I bought ifb washing machine & ifb microwave oven sc 23 on 1 may fromj kings electronics, kalyan. They promised me to deliver both appliances on 3 rd may but after repeated phone calls they delivered it on 6/7. After that i called them several times for demo they send their men on 21 may 16. After opening the box i was shocked to find that the machine is demo item as rat mesh & top steel plate having dust & finger prints. After receiving call from kings personal about demo i told them about this mater, he told me that he will talk to his superiors & will inform me but he never call me back till this moment. I am planning to register complaint to the consumer forum.

    My washing machine is not working since long. It is under insurance coverage. I made so many calls regarding this to the customer care. Once a person attending this call and came at home to attend the complaint. But he did not complete his job and left by making a loose commitment that he will come tomorrow but that tomorrow never came so. Please look into this.

      I have made several complaints but they did not take care, and moreover they cancelled service complaints without calling customer, I have made a complaint several days ago (around 1 month) they did not take care of complaint. they kept cancelled 3 times I did not knew why, every time I called to customer care they said your complaint was cancelled, again I have asked them to create new ticket. but last ticket was created 15 days before, this time ticket is still in-process, every time I asked status of ticket to customer care guys they said, It will be resolved by 24 hours, this was keep on going for several days.
      still problem was not resolved.
      Each time I called to customer care, they gave several numbers but no number is worked, all not working/ not exists.

        Following up with IFB for technical issue being faced at the time of switch on but none of the service person has still attended the place. very ridiculous. they keep on asking on phones whether the problem has been resolved, whether the service person has attended your Microwave.

        Guys, this is not really done, we went for IFB, only because of its name & brand building, for which it is known.

        This things is getting us distracted from looking at IFB in future and the feedback will be spread in the same direction.

        It is not possible to stand without Customer Care / After Sales Service.

          Complaint no. [protected] dated 7th may 2016 is not yet resolved. Complaint was attended by the technicians but not resolved.

          Technicians from service center attended and repaired by charging rs.1500/-. But the problem remained.

          We were contacted by customer care and an incidence 'e123433' has been generated in your escalation channel system on 15th may 2016.

          Mr. Satish/tech/serv. Engg visited on 17th may 2016 and checked the machine. He informed that most probably the problem could be relating to gas or compressor. We requested him to send us an email to g. [protected]@grk.In in this regard, to decide on the matter. However, till now we have not received any mail and no response from the service engg when trying to contact him.

          Request to resolve the problem at the earliest.

            I shall not recommend to purchase ifb washing machine in a city like mumbai where humidity is high leading to frequent breakdowns. The service is very pathetic and there is no level in the appellate hierarchy which has enough hold on the service centres. I am using 7 kg digital washing machine and by now realized that even you complain at a higher centre, they will provide only lip service. They use the language "we shall escalate the matter". However it will end up only escalating your temper. There is no system to take the service centre to task. There is no system of satisfaction code and even if the work is not completed, the calls are closed. You appeal against this and nothing happens. You end up lodging a fresh complaint and same cycle starts.
            Ticket no [protected] (Dated 24/4/16)- closed without rectification on 26/4/16. I sent sms if incomplete job. Call came and promised for prompt action. For 2 days nobody came despite "escalating the matter". Again appealed, promised for action. Nobody came for next two days. Then again i had to lodge a fresh complaint for the same. Tkt no [protected] (7/5/16). Attended on 10th. Parts procured in 3 days. Advanced payment taken for rubber parts. No service provided despite their promised daily. Escalating the matter with ifb also did not help. They even did not bother to call back the customer. Call finally partially corrected on 17/5/16 and closed without full rectification. Again called customer service but no help given.

            In this era of technology every product is equal. The main criteria for purchase should be service record.

              I have purchased the ifb ac 1acs24ka3tgc from the local dealer sankalp electronics, bhilai on 27/04/2016.Installed on 28/04/2016 from the first day itself from the one of the best company we are facing a lot of problem.
              1) split ac is not working the as there is fault in the motor.
              2) the water was flowing inside the room due to no proper installation.
              There is a lot of problem we are facing from the first day with the service we are getting from the service agent and there is no solution as such. If you are not able to render the solution kingly get back the ac and refund my amount

                Worst service ever from ifb, no response for complaint given (No.[protected]) for non functioning of microwave oven on 12th may 2016 till 18th may. Call centre ([protected]) simply says complaint is already cancelled.
                Have been following up continuously with call centre everyday they say, technician will come now. Suddenly complaint is closed without attending after long follow up of 7 days. Their local service centre at chennai (Ph-[protected]) is totally absurd, they don't even bother to pickup the call. Sluggish behavior, no proper supervision. Severe action to be taken against such companies.

