I have a purchased a ifb microwave model no 25bc3 two years back, since then i am facing a problem with the product, i. E it does not warm the food. Many a times i called up the customer services and registered a complaint. The technician would arrived after several follow up with the service centre and would fix the same whose result we could enjoy for few days only. And again we would face the same problem from the microwave. Want a permanent solution against the problem, got annoyed with such a bad customer service. Please help with a solution.

    I, a. k. singh from lucknow gomtinagar have ifb top loaded fully automatic washing machine model no:aw60-6563/machine si no:10040033/customer id: 2431956 under amc from 23 august 2015 to 22 august 2016. i’ve registered a complaint on 7 july 2016 but there is no technician visited after that i’ve contacted 4-5 times then ultimately on 16 july i got the ticket no. is 18064914 through sms. my washing machine is not working properly its drum sounding abnormally and machine shaking and making noise as it’ll fall on its own. the engineer visited once and checked the machine he told that some part will replace and i’ll be report it to company but from since no technician from company attended it. after that i’ve contacted 7-8 times your customer care services and local service centre but without no resolution every time we get the same response - that operator said “i’m sorry for inconvenience within 24 hours technician will visit.”
    Today on 17 julyi2016 at 9:37 in the morning i’ve contacted your customer care service but again same response. she given me local service center’s branch head mobile no.[protected] but mobile is switched off at service center nobody is attending the call after that i contacted to customer care service in evening at 6:30 p. m. your operator assured for resolving the problem on higher priority within 24 hours. because my amc will be expired on 22nd august 2016 and i’ve registered my complain on 7th july2016 but problem not resolving from the company i’m considering a legal action against ifb industries limited.

      I bought a new ac of 1.5 ton of rs 32000/- by cash from ifb dealer which is in indirapuram near mangal chowk on dated 8th june 2016 and on 12th aug 2016 i am facing a problem that the swing is not working as well as the water which is going outside is falling inside in my home. I called the customer care so many times they are not giving me the proper response sometimes they are saying the executive will visit to your home today sometimes they are giving me the number of engineer number which is switched off the number is [protected]. The service of ifb is worst please resolved my issue.

        your company cc service is the worst service in the world. I have a executive plus washing machine whenever I purchase, it is not washing properly, three issue are since purchasing of washing machine. 1. donot taking water properly 2. donot spin the clothes properly / some time spin/ some time donot spin. 3. donot washing clothes properly.Now 4. shocking (electricity current ) also since 2/8/16 I get many complaints since last 6 years, taking AMC, paid visit charges, last visit charges paid on 4/7/16 and parts charges last part charges paid on 11/8/2016. But all time your technician either attend complaints on mobile close/cancelled/resolve complaints or if he visit only for taking money for visit charges, parts charges, or AMC charges or/and misguide us with many views/THOUTHS etc.AND goes out as speed of aeroplane. and said I have-not time to check full process of machine i[censored] have problem call me back etc... AND HARASS CUSTOMER MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY BY MANY WAYS. YOUR SENIORS ALSO HAVE SAME ATTITUDE.

          My washing machine is not working since aug 9th. I had registered a complaint, the engineer came on aug 10 & said that some card has to be changed. The same card was changed 6 months back, but supposedly it has become faulty again. The machine is under amc & till now the engineer has not come back with the card. I have been again calling the toll free number since the last 2 days, they keep telling that they have escalated, but i have still not received any reply from them. What is the point of taking an amc is the service is so bad. This is the worst service i have come across ever for any product.

