Hi,

I am very much frustrated with the IFB service based on my recent experience with their designated local dealer (SHINE madurai). I raised a compliant 2 months back about noise issues with my washing machine. Since then there were series of issues and several part replacements. The technician first start started with replacing the shock absorber and stand (Spent around Rs.3500). The issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. The response was so poor and reverted back saying the spring and circuit board has to be replaced (Rs.1500). I agreed and replaced. Again the issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. Now finally they say that the issue is with the Stand. After removing the stand the issue seem to be resolved. Now the worst part is that they took the stand back promising to refund the money. For more than a month I have been following up with Customer Care and Local dealer with no progress made so far. Each time I call the customer care, the service desk person would give me a contact number to follow-up. So far I have reached to Daniel, Vinoth Raja and Priya. These guys point each other to get the update and for the past 2 weeks Vinoth Raja (I believe Branch Manager) no longer picks my phone. I am really disappointed with such bad service and I lost hope that my money would be refunded. I even doubt whether the local service dealer is genuine and properly certified by IFB.

Can someone help me on this? I am looking for some feedback on how to take this to next level.

    Dear Sir,
    I am customer of IFB Washing Machine. I have registered a old complaint No: [protected] on 18th dec 2015 & new complaint no: [protected] (washing machine model: IFB Senator Front LOAD 6 Kg) and it is not under warranty.
    After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and some few spares and the cost would be around Rs. 8050/-. The same amount Rs.8050/- paid on 10th jan 2016 for the spares replacement. But the problem not resolved, again we have registered complaint, but they not ready attend the problem. We tried to contact manager and service man but irresponsible answer from them, even they are asking & shouting us " why you are calling".
    when ever we call to toll free number they open new complaint number and they closed old complaint number. Finally, the service man came after several follow-ups and mails. Again, they told us to replace some spares but they are not giving us the confirmation for the problem rectification.

    I thought IFB is world no:1 company for washing machines, but very worst service .I don’t know why the people expecting world no:1 with worst service, you people don’t know and not able to identify the problems.
    We are following with this service centre more than 2 months. But the problem not resolved.
    Kindly look into this issue and resolve the problems.

I called in customer service so many time's each time they rise a complaint ticket and promised technician follow up within 24hours but nobody care to call me to update about visit or delay in Vista been more than 2months.     Query Your engineer come on 28.07.18, and said shock observer is the problem. And recommend to replace shock observer, Cost is Rs.2500/-. Also he collected Rs.590/- as a service charges. He said this is valid for one month. And also he forcing me to take AMC for two years for Rs.6, 000/- I called on 04.08.18 and 06.08.18. But he said stock is not available. I know IFB is a good company, But why this is happening. It will affect the IFB sale / IFB Brand name.

    After 13 Days, Today Technician come and corrected the problem. He changed the Shock observer cost of Rs.1, 800/-. And changed the water filter cost of Rs.1, 850/-. Thanks for Your good services.

      I registered a complaint on IFB customer care Number ([protected]) at 04:26 PM vide ticket No.[protected] on 25.02.2016, regarding new T.T.Glass tray of my microwave and they have booked my complaint. On 01.03.2016 I received a call from Mobile No.[protected] (IFB Ravi Kumar) from M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services (service centre of IFB) asking for providing on cost of Rs.800/- of plate and Rs.220/- towards service charges.
      I denied for payment of service charges and refused to take delivery of glass tray and accepted to collect it from service centre at the cost of Rs.800/-. Suddenly I received a call from mobile No.[protected] (IFB Shiva Reddy) for delivering the glass tray at free of cost and finally delivered the glass tray and issued Bill No.3230, dated: 01.03.2016 charging Rs.800/- towards cost of tray.
      In evening at about 05:03 PM I received a call from customer care of IFB, Hyderabad from number ([protected]) about the service provided by service centre. I narrated the total story to her and asked the price of glass tray on which after verifying from the records and price list she informed me the price is Rs.600/- towards cost of glass tray and she further requested me wait as she is going to direct the service centre to refund back Rs.200/- which is charged excess.
      On 05.March, 2016 again I received a message from IFB customer care stating that Complaint No.[protected] has been resolved. For which i replied mentioning as Not Satisfied for which I received a message and an Incidence E114358 has been generated. I submit that on 08.03.2016 at about 03:29 PM I received a call from IFB Customer care from mobile No.[protected] to her also I have narrated total incidence and then she requested me to wait and cut the call.
      It can be assumed that when the total picture is cleared before the superior IFB Customer care authority that the IFB service centre played fraud with the customer by charging excess of Rs.200/- towards glass tray of microwave oven.
      Hence I request the superior authority to take action against the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad for the fraud played by the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad with the customer.
      Your immediate action will be appreciated.

        Spurious material under amc
        My ifb washing machine digi & kg is in amc right from the beginning. (Customer id 2434012).
        Registered mobile no.[protected].
        He machine is malfunctioning.

        5th march 2016.:
        A complaint is made with ifb.

