken IFB washing machine on December 2015. quality of product is good. Recently it got some issue with door lock and i raised complaint on 4th Nov 2016. After 2 days technician visited and has found the issue that 2 body parts of washing machine. He took those parts with him and said that within 3 days he will fix the new body parts since my washing machine is under warranty. Today is 22nd Nov 2016. No progress. Even if i call, he scolded and said as "Why you called me, i am not the responsible for your washing machine repair. If you have any problem, talk to customer care". Such a worst service. Also i got message 3 days back that my complaint is resolved. Till now there is no resolution happened. In fact technician not even visited again after that. how it got resolved i don't know. My dear IFB care, if you can manage your technicians, please continue in the market. Else request you wait for your business to get collapsed.

    Hello IFB,

    Front load 8kg washing machine, only two years old. This is my first and last product from IFB ... Already raised complaint on 18 the Nov because my machine tub filled water even in switch off mode so raised complaint and received ticket No. [protected]. On 22 Nov I got call from IFB service person ( [protected]) I said to come within one hours and I got permission from office and went to home but no one is came and not attending my calls? Are you playing with my time and so again u can call tmro so again I need to take off.. Waiting for your service? So totally waste machine and service...

      I have an AMC with IFB and I lodged a complaint ( No.[protected] on 20.11.16 at 10.30 a m and was assured of somebody calling me within 24 hours to attend to the same. Since then I have made 5/6 calls enquiring why nobody has called me. At 10.30 a m this morning I called again and was told the complaint had been closed!! But was yet again assured that somebody would attend to it ' shortly '. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was made to wait 12 minutes on my phone and then told somebody would call me back. But nothing thus far, despite my making another call at 1.10 p m. Why do you mislead your customers ? We pay you in advance for the whole year and there is no courtesy on your part, despite this being an obligatory act under your AMC contract. I am disgusted to say the least.

        I own a washing machine- Fully Automatic top load at Maharashtra.
        I shifted to Gujarat and after installation of the machine a noise is there while operating. I called IFB customer care and registered a complaint with Ticket No. [protected] on 20.11.2016. They assured me that Technician will come with 24 hours. Its been 72 hrs and no one seems to be going to attend the problem.

        It would have been better if i had bought washing machine from Samsung or LG. But now my mistake and have to suffer for this.

            Hi team,

            Had a bitter/ worst/ dissapointed / dissatisifed service with ifb service banglaore centre. On 17/09/2016 had machine issue
            Vide - [protected] post complaint we were told issue with the mother board and that needs to be replaced under warranty. Post that with in a week the
            Reported issue has been fixed and was working all the way 40 days, again, machine was running all of the sudden it was struck and got the error message
            A "dp error" i lodged a complaing vide - [protected] on 18th nov post that ifb engineer came, checked and said there is a drain vose (Motor pump) which
            Runs in the bottom that needs to be replaced because of hard water usage. And he said this will not be covered under warranty. When i purchased the machine
            In vellore i was told very clearly only physical damages will not be covered rest all the other machinary issues will be covered under warrnaty now that the
            Banglore engineer said i ll have to pay 3200 for that post that i ll have to do every two months servicing as well.

            I approched vellore service centre people @[protected] and checked for the same issue, i was told that for the reported issue this will be covered under
            Warrnaty and i dont need to pay anything if the machine is under warrant, do not understand why i am getting contraditing statement from the company
            Like ifb. Having trust worthiness we have invested this much of money in the machine when the issue occured now they are saying that i ll have to pay for
            The vose (Motor pump) which is under warranty which making to me think so many angles.

            I have been talking to customer care toll free number since friday govind, ram & today i spoke to vengatesan with no use all says will get this escallated to the higher level
            And get this checked and fixed and i see it is not moving any where from the day i have made a complaint.

            Would seek a good response from the so called big company ifb, i still have trust on your company that things will be addressed with atmost care.

