My dish washer needs repair, hence I called on the customer care .They sent one technician who could not fix up the problem but still charged Rs 290/= .The date was 30/08/2016 and the person came on 7th Sept with no solution. I again advised IFB customer care on 13th by mail which was acknowledged on 14th Sept. Since then there is no action at all . This company is not ready to offer after sales service to the otherwise good products sold by them.
