Ticket no. [protected]: Filed on 27 Nov 2015. Error message: F8
Technician visited after 1 week. He told that he'll be back with spare parts. When that did not happen in 2 weeks, I checked with the customer care to find that the ticket is resolved and closed.
Filed another ticket [protected] on 19 Jan 2016. Technicians visited on 26 Jan, changed fuse, sold voltage cutout (1350/- more gone), left and closed the ticket. When I used it that night, new error message F7: overheating error.
Then after numerous phone calls, two guys visited and changed some other parts. But when I used it, I got the same error - F7. They never have time to check whether the problem is fixed as they are very busy serving customers, the service center manager explained. Though I don't understand with this quality, what do they mean by service.
Now I have another ticket no. [protected], filed on 29th Jan. No one visited since then.
On many occasions the service center guys committed to come but didn't show up ultimately. These made me either not to go to office or return early.
I don't understand how can this company be a reputed one if they don't bother to repair a faulty product even in the warranty period. They don't have any means of service request escalation, which also is very inconvenient.

This company needs to improve three very important areas: 1. Stick to the commitment - They almost always fail to meet their commitments. The amount of follow-up one has to do with them is ridiculous. 2. Technical expertise - They were able to fix the problem after 5th or 6th try. The worst part is that after fixing these guys don't verify. 3. Bending the rules - They close complaints without attending to them. It happened at least 4 times with this complain.

Technicians came to my place on 17th Feb to take the dishwasher and promised that they will bring it back within 3 days after repairing. As per promise, I should have got back the dishwasher by 20th Feb. Please note that there was not any holiday/weekend from 17th to 20th Feb. But that did not happen.

Instead of receiving the dishwasher, I got an SMS from IFBCRM on 23th Feb that my complaint no. [protected] has been resolved. So I reverted back by stating that it is not resolved. Then I received a call from IFB customer care and they assured that my machine would be delivered the very next day.

The guy who took the machine, called me back the next day and we agreed that he will deliver the dishwasher on 24th Feb at 5 PM. So I came back from office early. Before leaving office, I confirmed with the technician at 3:30 PM that they are going to deliver the machine as committed. I reached home before 5 PM and was waiting. Then the technician called me to inform that they cannot deliver the machine on that day because they got some urgent call. Somehow these guys decided that delivering my machine is not less urgent and the fact that they are unnecessarily making me leave office early on multiple occasions is of no consequence.

However, he promised that the machine will be delivered on 27th Feb at 10 in the morning. There is no sign of them yet. When I call his cell, that is switched off. So, I am sure that I am not getting the delivery today.

So, IFB Team, is this really the best service that you have to offer to customers? I am asking this because you assured me of the best service from your side.

    I am an Air Force Employee.I purchased a Micro Oven Model No 30 SC4 serial no [protected] on 19 Jan 2016 from Canteen Store Deparment through your dealer Maa kamakhaya Enterprises Guwahati(Assam). I got delivery on 02 Feb 2016 at Shillong (Meghalaya). On 05 Feb 2016 company rep has came and open the product When it was pluged in there was a smoke with burning smell was noticed by the Company rep. The Company rep open the system and found that their transformer is faulty. I requested him to replace the same with new peace as the i purchased and open by the your rep only. Till the time nobody from either dealer or company had replace the Micro Oven. I could not believe that this the response of IFB. Please look into the matter and replace the my Micro Oven with new one. i will not accept the same Micro Oven after repair as suggested by the dealer staff. Please look into the matter or resolve the issue immediately. Thanking you

      I have Senator Dx 6kg. I have following problems. 1) Shows E1 instead of End after wash cycle and wait for 2 mins after power off to open the door. 2) Start button and delay wash not workign . Have complained many times. Inspite of being in AMC the IFB person named Ravi comes and says will return in 2 days and gone until the next complaint.

