My ticket no.[protected] dated 11th Nov.2015 lodged for Machine not working is still unsolved. One service engineer came on 13th, made a wrong diagnosis and revisited on 14th and 16th. He concluded he was not the right person to solve it and another person came visiting on the 18th. He concluded that the circuit board had to be replaced and they had to get it from the company. They wanted more than 48hrs to replace it.

Today, I repeatedly tried to get a response and there is no further news of it, even though it is 9 days since the complaint has been lodged.

This company just does not care for its CUSTOMERS. So much for a reputed company!!!

Response time needs to improve a lot. Also it appears that the service network is very weak as the service engineers need to be more professional in handling complaints. An efficient service engineer could have handled my complaint in 2 visits, but 4 visits were made.

A long journey ahead and lot of scope to improve, before time runs out.

    I bought a IFB washing machine on[protected], the sellers(VASANTH&CO) marthandam told us a service man will come and demonstrate how it operates .But till[protected] no one came for demo.I called the customer care of VASANTH&CO and IFB many times, no response.My bill no is [protected].What can i do.me and my family members got mental torture by this issue.we are very eagerly waiting for the new machine to be oprated.

      Poor Service Delivery - Dear customer care I m from chennai using ur Ifb top load washing machine since 2008. So far I never thought of complaining. But it's beyond limits now. Every time we lodge a complaint we r not attended promptly. It's saddening. As it was raining cats and dogs in chennai from Sunday, I didn't object for ur person not attending my call, which was to be taken care on Friday itself. So on humanitarian grounds I decided that I won't bother for 3 more days delay. Today when all offices are working, I called ur customer service no. They promised to look into matter before 5pm. It was my special request to get it done before 5, so that the man coming for service should not suffer bad roads n water logging problems. I think I should not have been that kind. Ur service engineer didn't turn up neither he bothered to call. On calling only he told he can not attend our call today as some spare parts are not available. Was it not his duty to inform me that I have to manage for one more day? Is your job only to sell your appliances? Are you authorities not bothered about aftermarket n service provided ??           I purchased a IFB top loading washing machine on 10/11/2015 on my father Shaik Gouse Basha's name from M/S Happy Home, in Nellore of AP. The shop assistant told that as the next day was deewali holiday, the customer care assistant will come on 12/11/15 and install the washing machine and will give a demo on that. But nobody turned up for 2 days after the said date i called up M/S Happy Home and they said that they have already forwarded the documents to customer care center in Nellore and given a contact number [protected]. From then i am trying to contact through the number to the customer care centre, but it"s answering as switched off. This showing how the customer care center is neglect about after sales service. One of my uncle also told me before purchasing this machine that the after service of IFB is very poor in Nellore. But by believing the brand image of IFB, i purchased it. After purchasing i Know regretting. by complaining here i am thinking that i may get a favorable action from your side,

            I am facing a huge problem of services from this company from last one year whenever i require a service support company is not able to support us.
            My machine is shut from last one month and i have registered complaint also on there servoice centre but than also nobody is coming to resolve the same.
            And every time a guy comes takes 282 rupees with out giving any receipt.
            Please resolve the issue otherwise i will launc a case against IFB

              To whomsoever it may concern, It's frustrating to inform that IFB services are horrible when it comes to attending Customer Complaints. From past 2 weeks our washing machine DOOR is not being closed and so we called on their customer care number for the same from past 2 weeks. Ms Yashika attended us on call and we explained her the problem apart from other problems we are facing with regards to the machine. She promised we will have some technician attending us in coming days and that we will get an sms ( within 24 hours ) with details such as Customer ID and Complain Number. Patiently we waited for the sms service, 2 weeks passed by but there was no sms or No Technician calling. Today when I again call on their registered Customer Care Number for the status of my complain I was taken aback when Ms. Emma (new attendant) informs that the complain has not been registered. No wonder Ms. Yashika did not help us with Complain number when asked several times. She excused herself saying we will get all the details through SMS. Today on further probing, I managed to get a Complain Number, when in return I asked for assurity of the sms and technician being sent for the service Ms. Emma asked me to call up this local vendor's (apparently they have a tie-up) and check for the status of technician. This is really ridiculous. I do not understand what are these Customer Care services for when they cannot take any action against providing a Complaint Number. Badly need to improve services in order to sustain competition in market. Hope this writing will make some meaning and have action taken further. Reply awaited.

