Sir, your service man came & attended on 4 th of april-16 by name mr. Abdul(Contact number-[protected])took the full amount without solving the actual problem..We have paid him rs.750/- with faith on ifb service not on him. He came & replace the water out let pipe & given one powder pocket for cleaning.. The machine in future & we requested him to wait for some time to observe the abnormal sound...But he was so impatience...That he told that now no sound will come & your machine is ok & if any problem comes
Asked us to call him back. Immediately we noticed the same problem after he left our home & we are trying him since from last 8 days(From 4 th of april) he is not responding to our calls & today his phone is out of order.
Today i have tried local manager by name called mr. Niranjan-on [protected] more than 5 times ...There is no response from his side.
Kindly help us in over coming the problem.

    I had made a complaint about the breakdown of washing machine to the service centre at trichur, kerala-680001on last week of march 2016 ( ph no.0487*2388367 ). As there was no response i have made complaint with your customer care centre on 7th april 2016 and the complaint number is [protected]. There is no response till now even though i have contacted in your toll free no.[protected] each and every day. They have given assurance to solve the problem within 24 hours but my problem is not solved. Please help me

      We own a ifb oven & every year on time they come to renew the amc but since august 2015 we are calling them to solve the oven which is not heating & after several calls they attended & after 1 month we received the product with missing parts & the oven is still having the same problem & the person keeps lying that he will come & attend his name is manjunath its almost 2 months he is lying.

      We bought a washing machine from ifb Model- senorita sx 6 kgs. We have 4 years warrenty on it .last sunday the soor lock got broken. Please replace it as soon as possible.
      I am facing issues with my IFB washing machine for the past 2 days. They promised that they will come in 24 hrs. But no use. Very poor service. This is not the first time that I am facing issues with IFB. I am still facing issues. All my clothes have piled up for the past 3 days. No response from them.

        On 29.03.2016 a lady representative from IFB has called over phone([protected]) and listened the facts. After listening she assured me to send an engineer from IFB itself. After two days an engineer came to my residence and once again only from authorized service center at New Alipore. The ‘skilled’ engineer after being informed all past experiences o[censored]s, tried to switch on the Microwave and the fuse was not only got detached but also the display panel went off. The engineer simply plugged-off the Microwave and went out.
        Once again, one engineer (Rehaman, Mob : [protected]) came from IFB on 2/4/2016. He, after inspection, told that two fuse, capacitor, diode and touch panel(Keypad) are to be replaced so that the Microwave would start functioning. But no need to change the magnatone (which was declared faulty by the earlier visiting engineer Mr Ranjan Pramanik) since it is working properly.
        Now I would like to lay before the authority, that I logged complaint (ticket no.[protected]) that the Microwave stopped heating only. No other problem was there except heating problem before attended by the service engineers.
        I was told over phone from IFB (officer-in-charge of service department probably) to pay for the damaged parts and also was told that damage could have been occurred while testing was carried on by the engineer. I deadly opposed saying that any test causing damage of spare parts should not be done at the cost of Customer. Thus, Company must replace all the spares that are deliberately damaged due to unskilled ability of the engineers while testing was carried on.
        After a lot of arguments, IFB now decided to replace only fuse at their cost and all other spares(i.e. touch panel which was perfectly working, diode, capacitor etc) would have to be borne by me only.
        In the light of the above stated facts, I would like to have full justice from IFB authority and further request to repair the Microwave at the earliest without affecting any extra cost towards customer.

          This is the 2nd time it is happening first time I managed to get it delivered with lots of followup.

            My ifb serena washing machine is under amc (307449 dated-22/11/15). Machine is not working from last week so made a complaint and got the complaint number which is: 17639761.

            Engineer visited and said he will come with parts on next day and not came.

            Today i have called engineer mr. Ajay and he said he will check again and do some "jugaad" because parts not available.



            I was having a very good image of ifb support but sorry to say that your support is very poor. Request you to send some senior guy to resolve my ifb issue on urgent basis.



            My old age parents staying with me and since last week machine is not working. Hope you will help me and ask ifb to resolve the issue on priority

                I am a customer of ifb, using washing machine and having amc for the same, i have given complaint on 1st apr 2016 stating that not functioning, ( complaint no [protected] ) but no response till now, when again contact c care two days back, that have asked to contact local chennai team. Again i have contacted mr raja mob no [protected] and he in turn made me contact one more person at mob no [protected], he was assured will rectify the same yesterday, but even now they are reluctant to take my calls and even no answers for sms.

                  I purchased Microwave Oven model 30FRC2 on 27/12/2015 from IFB zoo road branch, Guwahati. The oven fails to back a cake and cakes prepared have its interior raw and viscous ( no solidification takes place)even on number of attempts under guidance of company personal.Company failing to resolve the issue avoiding calls and contact.No further response or guidance from the IFB office where from it was purchased. Incidentally I happened to be the first cusomer of that IFB Branch which was opened only on 27/12/2015. I feel cheated.Please replace it if not repairable or refund my hard earned money.

