Vanakkam/Namaskar, Authorized service provider found inexperinced with constantly chekcing over phone with some else as what the problem could be. Infact making incorrect diagnosis of motor not functioning or unable to bear load, etc.

1) Complaint Booked: 7 Mar '22 at IFB toll Free;
2) Complaint: IFB Executive front load machine starts its first soap and water intake timer cycle completely and moves to next wash cycle -but does not start that wash cycle of clock and anti clock wash cycles.

3) 8 or 9th Mar '22 its Authorized Service Provider "Tharshini Enterprises" attended ICR no 63 dtd 9/3/22 .

4) Person unable to figure problem; Found inexperienced and states its Agency just sarted few days back. He keeps contacting others over phone for guidance. Comes next day -but without any back up spares to check which and what are at faults and with no solutions. Starts giving advice of buy back replacement to new model than repair solutions.

This is even when Timer, Pressure, Drum and Motor working with PC board to working till reaching Wash cycle and even drain and spinning when manually moving timer.

5) Recorded our displeasure - had to pay sevice fee just for nothing done by them and no solution except facing their marketing new washing models! PLEADED FOR THEM TO CHECK AND FIGURE SOLUTIONS, SPARES -OLD REWORKED ONES TOO IF NEW ONE UNAVAILABLE FOR NOW, ETC.
6) NEVER CONTACTED US BACK.
7) NO FEEDBACK COLLECTED; NO SIGN TAKEN ON RECEIPT; NO COMPLAINT ESCALATION OPTIONS.

First - thanks to this forum for evoking prompt response from IFB, who, I also thank, for calling in offering to redress by investigating.

Service call accepted knowing its is old machine but provide repair that are possible without new spare as they are no longer mfg. Complaint here itself is that ambiguos, incompetent, incomplete, negligent, callous service was provided with no specific problem identified by person who attended. Had lengthy back and forth debate on each problem that he tried to be reason with my factual counters. In short - IFB response is escaping and absolving their duty and service obligation to provide unambigous specific identified problem - esspecially when IFB proceeded to declare my machine 'dead' and started pusing me to opt for 'Exchage offer'.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No one was willing to record what was actual problem identified - only oral statements...which is:
1) Before complaint: Field person of agency stating ambiguous, incomplete, conflicting, non static reasons
2) Post this complaint:
a) Agency incharge stating Timer
b) IFB Area Customer Head claiming Timer, Motor, Drum (probably if I heard right).
c) After complaining and expressing frusstratin on conflicting problems and change fo goal post of proble, IFB Customer Head retorts back to back track and restate Timer being heart and when that does not function, it is impossible to figure if rest of parts are functioning or not!

Again, 'best "special" offer' was attempted to offer with no specific amount ever mentioned and I insisted to first have written record of what eactly was part or process identified as the problem or what prevented them from any further possible repair or replacement.

REPEAT: NO ONE IS WILLING TO STATE EITHER OF THESE VERSION ON RECORD.

INSTEAD, NEGLIGENT, CALLOUS SERVICE AND FARCIAL REDRESSAL ORCHASTRATED THAT MACHINE WAS NOT SERVICABLE SO OFFERED EXCHANGE OFFER.

Does IFB dare to record what problem/part was recorded as failed from their onsite visit for which Rs 590 was charged? At that time itself I objected as only 'Service charge' was mention when no service was rendered complete or problem identified explictly as to declare my machine dead and require new life... at my expesne!

IS THIS SUSTAIANBLE PRACTIVE? Not to specify what part failed and allow such part to require entire machine with its motor, drum, sensors, timer, pc board, wiring, body, door, etc., to be dumbed in wastefill?

    I relocated within Bangalore and called the tollfree number[protected] for de-installation and re-installation of my IFB Washing machine.
    I was charged Rs650/- for de-installation on 1st April 2022 and no invoice was given.
    The re-installation was done on 6 April 2022 and I was charged Rs 6550/- for the following:
    1. Re-installation - Rs 1000/-
    2. General servive ( wiping the outside with soap, small cleaning at back) - Rs 1450/-
    3. Stand with wheels - Rs 3250/-
    4. Pipe - Rs 850/-
    THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS TAKEN IN CASH AND NO BILL WAS PROVIDED DESPITE REQUESTING MULTIPLE TIMES ON PHONE AND WHATSAPP.
    The machine was shaking and moving as the stand was not properly fixed. On calling multiple times the same 2 technicians came and adjusted it.
    I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED AND INCORRECTLY SO THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE A BILL. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
    AND FEEL CHEATED BY THIS SERVICE. IT IS A SHAME THAT A GOOD COMPANY LIKE IFB ALLOWS THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS.

    I do not agree with the response. The tollfree number takes me to the same website Ifbappliances.com which has the same tollfree number listed. If a fake third party is using this number to dupe your customers you need to take action.

