I have purchased an amc worth rs 3920/- having the address anil, krishna bhavan, vallickavu clappana po karunagappally through your authourised service centre tmr systems, rana complex, madanada kollam. But i have not recieved the amc document yet. I contacted the ifb authorised service centre kollam over phone, but they say that they have not recieved the document yet. I suspect that they might have misplaced the same. Could i get a copy of the document to my address - anil kumar, krishna bhavan, kottackapuram clappana p. O karunagappally kollam district, kerala state, pin 690525 request for a speedy resoution

    Self had amc support from ifb, bathinda
    However after transfer from bathinda to hyderabad in may'2016, ifb hyderabad is not providing support for replacing defective motor of ifb machine citing that amc does not exist.

    The following icr codes assigned for my id: 10311603, 4426169 and [protected]. I am not sure how to proceed. Despite getting into amc support, ifb is not providing support for defective washing machine for past 1 month. This is harrassment for the customer who is following up for support but not getting it. Bathinda service support is not providing amc papers to hyderabad office for providing support. The document provided me by ifb bathinda is not accepted as amc support document by ifb hyderabad.

    I have been following up with ifb, hyderabad mr sampath [protected] and [protected] and bathinda ifb office[protected].

    Kindly look into on priority.

      I registered my complaint on June 10. The technician visited on June 11. He was in such a hurry that he did not explain what the problem was in detail neither did he give any estimate. I had to call customer care the next day and find out from the local service center about the problem. The PCB needed to be changed. This was on June 11 evening. the local service center person told that the part would be needed to order from the company and would take a couple of days and he would call to let me know the progress on Monday.

      I gave a call on Monday and the replay was that the part has been ordered and we will do the work by June 15 Wednesday. Today when i again call up he says that since part comes from Goa its taking time and job cannot be done till Friday, June 17 2016.. I called up IFB customer care but they had no idea about the job progress...

      lots of question now...
      1. Does the IFB not care about the complaints that they get.. i.e. whether they are resolved or not? because i found it very dumb that the customer care executive was again going to escalate my query and provide me with local service center number again. Are these people really trained this bad?( forget that the person on the line was rude too)
      2. If the service center technician put in a request fro the PCB part.. would it really take 4 days to get a part from GOA? these days we order from e- service and things come from as far as Bangalore within two days..

      I am really frustrated with the service from IFB...

        I have purchased IFB AC just 20 days back. The delivery received on time but the installation person came one day late. The installation was improper which lead to heavy water leakage in bedroom. Then complain process started. The man came after 3 days, make certain alignment but the leakage is not completely stopped. Then cooling effect reduced after 2/3 days. the AC started giving some noise. Complaints are registered but only promises are given from call center and nobody visits.

        Service is very bad & quality of product is very poor.

        Need help for further process.

        Please suggest.

          I purchsed ifb neptune vx dishwasher just three week ago. When i pugged it in, the unit was giving shocks. The tifb echnician advised me to check the earthing and call him back. I paid 1500 inr to get the earth pits reconditioned and ensured earth resistance is less than 1 ohm. When i plugged it in again, it is still giving shocks. This is an electrocution hazard, so i decided not to use and place a call with ifb call center.

          Now the fun begins. After repeated followups they finally sent a technician today. Lo and behold, i placed a complaint for dishwasher and they sent a washing machine technician. The call center advised me to contact ifb local support in hyd and gave me the numbers. The numbers are 100% always busy and simply can't be reached. I'm so frustrated i am thinking of legal recourse finally.

          Is this a reputed appliance maker like ifb addresses the customer complaints? At this time, i really don't have any hope of ifb rising up to customer service needs. What will be my next step? I spent 50, 000 inr on buying the unit, stabilizer, stand, dish washing fluids and now i'm madder than hell that i got swindled. Ifb do you have any shame or sense of customer service?

            Hi,

            This is with regard to the service request that I placed on 31st May for my washing machine. The technician who contacted me had made an appointment but never turned up in-spite of repeated calls from my end and taking permission after agreeing to come upon a fixed time. I am tired of calling customer service since their response is the same every time without any effect! Yesterday out of the blue the representative had informed me that the request was closed and will be open again, which I was not aware of!!
            The only ticket number that i have pertaining to this complaint is [protected] and E126234 is the escalation number. The machine seems to be running away every time from the stand and gives a feel as though it would topple during spin cycle. It is physically difficult for me to hold on to it every time.
            If some action can be taken at the earliest, it would be very helpful.

