I had bought an IFB machine in July 2016. The guy who came for installation was shown the scratch on the top and he told us to register the complaint and it will be changed. .i registered the complaint but to my surprise I just got an SMS saying : my complaint has been attended and closed. I immediately sent an SMS saying that nothing has been done. No one came . Again I complaint that the frame on which machine is kept needs to be tightened but no one came. Now the machine has stopped working and I have washed clothes may be 10 times in last 3 months and I have been requesting for last one week to the dealer and company to attend my complaint but to no avail I sincerely regret my decision to have bought an IFB. The worst machine with pathetic service

    I dropped a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com but there is no response in the mail as well. The below mail is my request. Kindly do the needful

    Hi Team,

    We are using Executive Elite washing machine for more than a year. We have been receiving so much problem.

    One of the executive from IFB came and told us to cover AMC. They told most of the AMC products will be cover under AMC

    So we took AMC Policy. There was problem everymonth. But they said these parts wont cover under AMC. So we also paid amount.

    Now 2 weeks back our washing machine suddenly stopped and these was smoke.

    So last week IFB executive Soundher came to our house and saw everything he saw the Wiring KIT, Motor & Motor board is gone it will take 7000 and it will cover under AMC

    He also said. It will take 10 days to reach and everything will be solved.

    After 10 days when i called the executive he said he has raised an order to GOA but there is no Stock for this Executive Elight Washing machine. Better you can go to IFB Store and exchange it but AMC money wont be covered. There is no proper response from IFB customer care as well.

    And they also said to us they will buy the parts from outside and they will fix the issue. But this wont cover under AMC. They are saying "We should Pay for this"

    "Are we Mad" If your company is buying product from outside you guys have to make sure everything is correct. And even you should put your companies money. No peoples money.

    I just want to ask a question to you guys. If this model is stopped and there is no Stock for these products, Why did you guys told us to join AMC and it is waste of money.

    Nothing has happened and no one has come to receive my complaint. I have not seen such a company like your team. And this November they are calling me to Renewal IFB. I dont know how the dare you guys cheating and asking for renewal

      Complaint no. [protected], dated 12oct16, was assured contact from local service centre within 24 hrs, after trying full day on 13oct16 was unable to get in touch with service centre in pune, nobody answered the calls, finally got through today i. E. 14oct16 and was informed they cannot attend due to technician busy with demo calls. It is disappointing to see that ifb only cares about new customers and totally ignores problems of existing customers.

        My dishwasher was repaired after 1 and 1/2 month of repeated complaints and just after 2 days its again not working...sometimes error 5 occurs and now machine is water logged. Waste water is accumulating in machine..i m fedup of this machine...already registered complaint on toll free and without resolving the problem getting the message that complaint is resolved...once mechanic came but did nothing...saying ki use kuch samajh nahi aa raha...complaint no was 18472892. I have never seen such a worst service...Machine is still in guarantee period...thinking of going to consumer court...

          I have booked my complaint on september 26th 2016, your teqnician named dhanunjay attended .the main complaint was the machine takes much time to work.he came and said body has to be changed for which i accepted the same but he said me that body is not available and takes 5 to 7 days . and said tem[perorly you can use the machine . but main problem remained the same snd i called him and said the same to him he told timer has to be changed .when he came here he didnt mentioned about the timer but he was busy in qoutinghiger bill { parts to be changed} . and when i called him i am not getting proper response from him. So i kindly request you to solve the issue earliest.

            I had registered the complaint [protected] on 02.10.2016. I am having amc with you. I am trying to contact customer care nos. [protected] &[protected]. I am able to connect customer care office after 10 minutes waiting (Sometime after 30 minutes waiting, no response also). Till today 03:30 pm, i have not received any call from service engineer. After 8 days, i was received pune representative contact no. As discussed with them, the service engineers are busy in new installation.
            Hence i am requesting you to cancel my amc and provide the refund at earliest.

              I have purchased a washing machine of IFB Serena aqua sx ldt 6 kg. A boy name sushil came for installation of machine. He came with accessories and when we asked him that is it along with machine he said yes. But after that he raised a bill of RS 4570. When I refused for that he said these have been opened and can not be back. Sir, I gave a cheque no.852267 of SBI. Please help positively.

