Reference : ticket number [protected]

A complaint was registered on the issue of non working of start button of ifb dish washer neptune on 27/09/2016. Till today neither received a call from the technician nor the issue was attended.
Also please note that the control panel was replacedon date 01/09/2016 against complaint ticket number [protected]. However the problem repeated within a month's time. The replaced panel is not in good condition, either it is a reconditioned one or is not a genuine spare part.

Please note the above and take necessary action on priority.
Considering to approach consumer forum for a compensation if the issue is not addressed by today.

    I purchased washing machine on 17/07/2013. Your engineer came for installation, he unpack the machine and found the top cover of machine was broken. He assured me that the company changed the cover and he wrote this in his installation report. But till date no one responds. I call several time to call centre they give me number of local sells manager number, but they not give good response.

      My micro over is under amc. now it has some heating problem. i have already register two complains vide ticket nos. [protected] & [protected] dated 30 aug 16 & 10 sep 16.. but till now my problem has not been solved. kindly do the needful for urgent solution of my problem. if this type of service rendered by sch a big company, then what will be its reputation in the society.

        I bought ifb dishwasher abt 6 months back. It broke down multiple times and the technician tried to repair it but all in vein.. Then he told its divisor is defective. New part will come then it will work. But from last more than one month they could not repair it. I complained multiple times on toll free and at service center also but got only assurance.         Complaint resolved but you ifb people really needs to improve your customer care service as my complaint resolved only after written complaint on this social media forum but not by multiple complaints on tollfree and to the service managers...they are really hopeless...even they stopped picking my phone after multiple complaints. ...my complaint took almost one and half month to be solved...

          I Naushad Alam has bought IFB AC from MEHTA ENTERPRISES on 21-3-14.
          Model no ACS18AK3TC.
          I had complain on[protected] in Okhla New delhi on the no.[protected]
          The executive came on[protected] saturday evening time he told the compressure is not working so compressure will change.I told ok he told near about 2500 hundred will be charge.I told ok.
          But on 28/9/16 I got one call from same no by Mr.Yesh that you will be charge like 2850.00 for gas+ 500.00 for nytrogen gas +550.00 visit charge +12% =Now total is 4368.00.
          Is it ok the total bill 4368.00.

          The gas cost is only 1500 then for what the are charging 2850.00????
          Pls revert.

            complain- During washing machine cuts punches the cloths
            Machine is under AMC
            complain lodged to customer care on dated 08.06.2016 complain no[protected] complain closed without resolving the problem. Again complain lodged on 10.07.2016 complain no[protected] and after 10.07.2016 several reminder on customer care and every time they ask technician will visit within 48 hours but no one visited till date and problem still out stands .due to non services from ifb we suffer so many cloths damaged by machine and inspite of amc no visited for solvin the problem. Really it is a bitter experience with ifb.

            sir, my complain still not resolved, ifb customer care assures since 10th july 16, more than three months and every time their technician will visit shortly. but till date no technician visited . It seems either they are dummy or they intentionally misguide and harass their consumer. Now i would also like to know the reason for such delay ad the action taken against the concern official other wise i will knock the consumer court.

            sir, my complain still not resolved, no one or technician visited till date, IFB team assure us since 10 th july, i think they are also misguiding and harassing their consumers other wise in spite of such repeated reminders question does not arise that call not attended since more than three months. ifb service is not bad but worst service. i would like to know the reason for such delay and the action taken by the company against the responsible person, other wise i will knock at consumer forum.

                Hello its varun bansal, i am writing here to compaint against my newly bought two IFB fully machine that it is distorting our clothes too much that newly bought clothes after washing looks like too old and u can say fate hoye . We compainted about it so many times but they hadn't listened us. They are just telling us they will repair but we have got repaired our one of two machines but we r facing same problem. So that why reason i wanted from u to change my machine inatead of getting talks like that we will repair or do. anything else i just want to replace it with new machine because i had invested Rs-40000. When i asked retailer about my problem they simply said that this model IFB AW7201 RB is defected built by company. But now what can i do. Plz just solve my problem and i just want to change my machine without any discount charging and to replace it with new one or another model.

