    I have logged a ticket on 14th july 2016 ref # [protected] regarding operational issue in washing machine.

    Till date no response from ifb's service partner.

    When i escalated to ifb customer care there is no concrete action taken till date and looks like ifb has no control with their service partner as i did not even receive either a msg or call till date.

    Need concrete action from ifb to resolve the issue. Machine is under amc and for no fault customer is getting screwed by product manufacturer and their service partner

    I have bought a new IFB Washing Machine and it has been delivered on 10th July. But so far they have not come for a demo or to set up the machine. I received sms with ticket no.[protected].

      Damaged product delivered
      Hi,
      We purchased a ifb top load washing machine from saravana stores chennai on january 2015. The machine got delivered to us through their transport and installed by ifb team. With in two weeks the machine started to develop huge noise and service complaint was raised. The ifb service franchise attended and informed that the machine base is damaged in transit and mentioned it to be damaged product. He requested for bill copy and took photo of the machine. He commited the spare to be available in two weeks and requested not to operate the machine until that. Its been more than 6 months but no action has been taken yet by the ifb or by the service franchise.
      I have been raising tickets every month but the service team closes the ticket arbitrarily after 3 weeks.
      Please find below the tickets raised for the same purpose but not attended or closed to my satisfaction.

      The issue is not yet closed and i thought of repairing it in outside market also but could not be done as it is a new model and if possible it would cost me more than 3000 inr. The new machine bought is kept unused for more than 6 months.

      Issue attended in one week by IFB. The sad part in the process was the inefficiency of the ticket system and arbitrary closure of tickets without customers acknowledgement. Thanks.

          The same problem. Everytime the same problem. It's not possible for you to rectify it. I know the refund/replacement procedure was on sometime back. Kindly follow up and free us from this torturous experience of our life. Act as soon as possible as we want to get rid of this rotten product which has troubled ua a lot and now the things have gone beyond control. After some period of time the same error occurs. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanks.

            I have procured a microwave 20sc2 from snapdeal..

            There are problems in the microwave which i have indicated to the local representative at rourkela, odisha.

            Till today no body has atteneded the problem.

            It is within the guarantee period.. I am asked for the details but unfortunately i have misplaced the details of the same. I i am searching for the same.. But even if it is not available it also can be sorted out and i ma ready to pay for it if i do not produce the same. But your people are not willing to attend the issue.

                I was told by your technician mr joe chennai that i need to replace the pipe inside the dishwasher. He was supposed to call me and give the estimation of the pipe this happened on 29th june. He has still to call me and give me the details. Later i complained to the call centre they are also not nothered and yet to call us. Ifb service sucks very pathetic service. Why do u sell your produts when you dont have people and time to repair.                   I submitted my complaint on 27th june-2016. my id is 1317708. my complaint against faulty pcb which was once broken down on 2015, replaced without money (within guarantee period) and again broken down on 2016 and this time also replaceable by paying rs.2500. my question was why should i pay for most costly spare of the machine just after the guarantee period is over? what is the profit to buy a machine of a reputed company, which is continuously breaking down in every year? please resolve my complain immediately.

                    I was in need to purchsase one iron trolly for my fully automatic IFB washing machine, so I called on toll free number to supply the same. The boy who installed trolly perhaps could not balance the machine by adjusting scews of four legs and the same time my wife asked him that why lather (foggy soap) remains as residue in door, in machine after clothes are finally washed .He started beating about the as he could'nt diagnose the fault. So my wife to satisfy her quest regarding lather rang up Mr.Manish, dealer at Sonipat. But to her surprise Mr.Manish was not ready to listen her and telling to change the soap etc etc and lost patience. I had to pick up the phone from her to make to make Mr.Manish understand fault instead of avoiding the matter .But he very arrowgantly advised me not to talk with him instead register a complaint in customer care.

                      My issue is regarding my complaint number at ifb ([protected]). i am writing this complaint after my numerous futile calls at ifb customer care.