                Post changing the faulty magnetic coil by service person by Babu machine is not working properly, as expected after calling person N number of times senior service person again replaced the magnetic coil and suspects board is gone bad and hence board needs to be change. which is not at all acceptable as a customer. The issue with board came since service man installed the faulty magnetic coil .. so i really don't know where this issue is leading too...

                I request can some senior person see to this issue and help to fix issue on priority.

                Very bad to say that I lost complete faith in IFB products and tell people not to buy.

                  I am using ifb senator aqua sx 8 kg for around 2 years (Contact number [protected] – this is the registered number). Till now no issues with the product. 3 days back a ifb service guy came from harinithi enterprises bangalore and did a service. He opened the machine and did cleaning and other stuff. And he confirmed that there are no issues with the machine, all good. Once after he left my home we started using the mahine, suddenly we got a big sound from the machine, when we went and looked at it the front glass door has been broken. Not sure what has caused the glass door to be broken (Whether the mahine was not assembled after cleaning). Till before the service we didn’t even had any crack with the machine.

                  1) i contacted the guy who did the service he negotiated that it would have broken if myself would have used jeans pant to wash and the button from jeans pant would have broken it – i am not convinced with the response and he claimed that it is not under warrenty and i need to pay for it.

                  2) i called ifb customer care and the executive said, it should be the service guy issue, so he gave harinithi enterprises number to contact and rectify this. He said he will raise complaint if harinithi enterprises asks for it after the conversation.

                  3) also registered my complaint in ifb website as well, i got an automated email saying, the ifb exective will contact back. But till now no calls from ifb.

                  4) called harinithi enterprises, they are not accepting that its their fault and they said they will check with the service guy and confirm. I called 2 times today, they told the service guy is in office only and will get back in 5-10 minutes. After 2 hours i called back the number (Manager – john), he is not picking the call.

                  When we purchase the product we don’t know who harinithi enterprises is. We used to go with the brand ifb. We are using ifb in our family for long time (With different models). This is the first time we are facing this problem and i am fed up with the response from both ifb and harinithi enterprises.

                  If this continues i am planning to put a case on consumer court. This is against against consumer protection act 1986 section 2 (1) (D). This has to be rectified asap as this is caused by the worst service done by the harinithi enterprises representative.

                      I have bought a newly microwave oven on 28th oct, 2016. bought from great eastern appliances pvt. ltd. branch:21, hemant basu sarani kolkata -700001. item description: ifb 23sc3- 23 ltr conv. mwo. price: rs - 10500/-.
                      Great eastern's staff said that we should call the ifb company for demonstration for microwave oven. we call the company for demonstration. they said that they will come to our home for demonstration within 24 hours
                      But they didn't came. after that day we call several times and they also said several time that they should come our house for demonstration but they didn't came. so we have decided to write a complaint against them. please take a quick agains them

                        1. Complaint was given on 08 sep 2016. Technician visited on 10 sep couple of days after technician's visit received massage on mobile that problem is resolved. Where as nothing was done. Complaint no [protected]
                        2. After number of failed attempts to contact with technician, second complaint registered (No [protected]) made. Neither any action taken nor any response received from your/technicians end.

                          IFB Top load machine was bought in October'15. We started to experience problem with the machine within 4 months from date of purchase. This was complained to IFB service centre. Response time from the service centre is very poor. The service centre sent un qualified technician to home few times. He could not identify the problem and used to return without ant troubleshooting. The same was reported to Service centre and they sent the same technician even after complaining. Now, The service centre is not all responding to the complaint. The machine costs around 18000 Rs. As a good brand, we believe in IFB. The poor response from the world biggest manufacturer in IFB machine, gives us lot of frustration. If this persists, we stop using/recommend the brand to ANY ONE.
                          POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, TECHNICIANS KNOWLEDGE IS VERY POOR.

