Last year we purchased IFB Washing maxhine in Chittoor and the model was Senorita Aqua 6.5KG. Fonts on the nameplate Got erased and had spoke to the dealer in Chittoor as well. He keeps on saying that he ordered the product for replacement but still it's in transit or courier....

The technicians took the dishwasher to service center on 17th Feb, 2016 and promised to return it within 3 days. But there is no sign of them from that time.
Instead, I got an SMS on 23rd Feb, 2016...

I have a washing machine admiral 7w and is under warranty till April 2016. I have been calling since December 2015 to get the drum rubber replaced because it has worn out. I have been told that the part is not available and I can buy a new machine with a 20% discount. This is the most stupidest answer I have got by the senior manager. I had declined the request. Hi Team, I need the compensation on my AMC contract with IFB, where I have not getting any proper support on all reported problem almost 4 months back issue reported, still solution has been not given. as per the SLA for AMC contract, two working day's to address the issue, but when problem reported with call center, problem looked after 40 day's, which is not acceptable . when you not have time to address the all the customer call in time,...

Vellore service center person came inspect the problem one weak after the complaint and told to replace some parts and don't complaint in customer care. Still they didn't came. Daily am calling to that service center.

The service call was responded by your personnel and I was informed that the problem is with the Motor which do not cover under the AMC ( AMC no : 0024638).

Hence there is no support rendered for the AMC, I would like to withdraw my AMC and please return the AMC amount

I had raised a complaint on Monday 22nd Feb 2016 for general service of my washing machine. Till today i.e 25th feb nobody bothered to check into it.

Is this what IFB is known for? Every time I give a call to the customer care, they just redirect us to some landline number which has no response.
I am very much frustrated with IFB service. If this continues, IFB will lose its legacy....

IFB top load washing machine is not working as it showing E4 error, and the drum is not rotating while rinsing and the water is continuously going from inlet to out going pipe....

We have AMC with IFB and raised below 3 calls because of PCB board is not functioning properly, more than 3 months has gone till now board not changed i am very disappointed with IFB worst service.

I moved from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon and thus placed a re installation request (#[protected] with IFB customer care on 9th Feb for my machine machine (unfortunately I bought one.. to which I regret till date).

Firstly I did not get even a call from anyone till 2 days and had to call them back to follow up even though your response time says 24 hours. I had told them the new address in detail.
