Complaint ticket # [protected] booked on 24/9/ 2016 and till today...18/10/2016 issue not fixed and it is almost 1 month.
I have made endless calls to Mr Senthil on[protected]. Every time there is a new information and finally no one turns up to fix the dishwasher.
Dishwasher is under AMC which they force up each year to renew.

Horrible service from IFB and frustrating to the core.

    Hello Team,

    I had bought an IFB washing machine model no TL-75RCH(7.5kg) on 1st OCT2016. I have register a complaint that there is no warranty card and booklet inside the box, the person who was attending my query was so sure that it will come to your address in within next 2 days, unfortunately I have not received yet. After 5 days one guy who came for installation was shown that there no RAT MAT inside my machine and he told me to register the complaint and it will be changed. .i have registered the complaint with complaint no 18538999 since then I was calling to IFB customer care and they give assurance that technician will come soon etc etc, after another 5 days he came and told that there is one more problem with your machine we again need to register a complaint then it will get resolved. I have the feeling that why I have wasted my money to bought an IFB machine, every time a person come and say there is an problem and its been only 18 days i have bought this machine with so many problems.

    Would appreciate your quick feedback with resolution.

      Lodged a Complaint for malfunction on 12th October 2016, 1:45 PM (Ticket Reference Number [protected].

      Someone visited the next day and was unable to solve the issue. Inspite of that was asking Rs. 500/- as visit fees. He said he will need to send a Senior person.

      Thereafter he called back on 15th Oct afternoon stating that his senior has guided him about what to do and he is visiting us again. He did not turn up.

      Today called the Toll free number again at around 11 am. The Call Centre girl said that she has messaged the concerned person and someone will visit shortly.

      Even after escalation of the complaint on 17th Oct 2016, no one has turned up yet as on 20th Oct 2016 : 12:40 pm

      We did get a call from the call center that someone is going to visit us on 19/10/2016 by 5 pm. Thereafter no further action.

        Hii sir/mam my name is aviansh ibrought ifb washing machine in last 5th year and its warenty had finished and again for rewening warenty i paid 2400. For renewal that are not responding properly for that and thAt to i brought same company washing machine last month and it got compalint i given compalint to the district distrubutor RAVI and his phone number [protected] till now he is not responding for any complaint and giving rash answers with valgur language "as their is no online comaplint number for ifb comapny iwas calling to this district incharge for ifb ...eventhouhg their Are online number they are not working please take serious action on ifb ..iwas saying because i trust on consumer complaints please with request tkake searious action on that person RAVI also

          I had called ifb customer service for a complaint of my washing machine not working. Fifteen days hav past and they hav till nt cared to do the work. They just keep on passing senior number's. Miss priti nor mr ritesh care to pick up call or respond to call back... Sad to be their customer... They are nt customer friendly nor they emphasis with their customers... Sad and bad company

            I live in Sector 61, Noida and own IFB washing machine Model AW 6501W and has contracted AMC with IFB Ind. Ltd. vide Sr. no 400544 (Invoice no. 241516/ 19293 dtd. 29.3.16). May machine is out of order since 1.10.16. I lodged a complaint on 1.10.16 (don't remember ticket no.). A man from IFB turned up on 5.10.16 but he came with Wrong spare part. Since last 11 days I am frantically calling IFB customer care, but there is no response. They give false assurance that man will come on 10th, 11 and so on, but No one has come till today (16.10.16). I regret buying IFB machine and more than that I regret paying for AMC. Now what I do, continue to wash cloths by hand and wait endlessly or Throw out the Machine and buy a new one.

            If my complaint is not resolved within 24 hours, then I will definitely take legal action against company.

              I am kishore kumar from Chittoor. here IFB technicians are very lazy. couple of weeks ago i gave a complaint and no. [protected]. on that day IFB tech is came and saw and he don't know the problem and he said 'sir i want to meet my senior tech and I'll call you back sir'. that's it. I'm waiting for a call from IFB tech. again I logged a complaint today. IFB people says I'll take new complaint and send a senior tech to your home. my second complaint No. [protected].