                              1. my registered mobile no is [protected].
                              2. i have taken ifb washing machine amc on 27 jul 16.
                              3. my washing machine started giving trouble about a month back (cb tripping off after some time of operation)
                              4. after lot of calls the ifb service person turned up. he made the machine working. he said i have also changed your belt so pay me 950 and 350 for cleaning solution. total 1300. i checked the belt and found it absolutely in good condition. service person said its ok if you dont want to get the belt changed. i enquired about the cleaning solution. he said that was also optional.
                              5. next day i again had problem with washing machine. this time the drum was rotating only in drying mode.
                              6. again after lot of call to the ifb service certer, their person turned up. he checked the machine thoroughly. he made a list of three item, which he said have gone bad and he will get the components next day. he said all the required parts are covered under amc. i just asked him about the belt. he said belt was good.
                              7. despite repeated calls, no one turned up next day, another day and then a week... two weeks.
                              8. we made calls to mr anjan kumar (branch coordinator) [protected] and mr rafeeq (engineer) [protected].
                              9. mr rafeeq agreed to come if we paid him transport charges for drum (which he said required replacement) of rs 500. our house is inside the bengaluru city and it takes 200 rs even from the farthest end. so 500 seem to be a big amount. on enquiry mr rafeeq said the part will come from goa, and so the transport charges are more. we had a word with mr anjan, he said the part is there in whitefield, it will go to wilson garden for checking then it will come to your place. also the bad part coming out of machine need to be transported back to ifb. he said if servicing person and engineer is coming to your house, you will have to pay him something. after this he slammed the call and did not pick the call thereafter.
                              10. we were confused and called customer care. during the conference call with mr narsimha, mr anjan and self - mr anjan said that now he will not be charging us for transport and that he was sorry about disconnecting the call.
                              11. about an hr later mr rafeeq came to our house. he did not have any drum with him. i was surprised that till now he has been asking for transport charges of drum, and he has not come with the drum. on enquiry he said your washing machine drum is good.
                              12. so far so good. he said motor has melted. the belt was bad so the motor ran without load and got melted. i said that the motor is rotating along with drum in dry mode. he showed me a torn belt. i was surprised how can the belt be torn so badly as we did not use the washing machine from the last visit by ifb service person's visit. (last visit i have inspected the belt along with service person form ifb).
                              13. mr rafeeq changed the motor and said machine is ok now. on checking i found the problem still persist. the motor (as he removed the belt to drum) was only moving in dry mode and not in washing mode. he thereafter changed a contactor and it was working now.
                              14. i requested if he has new belt. he said he does not have any belt. i requested to check his bag if he can find one belt (that would have made my maching working). he said he does not have any belt and he had only one belt which he has used in his visit to some other place.
                              15. i was sure that my belt was not torn. so i requested mr rafeeq if i can see his bag myself. mr rafeeq unwillingly agreed.
                              16. i found a belt in his bag. mr rafeeq said this is of a different washing machine. i agreed as it was different. mr rafeeq again said he does not have any other belt. then came my belt from his bag. mr rafeeq was without words. i took a photo of both the belts, which are exactly same in color, shape, size, width and length. i told him pls wait for me, i will change my clothes and come along with you to the service center. mr rafeeq at this point of time said he has to attend other customers and did not have time left. i said i will not take 2 min to change clothes and come.
                              17. mr rafeeq also took my good belt along with him.

                              I took amc for ifb to have peace of mind. i spend money for amc so that i dont have to pay everytime, but the sevicing person (whenever they have come) have tried to make money by unfair means. this time he was caught red handed after i found my belt in his bag.

                              I was in constant touch with mr narsimha when this incident took place. i also have the pics of both the belts with me.

                              My washing machine is still not working after almost one and a half month of effort. i have two kids and it becomes difficult to manage without a washing machine. you are requested to intervene.

                                REGISTERED A COMPLAINT 5 DAYS AGO WITH COMPLAIN NO: 18509337 and Technician visited some other site n resolved complaint without informing me. Again I registered a complaint 2 days back but no luck yet. Complaint No is 18520183.