        I am using IFB washing machine since 2009. My machine is under AMC
        I made a complaint on 7th January 2016 and it's more than one month, my washing
        machine problem is still same.
        It's more than a month we are not able to use washing machine. I have taken AMC for one year and its more than a month my machine is not working, then what is the use of taking AMC from you.
        last time I got a call from Mr Sharma (Ph No.- [protected]) for this problem from customer care,
        I spoke to him and he told me I have to pay rs 1500/- for some wire.
        I asked him to change 15 days back. He sent some technician Mr Jitender (PhNo. [protected])
        to change the wire on 5th feb 2016, but he told me IFB center has sent wrong wire so I will come again tomorrow to change the wire.
        I am not getting proper response from Mr Sharma and Mr Jitender to resolve my machine problem.
        Mr Sharma told me that my problem will be resolved in 2-3 days time, now it's 15 days and problem
        is same. When I am calling to check the status, he is not picking up the phone.

        I NEED THE SOLUTION OF MY MACHINE PROBLEM ASAP.

          THis is serious issue that it's 1 month 10 days now, and my washing machine
          problem has not been resolved by IFB
          I got a call from IFB Goa care on 11th feb 2016 and lady told me that technician
          will come on Saturday definitely.
          But no one came on that day then I called Ms Kashi (IFB GHaziabad) and asked
          her to check my status, she replied that she will check and give me call, but Kashi
          did not call me and when I called again many time on the same number but nobody
          picked up my phone.
          Is this IFB's employees professional behaviour?

          AFTER 1 MONTH 10 DAYS MY WASHING MACHING PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED
          AND NOT GETTING ANY CALL OR MAIL FROM IFB.

            My name is Deepak & i reside in Bangalore. I own(unfortunately) an IFB washing machine which stopped working about a month back, for which I raised a complaint on 28th January which was closed on 6th February without even visiting, leave aside attending to the fault.

            I again raised another complaint vide number-[protected] dated 6th February & almost followed it up every day without resolution till date(almost a month now).

            Also wrote on [protected]@ifbglobal.com multiple times but without any action.

            I have not seen such pathetic service & am totally frustrated. Such companies are taking customers for granted & I am taking this up in consumer forum now.
            I live in Visakhapatnamm my AMC ID No is 2832945.I have a problem with my IFB Washing machine Elena make, the machine keeps moving from its place and there is lot of Vibration, IFB service cell mechanics came replaced the dampers, still it is same, now the mechanic has told me that the cabinet needs to be changed, the cabinet is costing Rs3800/- even if you have an AMC, The local service centre is not giving me any assurance that the machine will not vibrate and move from its location. The machine makes so much noise and vibrate that you get frightened

                I am having Ifb front loading washing machine Digital 6kg model. My ID no. is 1578213, my machine is not working since first week of oct 2015 I have lodged a complaint with complaint no. 16616367 dt. 09/10/15 their engineer visited after 3 days and upon checking the machine he said that the bearing and the belt has to be changed and it will take abt 1 week to arrange the spare parts as they r not in stock. After that I kept on tracking but every time I get one reply wait for few days. I was so much harassed by them that I have to buy a new washing machine as it was really getting difficult for my family without washing machine. Even service centre head was not able to give any proper reply. In between one shocking think happened I bought a IFB dish washer near Diwali and the same engineer came for demo and I asked him abt my machine spare he showed me the complaint is pending with him but not got the parts. After that I again called customer care to know the status of my complaint as I was not getting any reply from service centre. they registered a new complaint with no.17236364 dt. 11/01/2016 and this time not even the engineer visited my site to check the complaint. I have written the mail regarding the complaint on 21st jan but no reply from their side. just because of them I have to purchase a new washing machine and they are now fulfilling their commitment of providing spare parts upto 10 years which they have commited at the time of sale. this is the harassment of the customer and I am planning to file a case against them in consumer court.

                  I am continuously complaining for IFB microwave oven, which has so many problems. The customer care does not respond well. Super services at shahdara is the authorised service centre who attended our last complaint but the person misbehaved and gave us a threat. Seeing that i may not be recommending the company to my family and friends, also i have to look forward before taking any further action. But the complaint is still pending because he asked us to drop the microwave at his service centre in a rude way.
                  Looking forward for the positive response from IFB or get it dumbed as a bad asset. In comparison i have been using LG microwave which has quick responsive customer care and best usage i would say.

