Dear Sir,
I am customer of IFB top load Washing Machine bough t in july 2015 . I have registered many coplaints since april 2016 on drum speed issue, and it is being assigned to vishaka enterprises and none of them has been attending my request properly, After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came in september and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and for identfying the problems he dismantle the washing machine and left.he said he will come back with the neccessary spares
and it s been two months the machine was still in dismantled position, whenever i am calling them for a solution they are keep on asking me to wait for week. i dont need your service here after, please arrange any of your technicians to assemble the dismantled product, i will do my own service with a third party,

Even after escalation of the complaint on 17th Oct 2016, no one has turned up yet as on 20th Oct 2016 : 12:40 pm
We did get a call from the call center that someone is going to visit us on 19/10/2016 by 5 pm. Thereafter no further action.