                  I have registered my complaints three to four time in past four months, but still now no service person have arrived, if they took the phone they will say tomorrow i would come. I have been irritated for lot time regarding these kind of activity, we bought this product for the quality service only why they are affording. Kindly requesting you to make service at correct time otherwise advising you to come and take the product, it is our fault to buy these type of products

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I registered a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] regarding ifb microwave on dated 12 sept 2016. On same day, a technician attended that call and checked my bill for free warranty service and suggested that within 2 or 3 days they will replace the "button panel" to fix this problem. On 17 sept and 18 sept, i called customer care again to tell them that my problem is still pending. As response, they gave me a vendor number that is [protected]. I called them many times from 18 sept 2016. Every time they said that they will fix it tomorrow. I want to know the meaning of "tomorrow". As per my experience with ifb customer service, tomorrow means "harass the cutomer" or "problem will fix never". Is it so? Till now i don't find any solution.

                    I am requesting you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                      Ifb dryer had stopped working but was under warranty someone came to attend to the complain he opened some screw and told me that some switch had got burnt and would be replaced with out any charges as it was under warranty then he made the machine on direct mode and told me he would report back with a new switch in 3 days but 1 1 /2month I gave a second complain then a third but no one came in after that some other person walked in and demanded rs650 for both the time the machine was opened by the service center person highly disappointed this is a money making racket will never consider an Ifb product for future bad service

                        I had purchased ifb refrigerator 16 months back.
                        Product code - rffb400edwdls/2014

                        From few days there was multiple problems.
                        1. There use to be sudden noise (Which use to be very high)
                        2. Inside the refrigerator it was completely heated up.
                        3. At present refrigerator is making continuous noise like a mixer.
                        Now i have switched of main switch only (Refrigerator has started to stink)

                        I raised the complaint through 24/7 service center and they had assured me that senior technician will visit our home by 2pm today positively but no one turned up and i have nt received any call also from any technician also.
                        I called back to the service center they gave me senior managers landline no and when i tried calling the call went unanswered.

                          We had complaint on dated 06/09/206 with the ticket number 18360554,
                          I have a problem in my washing machines as I have two washing machine one of them is have leakages in the door and the other one is having door lock issues. I also have a dryer from IFB which is having a wiring problem due to which all my work is effected. The site has been visited many times by your representatives but due to unavailability of parts they are also not responding to my calls. Please have a look into the issue as soon as possible as I have an inspection in my company this week and I want all these machines running properly in the inspection.

                            dear sir / madam,

                            i received a call from your delhi service center today at 9.30 am. : phone no. :[protected]. They refused to change the body of our ifb - senorita washing machine, whereas your good-self send a bouquet and promised to change the body under amc.
                            Today, they gave us a phone no. Of area manager – mr. Tushar : [protected], but he is not picking up the phone.

                            is it not your engineer’s duty
                            to help to maintain
                            the machine
                            from rust?

                            please read the following points :

                            1. The machine is under amc right from the day, i purchased.

                            2. I took every precausions and purchased the ifb trolley with wheels to safe the body from rust and damage.

                            3. But the machine damaged by rust & unlocked the shocker, but your engineer never tell, about growing rust / damage. He is not responsible. It shows that ‘how they maintain the machine under amc.

                            4. We are not technical persons to see the machine from inside. It is your engineer’s responsibility to inform us time to time about the rust and treat to remove the rust.

                            5. I complained earlier also, that your engineer used to come and left our machine & tab on, while no elders were at home to check. We found our water tank empty in the evening.

                            6. After the complained, his behaviour was never normal and satisfactory, i doubt, he had brocken our machine’s shocker.

                            So, we humbly request again, to please consider our case and change the body in annual maintenance contract.

                              Last since one year my washing machine is non commercial.The two untrained technicians who had attended the machine from your free servicing camp who had no any confidence about repair. Some days ago I had lodged a complaint regarding repair of my machine. But no response received from your customer care. I would like to know that " No response" is the system of your custoner care.

                                We have washing machine "aqua elena 800 rpm 6Kg" three years old, last month the board was burnt and the door is opening during the machine running condition. we have raised a complaint on Aug 18th 2016 with a compliant number [protected] - 3783110 cust id next one tecnician came and return saying they will order a spare parts but no response from them, though we called them on daily basis no response later they have cancel the ticket without any response. After a month when i called customer care i got the information that the ticket was cancelled today I have raised anoter complaint [protected] - 3783110. Not sure ow it is going to resolved. wehave called many times like this and we got frustrated for the worst service of IFB. No response, poor service, no clarity on complaints and not intimated to customer. Please try to fix te prolem and correct the service issues.

                                IFB microwave oven not working. In spite of raising complaint several time no technician has turned out to resolve the problem. Its been more than 4 months now.

                                Kindly do the needfull.

                                  I have purchased IFB microwave a year back. IFB official came to give demo.. they pushed me to take two year warranty program to be safe side.. one year later touch pad stopped working.. initially few keys and then 4-5 keys stopped working.

