I have lodge a complain on 14.09.12016. under complain no.[protected] which has been attened by one mechanic shri RAJUon 16.09.2016 whose mobile no. is being [protected] and after opening the cover and examining he told me PCB is not working and it is to be changed and the cost of that part is Rs. 2032/- and on 19.09.2016 being monday this wil be done and be ready for payment for that part on the same day till then I am contacting him over phone but no result and it is stated that the part is not available in store when this will be available the actual repair work will be done although he has taken Rs. 350/- from me providing a receipt as service charge.
Now I don, t understand how long I fave to wait for such indefinite period. I am completly hopeless and desatisfied with the kind of service provided to me by IFB.

I have a 7 kg washing machine, currently under warranty, the machine is malfunctioning since 30/08/16, lodged a complaint no [protected] dt 30/08 . And taken up the issue with various officials of ifb, the machine is yet to be set right.
Lesseon learnt is that never buy a ifb machine.

    My machine is under amc. Please read below the service levels from ifb. This is not et all expected from a german conglomerate.

    Careful when you buy ifb products, products may be good, but service is utter pathetic.

    I have raised a request for general servicing on 19th nov 2015. (Please refer to ticket no: [protected]). One mr. Kiran from harinidhi enterprises (Ifb service franchisee in bangalore) came after few days and informed that the dampeners (Suspensions) should be replaced. He collected the mandatory servicing fee of rs.350 and did not give any bill. He said that he would come once again with the dampeners and give the complete bill. He showed up again on 03/12/2015 and replaced the dampeners and sold some consumables collected the money. This time he gave bill only for the dampeners and descale powder and not the bill for servicing charges.

    After few days the machine was making huge sound, which was not there earlier prior to raising the previous complaint. I raised another ticket on 22/dec/2015 (Ticket no: [protected]). The technicians did not turn up in time due to holiday season. They came unannounced, when we were not at home and closed the ticket stating customer not at home. When i followed up again, one of the quality person from ifb visited our house around 2nd week of jan and informed that the bearing of the drum has to be changed, and would send a technician immediately. As no one turned up, i raised one more complaint (Ticket no: [protected] on 22/01/2016)

    One mr. Chandan from harinidhi enterprises, visited on 25th jan and opened the machine and tried something on the machine. He informed that mr. Kiran (Earlier technician) did not install the dampeners properly, and that the replaced dampeners were not the right dampeners. He said he would inform his team about replacing the right dampeners. Before coming to our house, i appraised mr. Chandan about the previous inspection and that he should come with the drum and bearing. When i reminded him about the drum and bearing replacement, he said that he is not aware of the previous assessment by other senior technicians.

    I escalated the matter to ifb by a mail on 27th jan. Customer service responded on 2nd feb, regretting the inconvenience. After few days, i followed up with call center. They said the ticket has been closed. I requested for an escalation.

    While i have been receiving calls from ifb goa office regarding the status, the service people have not been coming to our house.

    Finally in the month of may/jun (After nearly 6/7 months) harinidhi enterprises rep mr. Anjan, along with another technician came and replaced the drum and bearing. I reminded them about the dampeners, they said, they are not aware of the assessment by mr. Chandan.

    When my ticket no: [protected] dated 18th aug 2016, has been closed without proper resolution, i escalated the matter once again. This time an incident e 136958 dtd: 19th august was created.

    Incident is supposed to be a serious one compared to a service request. However ifb as a company is not able to prevail upon their service engineers to come and resolve. Surprisingly, we have been receiving once in a week or fortnight if the problem is resolved. Lastly on 16th sep when we received one more call from the goa office of ifb, we informed that no one attended to the problem.

    To my utter surprise i received a message that a new request [protected] has been created on 16th sep 2016. Today is 20th sep 2016.

    No response till now.

      Representative from IFb put descaler and drum losses shine after that. They get it replaced but since the its giving too much noice and is not working properly.