      I have been using IFB front load machine for 2 years and there was a defect in the drum and because of this the rubber behind the door torn.
      So now the drum will be repaired for no cost as I have warranty for 4 years but I have to pay 2500 bucks for the rubber which was torn because of the internal fault of the machine in the first place. This is so not right first I buy a expensive machine and now a whole lot of expense within just 2 years they are literally stealing my hard earned money and I don't know what to do about it

        Hi, I had ordered Executive ZXS on IFB portal https://www.ifbappliances.com/
        on April 6th. It's been 8 days i did not receive product nor i received order status from customer service. I am sending emails on [protected]@ifbglobal.com but they don't respond on my order status.
        And when i call customer care they ask me to wait for call but no one enquired on the order. And IFB website doesn't display my order status. either. Please check attachment for reference.

        Please address this issue. i have been waiting for long and it is tiring to go on so many emails for pre-paid product.

          Hi,
          I have IFB washing machine having issue with drum noise on high RPM and more shaking,
          I contacted local service center in mysore, they told they need to complete drum service and exchange of few parts. They said it will cost 7000rs. Kindly help if this price is accurate.

            Hi, There is an issue with Drum of IFB Senorita Model Washing machine having loud sound on high RPM and shaking.
            I contacted local IFB service Mysore and they said it will cost 7000rs for complete servicing drum.

              Sir
              I raised a complaint to the IFB service engineer in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
              The service Engineer attended the complaint after four days. The service engineer opened the front pannel of the machine without unscrewing a screw-on left side, causing the breakage of plastic body at the screw location. Also, resulted in a crack on the motherboard of the control pannel plastic outerbody. After four days ie 04/04/2022, I got a call from the service engineer mentioning that I need to pay for the motherboard due to the crack on the panel body (physical damage).

              The crack on the motherboard body might have resulted due to the same installation team or service engineer while hardly opening the body without unscrewing one screw.

              The machine is under four year warranty, purchased 20.12.2019.

              So, Please replace the motherboard for free of cost.

                I hv put complaint of My IFB d/w Neptune VX not working in Nov 2021. the service center sent people several times but each time they leftwithout resolving saying an internal board to be replaced. Also every 2 weeks they close the unresolved complaint and i am asked to open a fresh complaint. The agency head said the part is difficult to source...Last week they again sent a person who again said the problem requires some internal board to be changed.
                If I go to IFB point online for my area and look for same model new d/w it says delivery in 5 days. So why can't they just bring the part from there and replace in mine. After all i am still in AMC and my d/w is 2019 Apr only.

                  I have been using IFB 436CTR-BG built in hob since last 2 years at Tezpur Assam -784028. I have been facing lot of problems with it. Many time I complaint to the company, but they couldn't resolve any of my problems. Last time I booked a complaint on 19th January 2022. After around one and half month, one of their technician came, but forget about resolving my issues he even couldn't open the hob. Then he asked me to take the hob to his service center, I took it there and kept it there for three days but even then he couldn't open the hob, on top of that he broke one of the parts, which he himself admitted. After that I contacted the IFB help line([protected]) on 25th March 2022 and they said within 24 hours some of their executive will contact me. but so far no response. Now I want the product to be replaced as they couldn't repair it.

                  Thank you for taking up the issue. But still the machine is not 100% ok. Two screws of the largest burner have been broken and they are not replaced, that means the burner is running without those two screws, for which there is a little gap (I don't know whether that is a little risky also or not). The next is, in one of the burners, the flame is a little low. I will be happy if those are also taken care of at the earliest.

                  Unfortunately again I have to write to you. Around one month back the largest burner of my built in hob stopped working. I informed the local service people (Partha Kar) of IFB at Tezpur, Assam, after some days he visited and somehow made it work but with a very low flame. I asked him about the solution, he said he will talk to his higher authorities. But so far no result. already one of the burner was with low flame. So, how long I will continue with this problematic product. I am fed up with it. I request you to kindly do the needful. Either replace it or refund the full money at the earliest.

                    My registered no. Is [protected] under which my newly purchased microwave is registered.
                    I purchased one of the top model for microwave convection oven (30frc2) thinking that it will be of best quality. But after 3 months o[censored]sage while preparing pizza in convection mode, the turnable tray got crack and broken. I was surprised to see this as this never happened before with my LG microwave which i used for 10 years.
                    I am attaching the snapshot for reference. Since the microwave is under warranty i understand it will be replaced free of cost this time but i am very much worried about when the warranty get expired after 1 year.

                    I woukd request you to replace my turnable tray at the earliest and assure the quality is not compromised.

                    I have still not received any call from IFB team. Moreover it is very disappointing to know from your authorized customer team (Tashi Enterprise) that this turnable glass tray does not cover under warranty and is chargeable extra of Rs, 577/- even though it is not a physical damage. First of all it is a major quality defect that your glass tray could not sustain the high temp. in convection mode. Also, note the tray is still not available at center and they are asking to wait till 5 April due to which i cannot use my microwave till then.
                    Moreover even after repeated reminder on <[protected]@ifbglobal.com> i am not getting any support. This is the most horrible incidence i am facing from IFB team. I have many IFB products like washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. but this type of response is not at all expected.

