I had made a complaint for a washing machine, the machine is at a senior citizen's house. The repair person from IFB franchise in Mumbai Ghatkoper had come home they repaired and took almost Rs 5300 and refused to give us the old spare saying it is a company policy. The problem has started off again after 2 days. This is a clear case of cheating a senior citizen by IFB . They also refused to get into an AMC the first time and when insisted gave a form without covering the plastic parts . The service company Global is fraud and I feel IFB is hand and glove with such fraud agencies.

    I am very very disappointed by ifb product and your service.

    This is to bring to your kind attention that your engineers. I am called up many times (Mno.[protected] and service boy -[protected]) in the past 30 days in order to repair my ifb microwave, yet it is still not resolve the issue.

    I would like a quick solution for my problem immediately so that i may remain a customer of your company in the future.

    I purchased in washing machine in November, I am totally upset with services, because I gave complaint since march, response was worst, still my complaint is pending after 5 month's also, I spoke to many executives of ifb, there no response from their end, worst services. It has only brand name that's all.

    The door get locked&problem of filling detergent in machine. My machine is in warranty period.

    Our ifb washing machine is not working from 17th June 2016 and I am calling frequently to ifb but no good response and service, our machine is in guarantee period they are not willing to change parts.they are coming and not preparing closing the complaint.every time the machine is getting repair.we need a permanent solution to this problem.

      We have a ifb dishwasher and had taken an amc this year. The machine one day just stopped working. We made a complaint on on 02 aug 2016 under ref number 18198059 with ifb customer care. A technician visited us after a week and was so untrained that could not even open the machine. After two days another technician came and diagnosed that the pcb had burnt and he would return after two days with the new pcb. He returned and changed the pcb and when the dishwasher was switched on it again burnt off. He mentioned that he would return with a pump and motor as those could be defective. Then he was gone for a week. He returned on 14 aug with the pump and motor and replaced them. He was asked to replace the burnt out pcb also but he did not and switched the machine on. The moment he switched it on it caught fire and the pcb got completely burnt leaving black smoke marks on the machine.

      When he did not understand what the defect was he left stating that the machine would have to be moved to the service centre as it was beyond his capabilities to repair it. Today is 20 aug and the company has not taken any action. We spoke with the customer care and their standard reply is "we will escalate the complaint". If this is the customer service of ifb then what can a customer expect and why should we take amcs? Is there someone to resolve this issue?

      The customer care provided us with a number of a senior person who when contacted flatly refused saying that our area was not in his jurisdiction. He also gave us a number[protected] and unfortunately no one picks up that number. What are we supposed to do?

        Dear sir,
        I am under amc. On 12th july, 2016 i made a complaint to your co. Ifb, that timer is not working properly and also there is a leak from some where in the tubes. (The complaint no.[protected] the timer was replaced 23rd july, but leakage is not repaired despite my reminding. Later i got message from the co. Asking me whether the repair is satisfactory and i replied in negative. On 23rd i was. Informed by ifbcrm that incidence e 133453 has been generated. I contacted customer care ([protected]) more than 10 times till now. On 3rd august i am given ticket no 18202987 but no one got in touch with me till now. The timer is also not working properly i request some response and an early action.

          Ac not working. First complained on 08/07/16 with complaint no 18071214. After many follow ups technician visited on 29/07/16 and informed that compressor is not working and has to be replaced. Also informed that he will report to ifb for replacement. After few days on conversation with customer care on phone i was informed that your complaint has been closed. I was taken aback how they can close the complain without attending it. Anyway complained again on 02/08/16 for the same problem. Complaint no[protected]. They are just giving deadlines today tomorrow in a day or two. Till date no one came and the whole summer passed.

            Sir we purchased ifb elena aqua 6kg washing machine 3 years back. Up to before last two months the machine has worked fine.in the month of july, we called to customer care number and we registered our complaint that our machine is vibrating.. At that time they didn't registered our complaint. Later after 2 days we personally went to ifb point in our town then they gave id and registered our complaint. Our id is 4523979. After one week on ifb technician came and didn't do anything. Just opened and seen. Like that 6 times we complained. One of the technician came and switch on the machine it is vibrating.in the mean time he get a call and he left our machine and speaking in that call. Our rs 30000 worth machine fell down.in that situation we are very disappointed and that technician also didn't solve the machine problem and said that it is a new problem we are facing and he said that our machine need new motor. We can't tolerate that situation that our machine fell down. The ifb technicians are sooooo recless. Again we called to customer care when we are speaking about the problem they disconnected our call. So we need replacement of our machine because rs30000 worth machine fell down. We have doubt in the machine having cracks for the irresponsibility of ifb technician. So please consider our complaint and respond in time. We are saying that we are not customers of ifb. We are the sufferers of ifb. Please resolve our machine problem by replacing it. We are suffering of ifb services since 2months.