      I have been calling them to replace it as drum change open whole machine and its unlikely that it will function as original because technician puts lots of newspaper in place of seal in machine.

        i purchased the your product IFB washing machine model TL-RCG 6.5KGS AQUA on 11th October 2015 from M/s.Anbu TV Centre & Home Appliance, Arcot - 632 503. Vellore Dist.
        B.No.CBIP/202/11.10.2015

        for this machine was rat damaged for the machine bottom and in side of machine damaged

        so your product the very lowest quality plastic and material put in your products

        and i call the ifb service engineer through M/s.Anbu TV Centre & Home Appliance, Arcot - 632 503. on 15.09.2016 next the service engineer s.prakash (cell.no.[protected]) visit our house on 17.09.2016 he see the machine he told to me the part of AQUA is damaged is cost of 2500/- & 1800/- onwards, mr.prakash was tell only this item changed then run your machine i eared the massage totaly funk next another person call to IFB Team Leador mr.Saranraj (cell.no.[protected]) he returned the another person (engineer), come in our house and run the machine without any chang of the part the AQUA item, till time run the machine

        but i want replacement of new machine IFB TLRCG 6.5 kgs because the old machine was damaged inside of machine wich part damaged i don't know so i want new one, the rate was damaged in your loest plastic quality in your products, it is your problam,

        so do the needful,

        if not action in 24hrs for our mail & compliant i send through Face book Watts app & you tube and other washing machine company send the video & photo with voice explanation for the damage part of machine & AQUA and other items

        According to company policy installation services are free of cost but from the outlet that I took a.c from asked me to pay 1000rs extra for the installation. I don't understand why i'm paying 1000 rs extra.
        To the shop keeper please kindly look into the problem .

          I purchase senorita SX 3 years before now my machine door not open .             My dish washer needs repair, hence I called on the customer care .They sent one technician who could not fix up the problem but still charged Rs 290/= .The date was 30/08/2016 and the person came on 7th Sept with no solution. I again advised IFB customer care on 13th by mail which was acknowledged on 14th Sept. Since then there is no action at all . This company is not ready to offer after sales service to the otherwise good products sold by them.

              I never expected such a poor support and communication from IFB. I was assuming IFB as a very big brand but still its not even given support like a local brand.

              Let me explain my problem in detail.

              My Registered Mobile : [protected]

              I have a raised a complaint in IFB on 16/08/2016 . Ticket no: [protected]. They said they will attend in 24 hours. But they didn't come on time. After repeated calls a person came and confirmed there was problem in drum. We will replace in two days.

              After a week enquired to them and they didn't give proper reply. I cald customer service and and they said me the ticket has been closed. I was shocked. Again i raised a ticket [protected] and no one came and again the ticket closed. Next time when i called i found my mobile number was wrongly updated purposely. Again i requested to change the number.

              In the customer care they gave the local support number [protected]. I cald them daily and they will say Engineers are busy we will get back in a day. Or they will say spare not come. I was very much irritated with these answers and again raised a complaint on 16/09/2016 8 AM, [protected]. Same answer. Engineer will come in 24 hours. Waited till lunch time and i started caling them. They said Engineers are yet to start and they will come today 5 PM. Again i cald they they said 6 PM. Again i cald them they said 7 PM. Now no one is picking the call as expected.

              Please fix this at the earliest or please check any refund is possible for the defect product so that i can buy some better one and get out of this headache.

                I have complained regarding my washing machine not spinning two weeks back & the same has been dealt with as under:-

                1)The service centre is not attending calls on [protected] .
                They told before that the problem would get resolved in 24 hrs.When it dint we call back as there was no follow up from company.They dont even know the status of complaint & whether the dealer has dealt with the same.
                Then, they told that they dont have access to call the dealers & technicians as they communicate on emails & gave us the no. of dealer Ms.Jyoti so that we can help ourselves.

                2)The technician in Itarsi Atul Modi [protected] has not appeared after checking why machine is not spinning & told that dealer is not supplying spare parts .
                He hasn't answered our calls thereafter.It seems he has put our no. on autoreject.

                3)The dealer in bhopal Ms.Jyoti [protected] has also been delaying in supply of spare part.Firstly She said that Atul Modi has not billed for the same.Then she told that spare part is dispatched but the same has returned back .Even she doesnt take pain to call back / follow up.

                I request IFB authorities who have made big promises at the time of sale to please peruse towards the matter as the persons mentioned above doesn't seems to be interested in quick & effective services.They are just giving reasons & playing blame game & not aftersales support.

