I m customer of ifb from 2007, I was having a trust on it and happy with service, and took microwave on 28, 03, 2016. Since then I have facing one problem did complaint of it, the service man change Magnetron next time change PCB, next change, change coil all things has been changed and the proper function is not proper till now, and now they are calling it's a new function, so its v cant help you now the rice is not cook properly, and there r not replying to me properly... There spoilt my microwave.. Whats r u policy, one time service man v have told in head office there with replace microwave, I m fed up of ifb... My 16, 000/-r waste kindly look in to the matter customer id 2115560..after 2day U service man had Vist and having no problem solve... Name Aunp Singh..the person decent guys .. And I want final answer of it... Whst is going take place. I am fed up of the Ifb poor service and no response and from the day took the microwave compliant and guys cone and go I m. Not interest in open the microwave.. Now
