Dishwasher display unit problem replacement pending

I purchased IFB dishwasher from an authorized dealer in Trichy tamilnadu and the product is under warranty. On 6th June we noticed that the display unit was not functioning. We registered a complaint with IFB authorized service center. On 9th June the technician removed the faulty display unit and informed us it will be replaced soon. Till date we did not get the replacement for the faulty unit. We registered another complaint thru toll free...

    This is in reference to ifb washing machine model no. senator sr. no. wtstr b - 45537 purchased from your company on 25.11.2004 under the customer name of mr. manoj jain in ludhiana (punjab)

    -the amc (annual maintainence charges) of the same was bought for last many years and latest one for the same was bought from 11.07.2015 to 11.07.2016 with icr no. 191500 amounting inr 2850.
    -a total of inr 16, 250 has been spent by us on the same by us for many years for renewal of amc's.
    -all the original copies of the receipts of the latest amc invoice and of the preceding years is available by us for your ready reference.
    -on 12.06.2016, we lodged a complaint under the number 701181 to your company for the defect in the machine.
    -the representative/technician visited and checked the washing machine and informed us that the drum of the washing machine needs to be replaced.
    - he further added that the same is not available in the stock presently and they would reach us and replace as soon as it will be made available.
    - the same was promised to be replaced minimum 4 days and maximum in a week.
    -after 10 days of no response from the company, a daily follow up was taken from the toll free help line which gave us a hope to be replaced in a day or so.
    -after approximately 15 days of the same rigorous follow up but no solution/replacement, contact number of regional officer mr. vikas was provided who informed us that the part (drum) of the same model has been stopped from manufacturing and could not be replaced.

    So after approximately of a month follow up and endless calls, we were helpless.
    According to the clause mentioned in your amc *the offer and renewal of of this contract is as per the sole discretion of the company and the company has the right of accepting the amc of the product*.

    My simple query with the company is that if the part of the washing machine has stopped manufacturing, why was the amc renewed for the product.

    This was in-fact the very first time that a major defect in our machine had occurred and no repair/replacement services was provided by your company. the same could have happened an year back and still the amc could have been renewed.
    Thus we request the company for one of the following

    -get our part replaced and provide us proper maintenance services according to the deed mentioned in amc.
    -refund our entire amc amount till date of inr 16250 with interest.

    We have even lodged our case to the consumer forum and will be taken up legally if no help/compensation is provided. the same will be highlighted in the social media as we are helpless consumer and we need justice to our commitment/loyalty to our amc charges.

      I am also facing service issue with IFB machine in bhopal/MP. i have raise request in may 21 tt[protected] and still not get service done .. they dnot care, i have made 02 more request and still they dnot came, once i get call form service guy when i m not @ home he said i m closing TT . suggest not to buy IFB products .. pathetic response in service .. i m just stuck..

        We are owning ifb senorita sx washing machine. i have registered a complaint on jan 11th 2016 with ticket number [protected]. the service engineer came and changed the machine drum but still the issue was not resolved when raised a complaint i didnt get any response. the warranty period ended for the machine ended a month back and i got a call from vishaka enterprises (ms. priya) regarding amc.

        I insisted them that if my old issue is resolved i'l take amc and they to agreed to it and sent technician (perumal) on 30/5/2016 he replaced the drum once again and still the issue remains same and he said he need to to change rubber sleeve and said we have to pay rs.1000 extra in addition with the amc cost, we agreed to it and he changed the parts and didn't even check the machine's working condition and said issue is solved and he got two check leaves one for amc and one for rubber sleeve. but when i run the machine it started to make more abnormal noise which made me think whether the technician in vishaka enterprises are qualified or not. and their behavior with customer is worst

        Next day i made a call to vishaka enterprises and informed priya that the machine started to make abnormal noise after the replacement of parts, she said she will send the technician immediately but no one turned to solve the issue. when ever i called them they started to tell excuses saying silly reason like the technician is on leave bla bla...

        After 3 weeks we got a call saying that the cheque given for amc was not accepted by bank and the one given for rubber sleeve is accepted. both the cheques were similar. i said that thank god at least now my issue will solved.

        Manager of vishaka enterprise (mr. arul) had a conversation with my parents and said your cheque is bounced you have to pay a fine of rs350. we said the account had enough money and the cheque didnt bounce do you unavailability of money. we had enough amount in account. he didnt listen to it and started speaking harshly. soon i made a call to him and explained about the issue he said he will send an another technician to solve the issue but till date no response. he is not picking up my call.


