Complaint date: 24-Jan-2016
Complaint no: [protected]

Vellore service center person came inspect the problem one weak after the complaint and told to replace some parts and don't complaint in customer care. Still they didn't came. Daily am calling to that service center.

All my previous complaints also takes nearly one month to rectify. Please check my previous complaint history. Same problems happening repeatedly, I don't know they are trained for service or not. Totally disappointed about that service center. If parts are not in that center means remove that center. Please take a necessary action to the service center.

      This is with regard to the Ticket no raised [protected] on 27th January 2016.

      The service call was responded by your personnel and I was informed that the problem is with the Motor which do not cover under the AMC ( AMC no : 0024638).

      Hence there is no support rendered for the AMC, I would like to withdraw my AMC and please return the AMC amount

        I had raised a complaint on Monday 22nd Feb 2016 for general service of my washing machine. Till today i.e 25th feb nobody bothered to check into it.

        Is this what IFB is known for? Every time I give a call to the customer care, they just redirect us to some landline number which has no response.
        I am very much frustrated with IFB service. If this continues, IFB will lose its legacy.

              I moved from Ghaziabad to Gurgaon and thus placed a re installation request (#[protected] with IFB customer care on 9th Feb for my machine machine (unfortunately I bought one.. to which I regret till date).

              Firstly I did not get even a call from anyone till 2 days and had to call them back to follow up even though your response time says 24 hours. I had told them the new address in detail.
              Next I got a call from person stating that no one responded at my address. Upon inquiry, got to know that he went to the old address, despite the fact that I had updated the new address with Customer care executive.

              I again called up to cust care and got to know that they updated the address and NOT THE CITY !!! --- I don't know how to respond to such a blunder.

              Again for next 4 days, No call from any one. I called up again, and got to know that city in address is still the same !!! This was a test of my patience. I still updated the address with customer care and was promised prompt service.

              For next 3 days, there was no response. I called up cust care and talked to HANEF MOHAMMED and was promised a call back from his senior in 1 hour (I am waiting for that till date !!!)

              Finally I called up cust care again today and talked to UDAY (this is exact 13 days from the date the complaint was made) and got to know that city in address is still same. He himself admitted that there have been more than 10 follow ups from my end and the worst part was the THE REQUEST WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REASON MENTIONED IN SYSTEM !!! Moreover the ticket was not cancelled from my end neither was I informed.

              I would really really request you to go through all the recording of the call, if you people have that level of infrastructure set up.

              I will really really ensure that I never suggest anyone ever an IFB product in my life again. And thankfully I made the right decision at the last moment to buy LG microwave. Can't even imagine where I would be stuck, had I bought IFB!!!

              Kudos to you !!! - Of all the appliances/gadgets I use, IFB has topped the chart for WORST service !!! Decided NOT TO buy IFB product ever in my life.

                          My father purchased IFB senator DX washing machine (6Kg) on 4/5/2011 from QRS Retail Ltd; Kottayam(Invoice No.[protected] dt. 28/4/'11) Immediately after installation the machineused to produce abnormal sound when in operation and constant complaints were made with the sellers. Each time the service person used to attend and told the sound was due to the platform on which the machine was kept. He then put it directly on the floor after removing the stand. Even then abnormal sound used to come from the machine in operation. He was being fooled by the service person each time. After realising that the warranty period is over for the machine, he came to open and service the machine recently. Then he discovered that both tub and its mounting bracket and bearing are broken. He charged Rs. 8100/- as service cost. This is just cheating from the company side. My father is 85 years old and the service person was constantly fooling him whenever complained. I feel the machine had a broken bracket & bearing, right from the day of sale and QRS person was cheating us by supplying a damaged machine. Kindly take urgent action against the dealer and get the above amount refunded from the company/service agency.

