I have a IFB ELENA AQUA sl no[protected] bought it Dec 14.
I have lodged a complaint with customer care for a loose door, hanging at the hinges. The IFB rep checked it and asking us to pay for the replacement of door.
The door has gradually loosened at the hinges and it is a case of material failure. There are no signs of damage on the door and it is not attributable to misuse.IFB is not attending to the problem from 01 Jun 16 till date.

This has reference to complaint made by us regarding non-functioning of our ifb washing machine. The complaint was lodged on 23 july, 2016. Since the date of our original complaint, we've contacted so many times but could get only fake assurances. Machine is still out of order. Moreover, the attitude of service centre people and also the technical team is uncooperative. Please do the needful, so that machine under complaint is repaired promptly and the good image of your well-renown ifb may not be tarnished more. If my complaint will not be addressed within a couple of days, i will be forced to go to consumer court.

My ifb microwave model no- 20sc2, serial no[protected], is in warranty. But your engineer was visited and he told me that your machine touch panel (main circuit) is not working and it is out of warranty. my complaint no[protected]. my question is that for your company, you have given us three year warranty at the time of buying but when the customer going to claim warranty you given us excuses that this part is out of warranty. is that type of service you provide for your customer. My humbly request is to look into this matter at serious note. Otherwise i will take this matter to commercial

Complaint has been reported few days back but nobody turned up until now. Informed local agents in phone number[protected] too but no response. Contacting the service person since last 3 days but not picking the phone. We have been calling the person for 3 days. His phone i either switched off or is not attending the call.
So please respond and do the needful at the earliest for the machine fault to be resolved.

I registered a complaint on 26/07/2016 for my washing machine, but till now i. E 04/08/2016 no technician came to check. I called toll free numbers 5 days, they say will be sending by evening, but no one turned up. I have taken the amc, but now i think its waste. Ifb service is worst and i will recommended not to take ifb products.

I request you to refund my amc amount, if you people not able to serve.

I have done my amc contract on 11th jan 2016 with ifb and still not received the amc contract.
I made payment of rs 3973 by citibank cheque number 048949 dated 11th jan.

Also same day trinity enterprises has done the service and cleaning of the ifm washing machine and charged me exuberant rs 2120. Where they did not do anything and just did the cleaning. They wanted cash only for this.

I am writing to you as i have tried many times calling the phone numbers[protected] to 66 to reach out to shankar, but no one picks up the call.

I tried all way to reach out to you people and could not get any satisfactory explanation.

The biggest shock was when the call center and service guy says i do not have amc or warranty.

Dear sir/madam,
I have made a request for the installation of an air conditioner with the above mentioned details. I further would like to complaint about the technical team which has come for the job are not having the proper tool for the installation of an air conditioner and are trying different desi jugards. On my asking them about the tool they replied that their owner dose not provide with the same and what little tools they have do not work. They do not have water level, brazing torch, pliers and lpg can etc,
Please do something about the above mentioned complaint.

My ifb microwave which is within warranty period is not working. I have called ifb service centres about 30 times and lodged my complaint. I was told that they will send some technician soon but have not attended it yet. My permanent ifb customer no. Is 10417758. I was given ticket no. 18080820 on lodging a complaint at service centre. My ifb registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Please provide help.

I have received the call from service centre, they voluntarily called me and asked for general service, i gave the appointment, they haven't come, again they called for booking, i was given again for the second time, no one has turned up

Its happen 5 times, i waited for the peoples, they haven't turned up and no reply also.

Again they are calling for new appointment from this no [protected], and mobile number

This is in reference to the complaint made by us regarding the non functioning of our washing machine under the company name of ifb washing machine.

Our complaint numbers are.[protected], [protected], [protected] which was provided to us by the company customer care. On several occasions we contacted their toll free / customer care number from the date of our original complaint lodged on 27th june 2016.

Note:not only the poor response shown on a customer we wish to register here that a reply from the service department that “ the technician will be there today or tomorrow” but no one turned up

Nearly 33days have been lapsed and even till date and time no positive step has been initiated.

O kindly help us to rectify the problem. We expect a favourable solution.

I have ifb front load washing machine eva series. The door is not locking
Complaint request [protected] on 23rd july.
1st aug and still the issue exist.

The technician never reported me back with the issue.
Atleast 5-10 times called customer care no proper reply.

I have placed the order on 16th july 2016 through customer care people. still now i didn't get the product.

I called ifb care more than 8 times but all gave false commitment including customer care and floor manager/supervisors. they were rude while talking.

I didn't get any call from ifb. please do not contact ifb customer care it's a waste of time.

Ifb products are good but not there technical team and customer care.

I bought an ifb mcrowave 30sc4 (30l) on 26th june 2016. the glass turn table broke within one week of purchase of oven while i was baking at 200 degrees. very bad response from customer care and technical side, instead of solving the problem they were blaming me for its breakage. they informed that it won't come under warranty and i have to purchase one at rs1000. i said i am ready to purchase but i want a technician to come and demonstrate before i use it again. its 1month since and there is no further response from their side. i have been using lg microwave for past 10 years and baking in it and i have no problem with that till now. plate tray rotating ring support roller which came with the machine was found sagging between the wheels. i informed the technician about this.

Totally disappointed with the product and company service. the complaint is unattended and the machine is lying idle. very poor response

I am owner of IFB Senator Aqua Washing Machine. I had first placed order for a trolley stand vide request no. 319238 on July 10, 2016. This request was unattended and I followed up with their customer care no. on July 25. To my shock, I was told that the request was closed without it even being attended!

Anyways, I was informed that my request had been reopened and will be attended within 24 hrs. I followed up the next day, July 26 and was told that there was no such reopening of request on July 25. So, I had basically been lied to by the customer service exec.

A fresh request was placed then with request no. 321362 with a promise to be attended on same day. I was also told that matter has been escalated to Senior Branch Manager, Mr. Vivek Mane. Matter remains unattended till date. This shows the poor attitude of customer service team, even a "senior person" such as Mr. Mane included.

This is my first IFB product and perhaps the last. Never seen such poor service from competitors like LG, Samsung etc. While IFB product is decent, customer service is terrible.Seeing the other complaints here, I see such customer service issues is very common.

My #IFB washing machine stands pathetic #poorservice for past 3 days and repeated call and reminders are of no use. All phones to Gr. Noida Service Center are unanswered. I am in trouble as you can understand. My ticket No. is 18177433 reg on 29/07/16, Could you pls help me in this regard. There has been no response from IFB customer care except for the lip service. No service engineer visited in 3 days.

My microvave ifb company is not heating. Last 5 years this problem is making again and again. Your product is defective and complaint does not resolved. Only 15 days back the complaint had been attended after lot or pursuassion though it is under amc
Again it is not working

It is high time and almost lost my patience suffering from the day of purchaseing your products

The complaint needs to be publised let it be lesson for other consumers also