                      I must let you know that ifb's after sales service has been utterly unresponsive and irresponsible. the company's service man in my city bhavnagar is mr. gautambhai. i have tried calling him more than 50 times but he every time told me parts is not available. i spoke with ifb's gujarat head mr. anurag. he assured that work would be done in a day's time. however, nothing has been done till date.

                        I have personally informed to a service centre in cuddalore that our washing machine is not working, after several followups mr. Prabhu visited our company, but unfortunately i was in a meeting and i could not picked up the call & after few minutes when i called up he lethargically said we will not attend your complaint and if it necessary come to my service center and get it done.
                        I was really surprised how such big and reputed company behaves like this to a customer

                          I own a ifb washig machine senorit in chennai [ bought in 2009]
                          During nov 2015 (ticket no :[protected] and [protected]) it got stopped and they told the complete board has gone down and switch burned. asked me to put amc so that they can replace.
                          I put an amc for around 4500.

                          Now during may again the machine stopped working (ticket no : [protected])
                          Initially the guy came and did something but it did not work.
                          Later i had put another complaint and he told board need to be changed (ticket no [protected])
                          But there was no response more than a week and saw my original complaint got closed.
                          The raised another one and another all closed in 1 or 2 days without no information (ticket nos [protected], [protected], [protected])

                          Then customer service gave service number and asked me to call ([protected])
                          They assured they will send a person with a new board. the person came installed board and ask me to check and call back.
                          But it was not working and was in same state.

                          Tried calling the service guy, he told he will bring another board. i wasn't satisfied with it as they are not finding the problem instead just changing the board
                          Called service center again they told will send a new person with new board. still they haven't sent. tried calling the service center today[protected] many times no one is picking the call.


                          Tried to book a new complaint, the customer service says "application is down and asked me to call after 4 hours" asked for any higher official number, nobody knows about it.


                          It have been around 2 months i have used the washing machine which is under amc. i might go to consumer forum and raise another compliant with these details.


                          Worst customer service. they don't know why a ticket is closed and without a reason. they don't know what the problem is.

                          In between these my registered number was not appearing in their application, every time i call they say we have updated but again its not there. what kind of application they are using.

                          Instead of regretting, can you provide your higher official numbers. I can deal directly with them.
                          Till to date my problem is not addressed.
                          Looks the issue is finally resolved. A new technician came 2 days back did a 5 min job and it works fine now. We will keep monitor of this.

                            Perfect elena washing machine till the date i ventured into amc. The local franchise appointed by ifb has scraped by elena. Past 7 years was working properly, but after amc twice the motor and other parts were changed. Now past 2 days i am still waiting for the technician to call me/ attend to my complaint ticket number [protected]. I had literally called up 4 executives from ifb (Including area service manager, but did not attended) and also called upon 2-3 franchise technicians. My sincere request to ifb is to search a good local franchise. The present guys have just killed our machine.
                            I still leave it to ifb management, but see that my machine starts working.

                              During second week of april 2106, when we noticed a light smoke with a burnt smell inside the drum at the end of washing found tiny pieces aside the rubber. Immediately called customer care (Ticket. [protected]) and they also attended next day itself. Then the problem started. The technician said, there was no problem but the drum seems to be slipped or some thing related to drum and advised to continue to use with very light load. It was fine for next wash and again we faced the same issue, then registered a complaint ([protected]), no one turned for a couple of weeks. Then again we raised a complaint and got the local service center number (Chennai). The person attended the call replied that they will look into it. Then next day a sr. Technician by name sebastian came and told that the drum to be replaced. Since the machine is under warranty, he said no charges applicable. We agreed. He did not turn for few more weeks. I kept on calling the service center for update and the reply was drum has been ordered, not yet received it or delay is supplying spares etc.. After a long war with them, he came a drum which did not fit into the machine. Then he said that the rubber has to changed along with the drum which would cost around rs. 1200 to 1300. We agreed, he dismantled the doors of the machine and left leaving few parts as it is (I have pictures of the same.)
                              He did not turn up for next couple of weeks! Then again the war started and i got the same reply from the service center. Meanwhile we found it very difficult in washing our clothes.. Pathetic : (.
                              Again many times spoke to the manager and customer care... (Ticket numbers : [protected], [protected]) we had a conference call with the technician and they assured that the issue will be resolved in the same day (14.07.2016) still the issue not resolved. We are struggling and facing difficult.

