I have raised a complaint of 12.03.2016 (Complaint no.-[protected]). The call center promised for service within 48 hrs but till 17th no one came. Till then we tired call center, service center and branch manager (Shanmuga) for several times but the call will go with no response or with promise that the service will be provided immediately. Then on i contacted ifb-area service manager (Gopal) on 16th evening and he assured they will attend the complaint immediately by 117th. But again till 17th afternoon no one came and by after follow-up with asm-ifb, person visited my house by evening for two minutes and left. Ultimately only by 18.03.2016 the washing machine got repaired.

But because of poor quality repair service, the washing machine again got same fault by 29.03.2016 and raised a complaint via no. [protected]. This time call center promised for attention within 25 hrs. As the complaint is repeat in nature. Till now no one has visited to repair the washing machine and after two days of try. Meanwhile the call center just kept promising that the issue will be escalated and quicker service will be given and provided tn- manager's landline no. ([protected]); in-which no one responded till now. Just few minutes back mr. Gopal (Asm-ifb) attended the phone and assured that the complaint will be attended today.
Such as the poor service and repair quality of ifb.

The most irritant one is that the call from a customer is not been attended by manufacture’s for two days and call center is not willing to share any higher official’s contact no to escalate the issue. Also during 18.03.2016 attention, without informing my spouse, they billed for amc and went. Now even after the machine is covered under amc, the response is very poor.

Dear team my technical complaint has been resolved but the way IFB Team treats their customer is still in question.

I am very happy with the service provided by IFB-Franchise-Co founder, because of her, I believe my technical complaint got rectified and confident that my future issue will be taken care of.

Still I am not happy with the response from IFB -Area Service Manager and state incharge, who were not responding, responded to my phone calls when I was in need. Request you to rectify this customer handling issue of IFB-executives.

    I have made a complaint on 19/03/2016 regarding the problem with the machine, I have been making several calls to the toll free numbers and to the local numbers provided by them also for resolution of the problem. Response is very poor and many times they do not pick the phone. I did not get any response to my messages also. Every time I get standard reply that the issue will be resolved very next day, but the day it is not happening. I do not understand what kind of international service they are giving to the customers?

      Sir i have complainted so many times but my complaint not solve till today for the past one month by your customer service also i have made a complaint and since 20 times i have called your toll free number he is told ok but not completed repair my washing machine. my complaint numbers [protected], [protected] and other numbers also there. So I request u sir please response my complaint and I have also called Murugan, and jagan these people also not responded. so please respond immediatly.       Still my issue got not resolved. daily
      I am calling local vendor but no response from them. None of the service engineer responding promptly. Very worst service.
      My first complaint dated 5th March 2016 almost a month gone without resolution of my problem, daily I am calling customer care to follow up about my complaint and registering new complaint for the same issue. Registered complaints auto closed without the proper resolution

        Even after raising continuous complaints, I have received no response from your side regarding the issue of the washing machine. I have called the customer care several times and they kept on giving reasons and accepted to send the service person every time I called.

        I have informed that I am ready to pay for the motor which do not cover under AMC still there is no action taken from your side in sending the service person.

        This is really annoying to accept such reaction from your company.

        Requesting you once again to resolve the issue as soon as possible and send the service person for immediate action.

        In case if I do not receive any response from your side, then I will be forced to move this problem ahead legally.

        Expecting your speedy action with this regard.

          This is regarding my complaint number [protected] that was raised on 13 March 2016. Without even providing a resolution for the problem, the complaint was closed and when we try to reach out again to check the status, IFB creates a new request (# [protected]). This is not the first time that we face this issue.. Everytime there is a repair work we go though this ordeal. Just because of their pathetic customer service, I am planning to change my Washing machine to some other brand. The only interest of the service guys was to sell AMC and other related products to the consumers. Request the concerns to look into this issue and provide a resolution ASAP. its been 17 days without a working washing machine and hope you understand the challenge

