Dear Sir /Mam
I bought a IFB TL-SCH 8.5 kg washing machine in the mnth of Aug 2016 .
1st time dealer (Raj electronics, R.k . Puran, New Delhi ) has send the old machine ...then I have to tell them to change with new machine.
2nd time when when I got machine the machine drain system was troubling .
3rd time when I got machine the door has got some problem as its blinking door ...although the door is close & I am using fully automatic machine from yrs.
I complained (comp no[protected]..no body called us as they said they will send senior engineer ...nobody had come since then ...the wet clothes r in machine from last 3-4 days .
Since we got this machine ..I am calling almost every day ...but no action is taken place ...they sending me old machines all the time ...which has got no manual .
Now I am going to consumer forum ...Bcos I don't want this machine & fed up with ur executives, engineers & calling customer care calling everyone again & again
I am telling everyone not to buy any appliances of IFB...
No service provided ...no concern person

    I have registered compliant about 1 month ago for my newly purchased IFB 23SC3 23 L Convection Microwave Oven.

    Complaint number is 4554162 and [protected] regarding the rust over the oven ordered.

    After n number of times I called, It was said that rust is not covered under warranty.
    Tell me one thing we have n number o[censored]tensils as well as electronic items in our kitchen none of them got rust why is this particular product.

    I would also like to tell that some utensils are getting burn inside the oven. Unbelievable that this is of IFB brand. Felt like bought a local product.

    This is straight manufacturer fault and product which was given to us is of cheap quality.

    This will not be tolerated. We trusted IFB hence bought oven from you.
    Now there is neither service nor warranty and they are asking add on charges for servicing the complaint.
    Either you replace the product or take this product back to you freely from us as i dont trust this product anymore.

    If this will continue like this and the I would definitely recommend my friends to go against shopping from Manufacturer IFB Global due to such pathetic service.

    In comparison to ur service a vegetable vender give much better service. From last 12 days u can't able to resolve my complaint. Shame on u. I[censored]r godown is sifting then what is the fault of a customer in this. Your supervisor didn't receive the phone. Even no call back from his side.is this the behaviour expected from Ifb.

      My name is L.Karthik residing at 3/3 Bankers colony, Kumaran nagar, Trichy-620017, contact number is [protected] and [protected]. Our IFB washing machine didn't worked properly on 29th july 2016, so my mother Mary Manonmani called to IFB customer care for service to the number[protected] they said that an IFB service executive will call us back, an IFB executive named Stalin called on 30th july 2016 from the mobile number [protected] and he came to our home and dismantled the washing machine and said that ULTRA BEARING and PUMP in the washing machine got damaged and it should be changed. He said that will cost above 6000 but the actual price of the spare parts was not that much cost. Then he said that if we pay Rs. 3278 and extend the warranty means the spare parts and the all other spare parts will be free of cost if they may be damaged in future. But still now(12:06:2016) he didn't came to change the spare parts if my we call him means he is not responding and scolding in bad words. we call to the IFB customer care number also the tele executive named Prema given fransis manager contact number named Karthik and his number is [protected]. He is also not responding and answering properly. Kindly take complaint against these issues on IFB and persons working in IFB and take necessary legal action regarding this issue and solve our problem against IFB product. I attached photos of the bill copy which they gave to us.

        Hi Support,
        I have purchased the IFB washing (machine automatice top loading) on 31-March-2014 from Khoshla Electronincs, Kolkata. The machine had developed an unsuall sound since some days. I had raised a complaint with the customer care vide a ticket [protected]. The service expert arrived at my place. He couldn't open the machine properly and damaged my machine. He broke my machine and now asking for Rs.5, 000 odd for repairing the machine. The machine had same issue sometimes back during the warranty period. The machine was not serviced properly. I have a harrowing experience with IFB products now. I strongly feel that IFB is ruining it's reputation over the time.
        I have been an ardent supporter of IFB Industries for it's quality and level of customer service. If this is the level of service, then I am afraid I will be forced to move to consumer forum.
        Can I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible?

          We purchased a IFB washing machine last year from Harsha Electronics MAngaluru. They said it has an inbuilt stabilizer so need not purchase one more.
          Now from last week it is not working and the company person is telling us to purchase a stabilizer, which is against their promise.

            I have taken machine around 5years back in mumbai. Last year i enter into contract with nayaab service center (located in vikhroli) for rs4600 for 2 years! They already have taken more than rs 5000 for belt and some other part. They have told that they are certified by ifb but i doubt! Every month the machine get stuck and they take money for some or other part. I am asking for help so thay if they are not authorised then we can get back our money for breaching the condition of contract! Now i have called another service of ifb in mulund east, thay are telling that price of bearing is 1550 . Plz send me price list of parts of machime so that we are not being victum of fraud . Send me details on my email [protected]@yahoo.com ! Plz help us getting our money back and saving our future money and also send price list of parts and espcially of bearing.

