My washing machine model is Senorita DX, serial number 71714. I have a active AMC for two years. I have raised a complaint on 16th December with the complaint number [protected] for issues in spin. No one attended the issue till 2nd January. When I called the customer service, they told that the complaint is closed (without my knowledge and for no reason). The customer service again initiated a fresh complaint number [protected] on 2nd January. Whenever I call the customer service for the status they will give a phone of Chennai service center, but no one gave me proper response. I have been following up frequently with the customer service with no result. Today (14th January), when I did a follow up with the customer service, they again cancelled the second complaint number and raised a new one [protected]. I have dropped an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 13th January and got no response till now. I have been desperately following up with the customer service, Chennai service center, Chennai branch manager, Senior management in customer service, but none of them could provide me a resolution. I am really wondering, how such a international brand has a poor after sales service network. To be specific, the Chennai service branch is worst to the core and no proper response is being shared with a desperate customer, who is suffering with out a washing machine in spite of having a active AMC. I have knocked every door, let me see if this helps.

      Hi, my washing machine started making noise during dryer run and I raise complaint and someone comes home and says it would cost a lot and asked me take AMC. I do that. After that he doesn't pick up phone. I contact your call center and a new technician comes and says AMC is invalid. This trinity agencies used to be your vendor and now it's not. Whose problem is that? After that I get Rajkumar number he says he would get back.. doesn't get back. After couple of days I call back he give IFB service [protected] as he cannot do anything. This person asks for copy of bill, I mail as well. Now this phone number too no one picks up. I am given some Ravi's number, which again is switched off... I hate IFB. You are no brand and image. Can't you understand how frustrating it is to follow up after paying. I would use the machine till it runs and never come back or recommend anyone!! You guys suck!!Check complaint number: [protected] I request for refund of AMC amount and fixing of my machine!

      Thank you for fixing it. But why only after I posted in this forum it got resolved in couple of days. All the months effort is done in two days!

      Please make fake agencies do not issue any AMC. Have a check on it.

      Y'day the service person came and put three packs of descaling powder without discussing and made us pay for it. Descaling is done only 3 months back. I have two packs in hand and this person didn't ask at all. Please educate your technicians and also let us know when to descale. Your descaling isn't cheap!

      Thank you for all the top level guys who acted on this.. All the three stars are for you and for the product.

        I purchased IFB Washing machine during 2013. My customer ID is 2232446. On 13/12/2015 I registered for service through toll free no. as the machine do not function. The ticket no. [protected]. After a week a technician visited and informed that the spare part viz., Water board and Motor may need to be re-placed and that since the parts are not readily available, he will attend after availability. Since there is no response after this I again contacted the toll free no.on 26/12/2015 wherein I came to know that the above registration was cancelled arbitrarily. Afresh no. viz., [protected] was again allotted. I have also been informed that the nos. viz., [protected], [protected] & [protected] may also be contacted. Each and every time of contact I have been informed that it willbe attended to either on the same day or next day. But the same is not done till date. Moreover again a fresh no.[protected] is allotted. I request to the needful to enable me to use the washing machine which is not functioning for the past one month.

        Technician visited on 14/02/2015. Waterboard was replaced. The washing machine is functioning at present. Thus the service is done after a month. It has been informed that the delay is due to non availability of particular technician who went on leave due to his Father's demise. What I wish to say is either the fact i.e, the service will be done only on return of the technician, could have been informed or some other alternative arrangement be made to resolve immediately. Instead it has been informed by the company each and every time that technician will attend during the evening of that day which has not been done till the particular technician attended. Please note that the original request for service was made on 13/12/2015. The ticket no. of the request was arbitrarily cancelled within a short time and a fresh no.was allotted as and when I make call of reminder. The date wise details was mentioned in my earlier feedback dated 13/12/2015 . This is the kind of service provided by the company.

