Raised the complaint#18482838 for washing machine a month ago and till now call center people and even area manager Dheeraj([protected]) has been delaying the matter by giving false promises and dates.In fact they told the ticket has been resolved without actually been resolved which makes me wonder what kind of quality assurance and verification system they have in place which just want to put the blame on customer rather than satisfying them. They ask to take the AMC or buy blah blah service and you wont be delayed next time is a prey, i beg dont fall for such services.This is not first time we have been in such trouble. Each problem has taken a minimum of months time even if you escalate to any level. Noone is doing their duty and very well know how to delay the work till the customer loses its patience so worst customer service!!!

    My IFB washing machine is showing E4 error for the last four months. Despite a number of complaints nothing has been fruitful and the machine is stopping after rinse at around eight-minutes before the water comes from the outlet pipe. The drum is also making a lot of noise while rotating. Please look into the issue and make this company people to address it without any hassles. My latest complaint number is [protected]

    I am using upper loaded washing machine from 2012 and AMC is continue. rightnow i am facing a problem, regularly i am calling to customer care but they are not responded. this type of customer service i nerve seen. i was complained[protected] which is not resolved but again they have given 2nd complain no.18631720.

      Disgusted with the services of your team especially the service centre and technicians
      My dishwasher stopped working on 11/9/2016
      Complaint on 12/[protected]
      Till 15th no show of complaint being attended . After following up with mr. Gaurav and mr. Siddiqui in Lucknow- it was attended to.
      The technicians came checked the machine and come after 3-4 days with a wrong part .
      On 23rd (10days) the machine apparently was fixed and we paid 6000/-
      Till 26th complaint again as the dishes weren't dry when cycle finished and then stopped mid way.
      AMC For 4 products done on 26th
      Ever since been complaining and complaining to no success.

      Now 18483394
      Have been calling everyday since 19th - 27th October to service centre with no success.
      Have a list of people who promised and I screamed at to no luck.

      What kind of team is this.

        I ordered IFB Senorita Aqua VX Front-loading Washing Machine (6.5 Kg, White) from Nagpur city based retailer Roopam Electonics, 6, Medical Square, Medical Chowk dated 11 October 2016.
        The problem started from the very First day when Installation Guy came and instructed us its working.The guy left after starting a 30 minute wash.But the machine neither washes the cloth properly nor dries the clothing.
        Even after the whole 15 days no service guy solved the problem completely.It is disgusting for a Brand New product.IFB after sales service is terrible.
        We need replacement with a new machone or want our money back.The product itself is an Manufacturing Defect.
        IBF after sales service is pathetic.
        Kindly look into the matter asap.Thank you.

          Sir
          I Rajni Vasisht had complained about my faulty microwave oven (complaint no.[protected] on 8th October. The concerned person came on the same day and opened up the microwave and told us that he will come back in 2 or 3 days. Also he was constantly pressurizing us to get EMI done for it. It has been almost 20 days(as of 26th October) since then and even after several calls and complaints on your customer care number, the person hasn't shown up yet and the microwave lies open and non functional till date. Moreover he keeps on forcing to get the EMI done and asks us not to complaint on the company's customer care number, rather to contact him directly on his personal number.
          I, therefore, kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and send the concerned IFB official to get the issue resolved.

            This has happened third time that without attending the problem and when the complaint becomes old, on some pre-text compliant is closed by ifb.

            My recent complaint (ticket no.[protected] is 20 days old. technicians have visited thrice (including today), still the issue remains unresolved. customercare today gave me surprise that complaint against this ticket is already closed. (i had responded negative thru sms when i was notified this)

              I am not happy to send this mail. We are highly disappointed with your very worst service. I am madhavi from karur dist.in tamil nadu.

              Past one month i was tried to reach your people to sort out the issue on our washing machine senorita vx 6kg 800rpm.

              Regarding this last september i was speck to your local service peeson in karur his name mr. Praveen his no. [protected]. He came to our home on 30th september 2016. He said the machine display board was not working for bad power fluctuation so still the warranty period is available so that to change the new board and also the stabilizer is must for this machine. We have already put one stabilizer through from your people only, the cost of the stabilizer is rs.1320/-. But your local service person mr. Praveeen said, this stabilizer is not that much worth for power fluctuation, we must to change the new stabilizer cost nearly rs.4000/-. You people ready install the new stabilizer but not ready to take back the old one which i have already bought through for you people. He said the board is currently not available in our hand so that we order the new one, ones we receive the board then we fix it. This is the statement he given to us. After that he was not contacted us.

              After one week, i tried contact your service people one mr. Senthil his no. [protected]. He said still not yet to receive the board. We waited for one more week then i launch the compliant in your customer care division no.[protected]. You people were promised me to solve the issue with in 24 hrs. Regarding this again i spoke to mr. Senthil he give another local service man mr. Mani his no. [protected]. He was not came directly to our place, i send the machine photo via whatsappp on 19th october 2016 to his mobile. But no response. After a week that one mr. Yuvaraj service man his no.[protected]. He contacted us and he came to our home on 21st october 2016. He said the next the day will come and change the board. Still we are waiting no one were not change anything from here. The machine is stand like a statue in our home. No use.