            Hello IFB team,

            I am so disappointed with your customer service. My ticket reference is [protected], which was logged for the washing machine which failed to complete its task and created a disaster in my house. The washing machine was overheated and created a lot of fuss in terms of burning my bathroom. This machine is 8months old and I am very frustrated with the quality check not been performed before selling it to the customer. This is so dangerous and could have taken any of the lives in the house if it was not noticed on time. I have logged a ticket, technician came to my house and did not even check anything. Apart from seeing the washing machine state, he informed that he cannot take any sort of decisions wherein I have to contact his manager. I called the manager Imbanath and he told he will call and visit with a senior technician and I have not heard since then. I called him several times and he never bothered to pick up the phone nor return to the miss calls.
            I want my complaint to be checked in the top most priority and will need a replacement ASAP. Please learn some customer service etiquette and try to act swiftly with a positive response. AFTERALL WE PAY FOR THE PRODUCT AND HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO DEMAND WHEN THE EQUIPMENT FAILS TO DO WHAT IT HAS TO.

            I am just hoping that my issue will be sorted in this forum.

              We bought IFB dishwasher in Feb 2016 and from the initial one week on words the dishwasher is showing F5, and the machine is attended twice in one month and still not being rectified, the service people within them self are confused whether to put water filter unit or not.Even now for the last 5 days the dishwasher is not being rectified.Please be careful before buying IFB dishwasher

                I am very much disappointed with service & support of such a big & renowned company IFB. During purchase of Washing Machine, I personally very much preferred to buy washing machine from IFB the world greatest company.
                But after buying I have lots of bad experience with the IFB services. Till date I have made a numbers of complaints in customer care as mentioned in the subject for replacement of drum of my washing machine, but there was no response from the IFB Service Centre.

                For resolving my complaints, I had also contacted with Md. Mehtav Alam, Manager, Patna, IFB, mobile no. [protected] & Madam IOC, Patna,[protected], but only assurance have been given by them.

                Your service Engineer Mr. Sonu, Mob no. [protected], Bhagalpur Service Centre continuously avoiding & excusing for not doing the the service of washing machine.

                Now I am totally fed up with the IFB for its very poor response & service. What I will do, I don't getting. Someone suggest me to go to consumer court.

                If my complain would not be attended immediately, then I have no option other than to go for lodging complain in consumer court.

                  My Customer ID No. is 1627945, Ticket No is [protected] dated 9th March, 2016.AMC No is 1513516.

                  I own a front loading IFB Senator 6kg (fully automatic) washing machine. The authorized service in Trivandrum did not attend my complaint even after repeated request. It is almost a month now.

                  After my repeated calls a technician visited and unmounted the machine, found some problem with a part in my machine due to which water keeps leaking while spinning. He said the spare part has to be replaced.
                  After that there was no response from them. Every day I used to call the service centre to request them to rectify the defect. Whenever I call them they say the spare part has to come from Cochin and it will come in next 2 days and the complaint can be rectified. But nobody came until today.Today when i called them, they said it will take minimum 1 week for the part to get delivered from Cochin office.I doubt if they are carrying it on their shoulder and walking to trivandrum.
                  Since the washing machine is a daily using thing, we find it very difficult, without it. I never expected & never had experienced such a poor service from IFB! This is indeed very much depressing and gives a lot of mental agony to the customer, who unfortunately happened to buy a washing machine from your company! The complaint is lodged on 9th March 2016 & till today( 29th March 2016) no favorable response is received from company's side apart from the first day "appearance" of the technician. More over I'm staying in a place in Trivandrum city itself, which is very easily accessible.
                  Please let us know if this can be handled in better way or else we will post an add in newspaper about the issues we are facing so that it helps other people in making correct decision. Service center support is pathetic.

                    Hi IFB,
                    you guys very interested to post me in this site stating that problem is fixed. I had a trouble of 35 days and last technician came just replaced 1 inch water filter solved the problem.

                    So many technician visited, unable to identify/fix the problem. I have spent so much of money in the laundry for past 35 days and i took leave for the service technician to shown which they didn't show up for 3 times.

                    It cost me more. I need my warranty to be extended for another 2 years as a compensation. I had a lot of stress because of poor IFB customer service.

                    Don't share the "Email id: [protected]@ifbglobal.com" this email id to customer. I received response after 10 days. what is the use of this email communication

                    IFB Washing machine - Area Branch Manager(Praveen) cheating the customer
                    Hi IFB,
                    I have conference call with Rana (IFB customer service) and Praveen (Branch manager) on 21st evening around 6 pm. I am totally dissatisfied with venkatachelam associate service center, conveyed same in the call. Praveen aggreed that he is getting more compliant about same service center. He promised to send technician directly from IFB instead of sending the technician from venkatachelam associate service center.But Next day evening Karthi (venkatachelam associate service center technician) visited and couldn't fix the problem and left.