                  It's been month now I lodged complaint their is person by the name Aashish from Sanpada service centre who visited had a check he started telling you have to replace drum, USP kit I mean display later on he said have to change the inner rubber
                  And he offered some schemes of warranty to sign, issue is still pending pathetic experience with the engineers here
                  No response when ever you call they will either be on leave on training
                  Don't understand when company is operating globally so well why in the blue hell they hire such resources who can't take of their customers

                  Service providers are not available even after 3 and a half months of regular complaints. The services are very poor.

                    It is such a difficult task to get ifb engineer for installation of washing machine on the specified date and if he does a pathetic job for namesake, it is a disgrace to call again. Post installation water nozzle is leaking, the machine is inclined and most importantly despite telling the engineer to install the machine at the consumer desired location, he has to install at the location most easy and confortable for him and justifying it with idiotic reasons. It simply indicate that we have to leave our office everyday and wait for your engineer if we want to get it installed as per our convenience. All this happed as the good lady at the house asked to install at the proper location but the engineer tries to fool her and installs in a pathetic way to finish the job early and get installation voucher signed. I thought that there would be some SOP and quality guidelines which your engineers are supposed to follow and therefore I left a person in house for attending the engineer and not guiding and checking each step. But the reality is that the people cannot have any faith in your engineer as he too is similar to a hired inexperienced plumber who needs supervision on each step. Now he has to come only on working hours during weekdays and we have to sit taking leave and wait for that auspicious day when he will complete installation.

                      I have Elena sx IFB washing machine which is in warranty now but it is not working since more then 10 days.So i have called customer care on 2nd may 2016 and my complain no.was [protected].Then next day technician([protected]) came to my house and told me to change timer and door lock and he was also told me that he will come tomorrow to change spare parts because they are not working properly .i called customer care[protected], area managers(miss monika-[protected], mr.prashant-[protected])for more then 100 times but they chited me by giving fake resons. on 9 th may [protected] and [protected] called me on conference call and told me that your washing machine repaired on 10 th may. but nobody came here till today.
                      We have purchased the IFB product due to brand and quality.IFB big brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff.
                      i need machine repaired immediately.This would be my last complain if i do not get a result for this in next 24 hours i have to take my legal actions and further steps.

                        I booked the complaint on 9th may 2016 through the[protected]... They told that the compliant will be rectified with in 24 hrs. Upto now we could now (13.05.2016) receive any call from the mechanic or service person. Hence i humbly request you to rectify the matter urgently and see that proper service should be provided to the customer in time. As we are regular customer of ifb and we are facing this type of problem for the first time. At home we have 2 ifb ac and 2 washing machines..                           I have submitted numerous complaints for repair of my IFB Senorita washing machine. The door handle and locking hook has become loose due to shifting from Dehradun to Gaya, Bihar.

                          Always I get an assurance that the Mechanic is on his way but all that is false.

                          I observe a clear cut case of careless, lazy, lax, unenthusiastic, half-hearted, uninterested, lukewarm, indifferent, uncaring, unconcerned, casual, offhand, blasé, insouciant, leisurely, relaxed attitude and no concern for customers. It seems that they are lacking enthusiasm and determination; carelessly lazy.

                            I got a IFB Washing machine in Unilet in BTm on May 7th 2016. Ticket No: [protected]..Technician called me on Moday around 12pm coming, I said come on Wednesday evening at 5pm..I have applied half day leave came from Hebbal to BTm(My Home), Atleast 20-30 times I have called to Technician name DEEPAK(Mob:[protected]) make sure to come.