            yesturday our machine " surf socket" also breaked and came out.One by one parts are breaking.But IFB Technician telling that there is no warranty for breaking of parts of the machine.They are telling that we have to pay for the breaking parts, but we have still warranty time for the machine.Please clearly explain us about what is warranty? Is there any need to pay money in the warranty period, if the machine parts are breaking up.Technicians are not clearly explaining about warranty.We are paying money every time.Please consider our complaint and respond as soon as possible.Our machine parts are breaking because of reckless of one of your technician that our machine fell down while your technician speaking in another call left our machine switched on.

                Refer to complaint no.18198513 &[protected]Repeated). Washing m/c rubber seal replaced on 05/08/2016 & door lock replaced on 13/08/2016. During the spin cycle rubber seal generating "rubber dust", drum getting filled with smoke and abnormal noise from drum. Could be due to bad fitment of seal or mis - alignment. Reported to local dealer in ambala cantt but not attended so far.

                  Please refer complaint no 18184560, the problem has not been resolved of my ifb machine despite so many follow ups and reminders to your local service center at kanpur. Some technical person visited after 3 days of my complaint and checked that my ifb machine needs some parts i. E pc 80 ic and the same was not available at kanpur and they will indent the same from lucknow. After some time when we contacted mr jitesh local person coordinator at service center regarding complaint resolution he replied in rude and disrespectfully..
                  We also contacted mr ram dhir singh, he is also unable to tell by what date complaint gets resolved.
                  I have also tried to contact your br manager at lucknow but he did't respond.

                  Please note we are going thru this type of mental torture. They are not at all responsible person and tarnishing the image of ifb in my mind. Now i have very bad perception regarding ifb service center.

                  Please intervene and depute some responsible person to resolve the complaint urgently.

                  Till today 18 aug the problem has not been resolved and there is no update also.

                    I am using your product washing machine serina sx 5.5. it is not working properly from the begining purchased in 2010. complaints given for service to the service franchise (manakular electronics) at pondicherry several times but the service technicians frommanakular electronics are not well experienced they are doing service like trainee technicians. several complaints given through email to the customer care of ifb but no response till now. still my machine is not in use. i request your higher officials to take responsible and take immediate action

                    As of Now I have paid 15000/- Rupees for service only for your product IFB washing machine serina SX 5.5 kg. this product is world very worst product from your company .the dealer you have appointed in pondicherry for service (Manakular Electronics) is very worst service centre.i have submitted lot of complaints regarding my washing machine no one is taking responsible to solve the problems on the washing machine. i am plaining to go for consumer cout very soon.

                        I have a purchased a ifb microwave model no 25bc3 two years back, since then i am facing a problem with the product, i. E it does not warm the food. Many a times i called up the customer services and registered a complaint. The technician would arrived after several follow up with the service centre and would fix the same whose result we could enjoy for few days only. And again we would face the same problem from the microwave. Want a permanent solution against the problem, got annoyed with such a bad customer service. Please help with a solution.

                          I, a. k. singh from lucknow gomtinagar have ifb top loaded fully automatic washing machine model no:aw60-6563/machine si no:10040033/customer id: 2431956 under amc from 23 august 2015 to 22 august 2016. i’ve registered a complaint on 7 july 2016 but there is no technician visited after that i’ve contacted 4-5 times then ultimately on 16 july i got the ticket no. is 18064914 through sms. my washing machine is not working properly its drum sounding abnormally and machine shaking and making noise as it’ll fall on its own. the engineer visited once and checked the machine he told that some part will replace and i’ll be report it to company but from since no technician from company attended it. after that i’ve contacted 7-8 times your customer care services and local service centre but without no resolution every time we get the same response - that operator said “i’m sorry for inconvenience within 24 hours technician will visit.”
                          Today on 17 julyi2016 at 9:37 in the morning i’ve contacted your customer care service but again same response. she given me local service center’s branch head mobile no.[protected] but mobile is switched off at service center nobody is attending the call after that i contacted to customer care service in evening at 6:30 p. m. your operator assured for resolving the problem on higher priority within 24 hours. because my amc will be expired on 22nd august 2016 and i’ve registered my complain on 7th july2016 but problem not resolving from the company i’m considering a legal action against ifb industries limited.