          Sir, Am writing this mail to convey my dissatisfaction with washing machine purchased on 15 Jan 2014. I have constantly faced issues with this particular model. I have given complaints to the local IFB service provider number of times but the service provided is not upto the mark. Every time something or other issues are observed with this machine. The customer service here also not responding properly. I have been not able to use the machine from last 4 months. I am very much disappointed with the product and service provided. You can also check the list of complaints I have already lodged. Please either provide me a better service or replace the Product. I have tried to communicate to all the possible people here at local IFB service provider including the GM (Ashraf : [protected]) but no one seems to be interested in the resolution.             My name is Priya Veembur and I had registered a complaint with the IFB service centre Bangalore on the 17th of December 2015. The complaint was regarding a short circuit in the PC Board, due to which our power kept tripping every time the machine was switched on. On 18th of December, a technician came home and said the faulty PCB along with the washing machine has to be taken to the service centre. On 19th, the machine was taken and the technician assured us it would be returned in 3-4 days' time. As of 11th January 2016, my machine has not been repaired. The machine was delivered back in between claiming to have been repaired, only to be declared by the technician to be still faulty, and also to have developed other complications (water was not flowing in to the drum, the light on the start button had gone off). After a few more days of numerous calls to the service centres, it has once again been taken to the service centre. On 12th January 2016, after being made to call the service centre countless times to know any updates, the service centre person Ramesh tells the PC Board is not available so the repair is going to take some more time. In my 10 years of experience as an IFB customer, I have never experienced such despicable levels of customer service. In the past more than three weeks I have had to make numerous calls to the IFB customer service centre, to Mr Kumar Swamy, Mr Ramesh and a handful of other personnel. Not only are these individuals highly irresponsible and incompetent, they also have the audacity to speak to their customers in the rudest of manners.

              IFB a useless company. Bought IFB 20L TR 20PMIS microwave oven. It does not work. The service is so bad, no one calls, back, after waiting 1/2 an hour for reply. Service cntre is rude. Imagine, they just say, no spare parts, we cannot help you. Warning all customers DO NOT buy anything form IFB. Terrible terrible company with sub-standard products.

                  Sir/Madam, I am holding a Front Loading 7 litres IFB washing machine since 7 years. In the 3rd week of December, I saw that the water exit pipe had broken and the water was gushing out of the pipe. Hence, I called your Customer Care call centre requesting for the change of the exit pipe. When the technician Manish came to change the pipe, since i was not at home and my mother attended to him, he told my mother that the blue rubber ring of the machine has a tear and needs to be replaced. So he adviced that instead of changing the rubber ring only, we should change the machine as its already out of warranty and is 7 years old. He first suggested that we should take an AMC and get the parts replaced. He also suggested that he knew an outlet on Sohna road which is just 4 kms far away and who would replace my machine at a discount. However, my mother informed me on the phone of his suggestions which I did not accept. I spoke to him on the phone the next day regarding his suggestion but since I had myself washed clothes in the machine the earlier day in that morning and there was no damage in any ring or functioning of the machine. I immediately understood that he must have caused the damage in the rubber ring to encourage the change. Hence I asked him to send the technician again. This time, after many repeated calls, Prabhat, the area Service Head sent a technician called Sandeep on 30th December, 2015. I discussed with Sandeep and asked him that since the machine was working very well, does it really need a change except the change of the rubber ring? Sandeep said that in order to change the ring, he has to change the front panel since the panel's iron sheet had eroded and may not fix again. Once done, the machine would work as usual. I had to follow up Prabhat and Manish and Sandeep for almost the whole week and they then changed the ring and front white panel on the 4th January, 2016. Yet the machine did not start working. Both Prabhat and Sandeep did not take my calls for 2 days and then when I kept calling every few hours from another phone number, Manish finally came home told me that the machine's motor is burnt and needs replacement. Since Friday I am asking them to replace the machine and send me the proforma invoice for a new machine, also arrange for refund and cause a replacement, they refuse to refund any amount nor are they now taking any calls. I even came to know from the call centre that the service team has got my complains cancelled at the call centre. The Call centre has asked me to speak to Chanchal who is also speaking the same language as the first three. Then Customer care of IFB asked me to wait and someone will answer my query but no one has yet called back. Prabhat has asked me to talk to Kavita who is not taking any calls. I need to bring to your attention that in the first instance when the pipe was changed, I spent the cost of the pipe and the service charge totally amounting to Rs.800. Then I spent Rs.3500 to change the rubber ring and the panel. It appears that Prabhat, Manish and Sandeep together have brought me to a state where I am compelled to change my washing machine. Also they have caused me to spend Rs.800 and rs. 3500 on a machine which was not working. My questions are: a. Will the technician change the part of a machine even if its motor has got burnt? b. Will he confirm that the machine will work if the rubber ring is changed if the machine is not in order? c. Has Prabhat and Manish and Sandeep and Chanchal all got together to earn a commission on the sale of a new IFB. d. Is IFB engaging such service personnel to increase their sales? e. What action will IFB take now? I want to place an order for a new IFB machine immediately and also claim the above expenditure to be set off against the cost of the new machine. IFB must also compensate for all the agony and trauma caused to me by non answering of calls and bad service by their entire service team in Gurgaon and Delhi. I hope your company will take immediate action for the above complain.

