I had registered a complaint on regarding a problem on my refrigerator. One of your person named Jubeer ([protected]) had come and rectify the complaint, but the fridge stop functioning after two days.They give me the receipt with with a contact number :[protected]/[protected]. I had tried many times on your number, but no one is attending the phone.The receipt regards 6 months warranty on my fridge, but no one is attending my phone. Really pity of you on IFB for giving me such a bad service.You people have charged 3500+ 350(service charge) and not even come here. If you try to resolve my complaint within 24 hours, I will register a complaint against you on National Consumer Helpline.

    I am facing E1 Error in my washing machine. Telephonic complaint was registered on Tuesday 1st November and Ticket number 18675635 was assigned to my complaint (through sms) with assurance that it will be attended within 24 hours. But despite of 4 days and regular follow up the complaint is not attended and i didnt recieve any call from service engineer. I have called to customer care and they provided number of service team which either were not working or non-responsive. I again called customer care to register a separate complaint for inaction and delay in attending my previous complaint but it was not honored and staight forward refused.

        Sir, I purchased IFB fully fully automatic washing machine Elena 97007 on 03.11.2006 fron an authorised dealer H.L. Uberoi& Co., Kolhapur.I also purchased the spares from Shree Services 1770, E.S. No. 1, Shantanand Enclave, Rajarampuri 3rd lane Kolhapur, an authorised IFB Customer Care Centre. As the macine grew old & started giving problem, I replaced bearings 02.02.14 from Shree Services, Kolhapur. Later on entered into yearly contract with Shree Services, Kolhapur on 14.04.15 & 15.02.16. His receipt cum invoices invariably quoted ' Authorised IFB Customer care centre'. During last month when machine became noisy I tried to contact Mr. Nilesh Shah of Shree Services but his no was not working. I contacted IFB customer care. There I was told that similar complaints are received from many customers & they are no more redering services through Nilesh Shah from last four years. After that miraculously Nilesh Shah contacted me. But he didn't turned up, gave false promises & eventually became unavailable on his cell phone. Then I spoke with Krishna Patil, Area Incharge. He without properly listening to me said we cannot help you in this matter as Nilesh Shah & his firm is not working for him. I asked him to intervene & lodge complaint against Nilesh Shah, as he is illegaly using the name of IFB Industries & cheating your valuablecustomers and I will stand by him on this issue. I also asked him to assess condition of my machine & whether spurious parts are used. But he refused to take the responsibility. I asked him how he can keep mum when somebody is tarnishing the image of your company? I contactesd him 4 to 5 times but hardly got any response. I also told him that I want to exchange the machine & asked his help in that context.Eventually I lodged complaint with you under ticket No [protected] on 32.10.16 & awaiting response from you. I think there is nexus between your representatives in Kolhapur & Nilesh Shah as they are least concerned abour the welfare of customers. I request you to look into this matter seriously. What I want is bringing back my machine in healthy working condition. But it seems you have abandoned me. I also think that its your morale responsibility to control people who are on rampant damaging your image and shooing away your customers. I can provide you photos of AMC, Invoice etc

          He was here just to give his speech about microwave and not to listen our concerned query. He was explaining how to convert 200 to 300 gram of curd from milk so obviously i asked of what quantity of milk aprox require & what size of bowl can we use so he denied to reply this question instead he started advising me to buy weighing instrument and started arguing in very worst manner. Im very disappointed with this uneducated guy. Plz contact [protected] for further story.

          I brought ifb washing and asked company dealer to install stand durga service centre rajahmundry they installed non geninue accessory so stand got rust and damage with in 1 year now company is responsble for stand replacement in FOC

            I have requeste for servicing of my washing machine which is under amc. the machines amc is renewed recently after repeated pleas and assurances that service will be prompt. my machine broke down 10 days back and ihave lodged complaint twice. i onny get mobile calls from irresponsible ifb service persons but no one turns out for repair. let the company know that if they can not execute service. they should not enter amc. either they take up the service immidiately in order to see their company survive.