              I have registered a ticket on 7 August[protected] that my IFB microwave is not working properly, it is not heating the food stuff.
              A technician came after few days and said there are parts needs to be changed but he was not having those parts and said that he will come again when the parts will come. He never came after that. I again logged a call on 24th August[protected], customer care said that technician will visit soon but no one came. I again logged a ticket on 10 Sep[protected] but came to know that my previous ticket is marked cancel dont know why. My microwave comes under AMC and it is already more than 1 month since i logged my first ticket.

              Its regarding the changing of the side and front panels of my Neptune dishwasher. Due to usage of about 10 yrs the panels have started to rust n needs an immediate change. For the past few hrs i hv been trying on d toll free number. But no help.

                I am very disappointed with service from alfa enterprises (Ifb authorised service center), mulund east, mumbai-81. The first request for service ticket no [protected] was registered on 13th aug 16 and service technician attended on 14th aug 16 and told timer is faulty need to be replaced. I paid rs 3250 in advance to get timer and rs 450 for service, a week later technician came with timer but to my surprise it was old reconditioned part, since i am an engineer myself asked him why he is installing old part when i have paid price for new part. He asked me to talk to his office, after replacing with old parts the problem with washing machine wasn't solved. So i called alfa enterprises on 20th aug 16 and spoke to mr. Jitendra yadav mob [protected] and explain my problem. He sounds to be reasonable person and gave me assurance that he will look into matter and try resolve problem at the earliest. However since them i am only hearing cock and bull stories with various excuses not to resolve the problem. And now he's not picking up my phones. I feel cheated by ifb then called their toll free number to register my issue again, they issued anothe ticket no [protected] and number [protected] of miss puja for escalation. And too my surprise miss puja is also not picking up my phone. Hence decided to complaint against all of them. Customer no10730040, for resolving issued i will request for refund of rs 3700.

                  Subject: Repairing of washing machine (Elena 5kg)

                  My self Prashant B Raut, presently staying at Amravati, Maharashtra State.
                  This has reference to the above mentioned complaints raised by me, My washing machine is not functional for last 2 months. Even after repetitive calls and complaint raised, machine is not yet repaired.
                  I contacted your technician Mr.Prashant Jharbade, Amravati region. He visited & inspected the machine in july-2016 and inform that timer is malfunctioning and same has to be replaced. He told that he will order the timer to pune office but till that nothing has done. Whenever I call your technician, he gives excuses that “timer not available…timer came but for other model…it will take time to get timer..you can talk to amravati centre…and so on. I called up your Amravati centre and talked to Mr.Sahbaj (contact no-[protected]) and requested him to look in to it but there’s no result. You Amravati personnel gave me Pune centre’s no and asked me to keep in touch with Pune centre. I also contacted your Pune centre person Mr.Azlan (contact no-[protected]) on 02.09.2016 and he informed that he will send the timer to Amravati within 3-4 days but till today nothing has been done. I am trying to contact your pune centre personnel but there’s no response. Even he doesn’t respond to my phone calls and SMS.

                  Request you to kindly look in to the matter. I was very much interested to replace my washing machine to another IFB this Deewali. At least let know if I should wait for my washing machine to get repaired or get it repaired through any local technician (which I don’t want to). Kindly revert urgently or at least forward this complaint to concern department/customer care. Please extend your help.

                  My machine repaired on 19.09.2016 by replacing timer. It is now working but with bit more noise. It is under trial and hope will not trouble again. Thanks to Mr.Prashant-technician and Mr.Azlan-IFB personnel. Expecting quick response in future if required. Regards

                    I have locked a complaint regarding service of my washing machine on 2nd Sep 2016(saturday) with complaint no 11007734.C ustomer care executive told me that to resolved my problems into 72 hours. No any engineer visited to my home till 4days. when i follow up the complaint on customer care then they told that my complaint is closed and the reason is "Customer has no need to service" but i have not received any call from any engineer.
                    again i have locked a complaint 18375442. then engineer called me and told when you reached home then intimate me and i will come to service your machine. But i called him then he told that "Sir abhi to mai kahi busy hu aur aaj nahi aa paunga." The same incident is happened again on next day.

                    Very Worst service of IFB. Not suggest anyone to purchase any product of IFB.

                      I had purchased front load automatic washing machine on 07.06.2013 with 04 years warranty . On 23.08.2016 the machine stopped working . I lodged on online complaint vied no.18291643. The service engineer attended the same and said motor burnt & to be replaced. But till date he has not turned up . I tried to contact their service department . But they are not attending the phone . Thrice i had informed to their costumer care department but all are in vein . I am facing lots of problem for washing our clothes. The very purpose of buying the same is defeated .

                      I talked to IFB service department on 09.09.16 to know what action they are taking . Their Angul branch replied it will be repaired after 20.09.16. Bhubaneswar branch told i will enquirer & see . They are the service provider not IFB people ( out sourced ). The IFB costumer care dept. is telling that we have refered the case to service provider & they will see. Further we can not do nothing.

