Ifb has worst service network in bareilly region o[censored]ttarpradesh. They have untrained technician, as well as their franchisee does not believe in attending complaints genuinely, rather than they close complaint without attending it. I have washing machine elena, which is not on operation since jun'16, despite of having under amc. I have complained several times, out of which most of the complaints have been closed without resolving the problem. On contacting local service centre they send their technician on rigorous follow up & they return back saying that they will come back with required spare in 2-3 days, which they never turn up. Every time new technician visits & tell new part required to be replaced. They have inexperience technician. Several tickets generated by call centre are 17965025, 17942526, 17916255, 18085290, 18230020 but still machine is not in working condition as on date.