        6th march 2016:
        Ifb sent a mechanic mr pramod. (Phone no.[protected] from their authorized dealer surya electronics.
        At first the mechanic tried to make fool by telling that there is nothing wrong but when shown the problem and confronted, he informed that the pcb is required to be replaced.

        7th march 2016:
        Mr pramod came with a pcb without any packing or authentication marking identification tag.
        When my wife asked about the box, the mechanic sarcastically talked to my wife and on objecting, started shouting and wanted to take out the pcb. The pcb is proof of spurious part which the franchise now want to remove from the location.

        7th march 2016:
        Incident reported to ifb. No action.

        8th march 2016
        Incident again reported to ifb. No action again..

        9th march 2016:
        Incident again reported to ifb (Mr suresh - supervisor).
        Mr suresh arranged a conference call with the franchise.
        The lady from m/s surya electronics stared shouting that till the time the spurious pcb is not returned, they can not arrange another pcb. Whereas, now, i am keeping this pcb for handing-over to authorized ifb personnel as proof of fraudulent practice.

            Washing machine EVA DX Serial Num 7685 . AMC Taken from 29-March-2015 to 28-March-2017 .
            The machine started giving loud noise on 29 Feb 2016 . We immediately raised complaint number [protected] . But even without any engineer visiting our home the complaint got closed on 4 March 2016.
            I have raised a complaint again with number [protected]. Still no engineer has visited our home for any inspection.

            I have mailed to [protected]@ifbglobal.com . There is no reply from IFB. I never knew their customer service is so bad in a major city like chennai

                I have purchased a washing machine Model AW60-8061 on 24.03.2012, till than I have been suffering a lot of problems with the IFB washing machine. I have paid AMC amount for the same. If i lodged any complaint against the washing machine, the service boy attending after 6 or 7 days, & they are giving bad service to customers. on 26.08.2018 I have paid an amount of 2, 155//- to IFB for AMC for the period of 10.10.2015 to 09.10.2016, after collecting the AMC amount the service boy said to me that, the machine was full of rust in inside of the body, ( then he hit with his hammer ) hence replace the body with new one OR go for tinkering, OR sold the washing machine for Rs. 500/- to him. I surprised about his advise. after that every 7 to 8 days some persons are coming to my home and asked me- are you sold your washing machine for Rs. 500/- ? OR if you want new body, we will arrange second hand body for 3, 500/-. The IFB employees also said that the parts and body is not available to the model, hence, they will arrange second hand parts to us. They purchased the same model machine for 500/- and they sold the parts for nearly 10, 000/- to customers., with out complaint and/or asking any body how they came to my home, I seriously warned them to dont come again. On 23.01.2016 I booked a new body for my washing machine, then the service centre / employees said that they will arrange the new body with in20 days, but so far they are not arranged the same to me. I telephoned to them many many times (several ) but they are not respond to my calls, two days back again I enquired about the same, then surprisingly they said that, my new body order was cancelled and cut off my phone, I redialed for more information, but they can not lift my call. I cannot understand on what basis they cancelled my order with out intimation to me. And on 04.03.2016 I lodged a complaint against - water was not flow properly in to washing machine, but so far nobody attending the complaint. Hence, I felt that I F B is the most worst company and worst service. So please don’t purchase the I F B company washing machine.

                  I am customer of IFB. I have registered a complaint No: [protected]on[protected]washing machine model: AW60-205T, TOP LOAD) and it is under warranty. I thought IFB is world no:1 company for washing machines, but very worst service .I don’t know why U people expecting world no:1 with worst service, you people don’t know that what type of practical problems arising during usage of washing machines. Because we have a problem of Retrated motor, but service men don’t have any suitable equipment to open screw. you people unable to solve this problem from 20 days. We have called around 50 times to your people; they are coming once in 3-5 days, simply putting coconut oil then going. this is the service going on from since 20 days I have called so many numbers, those are,

Today[protected] one IFB person called me with this number:[protected] and they said the problem will not rectified at home.Bring your washing machine to service office and we will rectified they are saying.But your IFB service man opened my washing machine how can i bring that machine to your office. I am requested them can you send any other service man means they we will send but it won't rectified they are saying. I want to ask your people to close my washing machine for taking to your office but they not lifting the phone number-[protected].This is not the first time .Everytime i am getting same problem.No intimation for problem resolving.After keeping the mail only i got call from your company people.This is the status of your company service.

                    I have a IFB fully automatic waking machine. Its more than a month now for a part to replaced. Even after an escalation being registered a week ago, not a single call. I even called the service center here in Chennai and the person talks like he is doing me a great favor. This after taking an AMC.

                    I suggest you please stop this scam of cheating people and leave this country. We won't miss your products or your pathetic service.

                    Pledged never again an IFB. The South Korean and Indian brands are far better in resolving complaints.

                      Such a worst service your IFB company provides. I took IFB Fully automatic dryer. Even after so many calls and requests there was no person attended for demo and installation of dryer. If the request is not processed soon, This issue will be given to consumer court. Mind it. You don't have minimal responsibility towards your costumers.