                              We are really worrying for chosen ifb as a trouble free brand.


                              I expect the company to look into this and take necessary action immediately.
                              I also gave a request for replacement of the machine, in case if there is nor spares available). Why should i suffer for more than three months?

                              Now, it is the companies responsibility to solve this issue.

                                I have compland 8 day before for my washer machine and still no action has been take is that you company gives services then dont sell your product u thing i am fool... I[censored] cant give service than dont sell your product you idots.. If today i will not get the service i will throw your washer machine in you service center and i will print in paper about your bad service

                                  I registered my complain with ifb customer on 26th june. some part of my washing machine was spoil and the part was suppose to come from goa. today is the 12th july and still the part hasn't come. i spoke to mr ritesh mehra who happens to be the manager of ifb and he promised me that on 12th july the part will be available but when i called him today he says now it will come on monday.. he wasn't bothered to solve my problem and spoke to me with a lot of arrogance and full of attitude.. had he taken up my case on priority i am sure this delay wouldn't have had happened.. every time i call the customer care and keep saying in 2 days it will come but that 2 days never comes only.. on asking his office address he disconnected my call and never called back. on asking his senior colleagues no. he refused to give it to me. such is the service of ifb. i would spread this word that no one should ever purchase ifb products. even after promising they don't keep their words and speaks as if they doing a favour on us. there was apology from his side but kept arguing with me. if possible i would like to complain about his attitude to his boss. even they should know that their so called manager is actually not for to be a manager..

                                    मैंने दिनांक २८.०६.२०१२ को एक आई एफ बी की फ्रंट लोड वाशिग मशीन खरीदी थी जिसकी ४ साल की वारंटी थी जोकि 28 .06 2016 तक थी जनवरी २०१६ में मशीन में रगड़ने की आवाज आने लगी जिसकी शिकायत मैंने आई एफ बी के सर्विस सेंटर पर दर्ज कराइ सम्बंधित मैकेनिक आया और एक पावडर डालने हेतु देकर चला गया समस्या में राहत न मिलने पर मैंने पुनः शिकायत दर्ज दिनांक २७.०६ २०१६ को दर्ज कराई इस तिथि तक मशीन वारंटी में थी दिनांक ११.०७.२०१६ को सर्विस सेंटर से मैकेनिक आया और मशीन के कई पार्ट ख़राब होने की बात बताई तथा पार्ट बदलने पर भुगतान करना पड़ेगा इस तरह कहा बदलने वाले पार्ट में ड्रम, बियरिग, रबर सेट आदि. महोदय जब-जब मैंने पहले शिकायत दर्ज कराईं थी तब मशीन वारंटी अवधि में थी अब प्रार्थी अपने को ठगा महसूस कर रहा है इस सम्बन्ध में उचित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करे प्रार्थी से सम्बंधित विवरण निम्न है-

                                      My IFB washing machine is not working properly. Raised a complaint with IFB customer care vide complaint number [protected] on 06th July 2016.

                                      At the first place the CC has not recorded my complaint properly and also not informed the service center concerned with all the necessary details. The service center started calling me up since 09.07 but no body turned up till not at the appointed time. They say we are coming and I wait hours together but no one turns us.

                                      It is disgraceful on the part of IFB to have such a service agent at a prime locality in Hyderabad. SIMPLY LOUSY SERVICE FROM IFB.