                              As my washing machine was making sound with vibration, I had raised a compliant with IFB customer care no:[protected] on 02/05/2016 and received a compliant no: [protected]. I waited for 1 day and no technician responded. Again the customer care was called up and they ensured that the technician will respond. Then I asked for the local service no to contact them directly and you had provided with local service center and his contact no: After so many follow up calls a technician came 04/05/2016 at around 16:00 hrs without opening the back cover even just switching on, the technician told the there is a big service required amounting to Rs 6500 and shall confirm the same after checking the spare. There was no response further. On 06/05/2016 again another technician called up and told that he shall check it. The person came checked and told it is a matter of replacing the bearings. Since there was no response till 09/05/2016, I called up the local service dealer again asked the status and told that since water seal for the bearing is not available he is awaiting the spare. Finally a person called Renjish came home at about 16:00 hrs on10/05/2016 started opening the back cover. He asked for the hammer for opening the back cover. He opened the back cover and some how managed to take out spider support of the drum holding the bearing. While removing the same he accidently pulled out the heat sensor fixed on the drum which he tried to fix with the glue. After putting the bearing by hitting hard with hammer which is not a normal practice. He asked for oil, I had few old grease and I had asked for checking the quality. He brushed the same on the bearing without checking the quality of grease. The spider support bolt hole with drum were not in line and he was trying hard and making them inline after he turned the machine resting it on the front loading doors of the machine. He was turning the machine to each side very roughly to see the bolt hole. He damaged the cabin edge which was a bit corroded (the soap dispenser corner). Seeing that it damaged he suggested that the cabin is to be replaced. After the repair, tested the machine without the cloth and was rotating without much vibration. I paid the service charge and spare cost of Rs. 1800 as billed.

                              Next day (today) the cloths were put in and the machine started. Even tough it took the water, the drum was not rotating but making a humming sound with normal quantity of cloths in it. The machine was stopped to remove few cloths to further reduce the load. The machine started with heavy vibration and dislocated from the position moving around, with huge noise as the drum started rotating. Finally I had to stop the machine switching off the plug fearing to approach it.
                              I am stuck without using the washing machine for almost 10 days and I have not got the compliant attended. With the present complaint, now I think the only option left is to sell the machine for scrap and buy a washing machine other than IFB who does not show any response or commitment to its old customers, the poor workmanship and quality of the local service center been entrusted by IFB. I was forced to write this message to you because of the inconvenience and distress caused to me and my family members due to this.

                                PROBLEM:
                                we are from Vizag. The service centers are saying that there is no AMC for digital 5.5kg washing machine.
                                so the people of that center are not accepting for AMC. But when i spoke to my cousin who lives in Hyderabad(having the same system), she receives calls from the services center everyday to pay the AMC...but in our case it is not like that.
                                the person who came to our house did not repair the machine and said that there is no AMC for digital 5.5kg washing machine.
                                so basically there is no proper response here.
                                so please let us know what is going on and take this issue seriously...

                                  I had purchased the ifb top load fully automatic washing machine model no :w/m pl65rdw (6.5kg) on 8th february 2016 from m/s sirohi electronics, mahavir enclave, new delhi. There had been several complaints with the working of this maching since day 1. The mechanic from your service provider office came on 7th may 2016 but cound not repair the defect and give satisfactory reason and thereafter when i responded "no" to your message whether i am satisfied or not with the service of your mechanic, then i received the following massage "an incidence e122375 has been generated in our esclation channel system on 7th may itself".

                                  But, since the day i received the above message, nobody has contacted us or visited our place to physically check the machine and remove the defects.

                                    I purchased IFB washing machine on 30th April 2016. Washing machine model is senorita Aqua sx 6.5kg. This was fixed on 03rd May 2016 by the IFB service person named DASS. On 07th May 2016, we called IFB and ordered for IFB trolly for the same washing machine. The same service person named DASS brought the trolly and fixed. While the service person DASS fixed the trolly in my washing machine, he damaged the washing machine as he forcefully dragged the washing machine and bottom part got damaged. Service person DASS told us that they will replace the bottom part on 09th may 2016 but it is not yet replaced and when I called the service person DASS he is not giving proper response. I want this to be fixed immediately and action needs to be taken on priority.

                                      My micro oven is not working and I have raised a complaint with your customer care, ticket no.[protected], dated 03.05.16. The service engineer has visited and told that there is a problem with magnetron and will be replaced as the machine is under warrnty period. But to my surprise he didn't turned back and came to know that my complaint is closed without solving the problem. Once again I have given the complaint ticket no.[protected], dated 09.05.16and the same service engineer once again visited and told the same reason and left without solving the problem. I contacted the service centre after repeated attempts got the reply that we will call you back but never got any call from them.
                                      with a great confidence on IFB we will purchase your machines, the service is so bad in visakhapatnam, that we are forced to choose alternated makes of machines. Please try to solve the problem at the earliest possible.

                                        I have purchased ifb top-loading washing through snapdeal at the moth of jan-2016. From may 2nd onward stopped working showing d0 in display. The water is getting filled after that throwing the message d0 in display. So i have registered a complaint on 6th may 2016 through ivr. They promised me it will attened with in 48 hrs. But no one has called me. So again i contacted on 08th may 2016, they provided local contact, i called them on 09th may 2016 morning they promised me to sent technician by afternoon.