                Hello, I am Ajmal from Mumbai I own an IFB model 25SC3 Microwave Oven. For the last few months, whenever it was switched ON, the power trips. Also electric shock was observed on the body. The problem heightens generally after a convection cooking session (which also never worked well). After keeping the instrument off for a few days, it will again working for simple tasks. Complained many times, the technicians will appear only after frequent persuasion. The people who came to look was never seemed to be skilled and always gave some weird explanation. Since the last month the oven completely shutdown, that as soon as I would switch on, the power would trip. Complained through IFB service on-line and received a complaint ticket 16806386. After frequent follow-up, a technician from Global Enterprises (tel no.[protected] turned up. After inspecting, he said the PCB of front panel is shorted ad has to be replaced. I'd asked him how much it would cost. He told me that it would be intimated from the office. No one called me from Global enterprises till I contacted them and enquired. The technician called up again and told that PCB was changed and it would cost Rs. 3400/-. I was shocked and very much distresses that such an amount was intimated to me on advance. Anyway I decided to receive the instrument, hoping that the problem would have been sorted out and paid him (Rs. 3750 including Rs. 350 service charge). But to my horror, the problem was not solved and now after repeated request, the technician not visiting my home. The amount had to be paid, I'm sure, due to the insufficient skill fro the person visited, and I also very much doubt whether they actually have changed the PCB or not. This disgusting fro IFB, which already have a bad reputation about their service. Pls help Ajmal

                  Bought Ifb microwave oven 2 months ago but the service team who need to provide demo on the product are so worst that they are spoilling Ifb brand.


                  No proper response from customer care nor from the service team (Madhusudan+[protected].

                  Already contacted them 10 to 20 times.

                  If demo is in this way fear is about their service later ...

                    The machine is not working properly as the dryer is not moving. but the customer care seems least bothered to answer the queries its been more than 20 days since i have complained but there is no response from the company's side.now they say my 2 years old AMC which is still valid is not registered with them and that i would have to wait for 3 more days for any action from their side. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

                    my complaint is still pending and what a shameless self generated email do you people have "respone within SEVERAL DAYS".
                    I feel like the company has lost all its values and morals

                    REST assured this is my last experience with IFB and i rather shift to any company that stay with IFB

                        We have Executive Plus washing Machine which is around 15 years.When we want to enter AMC we found the model is MISSING in the list...and AMC for the same is missing and we were asked to enter into AMC at an approximate amount which does not cover Plastics and Rubber parts which is ridiculous.. When they have upgrading the models/ old models should also be uploaded with details.. But this kind of just fleecing is unacceptable and the IFB is loosing customer base drastically to competition.. Best PRODUCT under BAD process management

                            My name is jaya bharath reddy(mob no:[protected])...I ordered ifb convection micro oven from snapdeal [ord number :[protected]] on 02/11/2015.it delivered to me on 10/11/2015.i have free demo and installation for that product so I called to ifb customer care and requested demo and installation[ref no=11278041].till now no one came for demo and installation.i called them around 10 times, every time they are giving some other persons number to contact[ex:ramakrishna([protected])jagan([protected])Mahesh([protected])and haritha.all of them is not given any service to me.every time I'm telling my problem with customer sevice.we don't know how use that product..we cant trust local service people..no one is responding properly what to do...can any one solve my prob.

                            just now I got a call from chuchu(ph no:[protected]) from delhi as ifb manager...he told me sorry for inconvenience and offered me 2000 rupees gift card from ifb...he asked me my account details and passwords...then I got it.it is a cyber fraud from ifb customer care people who have big network of fraud...I can tell that 100% this is done by ifb customer care person.because no one don't know this number other than ifb customer care person...

                            Those are not toll free numbers([protected])
                            Now I decided to stop calling to customer care
                            Because I don't want to lose time and money again.. All are nothing but waste.

                            Some straight questions to u sir
                            1)Why u r providing paid numbers as toll free numbers(I LOST LITERALLY 300-400 rupees to call u)
                            2)why we should we wait approximately min 10 to 15 min while u transferring calls from staff to Flore manager every time.
                            3)why should I explain every time I called u all my story from starting with my name again and again can't u update my problem
                            4)why u r giving private numbers o[censored]r engineers to us to contact.. Some of them r scolding us because of our call.why can't u tell them to contact us.
                            5)some o[censored]r staff have dangerous network of banking fraud links(I got call from [protected] as ur manager and offered me gift voucher asked all my bank details like netbanking username and password with extraordinary voice machines)how he know all information about my complaint..
                            6)I'm a doctor working 16hrs per day, who will compensate my valuable resting and working time since 7days and money.
                            7)for demo installation only I got this experience. how much assurance u can give me in future if I got some problem with ur product.i'm feeling insecure with this experience.

