    I am using ifb washing machine from past 7 year at this time in amc i have registered a complaint for servicing on 11_06_2016 but without my knowledge the complaint cancelled by local area depot but same worker come at my home for sarvicing & open totel machine. Up to28_06_2016 worker come to home & repair machine on 27 tell us about machine having leakage problem so we want to take back to services center. On 28 he take him to center & in evening a call from mr subhash & laxman about transport charge rs 650/ then i said him why you not to tell us before lifting the machine. Then mr subhash tell us if you pay 650 then we send otherwise not to send you may come & take. His behavior is very inbehavior & very hard voice.
    Sir, if i taken machine & amc then why not i pay 650 but as a customer of ifb why not tell first
    Sir ple give me the correct solution thanks

      Ifb washing machine not working since mid may. Have called and register the complaint about the same since then. But they seems not at all concerned. Its more then one and a half month the problem has not been rectified. Meanwhile, was sending the cloths to laundry for washing. But, ultimately had to purchase another washing machine.
      Planning to move to consumer forum for the same.

        Dear sir,
        I am an ifb customer since 2006 using many of your appliances. As i am an nri and i use this machine only when i, m here. And i, m not using this machine for last last 3 years. Two months back i came home and am using the machine. Now as i am here i want an amc which was requested thro your call centre on 16/6/16 vide request no.315611. But nobody turned to call me from your service centre. As of today (29/6/16) i had made 3 calls to remind about this request. Every time i call your call centre, they will give a new amc request number. But nothing is happening. Last when i called they had given me a cell number of karthik india (Service person), but they are not responding to my call. Today when i called they had given another number of mr. Suresh kumar ([protected]) and he is also not picking the phone.
        I dont have any complaint with my machine as of now and i need to get an amc as i am here for some months. I hope our company is providing a service like amc to support the customer for the goodwill that creates the brand name and the product.

          The fully automatic front load washing machine i purchased in july 2015 from m/s. Quilon radio service, kollam in kerala was not working and i lodged a complaint on 08/06/2016 (Complaint no. [protected]). After about 5 days and numerous phone calls one guy turned and after inspection he declared that the power board has been damaged and the replacement will take about 3 days since the spare has to come from the company. After about 5 days, they came with the spare and then they realised they had brought the wrong spares. Again on 16/06, they came back with a fresh spare and after fixing it they told the machine still needed something else for it to start functioning and he will come back with the additional item on the next day. Adding to my headache, they are still to show up with anything that can bring back the machine to life. Now i wonder how i got the idea of purchasing this brand when i am using another brand for the past 8 years without any hassles.

            Sir,

            My issue is regarding my complaint number at IFB[protected]. I am writing this complaint after my numerous futile calls at IFB customer care.

            I must let you know that IFB's after sales service has been utterly unresponsive and irresponsible. The company's sevice man in my city Ajmer is Mr. Ratan Bhatt. I have tried calling him more than 50 times but he never picked my call. I spoke with IFB's Jaipur head Mr. Amit. He assured that work would be done in a day's time. However, nothing has been done till date. Moreover, even he has stopped receiving my call now. If a senior citizen like me has to grind myself to such extent just to get his daily need things working, then its a shame on companies like these. I am inclined to make a complaint as concerns have not been addressed and its been more than 10 days of constant stress while dealing with such issues related with the basic necessities of a household

              My complaint regarding my microwave oven, which I purchased from a shop of my locality.I purchased it on 29/07/2014 and within 1 year i.e within guarantee period the PCB was out of order and company replaced it free of cost, quite ok but after one year of replacement the same PCB is again out of order in june 2016 and this time company is ready to replace it with a payment of Rs.2500/.The PCB is not repairable ever it is always be replaceable.So my complaint is that a machine of IFB of which a spare is damaging every year then where is the guarantee that it will not be damaged again after 1 year?I and some of my other family members are also using IFB products like washing machine.microwave oven etc etc for many years.So after that how can we rely on IFB and we will think twice for any recommendation regarding IFB to our friends, relatives.Thank you.

                Very disappointed after buying ifb washing machine. Worst ifb service.

                We have logged service compliant regarding ifb washing machine complaint since more than 3 months. But we haven't received any repair far far. Only one time an irresponsible service guy visited to see the product and committed to fix the issue an another day with required tools. After that no response from any of the service engineers from ifb customer support team. Every times some one will pick up and say will send the person that day itself. But nothing is happening from these ifb worst customer support for last 3 months.

