Dear Sir,
My Name is Ranjith, I have raised a complaint on 17-Dec-2015, to repair water leak problem in my IFB washing machine. Complaint number : [protected], It is almost 2 months since i raised the complaint, but still the issue is not resolved.
I am very much frustrated.
When i call the local authorized service center they are not properly responding.
The Local service center Manger Name: Sharath and his mob number: [protected]. I called 100+ times for this number, but many times he is not picking the call, when he pick the call he says we will come tomorrow and check, i have got his statement from him more than 10 time, but still the issue is not resolved.
He has directed this complaint to another technician, he is also not responding properly, .
I need immediate attention on this.
Kindly do the needful.
