Dear Sir,

My micro oven is not working and I have raised a complaint with your customer care, ticket no.[protected], dated 03.05.16. The service engineer has visited and told that there is a problem with magnetron and will be replaced as the machine is under warrnty period. But to my surprise he didn't turned back and came to know that my complaint is closed without solving the problem. Once again I have given the complaint ticket no.[protected], dated 09.05.16and the same service engineer once again visited and told the same reason and left without solving the problem. I contacted the service centre after repeated attempts got the reply that we will call you back but never got any call from them.
with a great confidence on IFB we will purchase your machines, the service is so bad in visakhapatnam, that we are forced to choose alternated makes of machines. Please try to solve the problem at the earliest possible.

    Hi,
    I have purchased ifb top-loading washing through snapdeal at the moth of jan-2016. From may 2nd onward stopped working showing d0 in display. The water is getting filled after that throwing the message d0 in display. So i have registered a complaint on 6th may 2016 through ivr. They promised me it will attened with in 48 hrs. But no one has called me. So again i contacted on 08th may 2016, they provided local contact, i called them on 09th may 2016 morning they promised me to sent technician by afternoon. Until now no one has responded against my case.

        We own an ifb dishwasher which is under annual maintenance contract had a problem. For which we have registered a complaint with ifb customer care a month ago. Despite so many follow ups and phone calls there is no response from the agency. Whenever we call the customer care we are getting the same answer the case is assigned to our staff. We have also escalated the matter but there is no action taken so far. Hence we request you to intervene into this matter and kindly resolve the issue.

          I have purchased a microwave from vedom's co. Gokulpeth market nagpur (440010). Model ifb mw wave 30sc4 sr no. 5001669. On 22/03/2016 vide bill no. Ca19587. This was for mr sunil battuwar r/o gadchiroli (Around 180 km from nagpur and 84 km from chandrapur). At the time of purchase, vedom assured to depute technician for demo/guide etc on 27/03/16, as the microwave was gifted on the eve of house warming.

          Since than no one came to him for demo etc. We have contacted vedoms lot of times. Every time they conveyed the matter to ifb support. (8-10 times. Than we also tried for support team incharge. But no one came. After a long gap today i got a call from your technician ([protected]), who was roaming with a wrong address, and blaming us for giving wrong address to him. He argued arrogantly without a shame for delay. Some times we also talked with incharge mahesh [protected]. I request a strong action against vedoms, their tech support cell mr mahesh and today's technician. If theywill not take the cognizance, i will take the matter with consumer forum, social forum.

            My IFB Elena Aqua VX Washing Machine is not working properly and after registering the complaint the technician visited and told he will visit again. The complaint is getting closed without any resolution.

            Noida service center is pathetic. IF IFB has to maintain it's leadership position they should change the Noida service center management.

              With reference to above i had lodged a complaint on 4/5/16.
              Ifb’s franchise had sent their mechanic on 5/5/16 @ 5.45 p.M. And replaced the spare part.
              Ms. Preeti, claiming to be from ifb, had called me on 6/5/16 @12.30 p.M. To find out if the
              Problem was solved. I told her that i will come to know after i operate the machine tomorrow
              And so requested her to check with me same time tomorrow. I asked her why they did not do
              Their job without waiting for my complaint on 4/5/16. Ms. Preeti said that spares were not available.
              I told her that she was lying because if you see my complaint their technician had called me on 30th april
              @ 5 p.M. To find out if he could come and replace the part. Again as i had stated in the complaint there
              Was no water supply and so i had asked him to come on 2/5/16 @ 9.30 a.M. As ms. Preeti had no defence, she
              Started shouting at me. I told her that it was indecent behaviour to shout at anybody let alone a customer.
              Then ms. Preeti hung the phone on me! In india even mnc’s do that, i suppose! Did i make a

                  I had lodged this complaint on 25 april and we are on 4 may, my problem has not been resolved.
                  The complaint is that the wm gets stuck in between.
                  Technician mr. Sharma had come on or around 28 april.
                  After inspecting the machine he said that one card has got to be changed.
                  He said that my machine was under amc and hence the change would not attract any payment. He further said (Which in other countries tantamount to promise from my own experience!) he would come back with the spare part in two days.
                  On 30 april another guy whose name i don't remember, called me around 5 p.M. To find out if he could come then. During conversation he stated that mr. Sharma did not know what or where the problem was and also he would like to come when there is water supply. I told him that i live in bombay/thane (Maharashtra) and there was no 24 hours water supply for us.
                  Accordingly he agreed / promised / said to come on monday, 2 may 2016 at 9.30 a.M.
                  Rest is history.