When we bought our machine it used to take water in 10 minutes but now it is taking more than 30 minutes.making a more trouble for me for washing cloths.It is taking more than half a day for one trip of wash.we already called for a technician but we did not get any response over it.so I kindly request you to send a technician to repair it.

                      We had filled a compliant on 30 march 2016 regarding huge noise being caused by our ifb washing machine (Compliant number:[protected]. Since then we have been chasing up the call center as well as the local service center in gurgaon but they keep on delaying the compliant saying the concerned person will contact us in 2 hrs. Same response is received every time we call them and till date neither has anyone visited nor called for resolving the issue. Infact we have been calling them up on a daily basis and reminding them about the pending complaint but they keep on delaying the matter.

                      Hereby request the forum to please escalate the issue with the ifb industries and seek an immediate resolution on this.

                      This is not the first time this has been happening, the product purchased has been facing various problems like noise issue, timer not working, ball bearing issue, socket issue (Pcb), etc since we bought it. Every time we have to face the pathetic after sales service procedure of ifb industries and gurgaon service center.

                      Also, please share this pathetic after sale service experience on social media with other existing/ future consumers who should be aware of the pathetic response/ product of ifb industries.

                        I have taken ifb 6kg washing machine on[protected]. It has 4 years 100% warranty. From past 2 months i am observing the display of washing machine is flickering. Recently i have complied to the customer care and some one from service department came to my home and checked the machine. He confirmed the display pcb is not functoing properly and said he will replace the pcb under warranty. After that i called the service engineer and customer care couple of time, they were simply saying due to no stock they are not able to replace the display pcb. Now my washing functionality is totally stopped.

                        I am requesting you to replace the display pcb on high priority or return my money and take back your machine.

                        I have the same issue; Digital 6Kg Washing machine working fine but Display is not proper. I paid Rs 590/- for visit to Engineer as I am without Warranty.. Now complaint has been closed. I think IFB must do something also return back Rs 590/- because before the visit I clearly told the problem and they knew they have no solution. They should give me a better replacement option with price less than to Amazon and should pay some for old machine. . Engineer said they do not have parts but he will report to his office. They cannot be so rude closing the ticket one day after the visit and must talk to for alternative option as mentioned the other case here.

                          My washing machine had become very noisy on operation and water would leak. it was attended and repaired for rupees two thousand seven hundred and was told that it would run smooth after few days but it was making more noise and started getting drifted on operation so i called again and was again advised to change the motor and circuit which will cost around seven thousand rupees . I m being cheated by them and there false claim.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have purchased the brand new washing machine from Mani Electronics Pondicherry on 14/03/2016.

                              The technician, Krishnamurthy came for installation on 15/03/2016 evening.

                              When he opened the box of the machine and connect the hose pipe and switched on the machine, Instead of water filling in the drum it has wetted our floors only. Without any intimation he went to his office and replaced the broken machine's spare parts

                              We have objected for opening the brand new machine. becuase the quality check ok should be born with IFB place and not at delivery end I guess so.

                              After several phone calls he has accepted for Replacement of new machine.
                              Why after much pains we have to accept the broken one

                              On[protected], the new machine arrived at my home, the broken machine also at my resident only.

                              The same technician came for installation and opened the machine and connected hose pipe and swithced on.

                              but the fate has not left us, my family has objected the dent piece, the cabinet of the machine was dent all over and the cover was not properly fitted.
                              Here why the company has not look into it. because the cabinet itself dent.

                              we feared and objected the insect will enter definitely and spoil the new machine. but the techincian has replied from the IFB company itself 99% of the machine will come like this.

                              the techincian has got the tape from us and sticked all over the new machine.
                              so i was not satisfied with the reply and contacted

                              Tickedt It No [protected] and replied not satisfied to [protected].

                              They sent me the incidence no E116304., but result is in vain when i first contacted the customer care number[protected].

                              When i informed about this incidence no. the person spoke to me rudely.
                              but at last he has taken the complaint.

                              The new technician has visited the machine and he asked me, are you using the machine for the first time rudely.
                              He has behaved my family members at high pitched voice his short name is damu from Manakular service.

                              He has replied to the ticket as customer out of station and cabinet cover has to be replaced.

                              Again I am asking did I paid for new machine or for dent machine

                              After several times of enquiry to till date i didnt get better result

                              Should I accept the dent product? will the company satisfy with the new machine.

                              Purposefully I have asked the sales executive Prabhakarn for new piece without any problem, he also saying in the transit problem the company will not take care, I want to know whether I have paid for new machine or dent machine or why should i take the burden of dent product.
                              I want to know whether the Mani electronics has trained him or IFB has trained the sales executive like this.