                    It is regret to inform you that i had made a complaint on 09.2.2016 for washing machine is not working properly. I have been given ticket no [protected] and engineer will be attended within 24 hrs.Today early morning he called me for address and for problem of machine. After informing him them to attend first half but the engineer has visited after 5.30pm and simply said some parts required. He said he will attend on Monday if parts available or otherwise on Tuesday. This type of service we will not hamper. So you are requested to send engineer on tomorrow.

                      I had never expected such poor & low quality service from this trusted & superior IFB brand. I had purchased an IFB 1.5 ton split AC & I was shocked to see the installation of the indoor unit. The servicemen broke the window glass instead of drilling the wall for the gas pipe. The new glass costed me worth Rs 1000. The thing didn't end here. To my surprise, they tampered the split AC indoor unit by breaking both the ends in addition to damaging the newly painted wall of the room. When I asked the site manager for the solution to this thing, he didn't have an answer. I also mailed the higher management to take a serious & quick action but I hadn't received any reply yet. I recommend not to expect any good quality service from IFB mohali sales division. I had also attached the images of the damaged unit & poor installation.

                      My AMC Cust Id No 2832945.I have been trying to get an answer for my IFB front load Washing machine VIBRATION. The vibration is so severe that i have to be physically present and hold the machine during the process of washing. Made many complaints and got no solution for the problem.Because of the vibration a number of spares are getting worn out.Further i would like to bring out that the on 08 Mar i made a complaint to the toll free number and recd complaint no [protected] for leakage of water, the mechanic came on 09 Mar and checked the machine and informed that some tube needs to be changed and that he will come with the spare nextday.Subsequently i was in touch with the local service provider and every time i give a call they use to say that the spare is yet to be recd from there gowdown. On 14 Mar i gave a call to the Toll free number to check up reasons for the delay, from them i understood that the complaint has been cancelled as i was not responding to the local service mans call. Nothing can be more blatantly false than this in fact we were eagerly waiting every day for the repair of the machine.After my call on 14 Mar I have been given fresh complaint no [protected], hope some body will come and do the needful.

                          Following a free general service of my washing by the company the machine which was working fine until then started to leak from the bottom. So I made a complaint on Aug 24 ( ticket #[protected]).

                          The technician finally arrived on 1 Oct and I was told that some parts needed to be replaced and that if I signed an AMC the cost of the replaced parts would be covered. Hence I signed an AMC for 2 yrs on 1 oct 2015 and a complaint was registered (#[protected]) .

                          But the complaint was not attended until 15 Oct when the mechanic did arrive and work on the machine for 3 hrs and left saying that the motor needs to be replaced and promised to bring it the very next day and went away leaving the machine in an open condition. He did not turn up inspite of making repeated complaInts tkt nos:[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]. After this another mechanic did come and repair the machine on Dec 11 after which the machine worked for hardly 10 days and is now lying unused for more that 2 months since Dec 17, 2015. I want a refund of the AMC amount of Rs. 3990/-

                            I Rajni Jain Purchased a washing machine from RAZZLE DAZZLE ELECTONIC 10, VIGYAN VIHAR DELHI -110092. This is my third washing machine and I use only IFB washing machine I m your above 20 years old customer I purchased first washing machine from Daryaganj I think so (Agerlis electronics ) which have received first full payment after three month approximately machine come at my home by directly company daman Or Salvias factory, second machine I purchase by company directly and this was my third machine in last twenty years I never face any big problem by company I appreciate your product to all over our friends and relatives so that many person purchase this .

                            I purchase this machine from your dealer on 29/03/2012 with 4 years guaranty I m very surprised at that time when your vendors technicians come on my last complaint in January 2016 and he said company has discontinue the model WM 8 kg Direct Drive so company not given you A.M.C please check my record if you have, that when I purchase the machine every time after guaranty I take A.M.C if company have discontinue this model then what is my fault . So I request you kindly take the necessary action as early as possible .