                It is really unfortunate that companies like you is so unconcerned about their customers.

                  I gave a complaint for a nonfunctional dishwasher ( under AMC) to be repaired six months ago. My machine has not been repaired till now . The first complaint number given in february 2016 is 1736778. The modus operandi is that the complaint is closed without assinging any reason and a new complaint is registered and the old one is not reopened. The process continues .I have given many complaints but in vain.
                  IFB is the worst company for customer care service.

                    We have a IFB Microwave Oven, bought with so many expectations about the firm and product. It was purchased last year and still its magnatron is in warranty. Now as per the recommendations of your marketing representative we bought a comprehensive AMC for our Oven in June this year. Our products keypad became defective last month and hence a complaint was lodged with your firm on August 27, 2016 with a complaint Number as [protected]. Our permanent Customer ID as told is 10903953.
                    Today is Sept 17, 2016, even after numerous telephonic calls and chase up my product remains defective. Its going to be almost a month. kindly arrange to repair it at the earliest.

                      Since 18th aug'16 till date i have made complaints for 4 times over toll free nos. Under ticket no.[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]; but ifb is not bother to attend the complaints and rectify the issue. Repeatedly, told for the urgency, but ifb is not bother. While selling the microwoven, they politely sold their product, now not bother for servicing after sales.

                      These type of companies should not sustain in the market.

                        My washing machine is out of order from[protected].We registered a complaint, a technician came for inspection but he did nothing, just said the door lock is damaged and will be replaced within two days but still now nobody has come. Again I registered a complaint but nobody came till date, every day call center said that they are forwarding the message to the technician but nobody has come yet.                         Please do our servicing as soon as possible, as it is very difficult for us to wash our clothes.

                        call centre is always saying that the technician will come within 24 hrs but nobody has come yet. The technician cancelled our complaint by excusing that we were not res ponding to his call. Technicians Phone no.-[protected]

                        Worst service..i will not recommend ifb washing machine brand to anyone...I filed a Complaint of washing machine on 12 sep2016..technician came but complaint was not solved .Washing machine on off switch is not working..Technician ne kaha tha switch lekar aata hoon..kaafi din beet gaye..ifb local guys are not picking phone...please see as soon as possible..Munish Devgan..[protected]..noida.

                          I procured IFB Digital 5.5 KG Washing machine ( Serial No: 5580) in 2009 and I have an active Annual Maintenance contract valid till 24-Mar-2018.•Twice I have renewed Annual Maintenance contract post warranty expired and this machine has undergone several spare replacement in the last 5 plus years.

                          I have registered a service complaint on 19th Jun under ticket no [protected] and on 23rd Jun, I got a SMS stating your complaint no: [protected] has been resolved and asked to SMS “N” to [protected] if the issue was not resolved. I did that but I got a response stating “Sorry, we were unable to identify your ticket number. Please contact our call center for help”. After several chase up with the engineer and with their service agency (Mobile no: [protected]) and the board was replaced. The issue was not resolved even after the board was changed and this time engineer mentioned the tacho meter to be replaced. He mentioned that he will order that and replace as soon as it arrives. Called many times, no response … On 9th Jul, I posted a complaint in your face book

                          I got a call from TN escalation team on 29th July and I have provided the entire case history over an email. I asked for AMC refund and to take back the washing machine paying me 50% of the capital cost since it did not provide me ROI as expected. No response that as well then I wrote a mail to Company Secretary G Ray Chowdhury and a week later to Chairmain Bijon Nag. I got a call post this mail and the manager assured for AMC refund and fix the machine problem.

                          Later I got a mail on 1st Sep stating they will provide AMC refund and they will not repair the machine free of cost which is really unfair

                          It's been two weeks path I haven't received the AMC refund.

                            This complaint is regarding the poor service provided to washing machine . The product has been out of order for more than a month. I am having an active AMC for the product. One of service Technician, visited the place and just left it as it is quoting he will show up next day with new motor(which he seems to figure out with his expert analysis) . After this, there is no follow up and i have raised multiple tickets : [protected], [protected], [protected]. All the tickets have been closed without any intimation. I wold like to escalate this issue to the higher management. This is not the service which is expected from a reputed company.