              I never expected that Ifb products would be so useless. It's my biggest mistake to purchase IFB air conditioner. It's juz been 2months that I purchased this SplitAC n I m facing problems. And above this the customer care of IFB is useless actually they are so slow for follow up. It's been 5days that I did complaint but they didn't send any technician "Your ticket No. is 17942786. IFB CARE will get in touch with you shortly. Please call[protected]/ [protected] for updates, quoting ticket no."... I am calling them again n again n the executive telling me to call ur area service provider... What the hell then u guys opened customer care where u can't solve problems... I am extremely annoyed

                I bought ifb machine one month back. Demo guy didn't come in 15 days. When he came, there was not electricity point. I got ready electricity point installed.
                He came after 12 days on daily chase .He lied that he is coming but didn't come with in time committed by him. He reported to my are supervisor.
                The supervisor called me and misbehaved that he don't care if i have bought this machine 1 month back. He also threatened me that 'dikh mat jana jb mera banda demo dene aaega'.
                Is this the way ifb works and behave with customers. I really got frustrated.

                  Problem: we have amc for the washing machine. May 20 it stopped spinning on may 22 we complained for the problem, after so many follow ups few people came they could not fix it and told some part is needed and after few days and again continuous follow up, few other people came 4-5 days later with new parts, still it was not fixed. Again another people came and same happened. Each day i am calling minimum 20 times a days for follow up, most of the time no one takes call and every time they come and not able to fix. We are very very frustrated almost a month it is not working. Worst part is when i call for 20 times, call is getting picked up only once or twice. I am wasting 2 -3 hours daily for just following up. Today when i called again came to know my request was already cancelled. Without fixing the problem how and why request is cancelled. If it is not fixed with in 2 days, i am going to escalate this problem.

                    We have been struggling again to get our machine repaired. Ticket no. Is [protected]. Have called customer helpdesk multiple times. Engineer who came to review the machine gave his cell number as [protected]. The phone numbers of engineers and service in-charge (The number was given by the helpdesk team only. They do not know that number is out of service) are not responding. We have a pile of dirty clothes. Ifb has such a pathetic service team, it seems that this team will cause the down turn of the company.

                    Only 'patch' or temporary work was done. We were asked to put only half the load. Why? Machine had been making too much noise, even with half load. We got a call from Gao office, and we gave this feedback o[censored]nsatisfactory repair to them also. Today, it stopped working. We can hear the motor moving, but the drum does not move.

                    I called and sent SMS messages to Bangalore/Karnataka In-charge today. But no one has contacted us as yet. One of the engineers who visited us sometime back had told us that the mechanism to rotate the drum needed change. But as I mentioned earlier, some patch work was done to start the machine working. This is not acceptable. This is delinquent service. Please correct this tomorrow.

                    I am also attaching the image of how shabbily the machine was closed after repair. It is in fact not closed properly and is now prone to damage.
                    Update is that engineer came on Saturday and checked. And confirmed that the motor and the belt need replacement. He promised to come back with same on Monday or latest by Tuesday. I tried contacting the same engineer yesterday i.e. Monday and there was no response. Today also is the end of Tuesday and we have not heard from anyone. We are spending money on getting our clothes washed from laundry services.

                      I have registered a complaint one week ago.. But till today nobody attended my complaint. This is my third email.. I really got frustrated. Very bad service.In my place one of your franchise called elite franchise at poonamallee, chennai, came and attend my complaint three weeks ago. Though we had amc they are delaying in rectifying my complaint. We paid rs.2748 for amc. But we wasted our money. Till today i didn't use my amc money for any service. I don't know to whom i should complaint. We got hurt because of this fraudulent activity of seizing my money in the name of amc..

                          Since 3yrs of purchase of my IFB Eva Vx, no service has been given which is under 4yrs. warranty. When complained my service centre speaks rudely.My service centre Vaishnavi Entp. has been faulting earlier also when I had Supremo with cases of closing my complaints without visiting us or sometimes frauding on our signatures.
                          Please change our service centre or else make sure that whenever complaint is lodged, we should get the service from the main centre as we have purchased the machine for money with warranty and the company should deliver the same.

                            Last week, i bought ifb rcg 6.5 top load washing machine from vasanth & co.

                            Yesterday one guy came from chennai guduvanchery to fit and give demo. He just started machine without any cloth. So machine just started. He was very much interested to sell some additional kind of things. He did not give a good demo.

                            What problem is, after he went, we tried with some dress. Machine did not wash anything. It just filling water inside.

                            So i called him, he said, "i am coming". But i am waiting from the yesterday. Also called guduvancherry branch about this issue. They said, "before evening he will come".

                            Finally my rating on ifb : ifb machine may be good, but service is worst!