                      I am totally fed up with the service of IFB. The service person came was not knowledgeable and he is always beating around the bush. They show up after two days in response to my complaint l finding that the drum has to be replaced. They came with the drum and found no problem. They tried to dismantle the whole machine to get the drum out and broken the plastic surrounding it. They called it tub or something. They told then its the problem of the tub!!! last time they came and broken the top cover of the machine. I dont what kind of people you depute for the service. Still my machine is dismantled state and yet to be resolved. The attitude of the service person is so annoying. I have paid almost 6000 rupees in last month to service including AMC. Every now and then they are draining my wallet and peace of mind. Yesterday they were asking for 500/- transportation fee!!! I reported this to the call center and they give me the contact no of the responsible persons. I have contacted them and no steps are taken till to the time I hope you will have something to do with it.

                        I am from Bangalore and have a washing machine SENATOR-6 kgs about 6 years old. It was very noisy and I complained 6 months ago and your franchise service company RP Services visited and changed some bearings and dampors etc and charged about Rs. 5, 000. Now again there was very loud sound and on our complaint( complaint no. [protected]/06.01.2016), your company entrusted the service job to one company called SHIVASHAKTI ENTERPRISES. The technician said the tub is damaged and replaced it and charged about Rs.4, 500 just two days ago. Now the machine is in a very bad shape and if we switch on, it appears like some part has totally come out and very very noisy as if something is breaking inside.If we complain to your technician, he says he is busy. I want to know do you have qualified technicians for service and if your service companies do not know the maintenance and services, on what basis, you are selling your products with warranty of after sale service ? Please take this a notice to attend my complaint and rectify the fault in the machine within next 48 hours and failing which I have no option but to approach the consumer forum to address my problem and mental agony due to the deficiency of your service, pls note.                           I have generated 3 complaints ticket numbers with IFB so far: 1) Ticket no. [protected] dt. 12-12-15: We informed him it was flooded during chennai floods. He replied, then it wont be covered under warranty. It comes under customer not taking care of the product. Then he checked machine and said, you can run the machine for 6 more months but it will be noisy is it ok? We replied"its all right". Then he said "due to water your display has been damaged and it must be changed". We answered, " ok, change it". Then he said "he dosn't have anything now, so he will return and change the display". We waited a week no news from him. so, we called "IFB" to track the status of the complaint. They said it has been closed, then generated 2nd complaint. 2) Ticket no. [protected] dt. 27-12-15: Service engineer came, opened the top lid and took photograph. Then he switched on the machine, and used the display from 00:00 to 00:04 and took photographs of it. Then he switched off the machine and again took photographs of the display. Then he opened the rear panel, took photographs, and left. Then again we called "IFB" to track the status of the complaint. They gave us number of the service centre assigned to our area. A lady attended the call and said, she won't send anyone unless, we agree to change both motor and display. Hence, we called "IFB" again to track our complaints status.They said it has been closed and no reason was given, then generated 3rd complaint. 3) [protected] dt.[protected]: He din't call and just came to our home, there were no gents at home so, was asked to come later after calling for appointment. Again called "IFB", they said they will escalate the issue and gave the number of manager. I called them, someone else picked the call and said they will get back to me before 05:30 pm,[protected]. Our machine has 4 years 100% warranty and 10 years spare parts warranty. Our LG refrigerator was flooded, we had repaired with their customer service. Its does not even have warranty. It only costed us around 500rs for the engineer visit. Our IFB washing machine has 4 years 100% warranty and 10 years spare parts warranty. Whatever repair they do, can be claimed from state govt. for the machines that got damaged due to floods. Its really frustrating service provided by IFB. It looks like a scam. And during first visit service engineer said motor and display will cost around 8000rs. I demand an explanation from "IFB" for their attitude towards customers and provide the service for the machine we bought from them.

                            Our Customer ID is 813123 Based in Chennai we have top of the line IFB washing m/c and dishwasher. Their Chennai franchisee STAR Airconditioning cheated us and sold us 2 year AMC. Ever since the AMC their service response has become terrible and even after several weeks they do not send their technicians to attend to problems.Their logic seems to be- we have the customers money - now NO NEED to give them any service!! We have tried to speak to several senior Servce officials in STAR as well as in IFB, only to be given promises of "within 24 hours Sir!". This has gone on for several weeks now. I would request IFB, if they have any sense of shame left in them to refund our AMC contract amount of Rs 10, 830 immediately.