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have been using IFB dish washer since April 2010.I have purchased annual maintenance contract which is valid for another 10 more months. I had registered a compliant about an issue in the Dish washer on 20/Jan/2016 compliant # 16995933 . One service technician came and said that a part has to be replaced and that he would come back replace. Since he did not turn up I registered another complaint [protected] dated 28/Jan/2016. I had called up the service call centre[protected] after this and enquired about the status. They said they would raise the priority and get it attended immediately. I had then called Hadvika enterprises IFB's service agent in Hyderabad. They said they do not have the required part and hence cannot be replaced until they receive the part. I had also mailed [protected]@ifbglobal.com about this issue last week. Until today I have not got any response. I am deeply paid by the deficiency of service . I request your kindself to investigate and penalize the company and the service provider and ensure that my appliance is rectified at the earliest.

                              The IFB company sent their senior technician to replace the defective part yesterday evening ( 12/Feb/2016. at around by 7 PM. I was contacted by Pooja Singh from email [email protected]. I was contacted again today by IFB service from phone +918323072500 to confirm the resolution of the issue.                                 Hi my name is Senthil I own a IFB top load fully automatic washing machine with an extended AMC as well. There has been continuous issues with the machine for the past three months. Whenever we lodge a compliant they take minimum 5 to 6 days for someone to attend the issues, many times they close the call without resolving the compliant and I end up relocking the compliant. they changed the panel board for two times now but still the problem persist. The worst part is they assign the call to some one and that guy make someone else locally to attend the call mentioning his came, the tragedy is they come with duplicate identity card as well. I happened to identify it by cross checking the security register at our apartment When we try to customer care they give the local region support but there is no proper response. I am sharing my latest service request number here which is open and see if anyone from IFB seriously concern about the company reputation contact me and resolve this. Compliant number. [protected]. I will never buy any IFB product in future and would suggest everyone the same as there customer service is pathetic.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am the customer of IFB with registered mobile no- [protected], I am having an issue with my Air Conditioner and I raised a complaint [protected] on 03-February-16,

                                  As per customer care executive they told within 48 hours technician will come but after 4-5 days of follow-up the Customer Executives and Manager(Deepthi, Hyderabad) said that they will send a service person immediately.

                                  Now I would like to bring in your notice that none of the representatives has visited to my home to get repaired my Air Conditioner so far.

                                  Daily I am calling the Hyderabad call-center and daily they say that "we will come and resolve".
                                  Even today I called them many times and after that they stop picking my phone calls.
                                  I have not seen such a useless and ridiculous Customer service ever.

                                  Now I would like to request to you. Kindly get repaired my AirConditioner as soon as possible. So that my grievance may be solved at the earliest.

                                  I shall be very thankful to your kind attention.
                                  I regret that I have chosen IFB.

                                    Angular wm 6.5kg red - washing machine

                                    I have a Angular WM 6.5 KG which is covered under warranty. This washing machine started to create a lot of issues since December 2015. Primary issue had been with water leakage from bottom side of the machine and few bolts came out. On reporting to IFB a technician and that to after making multiple calls came in and did something. It started to work but again the same problem resurfaced on 2nd Feb. Again complaint to customer care since...

                                    For replacement of existing faulty door frame & R gasket tube

                                    I have log complaint date 16.12.2015 for above said problems, still this call has not resolved and no action/reply on the same.

                                    I have contacted several times to your customer care complaint no.[protected] & [protected].
                                    and found not any answer, commitment, reply & confirmation by your representative.
                                    Every time i got committed by your representative i.e. complaint will be attended & resolved within 24 Hrs.

                                    I have also contacted & talk to no. given by you on [protected] Mr. Ritesh/Prasad, they also failed to their commitment given as 1 hr.

                                    More than 50 days are gone and no reply, commitment, confirmation by IFB on same.

                                    I have found IFB is one of the most WORST, BAD, UNCOMMITTED SERVICE PROVIDER IN INDIA compare to other brand in India.

                                    Also the very frustrating service by customer service by IFB which i have noticed.

                                    I don't know when my call was attended, but in future i never do mistake again to buy any IFB product & recommend to other people.
