        Hi Team, I had raised a complaint regarding my IFB Washing machine. One of the executive (Murthy) came and checked it, he said one of the part is damaged in the machine and the same has to be replaced. He said he will bring that particular part and went on[protected] till now he has not reverted back to us. Please check on priority and resolve the same.                 I have placed a complaint on 29 December 2015 they said that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but there is no response from them and i did not receive any call or any intimation from them regarding that complaint and moreover when i call back them they have been saying that they will send technician on Monday and all its been 5 days since i made a complaint very poor response from customer care and i request you to help with that

We are facing difficult for the past 18 days for washing cloths. The repair is not yet carried out. Kindly repair the washing machine which is under AMC on top priority, since the complaint is already over delayed...MORE OVER YOUR REGIONAL MANAGER ALGAR SWAMI AND MRS PRIYA JUST IGNORING MY REPEATED CALLS MANY TIMES EVERY DAY AND ALSO TO YOUR CALL CENTER WHICH IS ESCALATING THE TENSION.SINCE MY WASHING MACHINE IS GIVING HUGE NOISE WHICH MAY EXPLODE ANY TIME IF I RUN THE MACHINE.                       Though the motor is replaced, the panel board for motor was not replaced. Howeve, r the old panel board has been provided to make the machine in running condition. It is requested that the new panel board for SENATOR 6 Kg model washing machine may be supplied by removing the old standby panel provided for immediate use. However it is regretted to mention that the service took about 34 days to replace the spair part. Such abnormal delay may be avoided in future to reduce the hardship of customers.

                        I have made a complaint to IFB washingmachine. They allotted a ticket number.No response received. After that again we have made another complaint and received another ticket no. This time one so called technician came to our house and identified that drum was the problem so asked us to wait for sometime to change it.Then usual online requests another technician came to our house i found that the drum is in good condition. and another problem and informed us he could solve the problem. Now the bearings were changed and he certified that the machine is working condition.When the technician came out of our house the sleeping customer care started to call me (i was @ office) whether the complaint was resolved.Without knowing the position i asked her to call after an hour.She tries to simply close the complaint.What a great people are working in IFB . In Chennai it is the high time for public to change their flood destroyed goods.I am requesting the people whoever purchase new goods first go the netizens and online forums like this to check the service conditions of consumer goods.

                          Horrible Customer Service I raised a complaint on the 29th of December 2015 (Ticket number [protected]) for the door knob not functioning and general servicing. I was informed it will attended in 24 hours. It is more than 48 hours now and I havn't had a word from IFB. The service is going from Bad to WORSE... I am better off with either Siemens or Bosch... When I called your toll free number they only want to talk about how much it will cost for a technician to come home. ZERO empathy... Spoke to Suresh the floor supervisor and he was horrible... No apology for the delay neither did he want to help me out with the problem.

                            This is the last time any IFB product entered my home, it's been crazy getting my washing machine complaint even get registered, let alone the repair. First the technician comes with a job sheet of a microwave when it was told a washing machine job to the centre. Then nobody shows up, all we get are calls demanding bill which we said is at home and available. A technician calls up and says keep 5000 rupees ready whereas the product is in full warranty. It's been more than a week since the complaint got registered which also was a tough task with wrong numbers and long unanswered calls. Please expedite.

                                  I Buy new IFB washing machine on 16-Apr-2015. It is Top loading Washing Machine. Model description is AW60-205S 000291. First complaint we face in the month of July-August, in which Machine is tornning cloth. We have raised the complaint for this and some person visited us after one month and he replace part for this problem After this, in the month of December, machine stops Spinning and Rinsing function. We raised the complaint, and service person visited our house after 15 days and he change Gear Box. Now, new problem is reported and this machine is not spinning the cloth. We have raised complaint for this as well. However, solution is not provided up to that time It is under warranty, we are expecting that Machine provided to us have some Manufacturing defect. So, we are expecting new washing machine in return of that machine. Due to consecutive 3 complaint in first year only, we are feeling harrasment from IFB site for this product.                                   Since Washing Machine is daily used appliances. And no one is replacing my machine. So, I am planning to move to Consumer Court.
                                  I will charge you penalty for my harrassment for giving me defective washing machine.

                                  Now, I will post in all online forum against IFB company
                                  This machine has given 3 consecutive problem in first 6 months. All the time person visited and change the part. So, beeter to replace our machine instead of replacing the part.

                                    I have logged ticket for washing machine not working dated 28th Dec 15.It was told to me issue will be addressed within 24hrs, but I am still waiting for solution. Number of calls are made at customer care but nothing happened. When I asked to make me speak to supervisor hey kept my call on hold. This is really disgusting. IFB is providing very poor service & every time I face such issue .

                                      Hello, I have been using IFB digital 6kgs for the past 8 years happily and with minimal times minor repairs and recently I have faced with some technical problem showing ERR 6 and I lodged a complaint in the first week of Dec and they respond and after 3 days and say they had put indent for the part and then after me calling up after 3 weeks they say the model has been stopped and they ask to buy a new one for which they vl give good discount. What should u expect me to do now. We buy and u stop the model and then we buy a new a one and the same process repeats like a vicious circle. How can we trust such company again ? And plz suggest me what best I can do now with the machine?

                                        Are you fooling us . You have given keep on giving wrong nos again and again. first you give your branch manager mr. chanchal no now he is not picking up phone, again you gave Rajiv no he is also not picking up phone. Do you have any good engineers or not? Just you are making fool people and selling your products, I think you have given damage product. If possible change my microwave. Give response as soon as possible. Its going to five days. I want positive result.