                    I am having trouble with IFB washing machine for more than a month and false promise from IFB Area Manager Praveen.

                    IFB should take action against Praveen and Venkatachelam associate service center.

                    Hi,
                    my machine is not working from Feb 17th 2016 to till date. We registered compliant and contacted ifb customer service, Local ifb customer service. Nobody is helping. We have spent so much of time for existing for the service technician to fix problem. Actually technicians are not skilled to identify the problem, whoever comes tells the different problem and trying to sell new product instead of fixing the problem.

                    Don't buy the IFB products, you will be fooled by service centers.

                    My machine is not working for more than a month. It is still under warranty (not AMC).

                    My recommendation, Don't buy IFB product...

                      Still, I did n't get any response from M/S.IFB and surprisingly my complaint or it's ID is not visible in your complaint's list.

                        The re installation of washing machine ticket was raised on 25th and the provided ticket number is:- [protected]
                        The technicians at bangalore for ifb service are rude, and delay service. Till date even after talking to branch officer of banaglore, mr ravi, there is no resolution. Mr. Ravi has said he cannot provide warranty/guarantee on any installation service.
                        The allocated technician mr. Rajkumar, whom we have been contacting ever since, has been responding negatively .
                        Ifb has guaranteed service within 24 hours, whereas whenever we have raised an issue, the service has been warranted after 2 months.
                        Kindly expedite on this issue.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I logged a complaint for ifb Washing machine not powering on ticket No. is [protected] on 4th March.technician came he tried checking with motor, system board, but issue was not resolved. After one week he came with another motor, checked with it, same issue.Later he checked the wires, technician was not knowledgeable to identify the issue.I again raised a compliant in this phone no.[protected].They said the correct motor part for this model not available, will provide the service once it's available. I waited for one week no one came or informed the status in phone.I again raised complaint ticket No. is [protected]. On 21st March, still they say waiting for correct part.I never expected the company like IFB providing such a service.I kindly request to sought out this issue on priority.

                                Despite Poor response from IFB service people, problems would also not resolved properly. in my case, from the month of January, I was calling IFB people for servicing of our (IFB - SX model )washing machine for which warranty expiry is due in March - 2016. Finally, on yesterday - on[protected], service technician came and simply applied Desulphate powder which was provided by M/S.IFB, to run through a clean cycle. it has started and cycle run also finished. he said that there would not be any problem. I signed the papers . but just now on today, that is[protected] we checked and found it's front load door itself is not opened. I am unable to open the front door to load the clothes. it is just like dead now.

                                kindly arrange the service representatives to solve the problem at the earliest.

                                  It’s a matter of great regret that having been of Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven from IFB I have been suffering a lot with IFB after sale service. I indeed utter dissatisfy with IFB services.
                                  I purchased Microwave oven Model no.MWO30SRC1 on 31.08.2009 from 14, Taratala, Kolkata-700088. In the year Sep, 2014, Microwave Oven was found faulty(only heating problem). I booked a complaint and a person viz Ranjan Pramanik visited my residence and instead of finding out the problems he was more interested to market and sale out his products for maintenance of Microwave Oven. I reluctant to get repaired from him and I contacted directly to IFB office next day. One person has come and changed the magnatone at a cost of Rs.2596/= on 09.09.2014.
                                  Once again the above Microwave oven starts malfunctioning on 07.03.2016 and I booked a complaint ( no.[protected] on 07.03.2016). The same person Mr. Ranjan Pramanik was sent on 09.03.2016 and I was indeed afraid to get examined the Microwave Oven by the said person. Still I trust and let him go into check.
                                  In fact, the Microwave Oven was working properly except heating problem before his coming. But I saw the person once again starts marketing his products and really found to have been a unskilled engineer who was aimlessly finding the problems(I doubt whether the person really equipped). After his rearrangement of something inside the Oven, fuses were gone off and he suggested that cost of repairing would be around Rs.1000/= to replace diode, capacitor, fuse etc. But suddenly he told that he would once again put a check and Oven might be working and I need not to bear any extra cost except service charge. But I astonished that smoke was coming out from the oven since the magnatone was burnt while further checking was made.
                                  Now he told that maganatone also to be replaced in addition to the above spares mentioned earlier and the total cost would be around Rs.3500/=.
                                  Even after that he has taken his service charge for Rs.229/= and went out.
                                  Immediately after the person went out, I made a call to Mr. Anup Goel, Mob [protected]. I told the entire things so happened and he assured that he would send a person on the next day to visit my residence.
                                  Alas! Neither he neither sends any person nor responded my phone calls on the subsequent days.
                                  Under the above the state of facts, I would like to lay before you why such un/semi skilled person is being sent to the customer’s premises when he is not at all capable to handle the problems rather he damages spares further and that too at the cost of customer’s money.
                                  I would therefore request you kindly to look into the matter and also arrange to rectify the Oven without effecting any extra cost resulting due to wrong handling by your un/semi skilled engineer.

