I have purchased ifb top load washing machine, model - tl65rcg on 02 august 2015.
Ifb with its fine engineering has installed level indicator in this model but right from the first day of installation ifb service engineer is not able to make a good level.
Following has been tried out by s.E :-
1) when level indicator brings to center...

The Neptune DX machine was not working and was showing F5 error from 2.4.2016. Immediately i spoke to helpline people and they booked the complaint vide ticket No, [protected] on 2.4.2016

But to my surprise upto 5.4.2016 nobody turned up to attend the fault or no calls.Again I have contacted the customer care number and as per suggestion i contacted the franchisee service centre MSK Associated...

We have ordered a replacement of our faulty product on 09/04/2016. We were told the same will be done is 2-3 days. On tuesday, they sent a replacement, but the product was not the same but a different one. We were again promised replacement within 1-2 days but nothing happened. Nobody turned after that till day before yester. Yesterday morning i again called to make sure it gets delivered yesterday, as that was our last holiday for the week....

I have requested for servicing of my AC on 7 th April but till date noone have attended my request.
I am disgusted at the service level shown by such a reputed company....

The technician repaired my washing machine and charged me for spare parts. He charged rs. 95 each for one kind of screw and rs. 65 each for another kind. When contacted customer care, they gave the contact number of some service manager who can confirm the actual price. Finally, i came to know that that i was charged 3 times the actual mrp.

When i contacted the franchise who sent me the technician initially, they said that...

Ifb washing machine elena aqua vx - 6 kg which is under warranty stopped working. The matter was taken up with ifb vide complaint no 17617480. Dt:01.04.2016.(Customer id: 1037098) i have also given many remainders through internet and also through customer care . But till date (15.04.2016) the complaint is not settled except the visit of two different service engineers visited and assessed and promised rectification. Now no service engineers...

(4) received a call from[protected] at 01:08 pm. We spoke for 2min.21secs. When asked, the caller said he was tripathi calling from datar services. He confirmed having received my complaint and said he will come or send someone by evening the same day.
(5) when no one came and no call...

This is the worst service we have ever seen with any industry.
Today i have called the customer care twice, they said the complaint has been closed and requested to contact the technical team. Ramya or Mr.Gurumoorthy the head. Morning when i called mr Gurumoorthy at around 10.15, he said he will check and get back with the status of my complaint within half an hour. He dint turn up. I called back at 11, a lady picked the call this...

One year back I am purchase IFB 1 T AC from M/s Texmo agencies, Mavelikara. According to my experience they are one of the bad service providers in this industry.
Two days back My AC compressor is not working. So I just inform this to Mr. Venu .Sales consultant of Texmo agencies, Mavelikara and same time register a complaint via IFB Customer care . Ticket number [protected]. But till the time no response against my complaint.

I bought a washing machine (ELENA Aqua vx 6kg 800RPM) one and half years back. From the date of buying the timer is not working properly and also washing qulaity is worst. i have been placing repeated complaints, but the customer care closes the complaint without my knowledge. This time a complaint was made on march 31st requesting for a senior technician to attend, but a junior person attended and said will forward to a senior technician....

I uma maheswara rao purcahsed an ifb w/m on 30/03/2013 and got a problem and informed service center on 31/03/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce. Again i complained on 07/04/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce .My mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected].Please look into the issue and do me the needful....

It has been 24 days now that we have made a complaint (bearing no. [protected]) for replacement/repair of our IFB Microwave 30SC 3. After registering the complaint on[protected], we have been continuously following up with the Service Centre and also with the company's office at Kailash Complex, C-3, Vikroli (W), but to no avail. Our calls seems to have gone on deaf ears or the company I believe does not care.
Would like to see if IFB...

IFB has been placed & recognized as a brand.. And when you buy a new appliance to ease out your daily chores you hope that investing in a brand would not disappoint you.
However, my experience with IFB is not very pleasant. I bought a new IFB Fully Automatic washing machine in January 2016 in Panipat, A week later I started facing problems, the water heater is not working from day 1. The system hangs in the middle of washing process....

I have compliant a number of times about the microwave oven that iis not working properly.The warrenty is also getting over within 2 days they are just doing timepass.The service is really very bad.I think i will have to complint in consumer court then only they will solve the problem.Its so disgusting really.I want to get the solution within 2 days since the warrenty will expire....

last week end i have purchased a new mechine IFB Aqua Elena VX.
As i already know your customer service is very bad, but seclected the product again for convictions the Quality of the product.
The company again and again proving that your service is not accurate.Now its three days completed.
No one from the company contacted us.Your service authorities not picked...

Sir, your service man came & attended on 4 th of april-16 by name mr. Abdul(Contact number-[protected])took the full amount without solving the actual problem..We have paid him rs.750/- with faith on ifb service not on him. He came & replace the water out let pipe & given one powder pocket for cleaning..