                              Please look into our concerns

                              In online itself when we purchase the product there is the facility of return order. like this how t


                              Yesterday 04042016 I spoke to IFB customer care about the other service Thirumalai status, He said the ticket in assigned status.

                              I also enquired him should I accept the dent product, no sir complaint to ifbcareservice

                              they will replace the new machine..

                              Somebody called me from number [protected] by saying he is the Director of IFB and will refund the amount and take back the product in two days.

                              Again around 11.30 Deepak from [protected] called and asking about the Debit card details of ICICI bank
                              1) Card Number, 2) CVV and 3) Expiry dates

                              IS they are reliable persons or fake calls.

                              Kindly verify and help me on this

                                  I purchased ifb washing machine on september 10th 2015 we have complained about the door problem on march 09 2016 with a complaint [protected] with registered mobile number [protected] the problem was not solved but we got the messege that the problem have been solved on march 16th 2016.
                                  But in realty problem have not been solved and we called the local area in charge and other ifb local technician so many times but they are not responding properly with genuine reason.
                                  I hope this may solve my problem or i am wishing to go to consumer court

                                    I bought an ifb washing machine ELENA, it was told to me that there is rodent protection mat below the frame base which would avoid rats from penetrating the machine.To my horror i found rats have penetrated into the machine from the base of the machine ("then why is the wrong information provided to the consumers is beyond my logic ").
                                    After repeated calls to the customer care i was able to lodge my complain, but yet my problem remains unattended.

                                      History:

                                      July 2015
                                      - we first reported some issues with our ifb senator 6 kg washing machine.
                                      - the technician visited and said the "mother board" needs replacement.
                                      - we said okay go ahead and do it.
                                      - the mother board was replaced

                                      Oct 2015
                                      - we had the same issue again
                                      - technician again visited and said "mother board" needs a replacement.
                                      - we said go ahead do it, but fix the issue this is the second time we are replacing the mother board within 4 months
                                      - bill no: 2337, arian enterprises, u16/64, dlf phase-iii, gurgaon
                                      - bill amount 3750/-
                                      - bill dated: 6th oct 2015

                                      Mar 30th 2016
                                      - we have the same issue again
                                      - complaint number 17607443 logged in on 30th mar 2016
                                      - technician sanjay (Mobile number:- [protected]) visits on 31st mar 2016
                                      - says "mother board" needs to be replaced again
                                      - we ask. Why same issue again & again
                                      - request him to replace the mother board and then try to see what the real issue is? Can't afford to have expensive replacements of the same part again and again.
                                      - he says would try with a second hand mother board first and then look into it.
                                      - we agree
                                      - he replaces the mother board and asks for 860/- without offering us bill.
                                      - we say no and insist for a bill
                                      - he goes to machine and does "something" and says he would not give us bill and goes away

                                      1st apr 2016
                                      - in the morning we use the machine
                                      - within moments the machine stops with a loud thud
                                      - we report back to customer care
                                      - we call up sanjay again and he says "this is the way it is going to be if we insists on bill" for second hand part
                                      - we call up customer care to escalate the matter
                                      - speak to a floor incharge who provides us with an area incharge's number (Mr chanchal - [protected])
                                      - he assures a technician would visit us by 3 pm on 2nd apr 2016

                                      2nd apr 2016
                                      - the technician never arrives
                                      - repeated calls to mr chanchal are not attended to.
                                      - we again call to customer care and speak to a floor incharge
                                      - we plea that the washing machine now has not been working for the last 4 days, we need urgent help
                                      - we are assured again and told to bear with ifb until monday the 4th april 2016 and between 1100 to 4pm some technician would surely visit

                                      4th april 2016
                                      - 1130 am we again call up the customer care
                                      - we are told "application not running", call up in next hour
                                      - we tried calling mr chanchal again and still no response

                                      Question to customer care team:
                                      - what else is expected from the consumer to reach out to ifb if there is a persistent issue?
                                      - why does everytime the technician suggests a change in mother board?
                                      - if something else is leading to the mother board getting corrupted, then why is the root cause not fixed?
                                      - why should a technician ask for money and not submit bills?
                                      - how long is it going to take ifb customer care to treat an escalated, urgent issue as urgent?
                                      - what action would be taken against the technician who asked for money without bill?
                                      - what action would be taken against the area incharge for not taking/ returning calls?

                                        Several reports made, to you, and to mr .Nandakumar of coimbatore manager by calling through his cell no [protected], and several sms sent to him, but no use he is irresponsible, ignoring, my call, my sms message, and avoiding or taken any care.
                                        If my request is not considered i have decided to go consumer court, this is my decision against ifb idustries and irresponsible manager mr. Nandakumar too
                                        Even now i am requesting you consider my request. As early possible to avoid unnecessary complication.
