Ifb it's really very worst service provider for the customer.

The area dealer (Chittoor) a. P told that m c u board not available. He is repeatedly telling the same reason for the past 35 days, also he is telling that "go and talk to our head office no problem to me".

Then we called to the area supervisor (Ap) we making call to her front the last week today she lifted the phone and simply said you call to area coordinator (Ap)

We called for that number but till now he didn't lift the phone.

Who will solve this issue other than these persons tell us.

    I had called the call center and registered my complaint on may 29th and after repeatedly calling them the technicians land up after 20 days just to check n sate the need for change of two parts i. E the belt of direct drive and a long nut for securing the tub. This complaint is about the service providers of ifb and the ifb industries who seem to have tucked away their spare parts stocks in goa a land which they project like as if there is no delivery options in todays world. How is it possible for a spare part not to reach the service provider for over one and half months? At least have the decency to update status.
    Are all the ifb staff members partying in goa and not doing their job or are the service providers a big bunch of liars and cheaters - freeze india engineers, s. A. Road, kadavanthra jn, cochin. If the company is unaware then its a shame how your authorised service franchisee are not doing their jobs and u are fine with it. Call center employess dont even have the decency to call back once they promise to check and get back. All a bunch of cheats and what a shame for ifb industries!

      Our machine was working fine till in 20th july 2016 we went for the amc. The technician, seemingly untrained and incompetent, did some 'servicing' to the machine after which we had to register 3 complaints with about 20 days for machine breakdown.In spite of repeatedly and categorically requesting the customer care for a better technician, they kept sending the same technician and he is making the machine progressively worse. Why does ifb offer an amc if they cannot employ competent technicians?

        On 08/07/16 i have made a complaint regarding the non working of the microwave 30 sc 2 which is under amc, and your technician replaced the fan after several reminders, and still it was not working. Again i have complained on 26/07/16 (T no. [protected]),
        04/08/16 (T no. [protected]) 08/08/16 (T. No. [protected]) till today nobody has called or attended the machine and always the service provider two be associates, thrissur is closing the complaint with out attending. If the service provider is not interested why they are renewing the a m c. Kindly check with two be associates and get a speedy repair.

          I made a complaint on saturday 6th of august i was told somebody will come my complaint no is ticket 18217314. It is not that nobody has come that is bothering me but the fact that the numbers given by the call centre one of them says it does not exist. The other number is continuously disconnected when i make the call. I have been an ifb customer for many. Years however i feel i will think twice about associating with your products in the future. Harassing customers when it comes to service reflects very poorly of a company of such repute. Surprisingly when it comes to an amc the concerned person is persuasive and pushy

            I will compliant on last 15 days before onwards and service man comes one day they told an wire burning in my washing machine. I told plz replace that.. Nxt called the person inform me no stock sir and they told it comes two days.. So i said no problem in that.. But after i follow the service man and he told nxt day in day's he said 10 days they said like that only.. Then today i called ur customer care number complaint again and so i wait for two days they will rectified my problem. If not means i put a consumer case on third day...

              Hello,

              I am really frustrated now, since my complaint no. [protected] (New complaint no. [protected]) has not been resolved by you since 11.06.2016.

              I logged my first complaint on 11.06.2016 and after lots of follow ups one engineer (Without company uniform / id) has visited the place on 12.07.2016 (After one month of complaint) and had taken a photo of a part, which he assured to be replaced within a week.

              Thereafter that engineer got disappeared and we again started chasing him like a fool and in each call he only used to tell us that part is not available.In the meanwhile, we have also followed up on call center number [protected] and also at service center to mr. Mahendra baghele (Mob no. [protected]) and have been fed up listening answers like the part has been transported from pune and would get it soon, the model is outdated so part not available, etc. But nobody was paying any hid to our concern as to whether the machine will be repaired or not. The complaint no. [protected] was closed by your people, without my confirmation and i had to log a new complaint no. [protected] on 26.07.2016.

              Today when i called again to mr. Mahendra baghele at mob no. [protected], before i say anything he has started speaking rudely, told me that he is leaving the services of ifb and suggested to call me at call center.

              Now again i cannot understand where to go, because if i call at the call center they advise to call to the service center and service center has advised, as above.

              In the meanwhile i got a number of regional manager mr. Mahesh ([protected]), who has picked the call only once and told that he would call back or me to call him again in sometime, but i don't know where he is now, as he is not picking up my calls now.

              Please let me know why this should not be treated as a harassment and mental agony to the customer and why should i do not approach to the consumer forum for appropriate action against your company.

