My IFB Washing Machine Digital 7KG in Annual Maintanance but since 1 Year my Washing Machine is out of order many time we complain this but my Washing Machine is NOT rectify till today. All times ask so many reason i.e parts are not available, technician are not available and so on.

    With due respect and diligence i have been associated with ifb as a customer past 3 years but it is really disappointing to write an email for the service provided by the brand with which i have been associated longtime.
    Here is the details which now leads me to reach out and complaint the support team- in the month of february we lodged a complaint for getting our washing machine rectified for which the engineer turned up to our home after many follow ups thereafter on investigation of the damages in the machine it was told that parts are unavailable and will be requested from the main centre.
    This acquiring itself took almost two months that too after follow ups, as in april our machine was finally took for service.
    But the agony does not stop here as again on follow ups it was told that some more parts are still to be acquired which will take another 10days (Which was even not a sure timeframe as always ).
    I request you to please speed up on this as i do not want to have my machine out for another month or two.
    I am really dissatisfied for no communication on the delays and not even on the status by the service centre, indeed they have lost the customer satisfaction.
    I hope that this would be addressed at the earliest and i can continue using the appliance bought from ifb for my family's comfort.

      The customer name is s.Arunkumar and the id is 114074.
      I own a ifb front loading washing machine. Its under amc with ifb. The machine emitted noises and vibrated. A complaint was made on[protected] ticket no [protected]). There was no response through a visit or a call. I was informed that the complaint has been closed as 'door locked'. (This was false and no attempt was made to call us if they found the door locked). Again i made a complaint on[protected] ticket no [protected]).
      After a good delay, a service person attended. He handled the machine roughly and broke the top plastic cover . He claimed that there is a hose gone bad and we have to also pay for the top cover ( which he broke). The estimate was to be well over rs. 2500. No attempt was made to make the machine functional. He advised to run the machine as earlier. After he left, the machine did not hold the water and the whole room was flooded. He did not turn back as promised. Again i learnt that the complaint was closed as 'cancelled'.
      As advised by the customer service i tried to contact the regional manager and the area in-charge . The calls / sms were no attended to. I booked another complaint on[protected] ticket no [protected]). I also caught hold of the area in-charge and was informed that he will take up further is we agree for the payments in addition to the amc. There was no dispute on further payments and i told him to attend the repair. He reluctantly assures to come after three days.
      My grievances / questions are :
      1.The ifb has collected the amc amount in advance. Dont they have a responsibility to attend the repairs?
      2. Even after nearly two months my machine is lying idle. Who will bear my expenses on washing the clothes through others?
      3. How does the company accept closing of complaints at the whims and fancies of the service person with bogus remarks like as 'door locked', 'cancelled' etc. ?
      4. Are the customers to pay for the damages done by the service person through rough handling?
      5. Why not there be a phone call or sms as to the status of the complaint? Why should the customer beg the service person or the supervisory official for the current status?
      6. Are the phones provided to the service persons or the supervisory officials for their personal use and are they not for attending to the calls of the customers?
      7. Lastly, will my machine ever be serviced, if yes, after exploiting how much more money as additional expenses?

        Complain lodged on 16th apr.'16 both by email and by phone. Generated ticket no [protected] dt. 16.04.2016. Mechanic came on 19th. Without opening the lid or going through the detail investigation he simply pushed button randomly and suddenly the machine started functioning. He told me that this was perhaps happened due to limescale and also suggested not to use the detergent powder . He was very much interested to sale the ifb limescale remover & liquid ifb detergent rather to detect the problems in the machine. He poured one packet of limescale remover and told me that the machine will be cleaned and stopped after washing. He left my house after sale of two packets limescale cleaner and one bottle of ifb liquid detergent but after about 30 minutes the machine stopped functioning. I immediately call back the mechanic who told me that he will come on the next day. On 20th he again came along with an assistant and opened the lid and after investigation he told me that circuit has been damaged which has to be replaced which actually he apprehended on the 19th without going through any investigation. I told him that as i am an aged person of about 66 years old and my wife has been suffering from acute osteoarthritis please do it immediately as the service of washing machine is absolutely necessary. Till date nothing has been initiated except generating a new ticket no [protected] dt 28th apr'16 when i contacted your customer care deptt. I do not come to understand how long i shall have to wait . Is it customer service? You are very much reluctant to solve the problems . As the reasonable time has already been elapsed please look into the matter and arrange accordingly.