                I have registered a complaint with you before a month and it is still not resolved . The customer service from your side is very very poor! In order to take an AMC, your staff were polite and kind but after that they have not even contacted us for a courtesy. Please provide qualified staff to resolve the issue at the earliest.                   I am customer of IFB top load Washing Machine bough t in july 2015 . I have registered many coplaints since april 2016 on drum speed issue, and it is being assigned to vishaka enterprises and none of them has been attending my request properly, After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came in september and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and for identfying the problems he dismantle the washing machine and left.he said he will come back with the neccessary spares
                  and it s been two months the machine was still in dismantled position, whenever i am calling them for a solution they are keep on asking me to wait for week. i dont need your service here after, please arrange any of your technicians to assemble the dismantled product, i will do my own service with a third party,

                    I received IFB washing M/c model-EVA ACQUA VX LDT, VQ53019, on 14.10.2016 at about 1630hrs. The m/c was e-purchased through Flipkart, order no- OD[protected].

                    I have also received sms from ifb about installation and demo. The ticket no is [protected]. It is alo mentioned to check the email, but till this time I have not received any e-mail ([protected]@gmail.com)

                    For security reasons, please instruct IFB representative to make a call before visiting, Apart from this issue IFB-I-card to IFB representatives.

                      My IFB washing machine belt broke and the spare is not available in the open market. They demand heavy price and repair charges. I repent that I have bought IFB Washing Machine.

                      Their AMC is a big extortion contract. If you take the AMC, they will somehow charge you for the spares one way or another.

                      Do not buy IFB Washing machine, maintaining it is not worth it.

                        I had bought an IFB machine in July 2016. The guy who came for installation was shown the scratch on the top and he told us to register the complaint and it will be changed. .i registered the complaint but to my surprise I just got an SMS saying : my complaint has been attended and closed. I immediately sent an SMS saying that nothing has been done. No one came . Again I complaint that the frame on which machine is kept needs to be tightened but no one came. Now the machine has stopped working and I have washed clothes may be 10 times in last 3 months and I have been requesting for last one week to the dealer and company to attend my complaint but to no avail I sincerely regret my decision to have bought an IFB. The worst machine with pathetic service

                          I dropped a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com but there is no response in the mail as well. The below mail is my request. Kindly do the needful

                          Hi Team,

                          We are using Executive Elite washing machine for more than a year. We have been receiving so much problem.

                          One of the executive from IFB came and told us to cover AMC. They told most of the AMC products will be cover under AMC

                          So we took AMC Policy. There was problem everymonth. But they said these parts wont cover under AMC. So we also paid amount.

                          Now 2 weeks back our washing machine suddenly stopped and these was smoke.

                          So last week IFB executive Soundher came to our house and saw everything he saw the Wiring KIT, Motor & Motor board is gone it will take 7000 and it will cover under AMC

                          He also said. It will take 10 days to reach and everything will be solved.

                          After 10 days when i called the executive he said he has raised an order to GOA but there is no Stock for this Executive Elight Washing machine. Better you can go to IFB Store and exchange it but AMC money wont be covered. There is no proper response from IFB customer care as well.

                          And they also said to us they will buy the parts from outside and they will fix the issue. But this wont cover under AMC. They are saying "We should Pay for this"

                          "Are we Mad" If your company is buying product from outside you guys have to make sure everything is correct. And even you should put your companies money. No peoples money.

                          I just want to ask a question to you guys. If this model is stopped and there is no Stock for these products, Why did you guys told us to join AMC and it is waste of money.

                          Nothing has happened and no one has come to receive my complaint. I have not seen such a company like your team. And this November they are calling me to Renewal IFB. I dont know how the dare you guys cheating and asking for renewal

                            Complaint no. [protected], dated 12oct16, was assured contact from local service centre within 24 hrs, after trying full day on 13oct16 was unable to get in touch with service centre in pune, nobody answered the calls, finally got through today i. E. 14oct16 and was informed they cannot attend due to technician busy with demo calls. It is disappointing to see that ifb only cares about new customers and totally ignores problems of existing customers.

