I purchsed ifb neptune vx dishwasher just three week ago. When i pugged it in, the unit was giving shocks. The tifb echnician advised me to check the earthing and call him back. I paid 1500 inr to get the earth pits reconditioned and ensured earth resistance is less than 1 ohm. When i plugged it in again, it is still giving shocks. We are living in "Hyderabad(telangana)" area" Madinaguda". Elf has called customer care and taken amc for washing on 8th july 2015 and october 2015 some problem observed in washing machine and attended by ifb service centre. I have the amc for the above oven from date 9-5-2015 to 8-5-2017.
