I have purchased the brand new washing machine from Mani Electronics Pondicherry on 14/03/2016.
The technician, Krishnamurthy came for installation on 15/03/2016 evening.
When he opened the box of the machine and connect the hose pipe and switched on the machine, Instead of water filling in the drum it has wetted our floors only. Without any intimation he went to his office and replaced the broken machine's spare parts
We have objected for opening the brand new machine. becuase the quality check ok should be born with IFB place and not at delivery end I guess so.
After several phone calls he has accepted for Replacement of new machine.
Why after much pains we have to accept the broken one
On[protected], the new machine arrived at my home, the broken machine also at my resident only.
The same technician came for installation and opened the machine and connected hose pipe and swithced on.
but the fate has not left us, my family has objected the dent piece, the cabinet of the machine was dent all over and the cover was not properly fitted.
Here why the company has not look into it. because the cabinet itself dent.
we feared and objected the insect will enter definitely and spoil the new machine. but the techincian has replied from the IFB company itself 99% of the machine will come like this.
the techincian has got the tape from us and sticked all over the new machine.
so i was not satisfied with the reply and contacted
Tickedt It No [protected] and replied not satisfied to [protected].
They sent me the incidence no E116304., but result is in vain when i first contacted the customer care number[protected].
When i informed about this incidence no. the person spoke to me rudely.
but at last he has taken the complaint.
The new technician has visited the machine and he asked me, are you using the machine for the first time rudely.
He has behaved my family members at high pitched voice his short name is damu from Manakular service.
He has replied to the ticket as customer out of station and cabinet cover has to be replaced.
Again I am asking did I paid for new machine or for dent machine
After several times of enquiry to till date i didnt get better result
Should I accept the dent product? will the company satisfy with the new machine.
Purposefully I have asked the sales executive Prabhakarn for new piece without any problem, he also saying in the transit problem the company will not take care, I want to know whether I have paid for new machine or dent machine or why should i take the burden of dent product.
I want to know whether the Mani electronics has trained him or IFB has trained the sales executive like this.

Yesterday 04042016 I spoke to IFB customer care about the other service Thirumalai status, He said the ticket in assigned status.
I also enquired him should I accept the dent product, no sir complaint to ifbcareservice
they will replace the new machine..