                            I bought a new ac of 1.5 ton of rs 32000/- by cash from ifb dealer which is in indirapuram near mangal chowk on dated 8th june 2016 and on 12th aug 2016 i am facing a problem that the swing is not working as well as the water which is going outside is falling inside in my home. I called the customer care so many times they are not giving me the proper response sometimes they are saying the executive will visit to your home today sometimes they are giving me the number of engineer number which is switched off the number is [protected]. The service of ifb is worst please resolved my issue.

                              your company cc service is the worst service in the world. I have a executive plus washing machine whenever I purchase, it is not washing properly, three issue are since purchasing of washing machine. 1. donot taking water properly 2. donot spin the clothes properly / some time spin/ some time donot spin. 3. donot washing clothes properly.Now 4. shocking (electricity current ) also since 2/8/16 I get many complaints since last 6 years, taking AMC, paid visit charges, last visit charges paid on 4/7/16 and parts charges last part charges paid on 11/8/2016. But all time your technician either attend complaints on mobile close/cancelled/resolve complaints or if he visit only for taking money for visit charges, parts charges, or AMC charges or/and misguide us with many views/THOUTHS etc.AND goes out as speed of aeroplane. and said I have-not time to check full process of machine i[censored] have problem call me back etc... AND HARASS CUSTOMER MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY BY MANY WAYS. YOUR SENIORS ALSO HAVE SAME ATTITUDE.

                                My washing machine is not working since aug 9th. I had registered a complaint, the engineer came on aug 10 & said that some card has to be changed. The same card was changed 6 months back, but supposedly it has become faulty again. The machine is under amc & till now the engineer has not come back with the card. I have been again calling the toll free number since the last 2 days, they keep telling that they have escalated, but i have still not received any reply from them. What is the point of taking an amc is the service is so bad. This is the worst service i have come across ever for any product.

                                The washing machine was finally repaired on 22nd Aug - after 2 weeks of complaint -that too i was literally calling the service centre every day to check the status of the issue.
                                But now, the same problem has happened again. The machine drum is not spinning. The faulty card was replaced in Mar 2016, then again in Aug 2016 - both times the issue was same.
                                I have raised the complaint yesterday, but I haven't got any call from the service centre yet. The call ticket id is [protected].
                                Also, when my husband called the service centre today, they said that the previous call which was registered on 9th Aug got closed on 12th Aug. This is totally rubbish. How can the call get closed on 12th Aug, when the problem was not solved. After 9th Aug, the engineer came on 10th Aug & said that the part is faulty & he will get it in a day or two. I again called the engineer on 12 Aug & they said that they will replace it on coming Mon - which never happened. I called the call centre on 15th, they told me they will call back, which never happened. Again i called up on 16th Aug & still there was no status update. Finally, on 19th, they said that it will be definitely done on 20th - Saturday. I again called on Saturday Morning & they said that the engineer will definitely visit that day - which never happened. Finally, the engineer came on Mon - 22Aug.
                                Within 15 days again, another problem has occured. Again, the service of IFB is as pathetic as earlier - that too i have taken an AMC. This is the worst service i could ever get from any company. Would never recommend this brand to any one in future. No wonder people are moving to other washing machine brands these days.

                                  I purchased in washing machine in November, 2016 repeatedly I am giving complaint but no response, I am totally upset with services, because I gave complaint since march, response was worst, still my complaint is pending after 5 month's also, I spoke to many executives of ifb, there no response from their end, worst services. It has only brand name that's all.

                                    I bought a 400lt ifb fridge and from 15 th the fridge was not working. I complained to the toll number and got a message of ticket number [protected]. Today i called the local number and a executive named ramakrishnan, committed me to attend by 3pm. When i called him by 3pm he said another time of 4.30pm. When i called him by 4.30pm he didnt attended my call. Five times i called him he was not attending the call.
                                    Then i called one mr vinoth and he made a conference call with ramakrishnan. This time ramakrishnan said he is on the way and said he never committed 3pm and said unsatisfactory words which irritated me.
                                    The same fridge was once not attended for 20 days once[earliar]. When firidge was not working, hope the ifb should know what are all the issues will arise to store the vegetables, milk etc.