                                  i raised an complaint (ticket- [protected]). service center guy came and directly told whole touch pad need to be replaced( that too not in stock). he said it will be 800 cost for you as this is an external part.. what the hell is external part ???at the time of giving warranty they told all parts will be covered. touch pad is with microwave its not outside of microwave..

                                  my feeling is IFB uses very defective peace of part which will stop working in few month...

                                    I have lodge a complain on 14.09.12016. under complain no.[protected] which has been attened by one mechanic shri RAJUon 16.09.2016 whose mobile no. is being [protected] and after opening the cover and examining he told me PCB is not working and it is to be changed and the cost of that part is Rs. 2032/- and on 19.09.2016 being monday this wil be done and be ready for payment for that part on the same day till then I am contacting him over phone but no result and it is stated that the part is not available in store when this will be available the actual repair work will be done although he has taken Rs. 350/- from me providing a receipt as service charge.
                                    Now I don, t understand how long I fave to wait for such indefinite period. I am completly hopeless and desatisfied with the kind of service provided to me by IFB.

                                    I have a 7 kg washing machine, currently under warranty, the machine is malfunctioning since 30/08/16, lodged a complaint no [protected] dt 30/08 . And taken up the issue with various officials of ifb, the machine is yet to be set right.
                                    Lesseon learnt is that never buy a ifb machine.

                                      My machine is under amc. Please read below the service levels from ifb. This is not et all expected from a german conglomerate.

                                      Careful when you buy ifb products, products may be good, but service is utter pathetic.

                                      I have raised a request for general servicing on 19th nov 2015. (Please refer to ticket no: [protected]). One mr. Kiran from harinidhi enterprises (Ifb service franchisee in bangalore) came after few days and informed that the dampeners (Suspensions) should be replaced. He collected the mandatory servicing fee of rs.350 and did not give any bill. He said that he would come once again with the dampeners and give the complete bill. He showed up again on 03/12/2015 and replaced the dampeners and sold some consumables collected the money. This time he gave bill only for the dampeners and descale powder and not the bill for servicing charges.

                                      After few days the machine was making huge sound, which was not there earlier prior to raising the previous complaint. I raised another ticket on 22/dec/2015 (Ticket no: [protected]). The technicians did not turn up in time due to holiday season. They came unannounced, when we were not at home and closed the ticket stating customer not at home. When i followed up again, one of the quality person from ifb visited our house around 2nd week of jan and informed that the bearing of the drum has to be changed, and would send a technician immediately. As no one turned up, i raised one more complaint (Ticket no: [protected] on 22/01/2016)

                                      One mr. Chandan from harinidhi enterprises, visited on 25th jan and opened the machine and tried something on the machine. He informed that mr. Kiran (Earlier technician) did not install the dampeners properly, and that the replaced dampeners were not the right dampeners. He said he would inform his team about replacing the right dampeners. Before coming to our house, i appraised mr. Chandan about the previous inspection and that he should come with the drum and bearing. When i reminded him about the drum and bearing replacement, he said that he is not aware of the previous assessment by other senior technicians.

                                      I escalated the matter to ifb by a mail on 27th jan. Customer service responded on 2nd feb, regretting the inconvenience. After few days, i followed up with call center. They said the ticket has been closed. I requested for an escalation.

                                      While i have been receiving calls from ifb goa office regarding the status, the service people have not been coming to our house.

                                      Finally in the month of may/jun (After nearly 6/7 months) harinidhi enterprises rep mr. Anjan, along with another technician came and replaced the drum and bearing. I reminded them about the dampeners, they said, they are not aware of the assessment by mr. Chandan.

                                      When my ticket no: [protected] dated 18th aug 2016, has been closed without proper resolution, i escalated the matter once again. This time an incident e 136958 dtd: 19th august was created.

                                      Incident is supposed to be a serious one compared to a service request. However ifb as a company is not able to prevail upon their service engineers to come and resolve. Surprisingly, we have been receiving once in a week or fortnight if the problem is resolved. Lastly on 16th sep when we received one more call from the goa office of ifb, we informed that no one attended to the problem.

                                      To my utter surprise i received a message that a new request [protected] has been created on 16th sep 2016. Today is 20th sep 2016.

                                      No response till now.

                                        Representative from IFb put descaler and drum losses shine after that. They get it replaced but since the its giving too much noice and is not working properly.

                                        I have been calling them to replace it as drum change open whole machine and its unlikely that it will function as original because technician puts lots of newspaper in place of seal in machine.