              Thanks for such a bad service.

                I have been sending mails to [protected]@ifbglobal.Com
                And didn't get any response to the mail.

                I have been facing issue with washing machine since last 3 weeks, kind of recurring issue and finally service engineer told that drum needs to be replaced.

                Machine is under amc and till date no one has turned up to replace the drum.

                It looks ifb is lagging seriously on the service front which is proved time and again

                Talked to service manager of ifb and their assurance were not honored. When tried again to find the status, the phone call is left unattended. Even the sms is not responded.

                Stuck now on what to do next if some one keeps huge silence in the consumer industry where they are expected to maintain sla's.

                At least on seeing this can anyone from ifb management respond to my issue please?

                  We bought the washing machine on 26.09.2007. We have already made a lot of complaints to gugha engineers, ifb authorized service center, kumbakonam. We have been complaining about shrinking of clothes to your service people. The service center people has attend our complaint, but they couldn't identify the reason for shrinking of our clothes. The service people have attended this problem for more than 5 times, but they haven't resolved the issue. Again we have given complaint before 10 days, but there is no proper response. We are so disappointed about your service. After this issue, we have stopped recommending ifb machines within our family and friends circle. Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I am shikha jain. I have ifb sanorita plus front loading washing machine. I was complaint about machine. They was came and chick the machine and told me your machine have a motor & belt problem. I say i was check this but there is no motor or belt problem. Only water continue drain out.


                      They gone &say i came after 2/3 days. That date is 15/7/16.
                      They wont come till 7/8/16
                      He is also not pic up my phone
                      They charge 340 rs as a service charge.

                          I have a IFB ELENA AQUA sl no[protected] bought it Dec 14.
                          I have lodged a complaint with customer care for a loose door, hanging at the hinges. The IFB rep checked it and asking us to pay for the replacement of door.
                          The door has gradually loosened at the hinges and it is a case of material failure. There are no signs of damage on the door and it is not attributable to misuse.IFB is not attending to the problem from 01 Jun 16 till date.

                              I regret to inform you that washing machine under complaint is still out of order. As a result of my continuous approach after complaint ( 21 July, 2016 ), three different technicians visited our house on different dates, but with different opinions. No one could locate the exact fault or repair it successfully.
                              Technical staff is very incompetent and indifferent with the customer in trouble like me, not even attending the machine and even my telephone calls!
                              Once again, I would request you to please take a serious note on this complaint.

                                My ifb microwave model no- 20sc2, serial no[protected], is in warranty. But your engineer was visited and he told me that your machine touch panel (main circuit) is not working and it is out of warranty. my complaint no[protected]. my question is that for your company, you have given us three year warranty at the time of buying but when the customer going to claim warranty you given us excuses that this part is out of warranty. is that type of service you provide for your customer. My humbly request is to look into this matter at serious note. Otherwise i will take this matter to commercial

                                  Complaint has been reported few days back but nobody turned up until now. Informed local agents in phone number[protected] too but no response. Contacting the service person since last 3 days but not picking the phone. We have been calling the person for 3 days. His phone i either switched off or is not attending the call.
                                  So please respond and do the needful at the earliest for the machine fault to be resolved.

                                    I registered a complaint on 26/07/2016 for my washing machine, but till now i. E 04/08/2016 no technician came to check. I called toll free numbers 5 days, they say will be sending by evening, but no one turned up. I have taken the amc, but now i think its waste. Ifb service is worst and i will recommended not to take ifb products.

                                    I request you to refund my amc amount, if you people not able to serve.

                                      My id is 32144208.

                                      I have done my amc contract on 11th jan 2016 with ifb and still not received the amc contract.
                                      I made payment of rs 3973 by citibank cheque number 048949 dated 11th jan.

                                      Also same day trinity enterprises has done the service and cleaning of the ifm washing machine and charged me exuberant rs 2120. Where they did not do anything and just did the cleaning. They wanted cash only for this.

                                      I am writing to you as i have tried many times calling the phone numbers[protected] to 66 to reach out to shankar, but no one picks up the call.

                                      I tried all way to reach out to you people and could not get any satisfactory explanation.

                                      The biggest shock was when the call center and service guy says i do not have amc or warranty.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I have made a request for the installation of an air conditioner with the above mentioned details. I further would like to complaint about the technical team which has come for the job are not having the proper tool for the installation of an air conditioner and are trying different desi jugards. On my asking them about the tool they replied that their owner dose not provide with the same and what little tools they have do not work. They do not have water level, brazing torch, pliers and lpg can etc,
                                        Please do something about the above mentioned complaint.