                        I am customer of IFB, purchased washing machine in 2013. I lodged a complaint on Jan 28th 2016 from my registered mobile no.[protected] -Chennai to IFB-Customer care as water was not drained out after washing. After frequent follow-up, service engineer has visited my house and informed that pump to be replaced. Again started following up with the customer care then the technician replaced the pump after 15 days of his visit and then he informed that board is to be replaced. The technician who had attended has not properly analysed the problem. They are attending after giving many continuous calls to customer care. Local Service centre persons are not picking up the calls. We are very lucky If the call is connected.

                        With out rectifying the problem they cancelled my request complaint with out our knowledge and given another complaint no on Feb 26. Service centre informed that board will be replaced on March 4th 2016. From Jan 28 to till date we have been waiting for the solution from customer care. Till now problem is not solved. When we asked today again customer care informed that today they will raise another complaint no. What is the use of raising complain nos again and again without solving the problem. Customer is punished for purchasing the product

                          I have an IFB 20SC2 microwave oven, it was working fine but a month ago its touch panel stopped working.I registered a complaint by calling the customer care no. and after numerous calls a technician came and said that the touch panel has to be replaced and said that he will replace it within 2 days but it has been more than 25 days but no response from IFB service center.Till now i have made numerous calls to the customer care enquiring about when the panel will be replaced but they give some or the other excuse.They are saying that the part is not available and they will replace it once its available.I am fed up of continiously enquiring from cusomer care about when the part will be replaced.

                          I bought an IFB product thinking that it is a reputed brand and their service should be good, but after seeing their after sales service i am regretting my decision of trusting their company.It is the worst service i have ever experienced.

                          I just hope this time around my problem gets solved.

                            I am a user of IFB washing machine since 2012 recently i have checked that its warrenty time is going to finish. So i called up IFB customer service for servicing my washing machine on 28th feb they told me that they will attend me in 48hrs but til now(3rd mar) none of the IFB service men visited me when ever i call them they are saying we have sent our service man but still now i didnt get any service man


                            i have never seen a company giving such a poor service to there customers.They have really disapointed me i will never ever encourage my friends or family members to use this waste brand products(IFB).Such companies should be banned who try to bluff customers by false promises

                              I am holding an IFB washing machine which was purchased on January 2008.
                              Now my machine has leakage problem for the past 15 days. I have called many times to the toll free number and booked my compliant and i talked to the near by service center but there was no response from their side. Iam from Erode. Iam highly disappointed about the service and response of IFB and this company is worst in customer satisfaction and response.

                                I had purchased an IFB washing machine "Senorita VX" on 29.12.2012 vide Inv. No. 1820 DANAM, Chidambaram-608001. This machine is being often get repair and problematic.
                                on complaint the "hsp HART service point" at Chidambaram attended repair works on 18.01.13 and charged Rs. 3480.00. Eventhough this machine has been provided name ke was Warranty for 4 years from installation date 18.01.2013 to 17.01.2017. Again the machine board had been got damaged. They changed the board and charged Rs. 3100.00. Thereafter the machine get breakdown on 29.01.2016. Then I have approached the customer care and lodged a complaint vide ticket no. [protected] date 30.01.2016. There after some people came and dismantle the machine and said, belt, drum, board etc., damaged! we will place supply order and attend the repair. They didn't turned up.
                                Then I have approached the customer care and lodged a complaint vide ticket no. [protected] date 16.02.2016. Again some persons from IFB franchaise came and told the same. The repair and replacement of spares intended not attend till date. Now we facing hardship and paying Rs 120.00 per day for washing from the date of repair excluding conveyance charges.

                                  My dishwasher has not been working since 2 weeks. Inspite of repeated complaints and even repeated calls to the service centre vijaylakshmi enterprise no technician has come to sort the problem. A technician came to rectify the first complaint however the machine is worse after his so called service. No one has come after registering a complaint for the second time. Worst service by ifb and poor knowledge by the "technicians".

                                      We have recently opened another Outlet In Kalyan Nagar - Bangalore Area & And are Proud to have Countinued Patronage & Association with IFB.

                                      We have installed the IFB - IDW from the local office technician. ( IFB Industreis Limited, 16/17, Vishveshwaraiah Industrial Estate, Mahadeva Pura Post, Bangalore - 560048 )

                                      Now that the machine is Installed and ok ... The local team here having seniors like Mr. Venkatesh Murthy & Team have been just Very Disappointing & Hopeless in fulfilling our requiremnts in regards to the Supply of IDW Detergents. & Because of no IDW Detergents we are unable to use the Machine at all.

                                      Repeated Calls / n number of remainders since last 10 days to Mr. Naveen at the same office has no good response.

                                      Our Indiranagar Outlet also is facing the similar problem of supply for the IDW Detergents ... Hopeless response from Mr. Venkatesh Murthy & Team.

                                      We really dont understand the way things are being taken forward here at local level.

                                      We are really Sad & Sorry to expect this kind of a low level & very unruly service here from your local office.

                                      Please Suggest what is to be done & how do we start our IDW without the Detergents.