                  Guys never buy any IFB product. Poor products, poor customer care services, worst after sales services, untrained technicians.
                  I purchased a microwave oven in january 2016 and in april it start creating problem. It makes noise whenever i use it regarding this i made a complaint on 10th of may, two days later ifb technician visited and checked the problem, he told me that some parts have to b changed and he is not carrying those parts with him so he will visit two days later after few days i got a message that my complaint is closed and problem is resolved by technician who didnt visited again.
                  So i again made a complaint but this time what happens is enough for me to never go for any #IFB product in future.
                  I made a complaint and two days later someone resolved it by sitting at his office without visiting at my home. I thought may be they have any remote device fitted with their product so that they can fix problems by sitting in their offices. For this i talked to their customer care executives but i dnt got any satisfying response. They again made a complaint and told me that this time a senior engineer with a senior employee visit to check my product. Two days later they send a person who in my opinion was a trainee even doesnt know more about ovens. And problem remained same.
                  Now its arround 10-12 days since their employee visited it completely stopped working and now its nothing more than a big metal box with a door and a light.

                    Complaint no. [protected] dated 7th may 2016 was lodged . Complaint was attended by the technicians but not resolved.

                    Technicians from service center attended and repaired by charging rs.1500/-. But the problem remained.

                    We were contacted by customer care and an incidence 'e123433' has been generated in your escalation channel system on 15th may 2016.

                    Mr. Satish/tech/serv. Engg visited on 17th may 2016 and checked the machine. He informed that most probably the problem could be relating to gas or compressor. We requested him to send us an email to g. [protected]@grk.In in this regard, to decide on the matter. However, till now we have not received any mail and no response from the service engg when trying to contact him.
                    The above matter has been posted under consumer complaints on 20/5/2016 and customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    A new ticket no [protected] dt 23/5/2016 was given. No technician visited and problem not yet resolved. Mean while mails were sent to [protected]@ifbglobal.com and also called IFB Service Help Line [protected] and explained the matter.
                    In spite of all above, the complaint is not yet resolved and still we are not able to use IFB Air Conditioner. We are loyal customers of IFB as we are using IFB washing machines for last 20years.
                    Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

                      I purchased IFB 5 star AC in April 2013 and perhaps bought a mental tension and harassment. After one month of installation its PCB gone out of order, however after enormous pressure and pursuance the dealer get it replaced. Next year its ICs gone out of order and i had to spent rupee 1300/- to auth service center. Now this year it again developed fault and automatically cut after 10-15 minutes of operation and PCB starts blinking persistently. Sorry to say but i am fed up with this AC.

                          My client num: 2440378, I have an Elena DX washing machine. I also have AMC. I recently got my timer replaced after constant calling to the customer care. Now there is some problem the water is not draining from the machine. I have again placed a complaint for the technician visit (complaint num: [protected]). They have given me two local contact numbers [protected] and [protected], these number are mostly switched off or if not they wont pick the call. If you cant provide the service kindly let us know so that we wont be using your products any further, it is very embarrassing all the time calling the customer care. Kindly provide the service at the earliest.

                            My IFB 7 Kg digital washing machine is under AMC and Global agencies chembur mumbai is loking after the services. I lodged a complaint No [protected] on 22/6/16. The complaint was that inbetween the cycle after 15-20 minutes, my whole house electricity is tripped. This happened 3-4 times the previous day and it forced us stop using the machine.
                            On this complaint, technician Mr Ramnath came to attend and told that the machine is working fine. On telling him that it takes 15-20 minutes to trip he said he does not have time to wait till the entire cycle. He gave his phone number ([protected]) and asked us to call once the machine trips and in the meantime he will be in nearby houses. After 15 minutes, as it tripped, I called him and his answer was surprising. He told he does not have time to come today. And even if he comes he will not be able to find out the problem. This requires detailed evaluation and he will come the next day. It was around 4 PM. I immediately called the service centre and they promised to send him immediately. Despite all this, my machine was not attended. I tried calling service centre again but nobody pickedup.
                            I have realized that services of IFB are bad because there is no effective complaint portal. The service centres here have the say and company does not take any disciplinary action. My last complaint took 3 weeks to resolve and company did not bother.