                                When I called customer care on[protected] they said they can't do much and they said that I need to talk to Area supervisor of Delhi Mr. Manoj on [protected], but guys and what he said is that the complaint will get resolved by yesterday evening(Oct 6th 2016) but no one turned up, One technician called me up having no [protected] but he doesn't have proper machine parts/equipment to rectify my washing machine and he promised to came in evening on Oct 6th 2016 but in evening he switched his phone off and now when I called him today morning then he said "ab toh jo ho gaya so ho gaya ab he won't attend my call, mujhe jo karna hai kar le".

                                Are these IFB person talk like this and they are getting trained to talk to their customers like this, if so then I think this is a worst service that I have seen in my life. After Product getting sold no one will be responsible for after Sales Support.

                                IFB thanks for recruiting such a person for you end user support. What should I say now. Just will wait n watch the dramatic show.

                                Even after getting call from IFB GOA Headoffice from: 91-[protected] yestarday(Oct 7th 2016) around 1 PM, I didn't get any call any mail from the support executive. What a BS, these guys are just or more than that.

                                Just waiting for them to turn around till the time dramatic show from IFB will go on.

I have registered numbers of complaints but complaints are getting close but issue is not getting resolved.                                     The payment for a dishwasher (Neptune VX) was done on 4rth November 2016 to a CSD Supplier, Sham Lal Krishan Lal, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt., bearing Invoice no. GR-2610 from the Godown Naraina. The delivery was done in two days time and two days after a person for installation came just to discover that the machine delivered was a faulty, used machine with a lot of rust inside and outside the machine. The complaint was made by the ifb staff with a promise of replacing the machine in two days time. We are yet to receive the machine. It is indeed very disgusting to keep the faulty piece at home. What is the process of expediting? Does anyone pay any heed to the complaints made? Please reply.

                                    It would be really good if you could spell the time it will take for the exchange of the machine as its already been more than the time we were promised by the IFB personnel who visited us.
                                    We have been corresponding through email to the IFB customer care however, there is no progress. Can we be informed? Is there any possibility of refund of money so as to end this ordeal? It has not been a good experience. Hope to get a response.
                                    We were sent a message on 24rth November 2016 asking for whether we have received the machine or not with an assurance of delivery on the same or the next day. However, the story keeps continuing without a fruitful result. Should we think that this will end with the complaint to the consumer court or something will show up. Please revert.
                                    The changed machine finally reached us on 3rd December 2016. The engineer who came the next day i.e. on 4rth December 2016 found a big dent on the lower front of the machine. The damaged machine according to the IFB engineer is not usable and has lodged a complaint to the company.

                                    However our request to the company is that our cost for the machine be now returned. Because of this bad experience of ours with you we would like to buy the machine from some other dealer.

                                      Hello its varun bansal, i am writing here to compaint against my newly bought two IFB fully machine that it is distorting our clothes too much that newly bought clothes after washing looks like too old and u can say fate hoye . We compainted about it so many times but they hadn't listened us. They are just telling us they will repair but we have got repaired our one of two machines but we r facing same problem. So that why reason i wanted from u to change my machine inatead of getting talks like that we will repair or do. anything else i just want to replace it with new machine because i had invested Rs-40000. When i asked retailer about my problem they simply said that this model IFB AW7201 RB is defected built by company. But now what can i do. Plz just solve my problem and i just want to change my machine without any discount charging and to replace it with new one or another model.

                                        I purchased IFB washing machine model of.ELENA AQUA SX 6 Kg 800RPM on[protected] the product warranty is 4 years, on[protected] i have given a complaint to the IFB customer care for repair with th ticket no:[protected] on[protected] the technician came and checked the machine and told have to change the Programming board and door lock and he said with in 7 days we will replace the spare parts.after 18 days[protected]i contacted again customer care, and ask for the spare parts replacement and they said your complaint has been closed on[protected], and again taken fresh complaint with the ticket no:[protected] dt:[protected], and they said they will solve the problem with in 24 hrs but no technician and no response from the IFB, and again contacted the customer care on[protected] they didn't give response at all. From first compliment to this day total 21 days finished but I didn't get the spare parts from IFB, Even single call back also i didn't received from IFB.

                                        This is not for the first time I faced the problem already on[protected] i called for service help and given the complaint, they taken the complaint and closed without service.

                                        The IFB suffering alot to the customers, and take the necessary action