          Hi I own frontload washing machine of IFB. I have purchased it year ago. There are problems in machine. Clothes are getting tore out. I have raised complaint in September 2015.               Sir,

              I have purchased ifb washing machine (Model: admiral 8012w id no: 3610444) last five years back. It was running good but just one month back there was a problem in the motor. We have located the machine in tracon export services pvt. Ltd, 56, swaminathapuram, 3rd cross, karur district, tamil nadu. I am contacting the following persons every day, more than the past 18 days. One person of mr. Vijay has come 15 days back and told that we will replace the motor within a week time. So far no one has come and attend the complaint. Further in this connection i am contacting the following persons daily.

              Further i am contacting over land line phone also bearing no.[protected]. But either one ms. Asha (Or) ms. Priya attended the phone. But no fruit full result has come.

              We have bought a amc for service. But the service is very poor. The service center executives are not concerned on closing the requests. We have to follow up. They do not have sufficient parts in stock as well which further delays in servicing.

                  The above equipment was purchased along with a dish washer on 15/7/15 from sri vijayalakshmi enterprises operating from 227/4, narayanapillai street, shivajainagar bangalore - 560001, phone[protected].

                  The item became unserviceable after 2 months o[censored]se and was given for repair to the above agency, which was repaired and returned. However the equipment became defective after a week again well within the warranty period. This time the agency rep refused to take the item and said the item will be repaired once only, which was not specified in the warranty during purchase. A talk with the area manager mr santosh ( phone- [protected]) resulted in negative response from the beginning with a rude attitude, disconnecting phone abruptly. However they accepted the item saying decision to repair is not with them.

                  There was no response from agency for over three weeks. Finally on calling them they responded by saying that the item to be collected unrepaired without giving any valid reason and nothing in writing.

                  I being defence personal is a regular user of your product, but this attitude of service is being experienced for first time and totally disappointed by your firm for such a minor item, which may effect your reputation by insensitive service dealers.

I call coustmer care centre and after 2 days a technician came and check and he said board(panel)is complaint. Then after 3 days two technicians came to install another board, it is also not working.                       IFB service is not yet all good. I large complaint on 25-mar-2016. Almost one month completed IFB team not able attend to resolve the issue and very poor worst response. I taken AMC also but no one is reacting to the calls and not able to resolve the issues Especially in Bangalore. I suggest not take AMC in Bangalore for any service. It's waste of money. I spoken with Local team and Customer care also but no use. without closing the issue simply closing Issue tickets.

                            It really horrible that you people claim yourself as leading provider in this segment but is this the way to address that a customer rise and waiting for nearly 20 days.
                            Please you people didn’t take immediate action and get resolve this problem, sure will defame you brand through social media which i am not willing to do intestinally. Hope you people understand.
                            Also i have to mention one more point about the ifb customer care agent in our area mrs. Mageshwari at gandhi nagar, redhills, and chennai 600052. She really making your brand spoil among the people over there by not responding the technical queries and asking to go for some other brand.
                            So you people having such a kind of people to do the customer care service.
                            Will give you guy’s couple of days to take action against my complaint else sure will spread this kind of stuff in social media network. I didn’t have intention to threaten but if you people force i will do this.

                                We brought a washing machine 0n 17.04.2016 from Reliance digital show room, bangalore -562162.

                                The machine was delivered by[protected].

                                But still not not installed and demonstrated.

                                Their toll free no[protected] not working imperiously, by chance if we connect to the customer care representative, they will tell the system is down we couldn't find the status...my ticket no booked 3 rd time was [protected].

                                  Here goes my story...

                                  In the latest current of affair, I have logged too many complaints, every time all of them got escalated by executives handling the call. Four days back the senior person from your support center (Mr. Ajay) has assured me that I will receive the call within 24 hours. Post completion of those 24 hours, I have logged two more complaints and every time I was assured that I will get a call or visit within next 24 hours but it didn't happen at all. Last few instances of complaints are # 17679901, 17709070, 17638896, 16933238 and the last complaint (made today) was not logged at all, I believe, as I haven't received any complaint number against same, but you can check the records and confirm that I have called today as well (23rd April 2016) and had a discussion with Ms. Manjula.