              I called IFB customer care on Oct 29, 2016 to complain about my fully automatic washing machine. My complain number is 18660403. Someone called me on Nov 2, 2016 and said other engineer will call and visit, but till date no one called or visited my place to repair the machine. I also have an AMC with IFB. Since then I have called customer service several times, and have been assured of quick resolution but all are false promises. 2 times I have been given number of higher authority and managers but those numbers are out of service.
              This is pathetic service from a reputed company.

              Hi, i am a resident of delhi and I called IFB customer care on Dec 27, 2016 to complain about my fully automatic washing machine. My complain number is 18950689. but till date no one called or visited my place to repair the machine. I have called customer service several times, and latest they have given me number of Mr RAMAN ( contact no [protected]), i have called him and he assured to sent someone in afternoon, but to my surprise no one visited my place and now he is saying that i cant send anyone and i should contact him on monday ( 2nd january 2017) . This is the most disgusting thing ever happened .
              This is pathetic service from a reputed company.
              i want an answer from the management about such ridiculous attitude of there service center owners .
              i am going to share the same thing on social media!!

                My washing machine is senator 6kg
                it is more than 6 years old.
                i am having problems since a long time.
                recently i have had the following parts replaced as the technician advised. the problems were excessive sound, shaking and tripping of the electrical circuits in the house.
                filter replaced on 2/7/2016
                eco crystal replaced on 12/8/16
                today i was told the ecocrystal was to be replaced. and paid for it again.
                each time i have paid 2500/
                when asked why, i was told this was another part of the ecocrystal.
                i have no clue of the parts of the machine.
                now i was told the first part of the ecocrystal has a warrranty of 6 mths and the second one is one year warranty.
                somehow i am not at all happy with this explanation.

                pl clarify if such parts exist.
                are we required to stand around while the work is done on the machine in order to check authenticity of parts being replaced etc?

                  Highly irresponsible and unprofessional service despite repeated follow ups no action is taken to resolve the complaint. Only stereo typed replies are given that complaint is escalated but actually on ground level no action is taken by ifb service team.

                  My washing machine is not working since almost 20 days.

                  Totally frustrated and painful experience with customer care and your service departments and i will never make the mistake of purchasing any ifb product in my life and publicise thru social media and other options about this atrocious after sales service by ifb.

                    My Washing Machine Top-Load Fully Automatic (Model No-- IFB AW7201RB 7.2 kg ) is tearing & tarnishing clothes, making small-small holes in almost all types of clothes.

                      Hi,
                      My IFB Washing machine had some complaint that its drum stop working. I registered a complaint in their service centre (Kozhikode). Their people initially told us we could extend the warranty by paying 3000 Rs and you could get new drum, also if paying 5000 they will change the old drum to brand new one..and decided to get new drum, they arrived at the my house after many days (Months).. and what they did was they bought an old drum to fit in my washing machine. When we saw the drum, its was untidy and can easily understood that it is an old one..When we enquired about the condition, initially they ignored us saying its brand new after long talk and raising voices, they finally revealed that it is an old drum and what surprised me was there reply. What they told us was "This all things always happens in everywhere and they cant do anything". This really is a matter of cheating customers. Is IFB cheating customers?
                      I need to get a new drum as promised and i don't need an old drum by paying for a new one..

                        I have created ticket number [protected], the ticket got resolved even when i said that the problem is not fixed. Few items were replaced but still problem was not solved.
                        I created another ticket [protected] which has not been resolved in last 2 days. Everyone i am calling is saying it will get resolved tomorrow.
                        When will tomorrow come? Your services have gone worse in last few years. I am not going to recommend it to anyone to go for ifb machines or appliances.

                          When i asked for the motor belt spare at trivandrum ifb service center in jagathy they are insisting that we should register a complaint and technician will replace the belt after inspection. Technician charge is rs.585/- and price of motor belt will be rs.500/-. I will end up paying rs. 1085 for getting the issue fixed when i myself can fix this same using spare. Surprising to see how a big company like ifb's authorized service center is refusing to sell spares to it's customers when the issue can be fixed by ourself.

