My washing machine's drain pump is faulty and i had complained on October 18, 2016. Complaint no. Is 18592936. I was told that the part will be replaced in 2-3 days and till now no one has replaced it. At least 10 calls i made to service centre for the same and their smart and set reply Everytime is "Sir by the end of today a technician will visit you with part and i am also escalating to higher authorities". What a joke.
No one is keeping track of those escalations, no one is doing follow ups. It seems either they are willingly doing this drama because company is interested to see new items instead of providing service and spares to old customers even though they commit to provide parts upto 10 years. My machine is new and under warranty and still i am getting so much trouble, can't think about people with AMC of old machines. Infact many people told me not to go for IFB as they have started to expose on after sales front now.
Excellent way to handle - service centre keeps asking for 2 more days from a month and customer care is busy writing spam emails. My money has already been wasted but i will at least make sure to convince as many people as i can NOT to buy IFB.

We have purchased Washing machine in Jan 16. So far not even done a single service even though they have to attend a free service. The people I device Centre insisting to buy products marketed by them .Since we refused to buy goods peddled by them, service Centre people have not attended free service which they have todo

      This is in regards with the IFB washing machine which I had got repaired through one of the authorised service center in Bangalore ACS Machinary Service on 4th September, 2016.The technician who had visited had asked for the shocker & sensor replacement with 3 months warranty.He had replaced the same & charged me with an error in the bill which I saw after making the payment.The bill total is 3850 instead of 4400 which he had mentioned & the techician also took Rs 400 for his visit. Which he claimed will be adjusted in my bill.So there is a pending amount due from the vendor side of Rs950.Its almost 2 months am chasing the vendor but there is no response from them.Highly irritated & dissatisfied.I am repeatedly calling the phone number mentioned in the bill but no response.I think its a fraud company.
      I have registered another complaint on 6th november 2016 as my washing machine is not working & water coming out.The techician came & he told a senior techician will visit as he cannot solve the problem.Till now there is no response from IFB.I had called the toll free customer service number & repeatedly they assure me that a technician will visit but all is just in words..No actions taken.I am tired of calling them .The authorised dealer is Deepa Electromics.The number given to me by IFB call center is switched off.Feeling helpless.Pathethic service.Really dont understand what to do.Hope this step will help me in getting my issue resolved.

          Sir/madam

          I have purchased aqua elena 6x front load washing machine on 05.11.2016 and with request to delivery on 09.11.2016. the machine got delivered but the installation and demo / service people had not visited to install till 11.11.2016 evening 5 o clock. They called me and coming for installation by 1 o clock on 10.11.2016. I have requested over phone and visiting to ifb store regarding installatiom but no response received yet.
          Kindly advise me to proceed further against ifb service.

            From october 21st i am calling the service centre nearly 13 times. They are registering the complaint and not rectifying more over my ticket no are the same for my previous 10 calls. Later on oct 27 th it has changed. Service person came after 10 calls, i. E is on 4th november, nearly after 13 days. He dint rectified the problem, he told he needs a part and he told he will come the next day with that part. We waited for 4days. Again we booked complaint on 10th with ticket no [protected]. My customer id 2425646. I am under amc. The machine worsened after service persons manipulation, previously the problem is with programming, now it is not functioning. He billed me rs 1800 / for changing water filter. He asked me to buy liquid, i said i will buy it later as there is no functioning machine and he went away. Waiting for the service since i month.

              E have purchased this product in Feb 2016 in Faridabad since then we are facing problems every time we register a complaint IFB executive comes sell his other products like cylinder cleaner, extended warranty, water cleaner etc but problem remains as it is. Any one cannot distinguish between a washed cloth and an unwashed one.We have changed multiple washing powders as per their executive but problem remains the same. We are so much frustrated by this product. Last week the executive came nd we washed clothes in front of him according to his procedure but still d same problem. So he said he will send a mail in company nd an executive directly come from company and will solve our problem in 3-4 days but no one came or call us. This is pathetic service and product from IFB, I am also attaching the latest ticket numbers for your reference

                My complain is pending since 24aug 16and I am greatly disappointmented with customer care and maintenence technician not picking my call not extending any support just passing the buck I am me tell harassed and thinking to throw away the equipment. I am buying a new equipment surely not from IFB.

                Not picking my call neither mobile nor land line.

                  I have purchased a microwave oven 23BC4 from amazon website one month back.your technitian came and did the installation on 25/9/16.but when we tried to use it the oven was not working .i placed a complaint in ifb customercare and a technitian came and checked the oven on 10/11/16.what he says is the magnet is spoiled and we have to replace it.but we are not ready to replace any part of the oven as we have not used it for a single time.so please replace our microwave oven with a new one or refund our amount at the earliest.hope you will do the needful.thank you.

                    I bought IFB 23 L Convection Microwave Oven from Flipkart. The product was delivered by Flipkart on October 24, 2016. I got a message from IFB on October 25 with ticket #18688165 stating I will be visited by an IFB executive shortly for demo and installation. As per a message from Flipkart, the installation was suppose to be done within 2-5 days. Its been over 15 days and I am still waiting for IFB to contact me for demo and installation. I have called IFB several times regarding this. Though they assure that the demo and installation will be done within 1 business day but all false promises. I have complained Flipkart about it. Even they are following up with IFB everyday but still no solution.

                      I bought washing machine on 31st Oct'16 and I believe IFB promises to do installation and demo within 1 working day. Now today is 9th Nov'16 and still I am chasing those guys for demo. Every time I call them I get the same answer " Our technician will surely come on next day for demo". Even senior customer care members also make fake promises. Pathetic service.