                              Today there occured an incident in my house due to the IFB front load washing machine. My husband and I both go to work. My 11 months old daughter stays at home with my nanny. This week I had my in laws visiting me.
                              Today they switched on the machine which was running fine and ran till completion. Then around 15 minutes later smoke started coming out of it. My mother in law saw it and immediately switched off the power supply and mains. Fire started coming out of the area where the circuit was present. The fire burnt a part of the front panel and made a big hole before my mother in law poured two jugs of water to quench the fire. This could have been life threatening to my entire family and we were saved narrowly.
                              I purchased the IFB washing machine in August 2010.

                              It seems that the mechanism to prevent short circuit was faulty or did not work. I demand an IFB service personnel to visit and investigate as soon as possible. IFB should take responsibility and replace /repair the machine and ensure that their products meet safety standards.

                                I brought an IFB serena Aqua 6 kg Washine Machine from Nandilath G-mart on 10/09/16.After delivery, they asked me to call the toll free number for installation.As per IFB standard they will install the product within 24 hours(mentioned on cover), but till today (16/09/16) they are not come to install the product.When i called there toll free number[protected]its not a toll-free, its toll-paid) for solution, they gave so many numbers of technicians(alapuzha) to call, i called all of them but most of the persons are switch off.One technician said they are not familiar in washing machine.WHAT IS THIS?.In IFB customer care malayalam, when i asked for solution one guy said "go and return the product to the shop itself and buy another product" and suddenly putoff the phone.WHETHER IT'S FAIR SIR?Not expect this from IFB.WHETHER IFB GAVE 5 DAYS HOLIDAY IN ONAM RUSH TIME?I lost my valuable time by taking leave for 2 days by waiting technician and spent some amount to call PAID TOLLFREE.I need justice sir.I think'CUSTOMER IS LIKE GOD(Mahathma gandhi)'so please do the needful to remind the great words.

                                  I am under annual maintenance contract upto25/10/2017for elena dx washing machine by paying rs-3797. I made a compliant on 13/09/2016 regarding door lock of the washing machine. Next day 14/09/2016 one person came and introduced himself as ifb representative. I show the machine. He asked what the problem is. I said door is not locking properly. He did not allow me stay near the machine. He asked me to show the amc sheet. I went other room to take the amc bill and validity paper. When i came back in few minutes, he told that now problem is solved and said the door is locking properly. Then he asked xerox copy of amc. I said him that, i do not have any xerox copy of this amc. He told that submit one xerox copy of amc or you have to pay for parts and service charges for changing the parts otherwise, he will remove the parts. I called the customer care, they also replied the same ie) you have to give one amc xerox. Since i do not have the xerox copy of amc, i paid the amount for parts and services rs 1000 instead of rs 930 because ifb representative does not have the change. I cannot do anything against this. This is the annual maintenance contract of ifb washing machine. Kindly do the needful

                                    I have an ongoing complaint with IFB with ticket number [protected]. The complaint is regarding an inlet valve which I purchased. I was not given a proper bill for the purchase from the company. Also I was charged an extra of 200 Rupees for the product. I have got calls from various IFB employees who are investigating me for further details instead of taking action against the wrongdoer. If this continues to be the case I will be going to the Consumer Forum with my grievance. Selling product without bills and at illegal prices is unethical and completely unprofessional. Since I am educated I found out about this irregularity. IFB salesmen might be cheating others in the country. I was hoping IFB would respond with a justified action against the person and solve my issue. But they keep tossing around the issue without any respect for customer's time. This is highly disappointing and has made me consider if I should trust IFB in the future.

                                      I have raised 3 tickets for the malfunctioning of the IFB Washing Machine display. No one is coming and fixing the issue. And they are closing the tickets with out my consent. This is really bad and its not a professional in handling the issues. Even very small companies are far better than IFB. I am expecting to get rectified by IFB.

                                      Very first time one guy came and told they is issue in the display and it needs to be replaced. And he told he will be replacing in another 4 days. No one turned up. And after few days, they closed the ticket. Again, I have called up the customer care and told what happened. They said they will escalate the issue. But nothing happened. When I called again for the 3 rd time.. they told the same thing like. escalation.. nothing works out till today..