                            I bought IFB 6.5 RCG Top load machine.

                            Dealer Name : Vasanth & Co, Tambaram.

                            First time I started with dresses, It did not wash any cloths. Just filled water. Raised compliant for this. Tech person came and said, "Sensor not working, So will replace some other day."

                            New machine have problem. Did you test in industry. Why did you send machines with problems.

                            I will not recommend your products to my friends.

                            Your Process:

                            3 days to deliver washing machine
                            Another 2 days to demo and fitting.
                            Now It's not working, So another 2 days to fix the issue.

                            Still not working.

                            Waste of time, money, etc.,

                            Worst service ! Worst Product !

                              Der sir,

                              Elf has called customer care and taken amc for washing on 8th july 2015 and october 2015 some problem observed in washing machine and attended by ifb service centre. Now since last 20 days i have registered three complaint (Ie 20/05/2016 -[protected], 27/05/[protected], 4/06/2016-[protected]) nobody from service dep. Attended my problem. They cancelled two complaint without coming to my place.

                              Now every day self is calling to service dep. They are not at all responding

                                M/s. Yashraj is authorized service center for ifb in bharuch, but we faced some problem with them.In april-16 they came first time for free services at my home after purchasing the washing machine. The warranty period is over in may-2016. After completion of the service water was leakage from the pipe at the bottom of the machine. We have called them again & after three visits they were able solve the problem. Also at that we purchased the liquid for washing the clothes & as per them purchasing of min. 3 ltrs liquid is compulsory as per company's policy. We purchased but found later that out of three 2 nos. Of bottle were of expiry date & they have rubbed the mfg. Date.

                                Now as per discussion with other ifb customers as per their experience when m/s. Yashraj persons come before warranty period, after completion of warranty completion, machine will definitely creates a problem. Also ifb washing machine delaers in bharuch have the same view.

                                Now as per belief of customer after passing 20 days of completion of waranty period my machine has create a proble. There is some mechanical (Rubbing) sound & smoke came from the machine, but i don't want to repair the machine to m/s. Yashraj.

                                  Hi,

                                  I wanted to bring to your attention that the request which I had raised on 4th of June, 2016 has still not been addressed. The ticket number given to me was [protected].

                                  Till date I am only being promised that I would be getting a technician. Which again is a verbal conversation. But so far, there has been no visit.

                                  I really wanted to understand if this is how you work and have set the value as a firm. I am scared as I currently own three IFB products.

                                  If you really feel customer service is alive send me a email at [protected]@gmail.com. I am really sick and tired reaching out to the customer support representatives (again and again).

                                      I am utterly frustrated with your service and very sorry to say that I have lost complete faith In your company. I own 3 products from IFB. Last year i faced a similar issue with my washing machine which was finally rectified. This year I am being harassed by your service Engineers and Customer care.

                                      My microwave stopped working 15 days back and from that time I have been chasing your guys for It.

                                      About 5-6 calls to your call centre. spoke to Sanjini, Mehraj, Tulsij and a few other representatives and finally yesterday to your senior manager Srinath. He tried contacting your service center people in Jaipur but was unable to do so. Which I wonder how is it possible that a single person could not be contacted in today's world of fast communication. However he requested me for a day and said would personally make sure my problem is resolved by today.

                                      From morning I have been waiting for someone from IFB to call. Nothing happened so I myself called Srinath to check on whats happening. I have been told by Suresh that Srinath is not in office as he is on leave.

                                      Did Srinath not know he was to be on leave today? Couldn't he have assigned someone else to look into it?

                                      I requested Suresh if he could call Srinath on his mobile and tell him to speak to me. I GET A REPLY THAT HE DOES NOT CARRY A MOBILE!!! Am i here to understand that IFB employees cant afford a mobile phone which even a road side vendor or a daily wage worker has.

                                      This treatment is meted out to me when I have a AMC with you guys.

                                      My only request is I have a medical condition (which your guys are aware of) due to which am unable to take the stress which comes with owning your products. So kindly refund me back my money and let me have some peace of mind.

                                        Micro oven 30sc3

                                        I have the amc for the above oven from date 9-5-2015 to 8-5-2017.

                                        But on[protected], the local ifb people called me and told me my amc is over and need to renew. So i paid the amc for 2 years, but later found out that my amc is still active.

                                        I got poor response from the local ifb people regarding this. Also they are refusing to answer my phone calls.

                                        Then i mailed to ifb customer service with necessary particulars and even got a reply stating that = we are looking into the matter and will revert shortly - bimal soreng (Ifb customer service). Even after a week there is no response.

                                        What more needs to be done to get this sorted?
