I have an 2 years AMC with IFB washing machines. I have been complaining about it not working and no one has bothered to come and address this issue. It is now 2 months and with the rains in chennai I am badly in need of my washing machine. I also have a cancer patient at home.

    I have lodged request for repair of washing machine under AMC contract with the company. The complaint number is 16806548 dated 06.11.2015. The repair has not been carried out till date. The toll free number instead of taking up the matter with their agency at Lucknow informs the phone number on which I can discuss the issue. This sort of service is not expected from a company of repute and on which we have reposed faith since past many years.       I have registered a complaint about defective functioning of washing machine with ticket no:16541539 on[protected].It is not resolved till day.When ever I phone to local marketing person of the company, he lifts the phone and keeps me on waiting indefinitely and does not attend to the call.It happened 4 times.Today I tried to contact customer care centre.They came in contact after a long time and kept mum . I do not know how to contact them.The only option left to me is to proceed legally through consumer court.

        We have IFB washing machine. The AMC of the machine expired as the company which usually calls for its extension on payment basis, did not ask for it. we called up the company. its mechanic came and tried to persuade us to not go for warantee from the company but instead use his personal services whenever required. The company and their area manager were informed of this. The company instead of taking any action, has not bothered another person for AMC. It has been over a fortnight but despite so many calls no action has been taken. I do not if the company is not willing to give AMC on payment basis, what would be the response if they take money and dont respond when the machine gives problem.           I have raised complaint on Nov 25th 2015( Compalint no is [protected]), still now it is not resolved. machine is under AMC but no use, each time when we call customer care they have readymade answer technician will attend your issue today and will give us useless phone number of area managers .. none will pick the call or will be reachable.

              Hi, I bought the IFB washing machine Elena Aqua 6Kg model from Vijay Sales, Dwarka, Delhi on 12th Nov 2015 and the installation request (No[protected] was closed on 26th Nov 2015. The machine has manufacturing fault, its rubber lining is twisted and after one wash the screws became loose and while running it made lot of noise. there is also a dent in the backside (images attached). The installation engineer made some stories and closed the request. I was unable to raise the consumer complaint earlier as the installation request was open for long and now the IFB customer care system is down from today morning. I want my machine to be replaced.                 We have registered a complaint about our washing machine on 19th November. The issue is still open and not fixed.                   This with respect to the Maxi Dry 550 and Executive Elite Washing machine. Maxi dryer has stopped working a week back. I have registered a complaint with customer care on 20-Nov-15 for dryer and washing machine general service, the numbers are [protected], [protected]. A service engineer from M/s Classic Enterprises has visited on 24-Nov-15 after reaching out to the IFB customer care and the agency several times. He inspected the Dryer and informed us that the BELT is DAMAGED and he will be replacing the same next day. When asked about washing machine, he told he will attend during his next visit. Today is 27-Nov-15, and there is no feedback from IFB or the agency. The service engineer still has not replaced the damaged belt. Both the machine and the dryer are under AMC for the past 13 years. During rainy season, the dryer service is required but my bad luck the dryer is not functioning properly. If the defect is not rectified during this server weather conditions, I'm not sure when will this be rectified. I hope that the dryer would be most used during these seasons which did not work out for me well this time. Even the customer care is not attending to the pending cases and they are insisting to contact the agency people which is not my job. I would like to get an update on this and would need the service engineer to replace the damaged belt at the earliest and also to service my washing machine. If i do not get the service engineer at my door step in another 24 hrs, i'll be pushed to take severe action on this. ------ Complaint records on 20th Nov 2015 Inspection on 24th Nov 2015 Yet to rectify the problems. ------ Regards, Srinivasa Rao P [protected]

                    My IFB Washing machine stop working in Oct 2015, on raising the complaint (No[protected], technician replaces some of the parts and claims that the issue is resolved. After his visit, when i tried to wash my cloths it do not work.
                    In the meantime service centre close the complaint. When i again call to customer care they raise another complaint (No[protected] . This time another technician visits and ask for replacement of some other parts.
                    it seems that IFB is indulged in unfair practices my replacing non faulty parts also, only to make good money. For the last 1 month i am just chasing the IFB guys and they give the input to the department as they want. Company only wants to cheat customer, they do not intend to resolve the issues. After this incident i will not recommend any body to purchase IFB products. Now the question left with the IFB are
                    1. Why they close the complaint without resolving it ?
                    2.Who will pay for the harassment which IFB is giving to me?
                    3. Who will repay my amount that was taken in the name of replacement of non faulty components.

