Most worst service ever by Ifb I've never imagined this sort of poor service from Ifb
Called in multiple times, there is no proper skilled technicians around I've to call every month or once in two months for repeated problem in my washing machine.
This time it was much worse I called in customer support three times each time they rise a complaint ticket and promised technician follow up within 24hours but nobody care to call...

Last 2 week am complaining to repair my machine no one can came, i bye last 2 month before only but no response its too bad name to your company, i didn't bye for a showcase so make it quick or return back your product...

Hi,

I raised a complaint on 10th march for noise in ifb washing machine and your engineer visited on 12th march.
After having a look he told some part needs replacement and he will do the same on monday (14th march).
Till date (16th march) he has not turned up or even had courtesy to call.

IFB stabilizer stopped working, on direct connection machine is working. Due to high voltage, the machine may get damaged. Has 1-year warranty for the stabilizer.
Repair, refund us with the new one.

I have bought a brand new senorita sx from the day one I am facing the was quality issue. The powder or liquid remains in clothes as such . we have to rinse the clothes manually all the time. I have complained so many times but there is no satisfactory service. Still we are facing the same problem. I bought IFB AC on 12/03/2016.Today is 16/03/2016.Still no one came to install my AC.i have called customer care number of times but, no proper response from them my ticket number is [protected] .If i call to Haritha (ifb manager) chittoor.she is not responding at all.please solve this problem as soon as possible...

I have an IFB washing m/c which is under AMC till 2017. I registered a complaint(#[protected] as it was not working on 9th March 2016. On 11th March, it was attended and I was told that it requires many replacements but would be done only when it's body is changed for which i have to pay INR 3700/-. Same day I paid the amount. Today is 15th March and nobody has even contacted me with any update. I called up IFB Customer care number again today...

I was gifted an IFB microwave as a wedding present. As per the warranty all 'parts'of the microwave are covered under warranty. The glass turntable of my microwave cracked while baking during the second use itself. It broke wile it was in the machine itself. I made a complaint to the service number and was allotted a ticket number. No technician visited and...

I have raised the Complaint on the above subject and continuously follow up for the past 3 years, Before 3 years technician came and told that Drum and Bearing has to Replace . also he told that if an covering under AMC they will replace the same with free of cost and then I have done the renewal of the AMC, after that I have done the 3 AMC renewal, no one has turned up to change the drum and the bearings . I can conclude that Either IFB...

We registered for service of IFB washing machine.The representative from IFB who visited us told machine got drum problem and additional cleaning need to be done. He asked to us register for AMC and take cleaning service named AQUA.He billed us amount of Rs 4218 for AMC and Rs 1800 for AQUA. After that its been more than one month, complaints have been done several times and few times representative visted but the problem hasn't been rectified...

Despite availing AMC and repeated requests and complaints, no action from customer care from IFB. Shocked to see such poor response mechanisms from so called international company IFB. Contemplating approaching consumer court for relief and resolution...

Recently purchased a washing machine (Senorita Aqua SX 6.5) and a microwave oven (30SC4). Installation and demo request for washing machine just satisfactory. I Complained on[protected] but still now problem not solved.Today i call to customer care and he told that the compliant was cancel and give the new reference number .it's irreating for me . It's create a bad impreesion of ifb service. I purchase the machine on last year only. its repaired on Dec month . so that I compliant to ifb service. The techinican came and told that the drum was problem. But still now no one come...

I am customer of IFB Washing Machine. I have registered a old complaint No: [protected] on 18th dec 2015 & new complaint no: [protected] (washing machine model: IFB Senator Front LOAD 6 Kg) and it is not under warranty.
After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and some few spares and the cost would be around Rs. 8050/-. The same amount Rs.8050/-...

I U.Krishna have owned one washing machine and two no.s A.C., s of your reputed brand.
But the I feel very sorry(sorrow) to say that i have several times requested for servicing of air conditions. But you have not responded well. My August complaint is also in open condition. I have several times called customer care but they didn't responded well.

This is sravanthi. I purchased ifb eva aqua vx 6kg washing machine on feb 7th, 2016 in Hyderabad. I used it 4 times only. Now it showing error and not working and we are called customer care and they told to us with in 24 hrs our service engineer is coming to resolve the problem but they are not responding to us now. 4 days were gone...