                              My dishwasher was repaired after 1 and 1/2 month of repeated complaints and just after 2 days its again not working...sometimes error 5 occurs and now machine is water logged. Waste water is accumulating in machine..i m fedup of this machine...already registered complaint on toll free and without resolving the problem getting the message that complaint is resolved...once mechanic came but did nothing...saying ki use kuch samajh nahi aa raha...complaint no was 18472892. I have never seen such a worst service...Machine is still in guarantee period...thinking of going to consumer court...

                                I have booked my complaint on september 26th 2016, your teqnician named dhanunjay attended .the main complaint was the machine takes much time to work.he came and said body has to be changed for which i accepted the same but he said me that body is not available and takes 5 to 7 days . and said tem[perorly you can use the machine . but main problem remained the same snd i called him and said the same to him he told timer has to be changed .when he came here he didnt mentioned about the timer but he was busy in qoutinghiger bill { parts to be changed} . and when i called him i am not getting proper response from him. So i kindly request you to solve the issue earliest.

                                  I had registered the complaint [protected] on 02.10.2016. I am having amc with you. I am trying to contact customer care nos. [protected] &[protected]. I am able to connect customer care office after 10 minutes waiting (Sometime after 30 minutes waiting, no response also). Till today 03:30 pm, i have not received any call from service engineer. After 8 days, i was received pune representative contact no. As discussed with them, the service engineers are busy in new installation.
                                  Hence i am requesting you to cancel my amc and provide the refund at earliest.

                                    I have purchased a washing machine of IFB Serena aqua sx ldt 6 kg. A boy name sushil came for installation of machine. He came with accessories and when we asked him that is it along with machine he said yes. But after that he raised a bill of RS 4570. When I refused for that he said these have been opened and can not be back. Sir, I gave a cheque no.852267 of SBI. Please help positively.

                                      Post changing the faulty magnetic coil by service person by Babu machine is not working properly, as expected after calling person N number of times senior service person again replaced the magnetic coil and suspects board is gone bad and hence board needs to be change. which is not at all acceptable as a customer. The issue with board came since service man installed the faulty magnetic coil .. so i really don't know where this issue is leading too...

                                      I request can some senior person see to this issue and help to fix issue on priority.

                                      Very bad to say that I lost complete faith in IFB products and tell people not to buy.

                                        I am using ifb senator aqua sx 8 kg for around 2 years (Contact number [protected] – this is the registered number). Till now no issues with the product. 3 days back a ifb service guy came from harinithi enterprises bangalore and did a service. He opened the machine and did cleaning and other stuff. And he confirmed that there are no issues with the machine, all good. Once after he left my home we started using the mahine, suddenly we got a big sound from the machine, when we went and looked at it the front glass door has been broken. Not sure what has caused the glass door to be broken (Whether the mahine was not assembled after cleaning). Till before the service we didn’t even had any crack with the machine.

                                        1) i contacted the guy who did the service he negotiated that it would have broken if myself would have used jeans pant to wash and the button from jeans pant would have broken it – i am not convinced with the response and he claimed that it is not under warrenty and i need to pay for it.

                                        2) i called ifb customer care and the executive said, it should be the service guy issue, so he gave harinithi enterprises number to contact and rectify this. He said he will raise complaint if harinithi enterprises asks for it after the conversation.

                                        3) also registered my complaint in ifb website as well, i got an automated email saying, the ifb exective will contact back. But till now no calls from ifb.

                                        4) called harinithi enterprises, they are not accepting that its their fault and they said they will check with the service guy and confirm. I called 2 times today, they told the service guy is in office only and will get back in 5-10 minutes. After 2 hours i called back the number (Manager – john), he is not picking the call.

                                        When we purchase the product we don’t know who harinithi enterprises is. We used to go with the brand ifb. We are using ifb in our family for long time (With different models). This is the first time we are facing this problem and i am fed up with the response from both ifb and harinithi enterprises.

                                        If this continues i am planning to put a case on consumer court. This is against against consumer protection act 1986 section 2 (1) (D). This has to be rectified asap as this is caused by the worst service done by the harinithi enterprises representative.
