Issue not resolved for past 3weeks

Despite Poor response from IFB service people, problems would also not resolved properly. in my case, from the month of January, I was calling IFB people for servicing of our (IFB - SX model )washing machine for which warranty expiry is due in March - 2016. Finally, on yesterday - on[protected], service technician came and simply applied Desulphate powder which was provided by M/S.IFB, to run through a clean cycle. it has started and cycle...

It’s a matter of great regret that having been of Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven from IFB I have been suffering a lot with IFB after sale service. I indeed utter dissatisfy with IFB services.

I have a Dish washer and it is under Annual Maintenance Scheme from Aug 2015. After that, the machine got repaired and it took 2 months for the team to repair. Within 15 days of the service, the machine was not working properly and continuous follow up for more than 2months the machine repair was checked and corrected.

I have conference call with Rana (IFB customer service) and Praveen (Branch manager) on 21st evening around 6 pm. I am totally dissatisfied with venkatachelam associate service center, conveyed same in the call. Praveen aggreed that he is getting more compliant about same service center. He promised to send technician directly from IFB instead of sending the technician from venkatachelam associate service center.But Next day...

I was promised a refund of Rs. 5000 by Ragul and Suraj for the bills that i paid for their Service Centers as they did not fix the issue. Now they are not responding....

my machine is not working from Feb 17th 2016 to till date. We registered compliant and contacted ifb customer service, Local ifb customer service. Nobody is helping. We have spent so much of time for existing for the service technician to fix problem. Actually technicians are not skilled to identify the problem, whoever comes tells the different problem and trying to sell new product instead of fixing the problem.

I brought a ifb washing machine from texmo traders, kayamkulam, kerala in the month of august and it started developing issues from the 3rd month. After contacting with the service engineers they visited and did some part replacement. But still the problem exists and service was done 3-4 times again without any luck. Now that they are telling they can't repair it, am asking for a replacement or full refund of the machine as its still in warranty....

We have been chasing and calling IFB Customer care for repairing our washing machine since Feb 28, 2016. At the time of AMC, they pursued and convinced us to take a two years AMC, but, now when they have to repair and replace a part, they are just not responding. I have shared the ticket numbers as evidence. Customer care executive promise to escalate the issue, but nothing happens after that....

Most worst service ever by IFB, never imagined this sort of poor service from IFB
Called in multiple times, there is no proper skilled technicians around I've to call many times for repeated problem in my washing machine.
This time it was much worse I called in customer support...

I have purchased ifb admiral 8012 washing machine in 2012 with 4 years of warranty, they have refuse to do further amc as they have discontinue this product in 2012 with in two months of introduction. Service is poor