                Hi,
                I had the worst service experience in my life today.
                I had bought am IFB Washing Machine (RCG) last week. The installation was booked directly by the dealer (Vasanth & Co., Chennai) and received a call from the IFB service centre yesterday (01/11/2016). The service executive promised to come between 12noon and 1pm. Basis this commitment, I took one hour off from office and came back home. Even after following up with them multiple times, no one turned up till 2pm. Every time I call them up to follow up, assurance of 10 min was given. Thus no installation happened yesterday. The Service centre gave a call today (02/11/2016) and assured to turn up between 1pm to 2 pm. The executive turned up.
                Here is where the worst experience a customer can ever have starts.
                The Service engineer (Mr. Senthil, Start Air Condition, Karapakkam, Chennai) was not at all approachable. He was full of attitude and arrogance (It was as if I was speaking to a stubborn government officer). For a moment, I was confused on whom the customer was and who the service engineer was. This engineer never bothered to explain the working of the machine rather was more interested in pushing me to buy the water filter device. Finally I had to ask about each and every button on what the function was as he never bothered to explain me anything about the device. How can I be assured a good service for my product, if it’s going to be such executives servicing my device?
                To complain against this, I called up the customer care. The executive, after a lot of explaining, raised a ticket ([protected]). She told she would check with her manager and asked me to hold on. I waited for 10 minutes and was forced to disconnect the call as there was not hopes of she returning to call.
                If this is the case, where will I get justice? IFB is interested only to sell their product and not worry post that. How long can a company retain its market share without loyal customers? There is a lot of competition on the market, my friend. There is consumer court in this country, beware!
                Many of my friends had warned me of the poor nature of IFB service. I did not care those as I believed in the brand value and promise. But now I am burned my fingers.
                Please take this feedback seriously as in today’s world where we have a strong social media, any brand could be destroyed easily. Having experienced this level of disgraceful behaviour, I would never recommend IFB to any of my friends and colleagues.
                ‘Set yourself free’ tag line is very apt and apply only for the Service technicians and customer care executives.

                    Hello,
                    I purchased ifb washing machine in mid 2015 and have gone through 1 service till yet.

                    On 25 oct 2016, i started facing issue with washing machine that the washing speed of clothes have gone very high, causing virbrations.

                    I raised a complaint with ifb customer care on 25 oct 18631915, executive came on 28 oct and iformed that the installtion of machine was not done properly as it was missing ratcutter. And now after 1.5 years rats has cut some wires and executive was telling that motor needs to be replaced at my cost.

                    Why should i bear the cost if the installtion was not by ifb properly.

                    I want ifb to give me the replacement unit asap or i would have to take some legal way.

                      I have bought an ifb washing machine - senorita plus vx 6.5 kg and a microwave 30brc2. my present ticket nos. are [protected] and [protected].

                      I have called the customer care multiple times all they have said that the technician will contact you shortly and after pleading once they gave me the name of the service provider rp services, whose manager is mr. nadesh. other technicians are manjunath and prabhu. when called on the given nos. they come switched off or no one answers the call.

                      I request you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                      I must add this is one of the worst experience i've had as a customer. if the service provider is at fault there must be some sort of penalty imposed for harassing a customer and tarnishing ifb's name.

                        WE HAVE TAKEN A MICROWAVE OF IFB 10 DAYS BACK FROM DELHI AND NEED DEMONSTRATION FOR THE FEATURES AND HOW TO USE IN UTRAKHAND FOR THAT I HAVE UPDATED ADDRESS AND DETAILS ONE WEEK BACK BUT TILL NOW NOW TECHNICAL PERSON CAME TO US MOREOVER I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 10 TIMES AND WE GOT REPLY THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVE IN 24 HRS BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN TILL NOW FROM IFB .

