Hello,
I am really frustrated now, since my complaint no. [protected] (New complaint no. [protected]) has not been resolved by you since 11.06.2016.
I logged my first complaint on 11.06.2016 and after lots of follow ups one engineer (Without company uniform / id) has visited the place on 12.07.2016 (After one month of complaint) and had taken a photo of a part, which he assured to be replaced within a week.
Thereafter that engineer got disappeared and we again started chasing him like a fool and in each call he only used to tell us that part is not available.In the meanwhile, we have also followed up on call center number [protected] and also at service center to mr. Mahendra baghele (Mob no. [protected]) and have been fed up listening answers like the part has been transported from pune and would get it soon, the model is outdated so part not available, etc. But nobody was paying any hid to our concern as to whether the machine will be repaired or not. The complaint no. [protected] was closed by your people, without my confirmation and i had to log a new complaint no. [protected] on 26.07.2016.
Today when i called again to mr. Mahendra baghele at mob no. [protected], before i say anything he has started speaking rudely, told me that he is leaving the services of ifb and suggested to call me at call center.
Now again i cannot understand where to go, because if i call at the call center they advise to call to the service center and service center has advised, as above.
In the meanwhile i got a number of regional manager mr. Mahesh ([protected]), who has picked the call only once and told that he would call back or me to call him again in sometime, but i don't know where he is now, as he is not picking up my calls now.
Please let me know why this should not be treated as a harassment and mental agony to the customer and why should i do not approach to the consumer forum for appropriate action against your company.