                    With referance to complent no [protected], i would like to submit that, washing machine door with glass panel/door is unable to sustaine wt. of glass And due to glass wt. door hinges which are fixed in fiber body gets damage.so even after repair it gets damage soon and problem remains.It is not due to faulty use as your tecnician say.Also not consumer fault so chainge your design and use fiber glass instead of glass. Till that in warranty period give free replacement of fiber door to me whenever it gets damage.

                    I got a IFB Washing machine in Unilet in BTm on May 7th 2016. Ticket No: [protected]..Technician called me on Moday around 12pm coming, I said come on Wednesday evening at 5pm..I have applied half day leave came from Hebbal to BTm(My Home), Atleast 20-30 times I have called to Technician name DEEPAK(Mob:[protected]) make sure to come.

                    Till 6:30pm I was waiting for him, wen I tried calling him, he stopped picking my call.I tried from different num he picked and told he was on Leave cant come..He talks like he the CEO of IFB Company..Talk very rude.

                    Initially only I am facing this problem how can I trust the IFB Service People in future.

                    Worst Service..again I dint any call from any one. Finally just they used the word "SORRY". And told some other reason Pin code change. From Morning I keep telling him BTM 1st stage.

                    Take Some action on that guy or else sure bad name come not for him, it comes for the IFB Company.

                      My customer id #1072614, i did purchase ifb frond load washing machine “model : elena dx – 5.5 kg” on 08/09/2008.

                      Since march 2013 onwards till today we did raise 6 complaints and 5 no’s of get solved (With full payment after warranty period. (Ticket no’s 10338231, 10347992, 10365299, 11399116, [protected]). By thrissur ifb service team.

                      I like highlight one on my 5 the compliant (Ticket # [protected]) at 01/02/2016, the part was not available in the service center, delayed the service and service technician replaced the part, after that water leaking issue not solved and he re visited with same ticket no and replace another part and he forced to me to get amc (Annual maintenance contract) is it part your business??? And after two months on 13/04/2016 machine drum get damaged!!! Why he could not identify this issue on february service time (As he visited more than two times). These observations made me to force to believe that either the service technician did not check fully the machine, just solve what he seen (That way he revisited to replace second part) or he may seen & ignore it, to get ams from customers or another service ticket.

                      Regarding the last compliant (Ticket no: [protected]) raised on 13/04/2016 at 17.53 hrs. After two days the service technician visited, checked and told me that need to replace drum and it costs rs 5000/-, as we required washing machine essential service in my home, i did agree to buy and go head to order. When i called the service center they assured by next week would get it replaced. Till today (3 weeks completed) i did get service from ifb service team

                      As an ifb customer i would like answers of following questions

                      1. Is it common, after completed warranty period the machine starts giving problems frequently??? If the answer “yes” means as customer i should say the your product and service not satisfying customers


                      2. Are you instructed your service centers to keep essential spares with them to provide immediate service to customers??? Or if spare not available make arrangements gets soon??? Because in my experience when i called thrissur service center, very poor response, i need to remind them frequently & the answer i am getting “may be next will order by cochin office, may be get” like reply’s


                      3. Are all the service centers & technicians are interested to make business by getting amc or frequent service ticket no”s


                      I am expecting your immediate actions and recommendations to keep customers with ifb and do good business.

                        Bought new IFB washing machine Oct 2015, washing machine motor affected during Flood on Dec 1st, 2015. they told its not covered in warranty.

                        We have complained about change of motor in the month of December 2015.
                        Logged Many tickets, still poor response from IFB authorised service centre chennai, Ekkathungal .

                        Till now Motor replacement not done yet.

                        Leakage of water from detergent cabin
                        The above machine making lot of problems. So far 12 time 5 technicians attendant this problem but not get rectified. On 19/03/16 I registered a fresh complaint(ticket No. [protected]), no body came till this day. Now I am thinking to approach consumer redress al forum.

                            With due respect and diligence i have been associated with ifb as a customer past 3 years but it is really disappointing to write an email for the service provided by the brand with which i have been associated longtime.
                            Here is the details which now leads me to reach out and complaint the support team- in the month of february we lodged a complaint for getting our washing machine rectified for which the engineer turned up to our home after many follow ups thereafter on investigation of the damages in the machine it was told that parts are unavailable and will be requested from the main centre.
                            This acquiring itself took almost two months that too after follow ups, as in april our machine was finally took for service.
                            But the agony does not stop here as again on follow ups it was told that some more parts are still to be acquired which will take another 10days (Which was even not a sure timeframe as always ).
                            I request you to please speed up on this as i do not want to have my machine out for another month or two.
                            I am really dissatisfied for no communication on the delays and not even on the status by the service centre, indeed they have lost the customer satisfaction.
                            I hope that this would be addressed at the earliest and i can continue using the appliance bought from ifb for my family's comfort.