        We have never faced any issues with ifb appliances for the past 18 years. only this time i'm facing these kind of issues and i'm really worried about my machine being damaged by improper service with technician who are not well qualified.

        Kindly take a note to solve this issue as soon as possible. and take necessary action against vishaka enterprises for making people regret for going with ifb appliances. they are really spoiling your brand name.

        Don't tell you are assuring best service...

        Really bad service The complaint was raised on july 2016 and its almost 7 months no response from your side . you have spoiled my machine by sending unqualified professionals who don't know how to repair washing machines and they are learning using customers machine. you should have trained them properly before they attend customers machine complaint, but in this case that didn't happen.

          Named. Ifb.
          The technician comes. After 4 days giving us 48hour time. And my mom is naturally furious as any customer. Would be. My mom told him angrily u r making us wait for so long. Ifb technician Replies in a worst possible way. Madam. Subah se kaam kar raha hu abhi aapko. Thik. Karna hai toh bolo warna jaata hu. Fokat ka hai dimag mat Khao. And leaves the house without checking the machine.

            Our IFB-Senator washing machine is under AMC and it developed complaint in the drum during April 2016. Service franchises took complaint but not solved the problem without any reply/feedback. Complaint was registered on line and token no. given were 1102528 dated 30May'16 and [protected] dated 05 July'16. On advise from customer care[protected] contacted Mr.Aneesh, GM (IFB) on 20 May'16, but no action. Subsequent to this, Franchisee-Ideal Group Services, Tripunithura, attempted to replace the drum with some old scrapped drum (removed from some scraped machine) and it was rejected as it fully found rusted and shapeless. Till day no action is taken by IFB and I'm under mental agony and deprived of service from IFB, since April. Please take imddeiate action to replace the drum wit genuine spare part failing which in need to approach the Consumer disputes redressal forum, Ernakulam, Kerala. The worst insult to me IFB is cancelling of my registered complaints without my knowledge. Not rectifying my machine and my problem will take me legal remedy, if not replied within 40 hours from now.

                Bought on 29th aug'15, ifb maxi dryer on line, on ifb site itself; thinking that would be more efficient

                Got installed on 19th sep'15, within 2 months of purchase the m/c is dead and not working. Got ticket raised in customer care, followed up for 3-4 weeks to get it resolved.

                Again after 3 months dead. Since summer i managed without it until a month back.

                24th june made a complaint, one engg came, checked asked for book copy sent. Asked for proof of buying sent. Every date

                  This is regarding the ifb wm tl65rds 6.5 kg (top load) model washing machine, that i bought on 19 december 2015 from harshita electronics in shalimar garden, gzb, up-201005. within a period of 7 months, we have already registered 4 complaints with your customer service. the complaint numbers are as follows:

                  1) complaint no is 17395220. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. complaint raised on 13th feb 2016

                  2) complaint no is 17933736. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 8th june 2016

                  3) complaint no is 17972020. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 13 june 2016

                  4) complaint no is 18052274. ifb care will get in touch with you shortly. please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no. the complaint raised on 4july (today).

                  Each time, the service engineer attend our complaints, he does some temporary arrangments. he does not provide any clarity on the reason why this issue is cropping up every now and then, even when asked repeatedly. he gives us some lame explanation of the issue with the power button which was not very convincing.

                  This simply proves that the model is defective and hence we would need you to replace the same immediately. we cannot tolerate or accept such lethargic attitude from your customer service and service engineers. they simply want to prolong the issue, adding to the woe of the consumer, rather than solving it to their level of satisfaction.

                  We cannot call your service center every month as we have better things to do. your product was bought to simplify our life and not to complicate it.

                  Fortunately, our washing machine is still under the warranty/guarantee period otherwise, you would have forced us to take amc for no reasons, and we would have ended up paying more. i wonder if this is the performance your product under guarantee period, what would happen once it expires.

                  Hopefully, you resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    I have been allotted a ticket no [protected] which is the third time a ticket no has been allotted however the issue is still unresolved. I have a washing machine - Aqua elena energie 6kg which has not been functioning since April 2016. I strongly believe that the third party service provider is not equipped to handle this issue.

                      When we ask.for.replacemnt.they say we will. Get it. Repaired. What's the point of. Warranty. Then? And. Worst services ever from. Ifb. Will. Never recommend them. Again. Hope. The ongoing. Issues get resolved. Friends don't spend money on this ifb machine.

