My IFB Elena Model Washing Machine is under AMC and on 29.7.2016 I lodged a complaint on IFB call centre and without sorting out the problem, they sent me a message showing that the complaint is closed. I, therefore, again lodged a complaint (complaint No. is[protected] and told them that without sorting out the problem how they have sent the message that the problem has been sorted out. Since nobody attended the machine again on dates I contacted over phone at customer care:
1) 1.8.2016
2) 3.8.2016
3) 5.8.2016
4) 2.9.2016
5) 8.9.2016
But till today nobody attended. This is a serious lapse on the part of IFB. In the past also when such a problem arose, I lodged a complaint with the Consumer Forum and somehow they sorted out the problem. Despite several requests through telephonic calls and my IFB Washing Machine is under AMC, no action is being taken on my repeated requests. The mental agony caused to me due to apathetic attitude of the supplier/manufacturer is not repairable. I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.