                              I complaint many times to your toll free no. But without visiting to my house your technician closed the complaint. How? When i talked to the technician he asked that if i did not closed the complaint within some days then he will not get the payment for that complaint. If so then are you working for only to get the payment without work? What happens to our complaints and problems? Now i have the minor problem and you are not able to solve it from last one month. If major problem arises then will you take years to solve it? I talked to higher authorities mr. Sanjay singh, he asked me take care within a day but no replay. I asked technician that i talked to mr. Sanjay singh then he said i don't know who is he, if you want you called him and get your problem solved. If such type of the service is there why should we go ifb products?
                              Hope the problem will solved without moving to consumer court.

                              Today on 2 July 2016 the status of the complaint is UNRESOLVED ???
                              I got call from the two three persons and they assured that problem will be solved within two three days But ALAS nobody visited and problem not solved even today this is the promptness of IFB???
                              Respected IFB people please not i don't want sympathy from you but my problem should be solved. Now I come to conclusion that you can not provide the service after sales so cancelled the purchase of washing machine for my dear sister and a microwave oven for me, because I don't want to give the trouble to my sister. I am going for the LG washing machine.
                              When called the same no once again first nobody pick up the phone and later the reply is phone is switched off .
                              Now i am collecteing all documents reply of the ifb persons and recording of all phone calls ( Total Phone call are 29) to go for the consumer court.
                              This is last post.

                              Thanks to the IFB Team. On 4 June 2016 My problem has been resolved.
                              After total 29 calls and two months follow -up my minor problem has been solved.
                              Hope more prompt service in feature.
                              During the follow-up I got very good cooperation and support from Mr. Sanjay Singh and Mr. K.Patil and one member from Nagpur I don't know the Name.

                                Dear sir, i am v. Sivakumar i am using ifb airconditioner, i have registered the complaint against ac on 11th june, 14th june and 18th june for the same complaint no. 17947352, 17959410 and 17977366 respectively.
                                The service person installed the ac on may month leaving some gap on left side where the copper wire coming outside.
                                The rat went inside the indoor unit and cut the wires near to the motor.
                                On 11th june i registered the complaint and the service person came and attend the service they found the wire to be replaced.
                                On 12th they came again and they tape the wire and started ac.
                                But the motor was not working and it is not covered under warranty.
                                I cant understand that the wire outside the motor only cut by the rat and they did the connection after how the motor is not working.
                                After that many time i tried to contact them they are not responding properly.
                                I need the immediate action from your side.

                                  Raised the ticket on 18th june.

                                  These two tickets were raised for free servicing of two split acs.

                                  At the time of lodging the complaint informed that the service guy should come within 1 pm for servicing as no body will be available in house after 2 pm.

                                  On 20th june the service guy called at 3:10 pm for coming at the house and i asked him to reschedule the service for 21st june as no one was available in house which was already mentioned in the complaint.

                                  After multiple followups phone calls, no service guy came on 21st june.

                                  The call center guy on the phone does not give specific answers. The 'may be' answer does not help me.

                                  I need a definitive answer by when i will have the free service of my two acs. I have heard of stories of horrible service from ifb from many people, experiencing it now.

                                  Your service guys who answer the phone definitely need training on how to talk to customers.

                                  Will hesitate to go for any ifb products in the future.

                                    Raised the ticket on 17th june.

                                    After multiple followup phone calls, a service guy came on 20th june. He said that pcb needs to be replaced.

                                    There is no estimated date given by when the pcb will be replaced. I have to call up everytime to find more information. The lady on the phone is very rude, does not give specific anwers. Says the pcb can be replaced may be after 3-4 days.

                                    The 'may be' answer does not help me. I need a definitive answer by when i will have my machine up and running.

                                    Have heard of stories of horrible service from ifb from many people, experiencing it now.

                                    Your service guys who answer the phone defintely need training on how to talk to customers

                                      This is the second time I am facing an issue with your franchisee GRS Solutions, located at No: 392, 14th B Cross, 1st Main Road, Pai Layout, Bengaluru - 560016. Every time I raise a request, they quote an initial price and when they come for servicing and install a spare or an accessory, the price they charge is different from what they quoted initially. And when you point out that their initial quote was lesser, they simply behave rudely and straight away deny their original quote.

                                      Now this complaint is with reference to Ticket Number [protected], which was with reference to installation of a new washing machine. We had requested them to bring a stand and cover when coming for installation. They had quoted a price of INR 1550 for the stand and INR 640 for the cover when they had initially called. Now when they come for installation, they prepare an invoice (Invoice number:356) of INR 1740 for the stand and INR 800 for the cover. By the way, I checked on IFB appliances website also and the price quoted on your website also is INR 1550 and INR 640 only.