                        My IFB Elena Model Washing Machine is under AMC and on 29.7.2016 I lodged a complaint on IFB call centre and without sorting out the problem, they sent me a message showing that the complaint is closed. I, therefore, again lodged a complaint (complaint No. is[protected] and told them that without sorting out the problem how they have sent the message that the problem has been sorted out. Since nobody attended the machine again on dates I contacted over phone at customer care:
                        1) 1.8.2016
                        2) 3.8.2016
                        3) 5.8.2016
                        4) 2.9.2016
                        5) 8.9.2016
                        But till today nobody attended. This is a serious lapse on the part of IFB. In the past also when such a problem arose, I lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum and somehow they sorted out the problem. Despite several requests through telephonic calls and my IFB Washing Machine is under AMC, no action is being taken on my repeated requests. The mental agony caused to me due to apathetic attitude of the supplier/manufacturer is not repairable. I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                          Our IFB washing machine got repaired four months back and we jus had an annual maintenance renewed a week before. The Complaint is raised and the Executive came home and said he will have to change some spares and will get back soon.
                          Its been four complete months. Tired of calling again and again. They cut the calls blank and don't even care to call back.

                            I have been calling IFB service centers and call centers for 3 weeks about a complaint (Complaint No: [protected]) that I have raised for replacement of LED display in my washing machine, as the machine is under AMC. I was told that by one person that they have ordered the LED display and it will be fixed in 2 days time. But its been more than 3 weeks and no response from the service center. I never thought I will get such a poor response from the leading washing machine manufacturer. I will strongly recommend my relatives and friends not to purchase IFB products because of this service. I will also register these complaints in all social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter mentioning this poor response. At least after doing all these, let me see if I will get a better response from IFB. The Chennai service center is very bad and especially when I called a person named Pavithra, she mentioned she is on leave, but she is not providing the number of the other person who is responsible in her absence. This is basic corporate ethics, that if a person is on leave, his / her replacement should be accessible for business to progress. I am still waiting for a call from the service center as to when they will fix this issue.

                              I ordered two products, an IFB Maxi Dry 550, & IFB Nepture Dishwasher from TataCliq, by making full payments of both on 17th Aug. 2016.

                              Both the products were delivered to my parents in BROKEN and DAMAGED condition.And no proper replacement/compensatory action was taken either by TataCliq or IFB.
                              It is a harassment for old people.

                                I called IFB to get the fully automatic washing machine serviced. It was working fine but I was getting regular calls that the service is overdue and it may get damaged. I called the center and they said that the charges would be rs 250 for visit and general service and if any part is replaced, it would be extra. The serviceman came and did not do anything... he just opened a packet and pour into the machine. He said that that's all they do for general service. When I asked for amount, he said 750. I asked how come it's 750, he said that 250 visiting charges, 170 for the powder that he used (170 was the MRP) and 330 for putting the power into the machine. When I argued, he said talk to the company... These guys are not doing anything except cheating customers... very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to purchase IFB again... 3rd class service and unnecessary charges for nothing...

                                  As I purchased a ifb product(washing machine) 8.5 kg top loading. Pieces was faulty and I raise the complaint ifb call back to me on 23rd and said that you got new piece on Wednesday. But it's approx 3 weeks or more no piece I recivedd and no updation and today when I visit the retailer shop it's vijay sales. He said I m sending the technician. Them after we process . It's already takes 1 months

                                    Its very sad writing this at the end when i seek no support from such a popular brand. Even after multiple calls to the service center and the gaining commitment from various employees with in IFB, I got no solution of just a simple issue of the microwave.

                                    I sometime wonders about the fame of this company with such a bad after sales services.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is regarding one of my IFB product (Dishwasher) issue. I have registered a complain on 29th of Aug 2016. The complaint number is [protected]. As per the SMS the service should be provided within 24 hours of time. since then I have called several times to the customer care. Each time getting similar answers from them “sir your things has been escalated to the higher management” it will be resolved soon. I do not know what do you mean by soon? As a customer we do not have much time to keep calling you. Each time I called customer care I spent a minimum of 20 mins because of waiting time. Do not know how you guys are going to resolve the issue. every time I called your customer care they are providing me the service manager number Mr. Jyothibabu’s number [protected]. I have never seen such an irresponsible person. Who is neither lifting the phone nor calling me back.

                                    Everyday morning, I have only one home work to call customer care once and call the stupid person 10 times. I am so frustrated with the IFB customer care service. Please take necessary action as soon as possible, or let me know if you want me to reach the consumer court.

                                    Can you please answer my question? if the guaranty/warrantee of my product expires, can you extend the same no days that I am waiting to get the service?

                                    For ex: incase guaranty/warrantee is for 2 yrs. And you delayed 10 days, can you extend the guaranty period the same 10 days?

                                      This is ramesh m from coimbatore. I am using ifb washing machine and ifb microwave oven, today i recieved a message related complaint ticket number. This is unexpected, because i have not raised any complaint today. The complain number i received is [protected]. And i called customer care representative, and they confirmed that the complaint raised today. This is not first time. And this is not trust worthy from ifb industries. Please advise me to contact trust worthy services in ifb.
