I am very disappointed with service from alfa enterprises (Ifb authorised service center), mulund east, mumbai-81. The first request for service ticket no [protected] was registered on 13th aug 16 and service technician attended on 14th aug 16 and told timer is faulty need to be replaced. I paid rs 3250 in advance to get timer and rs 450 for service, a week later technician came with timer but to my surprise it was old reconditioned part, since i am an engineer myself asked him why he is installing old part when i have paid price for new part. He asked me to talk to his office, after replacing with old parts the problem with washing machine wasn't solved. So i called alfa enterprises on 20th aug 16 and spoke to mr. Jitendra yadav mob [protected] and explain my problem. He sounds to be reasonable person and gave me assurance that he will look into matter and try resolve problem at the earliest. However since them i am only hearing cock and bull stories with various excuses not to resolve the problem. And now he's not picking up my phones. I feel cheated by ifb then called their toll free number to register my issue again, they issued anothe ticket no [protected] and number [protected] of miss puja for escalation. And too my surprise miss puja is also not picking up my phone. Hence decided to complaint against all of them. Customer no10730040, for resolving issued i will request for refund of rs 3700.