              Now we are not interested to solve the issue on the machine. We are highly irritated for your very worst service. We will inform you that to launch the case on customer penal court. That's it.

                Technician who came to replace bearing of the washing machine was rude and lacked expertise. There are several issues related to this service.

                1. Technician during disassembly of the machine damaged the front flap and did a quick fix when i complained and left. The machine is now leaking.
                2. While fixing the new bearing, he hammered the rubber washer seal and it got damaged and was projecting out. Technician mentioned it will not cause any issue and used the same. Machine is now leaking and the noice also has resurfaced.
                3. Technician replaced shock absorbers and wanted to take the old shock absorbers. When challenged he mentioned it's his proof to the company that he replaced the shock absorbers. I couldn't find the logic in it. I kept the shock absorbers so that the malpractice if it is, ends with me. Frankly i couldn't find any issue with my old shock absorbers. But i am not an expert either.
                4. There where several parts that were left out after the assembly. I had to persuade the technician to put it back where it belong. Heights of inexperience or lack of commitment.

                I called up both service centre and local coordinator and their response were cold. Service centre promised a call back which i never received. Noice resurfaced after the technician left. It resurfaced while washing one load of laundry. I paid rs 5400 for replacing bearing and shock absorbers. I'm left with a machine that leaks and makes noice. Earlier it was only noice and i could at least do my laundry. I immediately called up ifb service centre several times and raised my issue. Every time they mentioned it'll be escalated. End of the day, ifb sent me a message saying the issue is resolved and the ticket is closed. Which is incorrect. I'm disappointed with the ifb service. I'm promised of a senior technician visit tomorrow. Hope they get it right this time.

                I just want ifb to do a decent work for the money they have already taken.in this case, to resolve the noice issue. Also they have to replace the front flap or fix the leakage at their own cost as it was technician induced damage.

                2 technicians were assigned. Received a call from the manager. Technicians replaced the front flap that was damaged to resolve the leakage. They have also fixed the sound issues by reworking on the drum and the shock absorbers. Received several calls from customer care to get the latest status of the issue. Technicians were professional and friendly. Great way to close a case. Good job.

                IFB did get it right this time. My issues were resolved. IFB sent new technicians who did a great job in resolving the sound and leakage issues. There are still some minor issues but I can live with those. Exceptional work by Abhishek and Yogesh. Satisfied.

                  The authorised service agent, Dhandeep Enterprises having its office at Manav Mandir, CHS, Flat No6, 1st floor, Ram Murti Road, Near Nila Paranjape Eye Clinic, Thane-400601, has cheated the customers and us with hafty amounts with the reasoning that the motor or Card has to be changed and forced us to have an AMC for 2yrs from 8.20.2016.

                  The washing Machine is down due to heavy jerking and vibrations and the agent was informed on 16.10.2016. His person came for checking on 18.1.2016 and told that motor is having problem and is to be changed. Motor is not available immediately. He changed the motor on 21.102.016 but the problem was not resolved. Then he told that motor was okay and there is a problem with the card. He promised to change the card next day. But till date the card is not changed and the agent is giving reasoning that the card is not available with the company and will take next 3-4 days or more. The machine is lying in dismantled condition.
                  This is causing great hardship to me and my family.

                  You are requested to intervene immediately to ensure that my washing machine is pot to service quickly.

                    I had paid rs 3800/- on 23.10.2015 for amc of my washing machine. Your clerk was after me like a hawk for payment calling me morning evening, saying they will do quarterly service.

                    After that, not one person has turned up for one year. Doesn't it amount to taking the customer for a ride? What happened to my 3800/-?

                    So sorry your company speaks of quality in service is very poor and deficient in service.
                    You try calling[protected] or [protected] 0r [protected]. All are dead numbers so sorry i cant reach you. With this service i donot want to buy your machine anymore

                    Microoven was not working under AMC. Lodged complaint vide ticket no. [protected] dtd 12/10/16.. Service person came and tried to open grill but unable to open and break the grill. Again lodged a complaint on 15/10/16.
                    Please rectify the same immediately or else I will go for consumer court.

                    Programme runs continuously for sever hrs. I have complain so many time. but u cancel complain. IFB is a theft company because i have AMC for 2yrs they do not sincere about my problem. i also contact with Vikram Jaipur Rajasthan senior service excutive but no respons.

                      I had purchased this washing machine (Elena Steam 6Kg with 4 Year warranty) on 08/09/2013. From the beginning on wards, it was generating abnormal vibrations and IFB told me it is normal. Now it is not working at all, and they (IFB) says its the drum issue and they need 1 month of time to repair it. And also they need Rs - 500/- for the transportation. So what should i do during this 1 moth time ? Should I buy a new washing machine for that time ? Or they (IFB) compensate me ?

