I have been using this top load machine (aw60) for the past 6 years. many a times, we have had problems and got service too.
We have an amc too for the machine.
It has been quite a few days since we had it serviced and there is a problem with the input of water into the machine (which your service men say is due to impurities in the water). but mostly, this problem is resolved when we open and close the lid. i am not sure...

Ifb has worst service network in bareilly region o[censored]ttarpradesh. They have untrained technician, as well as their franchisee does not believe in attending complaints genuinely, rather than they close complaint without attending it. I have washing machine elena, which is not on operation since jun'16, despite of having under amc. I have complained several times, out of which most of the complaints have been closed without resolving the problem....

I had made a complaint for a washing machine, the machine is at a senior citizen's house. The repair person from IFB franchise in Mumbai Ghatkoper had come home they repaired and took almost Rs 5300 and refused to give us the old spare saying it is a company policy. The problem has started off again after 2 days. This is a clear case of cheating a senior citizen by IFB . They also refused to get into an AMC the first time and when insisted...

This is to bring to your kind attention that your engineers. I am called up many times (Mno.[protected] and service boy -[protected]) in the past 30 days in order to repair my ifb microwave, yet it is still not resolve the issue.

Refer to complaint no.18198513 &[protected]Repeated). Washing m/c rubber seal replaced on 05/08/2016 & door lock replaced on 13/08/2016. During the spin cycle rubber seal generating "rubber dust", drum getting filled with smoke and abnormal noise from drum. Could be due to bad fitment of seal or mis - alignment. Against my complaint no 18213569, no (R) no one had visited to resolved the issue. Not only that one your company had send false message that your problem has been resolved. This the response from ifb company and your representative or so called customer care or manager.

Please look into the matter and resolved the issue immediately.