          The washing machine was finally repaired on 22nd Aug - after 2 weeks of complaint -that too i was literally calling the service centre every day to check the status of the issue.
          But now, the same problem has happened again. The machine drum is not spinning. The faulty card was replaced in Mar 2016, then again in Aug 2016 - both times the issue was same.
          I have raised the complaint yesterday, but I haven't got any call from the service centre yet. The call ticket id is [protected].
          Also, when my husband called the service centre today, they said that the previous call which was registered on 9th Aug got closed on 12th Aug. This is totally rubbish. How can the call get closed on 12th Aug, when the problem was not solved. After 9th Aug, the engineer came on 10th Aug & said that the part is faulty & he will get it in a day or two. I again called the engineer on 12 Aug & they said that they will replace it on coming Mon - which never happened. I called the call centre on 15th, they told me they will call back, which never happened. Again i called up on 16th Aug & still there was no status update. Finally, on 19th, they said that it will be definitely done on 20th - Saturday. I again called on Saturday Morning & they said that the engineer will definitely visit that day - which never happened. Finally, the engineer came on Mon - 22Aug.
          Within 15 days again, another problem has occured. Again, the service of IFB is as pathetic as earlier - that too i have taken an AMC. This is the worst service i could ever get from any company. Would never recommend this brand to any one in future. No wonder people are moving to other washing machine brands these days.

              I bought a 400lt ifb fridge and from 15 th the fridge was not working. I complained to the toll number and got a message of ticket number [protected]. Today i called the local number and a executive named ramakrishnan, committed me to attend by 3pm. When i called him by 3pm he said another time of 4.30pm. When i called him by 4.30pm he didnt attended my call. Five times i called him he was not attending the call.
              Then i called one mr vinoth and he made a conference call with ramakrishnan. This time ramakrishnan said he is on the way and said he never committed 3pm and said unsatisfactory words which irritated me.
              The same fridge was once not attended for 20 days once[earliar]. When firidge was not working, hope the ifb should know what are all the issues will arise to store the vegetables, milk etc.

                    I have purchased a fully automatic washine machine.. For the last five days i am complaining through customer care. No positive response from customer care. Every time they provide us a new number like 22437182, [protected], 49544712, [protected]. All these numbers will give us a call back after 5 minutes, their call back never received. If we contact again these number will switch off or no response. Such a irritating experience to us. If any one going to purchase the machine from this company please be ready to wash with your hands. No complaint escalation method . Same cold answer from customer care. Johney thomas

                      My 1.5 Ton Split AC Customer ID 11040575 is having water seepage problem.
                      Complaints were raised on 12th July # [protected] and again on 12th August [protected] for the same.
                      A 3rd Party service provider USP AIR COOL came in on 12th July 2016 and charged Rs 1800/= visited thrice and for each visit charged separately for the same water seepage issue. My First Complaint was why should I pay for inefficient Technicians who just came cleaned the AC Ducts and Vents and changed a water pipe which did not help stop the water seepage even as on 13th August 2016. I had raised complaint # [protected] on 12th August and yet no action taken by IFB so far. It looks like I am begging for service, it is very unfortunate and strict action needs to be taken against a Lacklustre Customer Service.

                        I am having an ifb washing machine, a dishwasher and drier under amc. My washing machine is not working for last 2 months and the local people are just not interested. Their working hours are from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. They cannot come other than these 3 hours, keep repairing it by replacing one part after the other every 20 to 25 days in the hope that it might work. Generally they do not pick up the phone and if they do they ask me to call the toll free number where the people make you hold the phone for extended periods of time and finally promise to look into the matter and that is it. Most disappointing service. Very rude and disinterested people. I am ready to throw out this machine even though it is just a few years old. Two months and they don't care!

                          I got the Trolley after 25 days from IFB and more than 30 calls and more than 6 mails to customer care.

                          In IFB care I spoke with "Santosh", "Suresh", "Sandeep" and other person these are FLOOR SUPERVISORS (Heads of all customer care peoplebut all took time but no solution from them.

                          They only harsh the people and enjoy them self.

                          Customer care people giving the fake timing and date, and IFB Mahadevpura branch people giving the fake timing and date then they do not come.