                              Its been 6 months we bought the machine, now the problem it has got is when we switch it on power is supplying to machine but it is not working. We complained in customer care they registered our complaint and sent a technician to solve our issue, he came checked the machine and said that circuit board is problem and that has to be changed, with in 48Hrs it will be done and your machine will be ready. now its been 20 days ...till now the issue hasn't rectified. No one is responding from the service centre, if we call that technician he is not at all answering the call. So kindly solve our issue as soon as possible.

                                This is one of my favorite brand IFB but I am really sad about his services. This is to inform you that IFB technician are worst. They are not doing any services there are like salesman. I have complained about water leakage adapter problem. The technician came and he broke the adapter and went. He said call the plumber and he is not responsible. I bought washing machine recently within a year but they are not solving problem after raise the complaint in customer care department to resolve the issue but technician called and abused. This worst service ever inexperienced. It was just normal problem in machine but they are not ready to help. I will write below technician phone number and also ticket number which I have complain earlier.
                                I would request you to kindly take strict action on technician. And also resolve the issues ASAP. Below the details

                                "My Complaint is Resolved” Thanks All of Them, After complaint I got a call from IFB from Gao Head office (83233072500) as well as Bangalore office. They took immediate action and they have sent same technician to resolve my IFB washing machine problem. He came and done proper job this time.                                   I Tulja choudhry Senior citizen i am in AMC Service till 01/02/2016 Booked complaint so many time ( min 20 times ) But last complain no [protected] on dated 01/02/2016 through customer care service and they asked for 48 hours since i am waiting for call from the technician but not body came and done yet . my husband gone through brain surgery so he is completely bed ridden in a day 8 to 10 times he do motions and toilet in bed so i would have to wash at a time in washing machine but my washing machine is dead position so i m facing big problem for washing machine after expense huge money and after taking AMC Service not helped me .

                                  My ticket no [protected], [protected] technician came and not rectified the problem and told me that some spring gone damage so i will come with and fix the problem after he gone i tried him call so many time but won't get response the same in this older age (senior citizen) where should i run to fix this problem so pls humble request do retify the same .

                                      Please see our records of complaint below that since we have been complaining that since 3rd January 2015 we have been complaining for rectification of the machine for no fault of ours. Your person while servicing kept one hole open due to which rat went inside and spoiled the wiring assembly. Since then we have been booking complaints but different people come and go but the machine is not rectified till date. After spending Rs.25, 000/- we are left with only harrassement but no utility. Please see the level of service your service engineers are providing.

                                      3.1.[protected]again booked complaint by mail:[protected] cable cut by rat not replaced since 6.9 as stock not available[protected]
                                      4.2.15 [protected] without attending replacement of cable, the complaint cancelled with a remark
                                      12.3.15 [protected] not rectified till date and complaint cancelled by service person
                                      3.9.15 Complaint No.11707449 – 3.9. dish washer not working – cable issue
                                      11.11.15 [protected] cable not rectified till date. Complaint booked since January.
                                      Last ticket No.[protected] (wiring assy pending and work not completed)
                                      New complaint booked again on 9.2.16 vide T.No.[protected] for changing wire assy. and rectify function.

                                      It is shame for a company of international reputation to have this sort of irresponsible attitude where no one is available to look into the issue of the customers. It is not once or twice but since more than a year you could not sort it out.
                                      If immediate solution is not provided to this issue, we will be forced to take it to higher officials.

                                        My Name is Ranjith, I have raised a complaint on 17-Dec-2015, to repair water leak problem in my IFB washing machine. Complaint number : [protected], It is almost 2 months since i raised the complaint, but still the issue is not resolved.

                                        I am very much frustrated.

                                        When i call the local authorized service center they are not properly responding.

                                        The Local service center Manger Name: Sharath and his mob number: [protected]. I called 100+ times for this number, but many times he is not picking the call, when he pick the call he says we will come tomorrow and check, i have got his statement from him more than 10 time, but still the issue is not resolved.

                                        He has directed this complaint to another technician, he is also not responding properly, .

                                        I need immediate attention on this.

                                        Kindly do the needful.