                                  On 29.03.2016 a lady representative from IFB has called over phone(+913330489297) and listened the facts. After listening she assured me to send an engineer from IFB itself. After two days an engineer came to my residence and once again only from authorized service center at New Alipore. The ‘skilled’ engineer after being informed all past experiences of us, tried to switch on the Microwave and the fuse was not only got detached but also the display panel went off. The engineer simply plugged-off the Microwave and went out. Once again, one engineer (Rehaman, Mob : +917407956866) came from IFB on 2/4/2016. He, after inspection, told that two fuse, capacitor, diode and touch panel(Keypad) are to be replaced so that the Microwave would start functioning. But no need to change the magnatone (which was declared faulty by the earlier visiting engineer Mr Ranjan Pramanik) since it is working properly. Now I would like to lay before the authority, that I logged complaint (ticket no.1102042267) that the Microwave stopped heating only. No other problem was there except heating problem before attended by the service engineers. I was told over phone from IFB (officer-in-charge of service department probably) to pay for the damaged parts and also was told that damage could have been occurred while testing was carried on by the engineer. I deadly opposed saying that any test causing damage of spare parts should not be done at the cost of Customer. Thus, Company must replace all the spares that are deliberately damaged due to unskilled ability of the engineers while testing was carried on. After a lot of arguments, IFB now decided to replace only fuse at their cost and all other spares(i.e. touch panel which was perfectly working, diode, capacitor etc) would have to be borne by me only. In the light of the above stated facts, I would like to have full justice from IFB authority and further request to repair the Microwave at the earliest without affecting any extra cost towards customer.

                                    I braught ifb top loading washing machine in DEC 2015. For the last 3 days its drum is not working, obviously we are not able to wash the clothes.                                       I have a Dish washer and it is under Annual Maintenance Scheme from Aug 2015. After that, the machine got repaired and it took 2 months for the team to repair. Within 15 days of the service, the machine was not working properly and continuous follow up for more than 2months the machine repair was checked and corrected.
                                      Now again within 10 days of the service, the machine is not working, also i am tired of calling the IFB people. If a service request is raised, it is closed without even attending. 2 times, it is been closed. Even the local IFB service people is not responding.
                                      Also the Service head of chennai for IFB is not able to solve the problem.

                                      I have paid Rs.4000 approx. for the scheme and now I am in a dilemma since my amount is getting wasted.

                                      IFB has made my life worse in Dish washer.

                                        Thanks a lot for reply !!!... hope At least now IFB could show some thing positive in action ...!!!

                                        Still I don't understand a reputed company like IFB taking more than 2.5 months and still my issue is not resolved!!!

                                        I bought this washing machine in hearing lot of good things about IFB, but customers like me think otherwise after this incident !!!...

                                        If there is an issue for a machine which is not even 1 year old and it could not be addressed for this long, Reputed Company like IFB could replace my machine (correct me if i wrong..!!!, , ) .. after all IFB promised and sold machine stating 4 years warranty and Best in class customer support to PATIENT customers like us ...!!!

                                        My laundry bill has already crossed my budget !!!...

                                        I have made totally 34 calls in these days (a call per two day)...Is this work of IFB customers if we buy IFB products ???????????????
                                        Think about this from Customer point of view, what will be his/her situation !!!