                        The m/c is not working. If connected to power supply, the main power supply is tripping. Need immediate support to resolve the issue. It looks like there is s short circuit inside the mechine. Due to this if connected to main power supply, the main supply is getting tripped. Similar problem was observed around 4-5 months ago, IFB people came and resolve the issues. Most probably similar attention is required immediately.

                          Its been only about 2 yrs i am using IFB oven which has got 3years warranty.
                          It was last month that the oven is not heating up. I had even registered the complaint . Soon one of the technician did contact us but he didnt come yet even when we waited so long. After that i hd contacted both IFB customer care and the branch from which i purchased it for more than 3times. No one showed up. If this takes longer then i think soon the warranty gets over. Please do respond.

                            When we start the machine smoke started getting and immediately start tumbling instead of first getting water inside. complaint no.[protected] dated 30 june 2016 registered but no one turned up for service. repeatedly requested 4 to 5 times daily on toll free number but of no use. also provided local numbers in goa[protected] &[protected] no one is lifting since 30 june 2016. on 01 july 2016 got from toll free support person the service manager number in goa i. e. mr. shailesh, mobile no.[protected] but he is also not lifting. since last three days even after constant follow up no one responding.

                            After contacting them over help line numbers and also local numbers since 5 days, atlast resolved on 04 July 2016. The problem rectified by service person within 5 minutes. There was a short of cable and hence smoke used to come. The short of cables separated and properly insulated by service person. Washing machine working fine.

                            This service person (GOPI ) cheating the customer by giving fake spare accessories, spare parts.

                            when customer call back he was not responding to phone call.
                            Problem resolved on Monday, 04/07/2016 pm.

                              I have been using IFB digital 5.5 kg full automatic washing machine. I was facing some problem during washing. So, I have made a complaint about it on 28 june, 2016. The complaint no is [protected]. Till now no one has come from your service center and I am still facing the problem. So, I cannot use the washing machine and it really gets me into big trouble. I have done AMC(annual maintenance contract) also. I will be very grateful if my problem is solved.

                                We have amc for the washing machine. May 20 it stopped spinning on may 22 we complained for the problem, after so many follow ups few people came they could not fix it and told some part is needed and after few days and again continuous follow up, few other people came 4-5 days later with new parts, still it was not fixed. Again another people came and same happened. Each day i am calling minimum 20 times a days for follow up, most of the time no one takes call and every time they come and not able to fix. We are very very frustrated almost a month it is not working. Worst part is when i call for 20 times, call is getting picked up only once or twice. I am wasting 2 -3 hours daily for just following up. Today when i called again came to know my request was already cancelled. Without fixing the problem how and why request is cancelled. If it is not fixed with in 2 days, i am going to escalate this problem.
                                I complained earlier too but no actions yet. it is more than a month now.

                                  I got ifb make senorita front door washing machine and the same is under valid amc with ifb authorized service center in kakinada, andhra pradesh.

                                  Complaint lodged with customer care on 11/6/16 but the same was closed on 13/6/16, whereas problem yet to be resolved for want of replacement of motor.

                                  When machine was not in amc during july 2016, at own cost motor got replaced and subsequently amc commenced.This motor was again replaced by ifb service center during february 2016.Again as per ifb technician this motor needs replacement, which is yet to come for the last 19 days there by i have been incurring loss to have my cloths washed through outsourcing and facing great difficulty.

                                    I purchased a woven in 2015 and warranty are for 3 years but they are refuse to repair it. Woven was not working after purchase of 6-7 month and complain so many times but they are demanding money. Attached the communication.

                                    Please go through the complain no[protected] which was lodged on 06/09/2015 and complain no[protected] which was lodged in October 07/10/2015.
                                    It is clearly shows there is manufacturing defect in product and your technician never wants to replace any part without money. If you go through the complain, you know the fact.
                                    Again I lodged a complain for needful action.

                                    There is no matter of estimated cost of reapairing of woven but it was non functional during warranty. I had already given the complain no which was Sept-2015 & Oct-2015 and matter was not resolved.

                                    Can you share the visit details of those month?

                                      I am a resident of Tirupur and have been using an IFB microwave oven for the last 10 years. I have been facing problems with the product for the last few weeks . I'm not disappointed with the product but the IFB service centre Is irresponsible unreliable and unworthy. I have been trying to get one of their r service engineers to come and check the microwave. After repeated attempts for the past week I have still not received any response nor any suggestion or solution for my problem. They said the service engineer would come last week after repeated calls. Now there is no sign of the service engineer and no response to the phone calls made to the IFB service centre.