                      Kindly please allow me justice...!!! As it is being used by my parents.
                      It is unbearable to wait for 1 month.

                      The worst ever service on earth is IFB. It sucks. The technicians right from attending call to visiting customer sucks. No knowledge with anybody. Third rated cheap company.

                        Given 3 times complaint regarding my washing M/C with high vibration and stops rotation of drum.

                          Complaint no. 18578668 registered on 15.10.16 for IFB Washing machine which is under AMC. Two engineers visited but they promise to.come later but never.come back.The moment they hear the product is under AMC they find some excuse and leave. Even their call center executive agreed that they don't provide good service for AMC. Engineer came yesterday and told circuit board is required to be changed, as soon as he heard machine is under AMC he told some other part is faulty and he will come back again. They have pathetic after sales service. The problem is unresolved till date.

                            The authorised service agent at Selaiyur, M/s Vishaka enterprises is the biggest cheat.

                            My IFB washing machine started leaking and i was directed by the tollfree telephone call centre to contact Vishaka Enterprises, the authorised service centre in my area.

                            A Technician showed up promptly and after checking stated that the Drum is leaking and needs replacement and advised me to register for AMC (Annual Maintenance) for two years at Rs 4, 245, and produced a bill for Rs. 350 as service charges on 7/10/16 Invoice no. 12503. I visited their office and was told that once i pay up and register for AMC all repairs for the next two yrs would be free, Including this particular repair

                            So I paid up on 12/10/2016 invoice nr. 12814 .The technician promptly replaced the drum and during the process replaced some pipes and produced a bill for Rs.1, 670 dt. 17/10/16. He stated that Rubber items are not covered under the AMC. I was surprised but had no choice and paid up

                            The leakage did not stop after replacing the drum and many pipes inside the machine. The next day he came back and replaced some other parts and produced a bill for another Rs. 1670 invoice dt 17/10/16 nr. 12869

                            The leakage still did not stop and then he discovered that the external pipe to the tap connection is leaking and fixed it. The leakage stopped.

                            It is obvious that the leakage could have been stopped if the technician checked the external pipes first. I ended up paying a total of 350+4245+1670+1670 = 7935 for which i could have bought a new machine.
                            This is daylight robbery . the technicians are trained to do this. I feel very hurt and duped.

                            Kindly take necessary action and refund all the money.

                              We called IFB for a casual service. They sent a technician, he opened everything said that some filter is blocked and he tried opening it with a screwdriver (he is not caring tools useful to open that) he made the hole in which that filter fits big and the new filter is not fitting. he says that a new set should be fitted and it costs 1700/- including his fee. He went saying that and now he is not available([protected]) when I called IFB again they said that they will send another technician, but didn't. After 2 days called them again and still there is no technician. The washing machine is opened 2 weeks back and still no response from IFB. One of the worst service ever.

                                Ifb washing machine's pipe & adapter has some issues, we are continuously trying to get in touch with the customer care and the dealers to whom you have given the responsibility to solve our issues, i really feel sad to inform that dont have any sense to talk to a female, also i dont find them capable enough to handle the query, also the mtnl & bsnl number provided the ifb is always busy, i really need someone sensible to fix up the issue so that my machine starts working.

                                  My washing machine does not work for more than 2 months now.

                                  The support guy from ifb tricked me into paying 4000+ rupees as amc fees and no one comes and rectifies at the washing machine. He never told me that he belongs to a franchise, all he told was he is an employee of ifb.

                                  The call center person says that the franchise (Deepa franchise) is responsible and ifb cannot do anything. But for me, its all ifb.

                                  I was cheated by ifb.

                                  I always believed that ifb has the best appliances, even believe now so. But, your support is so frustrating that i believe that i should not even think of ifb for any of my home appliances.

                                    I am using angular washing machine (6.5 kg) for past 5 yrs.
                                    From the beginning i had a complaint with this machine. because it is a rare model. on purchase you could have to give any suggestion that it is rare model so you can't get any spares for this machine. it's worth of rs. 30, 000. now this machine have not working at all.

                                      My customer id is 1672157 sure you will have the logs of the last three months. Quite an experience to know that some great monopolistic companies have their customers by their necks the staff just keep aside the phone trying to play the technical snag stuff and await your patience gives way. The ploy being you contact the next guy he reads out the same protocol he wont transfer you to a higher up or the same person you spoke to and you keep repeating and pleading for the service. This has been going on from the 13th of oct till date in our case. Well the funny part is that if you get through the senior he arranges a call to one of the most unique and disrespectful guy called sampat who is the so called franchise appointed to take care of the service and someone who still had a phone, on a tariff plan in which incoming still charged, so best of luck if you get through. Well did know how to be generous in life and give alms well thanks to ifb have learnt how to beg. Hope to get a solution to the problem, but sincerely if you want to ruin something for someone gift him an ifb wait to it to start to give him trouble i bet anything ifb won't let you down. Rest assured.
