Dear sir,
I own a ifb senator washing machine since a long time and had asked for a routine servicing on 27th june 2017 ticket no 18016464.
The service technician from ifb kankarbagh, patna visited and inspected the machine.
He observed that the drain cap on the left side bottom could not be opened and upon his further investigation, said that the pump which had the drain cap was of a different model of ifb w/machine and it was just hanging on open wires. He declined to do any modifications or service.
We had got the w/machine serviced earlier quite some time back by ifb technician & upon their advise had to renew the motor and pump assembly and i suspect that due to some reason a wrong spare pump was fitted by him supplied by your office. I also inquired about this issue with him and he said that there was a person in kankarbagh ifb service centre who was doing wrong things and now his services has been terminated by you and it must be him who may have done the wrong doing. The service completion report was suitably remarked by me in ink with some details on it.
Please review it at your end.
Since it was a dangerous situation and electric shock or fire could result by using the washing machine, we stopped using it and upon his advise requested for a replacement of the wrong part (Pump and motor assembly) free of charge vide service request ticket no 18124040 on 19th july 2016.
The service technician did not visit at all. To our surprize on the 21st july 2016 upon inquiry for time of attendance of technician your complaint section stated that we have declined service and refused any attention to the technician. This is completely false.
Your complaint section now registered a new complaint upon further begging for service vide ticket no 18135419 on 21st july 2016.
Again no technician has attended so far till date and false assurances by kankarbagh patna service centre and your good office's complaint section is being given telephonically that he will attend tomorrow, whereas tomorrow never comes.
We are facing inconvenience due to non availablity of a working washing machine and danger to life and property by electrocution and fire if some servant inadvertantly switches it on.
You are hereby requested to take due immediate action and do the needful and get the washing machine operational in a safe and good manner or else provide reasons to me for not proceeding for further appropraite action.
Mr. Narsimha (Manager) from your complaint department has in continuation promised us that suitable service will conducted on monday 25th july 2016.
I regret to inform you that if this does not happen then we cannot wait any further and would request for full refund of amount of my washing machine since no after sales service is being provided by you.

Dear sir

We buy 9.5 kg fully automatic washing machine from a dealer in ludhiana. After three months, it stopped working. Sent complaint to your local office dtd 4 july and till today i. E 22nd july, no one bothered to reply.
After sending so many remiders on their toll free number, it seems company is more interested in selling goods but never bother to offer after sales service.

This is my last ifb product.

Its crap and service people are nothing but jokers

My washing machine is not working so i had registered a complain on 25 th june 2016, my complain no is 18007987. Today is 22 nd july & until now my complain is not solved my machine is under warranty so now please tell me what should i do because ur people are not listening, please maintain some dignity & solve my problem. This may be the last time i am requesting u to solve my problem because next time i will not purchase any o[censored]r product.

It has been a pathetic standard of service from ifb. i am complaining for more than a month that the washing machine is not working. mechanic home after 2-3 days and want to change some part and without waiting to check if it working leaves. again we have to raise a complaint and the process continues... now these local mechanics talk rudely with ladies at home and are not at all commited to tat.

If my issue is not sorted in next 24 hours i will be forced to move to ombursement.

Ticket no. [protected]. Again it's my third consumer complaint.but I think it's a waste of time. Machine is down. Motor error. I have started online petitions for banning ifb products. Started putting banners in near by areas. That don't buy any ifb product. Ur technican came thrice in this month after making us wait for three weeks. And still ur product has not been repaired. Kindly give my money back or give a new machine replacement. U fraud ifb company.

We generated a issue for my ifb wshing machine. A change product in ifb washing machine. Issue is generated on dated 17/07/2016. A ticket number is 18115001 generated and as on date still my problem is not resolved. This is not for the first time. Its a habitual process folloe from your end.

Kindly look up in this matter asap.

I have to dryers with the same problem of the lint knob broken.. I have logged a complaint on 2 june and the dealers say the part is on the way.. Now we are on the 21 july and the part is still apparently on the way... Has the part lost its way somewhere???

Dear sirs/madam,

This has reference to our compliant lodged with m/s. lucky services, sion, for repair of our ifb 23sc2 convection microwave oven.

I tried calling on your company's contact numbers several times[protected]-30491824,[protected],[protected],[protected] but none of the numbers were responding. they were only ringing.

Your customer care numbers were also unresponsive.

The agent mr. ghanshyam singh from m/s. lucky enterprises came to my house on 16/7/2016 and informed that the pcb needed to be replaced. the agent asked us to call on monday, 18/7/2016. when i called the agent and spoke to mr. maninder and he, in turn, informed that free replacement of the part (pcb) is not possible and that it will be at actual cost of the pcb. the agent, mr. maninder singh informed me that i will have to bear the cost of pcb rs. 2, 000/- (appx.).

I am put at great inconvenience and stressful due to the non-functioning of the oven and further more due to the irresponsible attitude of your service agents.