                                      Therefore, I guess your service franchisee is simply looting customers and additionally they are also behaving rudely. Please give us a choice of choosing the franchisee from whom we want service rather than leaving us to the whims of this devilish franchisee of yours.

                                      worst customer service. i wonder if they have any customer service at all
                                      I had a bad experience too with GRS solutions, Pai layout, Bangalore. They are authorised service centre for IFB. Their Technicians are highly incompetent & damaging appliance working parts while coming for service.

                                      My IFB washing machine was purchased in 2008, it was working perfectly without any techincal help or servicing until 2018. In 2018 techinican visited for service & henceforth I took up AMC, replaced some pipes, timer, etc. Now currently having taken 2 yrs comprehensive AMC which will expire in 2021.
                                      Few days back, I registered an issue with IFB customer care for water leaking while machine is in operation. At first a technician from GRS solutions, Pai layout,   Bangalore visited, he changed the suspension which was covered under AMC, he told to replace 2 rubber fittings which costed Rs.750 (not covered under AMC). After reassembling machine, found that water leaking problem is not solved! He opened machine again and found inside outlet pipe is leaking.
                                      Later he brought a replacement pipe from office, but it was not of correct size. So he put thread & tape & fixed the existing leaking pipe. When he assembled back the machine, WE found that the Start button has been damaged by him. The On/ off function had stopped functioning, & light always glowing. This button was working perfectly before he came to check the appliance! When we asked him to look into it, he never bothered & left & marked the ticket as Resolved!
                                      I raised the issue once again with customer care. A new technician visited & he pulled the machine out with lot of force, which caused the pipe connected to water supply at the back to dismantle & all water gushing out.
                                      He replaced the faulty outlet pipe with a new pipe, but never informed me that it is chargeable, i.e not covered under AMC. Next he tried to fix back the pipe that had opened at back & he was unable to fix it. He removed the Filter (aqua softener or so they call it), & informed that both pipe & filter needs to be changed as its threading is all gone!
                                      This issue was never there previously, he had pulled out the machine so roughly and caused this damage! And now we have to pay for his errors! We had already replaced this Filter back in Jan-2019. Not even 10 months over & now he is making us to purchase new filter again for Rs. 1850 just because he spoilt it and he is not able to fix it back. We would have easily managed with the existing filter another 5 years if not for his MISHANDLING!!!
                                      When I i telephoned the GRS solutions service manager, he guaranteed that filter functions for 2 yrs & definitely 1 yr+. He assured me that the unnecessary filter sale amount will be refunded back. However, when technician visited, he suggested to keep the new replaced filter, so in effect no refund of my Rs. 1850.

                                      We are very very disappointed with this type of service & causing a hole in customer pocket with technician MISHANDLING,   LACK OF KNOWLEDGE & SHEER LACK OF EXPERIENCE.
                                       
                                      What upsets me the most is that from when I bought the appliance in 2008 until 2018, machine worked perfectly without any issues. Even the filter worked 10 yrs for me without causing any issue.  Now they made me to change filter 2 times in span of 10 months!!!

                                      Ever since GRS solutions came to our service, we have ended up spending almost same amount as cost of appliance which we had paid Rs. 20, 000 (from 2018 to 2019- last 2 years time- GRS solutions charged us towards servicing, replacing parts, AMC, etc amounting to Rs. 18, 000).

                                      KIND ATTENTION TO OTHER CUSTOMERS::  if you happen to read this complaint, pls dont take up their AMC, its total waste of money and cheating customers.
                                      When they visit for service, they will damage perfectly working parts, ask us and infact convince us to change parts which are not covered under AMC. Total total waste of money!

                                        My complaint is now open for ~4 weeks now with ifb for a cloth dryer that is not working. I have repeatedly called the call center they tell me the agent have closed the complaint citing no response on mobile from our end. After reopening the complaint, everyday, they say someone will call me to address my issues, but till now there is not even a single call from them.

                                        I have follwoung numbers with me:

                                        They keep saying me that the part is yet to be received from h. O and most of the while they do not pick up the calls.

                                        I am very frustrated with their service and seems they do not maintain spares for their less running products. I will move to the authorities to please take penal actions them and claim damages if i continue to be deprived of the product i have paid for.