                          The IFB customer care is VVV worst please do not

                            We called IFB technician for repairing our microwave which stopped working June 15th 2016 .He saw and said capacitor needs to be changed. He came after 3 days changed the capacitor and started microwave. Bad burning smell came and again it stopped working. He told some other part is not working and he needs to change it. He came back in a week after repeated reminders. He changed the part, again there was some bad burning smell . Then he told he need to change mother board and better we take extended AMC. We took AMC of 3795 and 1000 Rs .( complaint no.[protected].Later he took our microwave to their service centre. It has been almost one and half month since original complaint and still they haven't repaired/returned it. The other major problem is that they never call back themselves. We have been calling them almost on daily basis and they don't have decency to call back or inform the status. They just have one response to every question asked- "It will be done by tomorrow". It is one of worst form of services I have seen till date. I would like them to refund my money and return the microwave immediately. Ideally if they cant repair it they should provide a new device.

                                Hi since i brought i getting trobuling while using ifb washing machine in frequently ready for repair and in after amc u will charge every time with saying that sorry mam this product u wont get in amc since i brought this machine if i wont take amc shore i will get in amc money new machine in 29/03/16 i had call for repair with bill nos2 267 1947 and company charge such a huge reparing charge almost (4964/-) 15 percent of a new machine now from few days getting shock while touching washing machine so pls hummble requesting you to take out of this problem do not have time to do again & again complain we have lot of another work to do.

                                  The water intake of the machine is not stopping once the machine starts working. The water level is not being detected automatically and the level is always set to 10 without any change. Inorder to stop the water flow the water pipe is being manually closed which affected the smooth functioning of the machine. We managed to use it somehow but the clothes became stained yellowish

                                    I have been complaining about my washing machine since 25th july 2016, but till date nothing happend. These service people are just a piece of crap!!! Every time I call them to complain they will say " tomorrow it will be done"..and their tomorrow doesnt seem to come any day.
                                    Why open service center when they dont wanna move a bit?

                                    Very third class response, very dissappointed and beyond that angry like anything.

                                    I just hope that some one notice this complaint, otherwise these all are useless.
                                    I want a response ASAP.

                                        I am a victim of IFB Industries by not resolving the Complaints and cancelling of Dockets raised by me since 2 months, stating that customer is out of station even though we are station. My Cust.ID:10258183.

                                        i booked a complaint on 17-june-2016 with docket no:[protected] service person was attended call and told that PCB is faulty and he will book complaint for replacement of PCB. but till 8-july-2016 no body was attended the problem. when iam shifted from raichur to kothagudem and called to customer care they told that old docket they will close and with new address they will open new docket.
                                        again on 11-july-2016 new complaint was opened with docket No:[protected] on same day service person visited and told that PCB is faulty and for replacing PCB he will update to branch manager, and told that with in 10 days PCB will be replaced. but i waited till 7 - Aug -2016 and called Customer care they told that sorry for inconvenience with in 24hrs problem will be resolved. but she was opened new docket . [protected] was cancelled by stating that customer was out of station even tough we are station. regarding this cancellation of docket when i called Customer care and Branch Co ordinator Mr.srikanth on Mob:[protected] they are blaming each other and they are not ready to come in conference call.

                                        On 7-aug -2016 another docket [protected] when i enquared about old docket .


                                        in this regard i will ask some questions
                                        1. whether customer complaints are resolving or closing old dockets and opening new dockets
                                        2. if recomend for cancel of the docket why customer care is not conforming with customer before cancellation of dockets.
                                        3. what is the time taken to resolve the customer complaints in worst condition.

                                        iam actually fed up with this IFB and customer care service by giving this type of reports to blaming and cheating the customers.

                                        The service technician from franchise reachedcnext day and informed that top cover is cracked and is not under warranty and will cost 2500
                                        I consented but 7 days hv passed
                                        They did not correct the basic fault
                                        I escalted the complaint but Delhi service head some Mr Srivatava is never avalaible

                                        I have a IFB washing machine. Which need to be serviced cause smoke coming out of the machine. When i tried contacting the service center they told that their person will come in nxt two days. Its been three weeks now. everyday i contact them. Now they started to MISBEHAVE. They are calling cheap languages, insulting through phone call.
