Hi, I am writing this email as I am totally fed up with the service offered by IFB. I live in Velappanchavadi, Chennai - 600077. Poor Service by IFB I had registered a complain against the IFB Washing machine on 10th Dec. 2015 Complaint No [protected]. But till date(25.12.2015) there is no response we call several times, with every time getting the same answer that they will come to home and do the service. But they do not do the service. Even the IFB product is very poor and service also very very poor...

We purchases IFB front load washing machine on 2014. Now it is not properly function. We lodged several complaints to local IFB service center and there is no response...

I refer the ticket raised by IFB 17110982, which was closed without customer's notice. The engineer visited the site and rather than repairing the item, damaged the door of the front loading IFB Elena Dx machine. Also, did not fit the screws of the machines, and take it away along with him. He suggested that he will provide a motor from his personal stock and repair it for that he will charge Rs 4500....

Complaint no.[protected] & [protected] lodged on 19.12.2015 have not yet been attended to. We have AMC for both machines. Kailas Enterprises is never reachable. Branch coordinator Raji's telephone is always engaged. I have been begging some technicians whose numbers I have, but none have responded so far. It is a shame....

Raised a complaint in Oct 2015 and service engineer said motor needs to be changed. We are following up for past 2 months, no one has turned back and we get the response saying either motor hasn't come or service engineer will come and repair....

I have front loading washing machine of elite DX 5.5 kg model which had shown some error code in display panel and my machine become automatically paused in this case I informed to IFB customer service(complain no-[protected]) and a service representative(MR.TARAK)visited my home and told me that the problem comes due to water softner filter and suggest to change but after that problem exist and i again make a complain(no-[protected])again...

Who ever is reading this mail, please do something about the dishwasher problem which i am facing from past 7-8 month and the worst service i have ever encountered. I am really very disappointed with the service in Bangalore--hosa road also i am regretting why the hell did i buy this product by spending 34K on this waste product. I have IFB ELITE DX Washing machine. It is out of warranty. It was not working since Oct 3rd -2015. We have complained at customer care. Engr. visited after one week and told that card to be changed. Till date card not changed. continuously follow up but no use. Engineer also given very rude response - "Why you call frequently?, if card came we replace it.
