Hi IFB,
I have conference call with Rana (IFB customer service) and Praveen (Branch manager) on 21st evening around 6 pm. I am totally dissatisfied with venkatachelam associate service center, conveyed same in the call. Praveen aggreed that he is getting more compliant about same service center. He promised to send technician directly from IFB instead of sending the technician from venkatachelam associate service center.But Next day evening Karthi (venkatachelam associate service center technician) visited and couldn't fix the problem and left.
I am having trouble with IFB washing machine for more than a month and false promise from IFB Area Manager Praveen.
IFB should take action against Praveen and Venkatachelam associate service center.

Ifb washing machine - worst customer service
Hi,
my machine is not working from Feb 17th 2016 to till date. We registered compliant and contacted ifb customer service, Local ifb customer service. Nobody is helping. We have spent so much of time for existing for the service technician to fix problem. Actually technicians are not skilled to identify the problem, whoever comes tells the different problem and trying to sell new product instead of fixing the problem.

Local service center is cancelled the ticket cuple of times stating that unable to reach the customer (Simply ignoring me)
Don't buy the IFB products, you will be fooled by service centers.
My machine is not working for more than a month. It is still under warranty (not AMC).
My recommendation, Don't buy IFB product...

you guys very interested to post me in this site stating that problem is fixed. I had a trouble of 35 days and last technican came just replaced 1 inch water filter solved the problem.
So many technician visited, unable to identify/fix the problem. I have spent so much of money in the laundry for past 35 days and i took leave for the service technician to shown which they didn't show up for 3 times.
It cost me more. I need my warranty to be extended for another 2 years as a compensation. I had a lot of stress because of poor IFB customer service.