                        I bought New IFB AC and from day 1 it started making noise.
                        5 IFB technicians visited but still they can't able to find where that sound comes from such kind of poor technicians IFB has I want them to replace my ac both indoor and outdoor or else I want my refund back. They are denying to replace full set of ac.

                        IFB AC has been dismantled on 25/03/2022 by IFB team and they have still kept AC in my home and not taking with them dealer is not issuing my refund amount. I'm suffering a lot for past one week. IFB person and dealer daily saying different reasons and not taking up their AC and giving us refund. Please take up product and issue refund soon. Please help me out for getting refund.

                        Hi I have received poor quality AC which makes sound in every 2 mins they still can't find what issue is that so, IFB sales person forced us to get replacement I was refusing to get replacement thy forced us and kept replaced indoor unit at my house as their can't resolve issue.To polish their mistake they replaced indoor unit. As I don't want the product I didn't installed replaced indoor unit. This was a forcible delivery from your side. Please collect your product and initiate refund as soon as possible.

                          Ifb front loading washing machine not working drum detached

                          Bought a front load machine ~4 years ago and now the drum has detached and it's not working and making huge noise.. When contacted customer sevice.. They visited and told that it will charge 8000 for drum replacement which is quite high and took sevice charge of 350 for not resolving the issue....

                          I am having the IFB Senorita VX 6KG 800RPM. The machine is not getting started. Display keeps on blinking. It might be repaired by replacing the faulty fused register or diode in the PCB with a cost of couple of hundred of Rupees. However, the technician who visited asked to replace the PCB and Door sensor at a very huge cost.

                          Can you please share the correct price of the replacement PCB or if it is possible to get the PCB repaired by replacing a faulty component.

                            Hi, i bought a ifb washing machine in November 2021 and facing an issue of tearing clothes, i complaint to ifb about, once in a month washing machine is tearing my clothes and want to replace it, but the ifb team says can't replace washing machine and they can just repair it. Its only 3 months and its tearing clothes from 1st month, very dissatisfied with the ifb service, last i had a godrej washing machine and waz very good, this machine is very bad, annoying sound, poor washing quality and many more things. I am just asking to replace not to back my money, just a new machine which works properly not a defected machine by ifb or repaired machine

                                My dishwasher is under warranty and it developed a fault (F5) on 03 Mar 2022. I lodged a complaint and got a ticket number ([protected]). The Service guy who came from Pune Service Center was one Mr. Rohit. He cursorily checked and said that the fault lies in the power supply and forced me to buy a stabilizer costing around Rs. 4200. He then started the dishwasher and it worked on that day.
                                Next day when I started the dishwasher I got the same error again so I called up Rohit and told him that the dishwasher was not working. He came and checked after opening the dishwasher but could not find any fault anywhere, so he concluded that the fault lies with the control board/panel and that the board would have to be replaced. He did not have a board and neither did the service center have it. A fresh order would have to be placed by the center. He returned with the control board 3 days later and tried to fit the board but could not fit it, and came to the conclusion that the control board was not of this dishwasher but some other model. So he went back again without any progress. Came back after 2 days with some other parts which he changed but still the dishwasher would not work. It was clear that the mechanic was not competent enough to handle this case. I suggested he should get someone more experienced mechanic, to which he agreed. Meanwhile, the Service Center at Pune changed my status of the complaint to "Resolved' and then "Pending". I was also corresponding with the customer-care on email. But no response. After my third reminder some guy Syed wrote back that the complaint status is Resolved so he cannot do anything. I wrote back to him giving the correct status. After 4 days he again told me that the complaint is Resolved and that's that. Such callous attitude from higher ups also shows how causal the company service center people are. There being no other avenues available to me on the website I am just sitting and washing the dishes since last 15 days. I am a senior citizen around 70 years of age and this is the response I am getting from such a "reputed" company. Mr. Rohit has not returned yet.

                                It has taken you one full month to diagnose and rectify the fault. One full month of misery for a senior citizen. In frustration I have sent you a legal notice, to which I hope you respond positively. Otherwise, I will be forced to approach the consumer court.
                                Thanks. Three mechanics came but could not diagnose the real cause. So they concluded that the control board needs to be changed, which would take 2/3 days and even after that not sure what will be the outcome.

                                After patiently waiting for over a week, the technician visited me yesterday evening (20 Mar 2022) with a new control board and replaced the old one, but the machine still did not work. Instead it gives a new error message "FF", which does not exist in any book. Now I have lost all patience. The dishwasher has been out of order since 03 Mar 2022 (18 days and still counting). How can you ask anyone to be still patient. My contention is that the fault is still NOT diagnosed, just changing some random parts is not going to solve the issue.
                                I also contacted Ms. Smita (the Area Manager). She too appears helpless. How can you expect a senior citizen over 70 to continue to wash dishes manually even after spending a fortune on the dishwasher.
                                The only solution I see is to replace my dishwasher with another working one. Please take this faulty piece to your workshop and keep experimenting there. Do not make a guinea pig out of me. Have mercy.

The next day, a guy arrived and checked the machine. He said there is no water softener and the rom has decreased. I bought a water softener from him and he said the receipt would be sent to mail as most companies...