                              This is to inform you that I, Mr. Ajai Kumar Gupta, had purchased a dishwasher (MODEL ---NEPTUNE, SERIAL NO.214214) From your so -called reputed company IFB . It has been 5years since the purchase and the machine worked smoothly all these 5 years. But recently it had encountered with a problem that the utensils were dripping with water even after the final wash. I called on your toll free no[protected] and filed our complaint and then i received a message which I have attached in the mail.I got my ticket no. As 16784267.I thought that being a reputed company some major kind of response will be shown. A guy named RAVI GUPTA came to my house to inspect our machine on 8th November 2015. He assured me that the machine was working perfectly well and used the word "100℅ " to pay stress.Then he told us that the warranty period of the machine was over so it required an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC).FINE !! I paid a grand total of Rs. 3306 and confirmed the AMC for 1 year but the very next day the dishwasher didn't work at all. I felt betrayed because your company's guy had said it was 100℅ perfect working. We called RAVI GUPTA on this no. [protected] on 10th November 2015. He talked to me and me wife in the MOST POSSIBLE RUDE manner and said that all this was none of his business. The I called Mr. Ranveer (PH no .[protected]) on 16th November at 10:52 am .He assured us that we will be attended on the same day.Since then we are waiting like because
                              I purchased a dishwasher from your dumb company and your irresponsible company guys are saying its not their business. So IFB can you tell me that "whose" business is it? .I have never come across such an irresponsible company and clients with such impolite behaviour. I am feeling that it was my biggest mistake that I chose IFB over ...LG and Samsung. I will never suggest your company to any of my friends or relatives for purchasing any appliance. Your company and its service is a total cheat and fraud.!! I was going to purchase an AC from your company ...thank god I did not buy. Your company does not know how to treat customers. Companies like yours make a fool of the customers making them feel helpless and frustrated.
                              I' m afraid ..if your company does not attend my house within 2 days I will report this to a higher authority...let me tell you that for a good company which you are NOT...the customer is the highest authority.

                                Given a Complaint to IFB Toll Free on 10/11/2015 7:23 PM with the Ticket No: 16840603. No Response no nothing as of now from their service team. Fedup with service whenever have problem with IFB Washing Machine. I want them to take back their washing machine and to repay my Money Back..

                                Even i am facing the similar issues in Serena Aqua Vx 1000RPM machine. It’s been the worst experience of such a reputed company product which is so highly priced and has no Value for the Money.
                                IFB state something and product is not per said standards.

                                  Complaint number is 16864502 registered on November 13, 2015 about my washing machine (front load) which stopped working midway while washing clothes. The technician was supposed to have visited me on November 14, 2015. Ever since then I have been following up with the customer care at [protected] but to no avail. I have been provided with atleast 3 numbers of the service centre managers who either dont take calls/ have their numbers switched off or indicate that the technician will visit me within 2 hours and then the no response from either the technician or the service centre manager. What pathetic way to deal with an issue !! And I had a similar harrowing experience when my microwave oven stopped working. IFB brand name was the thing that had me buying almost all my home appliances from IFB right from microwave oven to washing machine. Thanks for making me regret my decision. Can only hope to get my washing machine repaired.

                                      I registered my faulty microwave complaint on 28th Oct 2015. And instead of constant reminders at the call center, the complaint has not been attended yet till 17th Nov 2015.

                                      It seems that the company is more interested in the calls which can be billed and the appliances which are under warranty or having AMC contracts seems low in the company's priority.

                                      I got phone call from this number ([protected]) after my complaint registration on this portal and have been assured that it will be attended very next day. 3 days passed and till now no response from IFB. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the company.

                                      I would recommend everybody not to buy IFB's products since they are pathetic and sub standard. On top of that they don't respond to your complaints.

                                        I have purchased IFB Senator Aqua SX on 10th November 2015 at Adishwar, Bannerghatta Bangalore. From day one washing machine is shaking and vibrating. I have submitted a complaint to customer care on day one itself and no one attended. And IFB Care is closed the complaint simply without checking if the issue is resolved or not. And then I have again raised 2 more complaints after this. And they have been closing the complaints as it is resolved.

                                        IFB is not at all caring about the customers after they sell the goods to the customers. And They simply have mentioned 4 years warranty on the washing machine.

                                        Till now the issue is not resolved. Today Again I have raised complaint.