                            Dear Team IFB customer Service,

                            I bought IFB Eva Aqua SX machine last year in October .
                            We found that machine is not working properly as instead of cleaning clothes it's gives yellow color to white clothes even the clothes doesn't look like washed clothes .
                            We tried all the settings using manual but unable to get this problem resolved .

                            If we wash cloths using machine we end up getting our cot hrs destroyed and left yellow dirty layer on clothes.

                            Kindly help to solve this problem .

                            The service people went and charged some 1000 inr during first visit and in 2nd visit they insisted to buy liquid detergent, but the problem still persists. Kindly send some good service person so they can understand the problem and resolve the issue.

                            I would kindly request either fix this issue or replace this machine as it is still under warranty period.

                              Sir im from Nowshera city. i brought this washing machine for 1 year. Due to insufficient of water we can't install our washine maching and that is a day when i personally install this but there is a problem occur i.e it does nt work properly.

                                I have registered a complaint regarding the non working of my washing machine as referenced above but the company still not attended the complaint. The washing machine is within its warranty period and the company is liable to give proper service. I am complaining since their service is very poor. I have contacted over phone so many times but the usual reply is that within 24 hours it will be attending but no response. Hence the complaint

                                  Company is not repairing my washing machine. They have promised me to take amc and then they will repair the same. After paying them the money, they are now not repairing it and making excuses. I have written so many times to [protected]@ifbglobal.com,

                                  Worst service and unethical business methods.
                                  They have told me multiple times since last 1 month that the issue is escalated and we will attend your shortly... But nobody turns up. Shameless people.

                                    My washing machine model is IFB digital SX 6kg. It is a front load machine and the door is broken. So I raised a complaint on 22nd October 2016 and the complaint# is [protected]. The technician came on 26th October 2016 and told that he will order the door immediately and promised that the issue will be resolved by 29th October, but after that no response from him. So I called the customer care and then they told that they will check with the service center. I didn't get any response after that and kept calling the customer care multiple times and got the same reply, being frustrated with the same reply I asked the customer care representative to connect the call to the next level for escalation on[protected], then they connected the call to the supervisor by name called Suman Singh, she promised me that it will be resolved by[protected]. I waited till[protected] and then as usual response, so called the customer care again and Spoke to another Supervisor by name Sathish, he then again promised that the spare part is already in transit and the issue will be resolved 100% by[protected]. I waited till[protected], no response so again spoke to Sathish, this time he told that he escalated the issue to the service center Branch Manager Rahul and Rahul promised that the spare part is already shipped and the issue will be resolved by[protected] or max by 14-Nov-2016. I waited till yesterday as usual no response from them, so called Sathish again, this time one more supervisor by name Vinodh assured me that the the issue will be fixed today by 10.30 AM on 15-Nov-2016, however no response till now.
                                    When I checked in this forum looks like lot of people are already facing the problem and without knowing this, I have been patiently with the poor customer service team. I think these people are very poor at customer service and never bothered to improve it. When I bought my machine, LG washing machine was available at that time, but I went for IFB just because of the brand name for which I am paying a lot now. I think if they are not able to provide customer service, they should be banned from doing business.

                                      This is with refernce to the complaint id: [protected] generated by ifb for front load washing machine. It has been a very bad experience with the washing machine since it was bought. We do not experience a singe week with out repair of machine. Every time the technician comes and repairs something and the problem again starts after few days. The experience as a consumer is very bad from ifb so far. The brand image may be spoiled if the company unattend the complaint from customer.

                                        I have one ifb microwave 30src2 (Under warranty) and ifb front loading fully automatic washing machine.

                                        Both these equipment are under breakdown for last 2.5 months and despite our regular followup with local dealer m/s ramdayal dindayal rateria raigarh cg, your local service enginner and your tele customer services no action has been taken. Every time when we call the reply is by next 4-5 hours the enginner shall visit but so far no one has turned up.

                                        All our efforts are in vain and the costly equipment are lying with no use. I am compelled to think that ifb is not interested in solving customers problems and with very heavy pain in my heart i am mailing this.