                          I have bought IFB washing machine in year 04.09.15(Customer ID:[protected]. Recently the machine giving heavy noise while using it. The same has been lodged complint on 22.11.15. Today i.e on 25.11.15 attended . As per the technician data the machine is perfect only the machine was on stand the legs rubber last its elasticity hence machine giving noise due to vibration. Further i requested to check thoroughly all aspect of the functions like Hot water etc. But service technician is very reluctent to lesson the customer quary. He said only the registered fault will be taken care . Other thing he will not attened. The customer may not be competent to explain in all resptect the problem facing by him. The attended technician to take care of every aspect if they visit the customer and suggest properly. The technician is more interest to collect charge amount by any means. I suggested donot give such a long warrenty period if they are not in a position to give free service support . Please collected service charges directly by fixing per visit charges. Only feeling back about the behaviour of his interest to just close the complaint but not to satisfy the customer. Mostly the equiment is used by the housewife who are not such competent to lodge and give prompt feed back. Anticipating better services.

                            We had launched a complaint on the 17th of November Complaint no: 16889428, regarding the machine not functioning properly. We did receive a call on the 18th, however your technician Mr. Dinesh Singh was rude and unwilling to understand our address, rather was adamant that this is not a residential address. However after a heated argument the conversation ended and no one till date has turned up to service the machine. We have made repeated calls to IFB call centers but to no avail. We are now being told that no one will attend our complaint. Now we are left with no other option but to file a consumer complaint against IFB for not treating customer correctly for them to claim damages due to your negligence. PFB the complaint filed against your company for in appropriate behavior with the customer. However till date no one has come to attend to us and now IFB customer is refusing to send the service executive also. You are requested to intervene and take appropriate action against the company.

                              Date of incident: 27.10.2015 IFB customer ID:10090391 IFB microwave oven model no.30SC3 was purchased on 18.11.2012 at Haldia, WB. On 27.11.2015 oven was not getting heated and turntable was not rotating.Complaint lodged with call centre no.[protected]. Complaint Code:16758039 & date of complaint:30.10.2015. Service technician Sh Pramod came to attend broke the the door safety latches while trying to dismantle the turntable in upside down position of the machine. Also he broke some insulating part of the machine. He left without any communication as if he has done something wrong. I am unable to us ethe machine from 27.10.2015. Pl arrange to send proper person to repair or replace the machine ASAP.

                                I have been having water leak and machine not stopping problem in any functions other than quick wash for nearly 6 months, and i have given complaints regarding this 4-5 times, and each time i face difficulty with the service center SWAYUM SOLUTIONS. They do not give proper response and respond very rudely, and even made jokes using my name when i had called them, this time. Their Service technicians are also not experienced and they are not able to give proper solution. This time i had given the complaint on 6-Nov-15, today it is 24-Nov-15, and the problem is still not attended. two days before there was a loud sound and smoke smeel from my washing machine and the machine completely stopped working. Worst service i have ever seen.

                                  I had bought IFB washing machine some two years back. The model name is Senorita Sx 6kg 1000rpm. During the initial days itself, we had few problem. They were resolved after constant follow up. Recently the door knob came off. I had made a complaint to IFB customer service. The complaint number is [protected]. It has been more than twenty days, no one has turned up. The cc (t.nagr and adyar service center) executive gives various reasons and they are just not interested in solving the problem. Kindly take necessary actions to resolve my problem.

                                    I had given complaint to IFB on 4.10.2015. complaint No.[protected]. IFB Service Engineers are not rectified the machine till now. After 7.11.15, nobody didn't come. I had spent more than Rs.10, 000/-. AMC Invoice No.221516 dt.31.5.2015 expired on 30.05.2017 only. Ravi Baskar, Nandagopal (coimbatore) are not interested to rectify the machine.

                                      I have purchased the washing machine Dec-2014 .IFB has not done evan a single service after doing a lots of call . When ever we call the branch manager from Nagercoil he says he would send the person immediatelly but no one comes. I have given a online compliant to customer service vide Complient No [protected] and ID No 4009713. As soon as i gave complient its told with in 24 hours will send theire service enginer. But no one has come so for . I have called the customer care service on the flowing date 18/11/15, 19/11/2015. 20/11/2015, 21/11/2015, 22/11/2015 and 23/11/2015. But no action taken so for at all. The Nagercoil Branch manager never attends the call. The flowing number has been given by customer care department for follow up with baranch [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I have been calling all the three numbers every day but no answer its simpliy ringing. Without doing a proper serive how the company will survie in the competitive market ? I have never seen such a careless company with zero % service after sale. This is my request to IFB reduce your marketting cost and increase your service person. If you do this kind of service the person once experianced you never come back to you. I will never go for IFB any more, such a bad service i am facing.
