I am extremely frustrated with five months of follow up with ifb services, problem is not solved yet.

They attended the complaint on january 2016, and did a service for rs. 3, 500. Still the motor sound was high, so the service person nagaraj advised us to go with amc.
And we booked a amc for rs. 5, 500.

Then when we gave a complaint after 40 days, they told that the motor will not be covered under amc.br...

with IFB by paying 3000/- rs.


Now i have got a problem in my washine machine for which i raised a complaint on 30/04/2016. The ticket number is [protected].

I have purchased a IFB Eva aqua SX LDT front load fully automatic 6kg washing machine/Sr No. 012291 from popular retail shop "Vasanth & Co" on 22 May 2016 but they have delivered a broken/damaged washing machine to me. Sir mere pas ifb ki washing machine h uski amc ki hui h 21st may ko mere dwara online complaint book ki tachnician ne check kar bataya ki timer kharab h badalna hoga. 2 din bad wo timer lekar aya but wo diffective tha machine thik nai hui wo phir 25 ko 2nd time timer lekar aya doosra timer bhi diffective tha aur machine sahi nai hui. ab bol rahe h ki 7 din lagenge naya timer aane me. since i am working lady mujhe bahut pareshani ho rahi h...

We brought a washing machine 5 months ago, it is working fine but the connection between tap and pipe which supplies water to washing machine is not properly fitted by tech nation of ifb or the problem in product.. We have lodge complain regarding same the complain no. Is 17852263 trough ifb care. The service engineer contact us and demanded 500 rupees for the product. Why should i pay these amount if the machine is under warranty....

Pls go through the list of complaints I have raised in past for same problem.

I had purchased a hob cooking top from authorised dealer of ifb on sunday but still i am fighting for the installation for the last two days with customer care and local team.

I am contacting cutomer care on their toll free no for the last two days and all they are saying that call is assigned further or take local team no then what is the benefit of customer care.

It is very painful to lodge complaint against this organization since i am using products from the same company.

I feel that there is nobody to listen to customer because this the sixth time that my Air-conditioner got fault and no proper response from your side,

We have very bad experience with ifb franchise / customer service for last 1 week.. It is been 7 days we registered complain and no response. We have paid amc.

Some lady named bhuvana is so abusing over the call which triggered my temper and made me use abusive words.

To escalate her, we got in touch with so called franchise manger "priya", such a wonderful lady who doesn't even listen...

I have shifted my house last month so i request to reinstallation of my washing machine at my new address. after i call several times then technician come and told that inlet tap will not connect to my machine, you have to change it first. i purchase new tap and install it . now i called several times that come and install it but noone is coming. i also purchase new tap adapter for pipe and connect it myself but water is overflowing from...

I bought microwave of ifb 20 bc3 last year but its door got burn 2 times with no reason left. Every time their service person come with new door and collect money. Now it smells a lot of burning and cant be used further. From last 2 months i am waiting for service engineer to come. They told to use it in low temperature like buying a superbike and ride @ 20km/hr. Please if there is someone to help do the needfull and replace this waste product...