                                  As per the last visit from your service engineer (that too around 20 days back), he suggested that some spring is not working well and he tried to fix it. After fixing same, as soon as he started the machine, same problem i[censored]NBL at rinse started again. Then he sais that motherboard of machine has to be opened and probably would be replaced. How the hell, I can agree for this as I am facing the problem from day 1 and you can check all the complaints raised so far. On the contrary, post that every time my complaints are being resolved or cancelled without any resolution. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTATED AND JUST WANT THIS BLODDY UNUSABLE BOX OUT OF MY HOUSE. Either take the action on priority other wise let me know you inability in this matter so that I can take legal action against such reputed brand for which I have paid almost double the money considering that I will get premium services and product.                                   Above was the latest instances but not the only one. I am facing these issues from day one of purchase of this unusable box (so called washing machine) and just for your information and better knowledge about your support services and products, please go through the complete trailing mail carefully. You and your management will come to know some about some serious facts.

                                  Note: This entire trailing information was written as a mail to IFB support mail ID on 21st November 2015 and I still haven't received ant response on this too.

                                  **** First instance ****

                                  I have bought a new IFB fully automatic top load 7.5 of capacity washing machine. It's been more than 3 weeks, washing machine is delivered and installed at my place but I couldn't use it so far. It is very disheartening to face the kind of service a brand like IFB is offering. I have paid a premium to buy IFB product expecting that I will get the services accordingly, but now I believe it was absolutely wrong expectation. So here goes my story,

                                  A service engineer came to my place to install and demonstrate machine's function. Here are some interesting pointers: For most of the options, written in display panel of machine, he was not aware, and kept saying that you should not use or you will never need these options. We ignored it. Then came the real interesting thing. Looking at the option for wash blankets, he said, this should be used to wash black clothes (blanket - black). I ignored, considering I can always read the manual and its OK, this is just a washing machine.

                                  Then, I started the machine, and bang it just didn't work. After every few minutes of running, it shows an error of IMBL in display panel. By reading manual, I assumed that the machine is imbalanced. I tried to rectify it myself but couldn't do it. Then the real disappointment started. I have called the support center and logged the complaint on 10th Nov and I was assured that within 72 hours some senior service engineer will visit and rectify the problem. I waited for some days, and called again on 17th Nov. The support executive was also surprised that my complaint is already escalated, yet no one has updated on the complaint. He assured me that some service engineer will visit within 24 hours. Now wither that senior engineer is too senior and taking his own time coming all the way from IFB research center or my maths is very poor and 72 and 24 hours are yet not completed.

                                  I am highly disappointed as I have bought the machine as a Diwali gift for my family and still we are not able to use it. Request you to take your machine back and refund my money. I actually don't want to use any IFB product any more. I now realize that in the same amount of money I could have bought a washing machine of another company and another gift for my family, if i have to receive such customer service.

                                    My ifb washing machine started having technical problem - leaking water from bottom of machine

                                    In regards to this, contacted ifb customer care multiple times however not only my problem is solved but also received very poor customer service
                                    First contacted ifb over phone on 11/3/16 then contacted multiple times since over phone was given other numbers to contact each time but received poor response and sometimes no response.

                                    The issue right now is the warranty is ceasing tomorrow on 24/04/2016.
                                    My concern is that ifb would decline to solve this problem after tomorrow

                                    I would like my compliant to be appropriately responded immediately and solved as soon as possible

                                      I also have 2 A/Cs from IFB. Bought at the same time as the Fridge. I had to be after them for one year to get my 3 free services. Only managed to get one. My Fridge had no problem till now, but response to the complaint is still pending for the last 5 days.

                                        I purchased an automatic front loading washing machine senorita aqua sx 6.5 one year back. since few days, a foul smell is emanating fromthe machine .I agvve a complaint TKT NO: [protected] .after twodays a technician by name Vinay came to my house today at 5.00pm . He simply opened a small shutter located at the bottom cleaned with a tooth brush and then put a packet full of Descal Powder in tothe shelf meant for detergent powder . HE switched ON the machine ( kept the machine in express mode) and set the timer For 15mnts. I was busy with some guests at that time . the technician advised my wife taht the machine will automatically switch off and also not to put any clothes for washing for one day .the technician took my wife's signature without my knowledge and left the place . After some time my opened the door, she was shocked to note that the door was literally hanging. In this connection i wish to informyou that the technician mishandled the product and the company should take serious note of this and replace the door immediately free of cost else the matter will be taken seriously and will be taken to the consumer forum and the print media