You may please note that it is a breach of contract between the company and the customer. the amc offers to take care of all defects in the microwave oven.

If it is not replaced within a week's time from receipt of this mail, we shall be forced to take legal action against the company and the agent.

You may please note that it will be at company's cost and expenses.

This is in reference to the ticket no raised almost 3 days back for ifb washing machine for which demo was not given at the time of installation and now the machine is having water draining issue even at the time of wash mode.
Am the first time user for ifb that turned into a nightmare. Regretting why i have switched from my old brand lg and the experience of switching is really unforgettable.
Have been chasing service center and toll free number for fixing the issue and everybody commits a false promise of today only that never comes.
Ajit verma (Tech guy) his mobile is not working is what an answer we get on calling service center number [protected], adding to it they confirms the engineer is on the way to your place and never reaches the said destination.
These service are really tarnishing the image of such an international brand ifb.

Sir,
I registered complaint on june 18 the technician came and told drum should be replaced your are under warranty period i will replace the drum. But so far till date 20 july they are not replace the drum i again complain on july 8 and july 13 they simply told drum not available. I am in coimbatore. The warranty period expire on august every time i make a call the answer is courier not come. What should i do. The ticket nos are [protected], [protected], [protected]
Ifb products are so good but service side is very worst. Now i felt why i bought ifb better we bought some other products. I cause mental stress also i think and i believe you should take some necessary steps to be taken a resolve my problem as soon as possible. If i call customer care they also told we spoke to the concern service centre but there is no response

My complaint no18104415 dated 15th July is pending no solace from call center or their service partner.pl do something

I have logged a ticket on 14th july 2016 ref # [protected] regarding operational issue in washing machine.

Till date no response from ifb's service partner.

When i escalated to ifb customer care there is no concrete action taken till date and looks like ifb has no control with their service partner as i did not even receive either a msg or call till date.

Need concrete action from ifb to resolve the issue. Machine is under amc and for no fault customer is getting screwed by product manufacturer and their service partner

Damaged product delivered

We purchased a ifb top load washing machine from saravana stores chennai on january 2015. The machine got delivered to us through their transport and installed by ifb team. With in two weeks the machine started to develop huge noise and service complaint was raised. The ifb service franchise attended and informed that the machine base is damaged in transit and mentioned it to be damaged product. He requested for bill copy and took photo of the machine. He commited the spare to be available in two weeks and requested not to operate the machine until that. Its been more than 6 months but no action has been taken yet by the ifb or by the service franchise.
I have been raising tickets every month but the service team closes the ticket arbitrarily after 3 weeks.
Please find below the tickets raised for the same purpose but not attended or closed to my satisfaction.

The issue is not yet closed and i thought of repairing it in outside market also but could not be done as it is a new model and if possible it would cost me more than 3000 inr. The new machine bought is kept unused for more than 6 months.

I have purchased one ifb wm eva aqua sx washing machine from m/s-raj electronics vide invoice no. Ric (P)-:0015 dated 04th april, 2015.In spite of verbal complaint, non is attending. Please send representative to attend the same.

The same problem. Everytime the same problem. It's not possible for you to rectify it. I know the refund/replacement procedure was on sometime back. Kindly follow up and free us from this torturous experience of our life. Act as soon as possible as we want to get rid of this rotten product which has troubled ua a lot and now the things have gone beyond control. After some period of time the same error occurs. I have procured a microwave 20sc2 from snapdeal..

There are problems in the microwave which i have indicated to the local representative at rourkela, odisha.

Till today no body has atteneded the problem.

It is within the guarantee period.. I am asked for the details but unfortunately i have misplaced the details of the same. I i am searching for the same.. But even if it is not available it also can be sorted out and i ma ready to pay for it if i do not produce the same. But your people are not willing to attend the issue.

We purchased a washing machine (Ifb) 2 years back it has 5 years warranty for any part in the machine, recently we changed touch board but its not working properly again raised complaint to your customer care center they told that it will be charged rs. 8000/- but it has the warranty, no proper service from your customer care department so kindly solve the problem asap.

I was told by your technician mr joe chennai that i need to replace the pipe inside the dishwasher. He was supposed to call me and give the estimation of the pipe this happened on 29th june. He has still to call me and give me the details. Later i complained to the call centre they are also not nothered and yet to call us. Ifb service sucks very pathetic service. Why do u sell your produts when you dont have people and time to repair. Ticket nos [protected]

I submitted my complaint on 27th june-2016. my id is 1317708. my complaint against faulty pcb which was once broken down on 2015, replaced without money (within guarantee period) and again broken down on 2016 and this time also replaceable by paying rs.2500. my question was why should i pay for most costly spare of the machine just after the guarantee period is over? what is the profit to buy a machine of a reputed company, which is continuously breaking down in every year? please resolve my complain immediately.