                        We bought the appliance on 5/11/2016. After repeated attempts to contact the customer care agents, our call was not even picked up. It was always kept on hold or disconnected. And the only time that the cal was answered it was dropped again without giving us any future reference or any installation engineer. This is a really pathetic situation. Doesn't speak well at all about your services. We'll definately make sure that we don't buy any IFB appliance in the future and would definitely dissuade any others from doing the same mistake

                          Our washing machine get stuck few days back, it was not doing rinse and spin but wash was ok, so i complaint on ifb service center on [protected], than he send his guy Sushil ([protected]) and he said that motor is not working so we need to change the motor and he did that and now rinse and spin is working but machine get automatically switch off and the tube also not set properly it is making so much noise and vibrating too much. one same day again i call Sushil, he comes and saying that the PVC is not working and ur tube spring is also old thats why these things are happening and saying now you need to change all these things and start arguing with me, but nothing like that earlier it was fine, for sushil complaint i called to service center on [protected] and he also start shouting on me and saying that we cant do anything u can loged a FIR i[censored] want.what nonsense is this if company people are behaving like this than what we can say about local machanics.                             8Oct16 : Registered complaint#[protected] & the service person took away the drum for replacement.
                            15Oct16: Found from customer care that issue was cancelled without any explanation on why.
                            15Oct16: New complaint registered(#[protected]) & drum replaced.
                            1Nov16: Same issue. Complaint #[protected] - service person took board to replace & said drum also needs replacement.
                            7Nov16: Found from customer care that customer contact numbers deleted & issue is closed.

                            1. How & why was customer contact number that was in the database until 1stNov, deleted?
                            2. Why was the board removed, when the problem was with drum? The complaint carries information only about drum and not board. Clearly a cheap manipulation by the service team.
                            3. How do the issues get cancelled or closed without customer's consent? Please learn from whirlpool on servicing to customer's satisfaction. I'd been using whirlpool for 10years & in all those years it was in unusable state for only 5 days IN ALL. Later when I changed over to IFB, it takes minimum 7days to resolve an issue each time. And I'm having to play the role of a service manager to track the issue/service person/spare parts availability & allotment to get it fixed.

                            Need immediate action & explanation.

                            When I try to escalate the issue through customer care, I only get phone numbers to contact further & not a solution to my problem. the numbers I got now are:[protected] & [protected] - neither of them being attended.

                            IFB, if you can't service, please help me with resale with best quote. I'm already regretting having chosen IFB.

                              I not happy with ifb top load washing machine aw60 -8061, i lost the thrust on ifb brand since i had faced many issues with this machine. There is not proper service at hosur and however i did service with local sere vice provider i changed the clutch unit with spending 6000 rs, also continuously i am getting e1 error code form last 3 months and its a three year old machine.

                                I own a Elena SX 6kg front loading washing machine. The warranty of the same in coming to an end in this month, i.e. November 2016.
                                When I checked the price of AMC on the website 2-3 days back, it showed me Rs.4218/- (with Rubber & Plastic parts) for 2 years. The same when i asked on the Customer Care of IFB, the executive told me Rd.5500/- + something. And when i asked the executive about the difference between his quote & the website... he mentioned to me that the website was incorrect & not updated.
                                Then today their local service centre person called me for appointment & when i asked him about the price of the same AMC, he quoted Rs.6300/- + something. When I asked him about the difference, he said that the website & the Customer Care were incorrect.
                                Now i just dont understand whom to trust what exactly is happening at IFB, because all three of their representative entities are quoting something else... Who is cheating here? Whom should I go to for AMC then?

                                We have recently (3 days back) purchased IFB Washing machine - Machine No - 000704. Machine was unpacked by the demo officials and it was found that, it's was not taking any of commands.

                                  Our front loading washing machine is Senator 6kg ( Serial no 1835 ) . It is under AMC valid from 20 may 2016 to 19 may 2017.

                                  Our machine stopped working and we made a complaint on 18 oct 2016. Our IFB complaint no is [protected].

                                  Technicians said that our drum and timer needs to be replaced and they will get it done for us in a week maximum. But till date ( 5 nov 2016 ) nothing has been done. Inspite of repeated calling they just keep saying that they will do it 2 days .. And now after 3 weeks, they say that the drum is not available Each one in the company give us a different status. All they do is transfer calls from one person to the other. This is the worst service we have ever faced.
                                  I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                                  We had a mother board problem in IFB washing machine. We paid rs.5800 to koothapakkam branch, cuddalore before 50 days. no action taken yet. he is not answering our phone call also. why do you charge in advance before doing the work. it looks strange.

                                    My machine is under AMC. I've booked a complaint to fix water leak in the washing machine.

                                    The service person checked and tried to open the coin plate. He was not able to open the plate and told us the previous service person fixed wrongly. So it should be replaced and chargeable.

                                    I called IFB call center and the response was not clear and the call center executive gave me a number to contact further and the number is not in use.

                                    This is how IFB is working. I hope IFB Understand the power of customer voice.

                                      I bought a IFB microwave oven 2 years back, recently i have an issue that, the touch panel buttons are not working properly, i contacted customer care and they sent a technician after a week, told display unit needs to be replaced, amd the cost would be Rs 1200. The service guy came and charged me 1500 still iy is not working needs to be replaced something called PCB amd he wants me.to pay another Rs 2500+ the total microwave cost is Rs 6500 approx, worst part they say 3 years warranty and this is not covered, i want my microwave to be repaired at free of cost.

                                        I have senoritadx 5.5, having amc rt no 354/tmr systems, kollam. complaint booked on 2016oct9, 17, 21, 22. technicians came several times and took panel, motor etc, which i think are not defective. many many times i have phoned tmr. the phone attending staff says that the technician would come this day or coming day etc. what shall i do next other than going to consumer court. amc validity should be extended.