                          Its been two months we paid amc which was insisted by service guy he collected and left after that we raised a complaint we got messages saying tickets created and resolved no one came we have raised more than 10 tickets and they automatically gets closed. Till now no one came to resolve, its more than 2 months worst company, i would never ever recommend, if you can do service dont ask or insist the customers to pay amc and go off, kindly take action, dont loose your reputation

                          IFB Team till now there is no response for the solution or action taken, let me know why your team have collected AMC when you dont do service or listen to customers. how long...? this is third month we keep on raising tickets they will be closed automatically no one comes to solve the problem but to collect the money .. will file a consumer case if you dont respond immediately...

                            My ifb washing machine elena dx gone out of order. i lodged complaint since 16th october, 2016. my complaint registered as "your complaint is already registered with us, the complaint number is 18588387." after two days i received one message that your problem is resolved. again i complained that my problem has not resolved. they took my complaint again. then the technician contacted me but he refused to attend. after that i have sent several reminders to [protected]@ifbglobal.com, no reply received nor my complaint has been attended.

                              We have purchased ifb washing machine (model: ifb w/m aw60205t) on[protected]. as per the info given by the ifb care we have taken extra warranty on 02-04-14.
                              We have paid the biil for extra waranty and as receipt ifb care authorised service centre gav estimation bill for the amount paid and said will give official bill in a week. we have followed nearly 5 months for official bill and after around six months he gave small paper. recently there was a problem in washing machine and contacted authorized service centre for warranty. he showed some format and said we need official bill for waranty which was not given to us after paying the amount. when we said we had paid amount and shown the receipt given by ifb care authorised service centre they are saying we cant do anything and it is useless. is this the way a globally reputed mnc treat their customer and responding irresponsible for their own fault. attaching extra waranty paid receipt

                                Last month I complained for washing machine door. Person came after 4 days to see the problem and he took 20 days to change the door. He told door is not in stock.
                                Now last week again my washing machine drum was gone. Again person came after 2 days and again drum is not in stock. So it will take one week to change.
                                Always any problem always spare part is out of stock.
                                Such a irresponsible and worst service.
                                Name is very big. Big brand but service is always worst. I bought washing machine in 2011 from that time always I face sone problem with machine and when I complained in service centre, no proper response, no proper service.

                                    Washing machine belt worn out. when asked for spare belt, IFB industries at Vadapalani, Chennai refuse to sell the part instead asked me to fill a complaint which would cost Rs. 575+ tax as labour charges + Rs. 450 + tax as cost of belt. Understand from other consumer that the cost of the belt is Rs. 320 only. It is a day light robbery and IFB customer care is not doing anything. Why Should I pay Rs. 1000+ for just changing the belt which myself can do ?

                                      We are facing following problems with our washing machine (aw60-8061).
                                      1. automatic water intake is not working
                                      2. machine is too noisy due to motor problem.

                                      Note:
                                      We are having the above mentioned problems since 1 year. since then we are trying to resolve the issues with the help of ifb service centers present near our localities but no one has given proper resolution. one person from ifb service center charged 350rs for just visiting and did not fix the issue.
                                      And then after 5months another person came from the ifb service centre this time he investigated the issue and when we asked to solve the problem he asked us to pay 1400 and we asked him to fix the issue first he went back saying that he need to buy some stuff to fix the issue but did not turn up.
                                      This is not expected from the ifb service centers and due to our previous experiences were bad with ifb service. we came up to file the complaint at this site.
                                      So please do take this complaint and we request you to help us in the solving the problem.

                                        My washing machine stopped working due to some reason. I registered a complain with IFB on 12th October 2016, and they promised to send a technician within 48 hrs. They sent a technician a week later. He looked into the machine and then said, " It cannot be done right now, I will come back again tomorrow." Since then it has been one month and no one has come. I have called the customer helpline 5 times, they pick up my call after around 15 minutes of holding. Then they say they will send a technician as soon as possible, and then no one comes. I am really frustrated with their customer service. Please do not buy IFB appliances, I will not.