                              My washing machine and microwave were some complaint . so i gave intimation to service station through tole free number and they gave ticket no 16881901 for washing machine and 16881907 for microwave on 16.11.2015. But one month passed no one is attend for complaint. After calling number of time technician came and inspected and washing machine door complaint and microwave touch board complaint. He said he will come within 2 days with spare parts.But no one is attended till today. I contacted to vjy branch phone no. [protected].They also not responding. I paid anual maintanance to washing maching on 13.04.2015 vide amc no.333 for Rs. 2124 to IFB industries ltd vijayawada branch. kindly pursue the matter sir.

                                From six months machine z not repaired.we called hundred times, but no one is coming nd fixing tge problem. The machine is in amc.plz help me, i stay in chennai.i hve small 8month old child and i.dnt have any servant maid, it is.very diffucult to.wash clothes with hand. The service centre doesnt responds.they daily say today technician will.come but no one comes.

                                  I have Senorita Plus VX purchased last month Dec 05, 3015 . Such a latest model and 4D washing advanced feature etc. While purchasing shop guy suggested this is very good model. I spent almost 34k. Not even a month . Since beginning washing machine has problem. Door is not at working properly. "Door works whenever it wants". It wont get locked so easily and wont get opened easily. After washing clothes, I had to wait depending on door mercy when it gets opened. After that i have to use clothes. I raised complaint before 2 days back. No one called yet. Not even communicated atleast message like complaint number to mobile. Almost called customer care 6 times. They pretend that they working seriously on the issue. But like wise days are passing.                                   Issue is been resolved and happy that an expert from IFb visited and resolved . Also gave very good suggestions on usage.
                                  My request to IFB management is please kindly notify the customers regarding complaint details and date of Technician visit. Just simply registering complaint and routing to your service centres is not sufficient. Please update the customers with message regarding complaint number and when the technician going to visit etc.

                                    Hi. Ifb service is very poor. I have opted forAMC for dish washer service in the month of Aug 2015. My dish washer had a problem in the month of Sep 2015. After repeated follow up and complaint to service head of chennai, the problem was solved in the month of Nov 2015. Again the problem occurred in end of Nov 15, but due to rain the complaint was registered only on 9th Dec 2015. Still now the problem is not solved... And even after contacting the service head the issue is not solved... The complaint no is [protected]. Service person name is Santosh giving many excuses...not able to replace a small cable...

                                      We wish to inform you that we have an AMC with IFB for two years. We had made a payment of Rs.4900/- towards AMC. We had a problem with the on o ff switch in the washing m9achine and we had made a complaint to the customer care division, , Hyderabad during the beginning of December 2015 that the on/off switch in the washing machine was not working. After 10 days a technician, Mr. Rajesh from your Korattur Franchise office came but he was not knowledgeable to rectify the problem. He brought a wrong switch and so he informed that he would bring the correct switch the next day. He brought he correct switch after two days and charged us Rs.250/-. But he was not able to rectify the problem because he was not aware of how to connect the wires. He called some other technician over the phone and somehow connected the wires. But the next day when we tried to washthe ckithes, the machine stopped and the door got jammed.After week another technician, Mr. Munuswamy came and informed that the plus point was not working. /we called our electrician and checked, he informed that the washing machine line had tripped, due to the fact that the wires had been wrongly connected. We once again called your Hyderabad Office on 26th of December 2015 and informed of our situation and told them that our clothes were caught inside the machine since the door was jammed. We spoke to one Mr. Satish who informed that the problem would be rectified within 24 hours and gave the telephone number of Mr. Pandian, Branch Manager, but in vain since he never responded toany of our calls.. The next ay again we called up your Hyderabad Office and spoke to Mr. Suresh, who gave the number of Mr.Imaya varamban, /area Manager, but he also never responded to our numerous calls. Finally we spoke to Mr.Santosh of your Hyderabad Office today evening who has informed that the problem would be rectified within 24hours and informed that he would call us by 11 tomorrow morning. Sir, I would like to inform you that I have not seen any office treating customers in such a way as you hour customer service people and the franchisee office has treated us. It is more than 15 days since my clothes are caught inside the machine and no action has been taken by your franchisee office. You have put us into a lot of mental agony and we have nearly 40 to 50 calls. If this is going to continue we will be left with no alternative but to take legal action against your office and the franchise office. Please ensure that the problem is rectified immediately.