                              The customer name is s.Arunkumar and the id is 114074.
                              I own a ifb front loading washing machine. Its under amc with ifb. The machine emitted noises and vibrated. A complaint was made on[protected] ticket no [protected]). There was no response through a visit or a call. I was informed that the complaint has been closed as 'door locked'. (This was false and no attempt was made to call us if they found the door locked). Again i made a complaint on[protected] ticket no [protected]).
                              After a good delay, a service person attended. He handled the machine roughly and broke the top plastic cover . He claimed that there is a hose gone bad and we have to also pay for the top cover ( which he broke). The estimate was to be well over rs. 2500. No attempt was made to make the machine functional. He advised to run the machine as earlier. After he left, the machine did not hold the water and the whole room was flooded. He did not turn back as promised. Again i learnt that the complaint was closed as 'cancelled'.
                              As advised by the customer service i tried to contact the regional manager and the area in-charge . The calls / sms were no attended to. I booked another complaint on[protected] ticket no [protected]). I also caught hold of the area in-charge and was informed that he will take up further is we agree for the payments in addition to the amc. There was no dispute on further payments and i told him to attend the repair. He reluctantly assures to come after three days.
                              My grievances / questions are :
                              1.The ifb has collected the amc amount in advance. Dont they have a responsibility to attend the repairs?
                              2. Even after nearly two months my machine is lying idle. Who will bear my expenses on washing the clothes through others?
                              3. How does the company accept closing of complaints at the whims and fancies of the service person with bogus remarks like as 'door locked', 'cancelled' etc. ?
                              4. Are the customers to pay for the damages done by the service person through rough handling?
                              5. Why not there be a phone call or sms as to the status of the complaint? Why should the customer beg the service person or the supervisory official for the current status?
                              6. Are the phones provided to the service persons or the supervisory officials for their personal use and are they not for attending to the calls of the customers?
                              7. Lastly, will my machine ever be serviced, if yes, after exploiting how much more money as additional expenses?

                                Complain lodged on 16th apr.'16 both by email and by phone. Generated ticket no [protected] dt. 16.04.2016. Mechanic came on 19th. Without opening the lid or going through the detail investigation he simply pushed button randomly and suddenly the machine started functioning. He told me that this was perhaps happened due to limescale and also suggested not to use the detergent powder . He was very much interested to sale the ifb limescale remover & liquid ifb detergent rather to detect the problems in the machine. He poured one packet of limescale remover and told me that the machine will be cleaned and stopped after washing. He left my house after sale of two packets limescale cleaner and one bottle of ifb liquid detergent but after about 30 minutes the machine stopped functioning. I immediately call back the mechanic who told me that he will come on the next day. On 20th he again came along with an assistant and opened the lid and after investigation he told me that circuit has been damaged which has to be replaced which actually he apprehended on the 19th without going through any investigation. I told him that as i am an aged person of about 66 years old and my wife has been suffering from acute osteoarthritis please do it immediately as the service of washing machine is absolutely necessary. Till date nothing has been initiated except generating a new ticket no [protected] dt 28th apr'16 when i contacted your customer care deptt. I do not come to understand how long i shall have to wait . Is it customer service? You are very much reluctant to solve the problems . As the reasonable time has already been elapsed please look into the matter and arrange accordingly.

                                      I have purchased ifb washing machine (Model: admiral 8012w id no: 3610444) last five years back. It was running good but just one month back there was a problem in the motor. We have located the machine in tracon export services pvt. Ltd, 56, swaminathapuram, 3rd cross, karur district, tamil nadu. I am contacting the following persons every day, more than the past 18 days. One person of mr. Vijay has come 15 days back and told that we will replace the motor within a week time. So far no one has come and attend the complaint. Further in this connection i am contacting the following persons daily.

                                      We have bought a amc for service. But the service is very poor. The service center executives are not concerned on closing the requests. We have to follow up. They do not have sufficient parts in stock as well which further delays in servicing.

                                        I have raised complaint ([protected]) on 25th April, until now no body responded to me. This happened earlier also. After so much of call up, IFB guys didn't turned up. Your service is really pathetic.
                                        I am regretting myself why I have purchased washing machine from IFB. Very very poor service. If you are not able to service the customer, please shut your company.
