I'm Mrs Shylaramachandran, from ottapalam, palakkad (dist), kerala. I bought the above mentioned model washing machine on 25/6/2012 from one o[censored]r showrooms at Ottapalam. For the past 3-4 days its washing circle is not getting completed. Spin is not working, sometimes clothes r still dry & soily even after the full circle is completed. Yesterday morning I registered a complaint with S P Associates, Vadakkanthara, Palakkad. They told me that the technicisns r here at ottapalam & defienietly will come & attend . I waited till noon. Again I called . Later the technician called me & asked the route & told within minutes he'll come. Without seeing I gave a call but he told that he can't come. From today morning onwards I'm cslling several times at the service centre & each time they told that the technician will come. But now the time is 2.00 pm& when I called they r telling that by monday they will see. My main problem is that, my elder son is a mentally challenged child of 25 yrs. He is completely bedridden. Its for his purpose our washing machine is running . Now already 2 days passed & the clothes r so abundant . I can't wait till monday . Anticipating a speedy c& favourable action from ur side. Expecting a better customer support from IFB

    SUB STANDARD POST SALE SERVICE

    1. Please refer to my complaint No 16534163 lodged with your customer care centre on 25 Sep 2015 regarding display of “Overheating Error” by my IFB Digital SX 6 kg IFB washing machine.

    2. The same issue was addressed by your technician in Jul 2015 by charging me approximately Rs 5, 000/=. The same problem has recurred.

    3. For your info, this washing machine has a history of intensive damage due to negligence by one of your technicians at Dehradun for which I had requested a replacement of the machine, foreseeing the frequent trouble the machine may cause in future. However, IFB assured me that repairs will bring it back to shape, which has not been the case so far as the machine has been developing frequent problems. Fortunately, I have documented all the events, including all the bills, for this day.

    4. Prior to lodging the aforesaid complaint, I spoke to the same technician Mr Partho at your Tezpur service centre. On doing so, he expressed his inability to address my problem by saying that he is short of technicians & also that due to work overload, he himself was contemplating on resigning from your company.

    5. Thereafter, I have spoken to Mr Balwinder Singh at your customer care centre, many a times commencing from 01 Oct 2015, who introduced himself as the Senior Manager Escalation desk. Though, he had assured me of service within a week to ten days, the issue still stands to be resolved.

    6. Also, I had been almost pleading many of your customer care executives to help me on this issue with false assurances every time. Two of the calls which I have recorded are : “Mr Rishi at 10:30 am on 28 Sep 2015 and Mr Anand at 09:15 am on 01 Oct 2015”.

    7. I am a serving army officer and am posted to a remote area from where communication is a major issue. My family, presently with whom the washing machine is, is facing a lot of problem. Such a situation does worry me as I sometimes feel the helplessness due to the indifferent response from your staff.

    8. Now that I have lost all faith in IFB servicing abilities, I am in the process of initiating a legal lawsuit claiming adequate monetary compensation for the mental harassment being caused by the company alongwith replacement of my washing machine with a new one, which will be intimated to you very shortly to your office through my office.

    9. Hope IFB executives are not behaving in the same manner to other customers as they are doing to me.

      I bought an IFB oven in Pune in 2012 December. I thought IFB is an international brand with good customer orientation but such a horrible people on earth.I hardly used the oven and the Cabinet got rusted. I gave complaint in pune he said you take an AMC of 1yr and replace the cabinet. We got shifted to Chennai. Atleast Pune people where responsible. Chennai IFB Care team is a horriblest one. A bunch of irresponsible people. I kept raising complaints from June and simply they close the complaints.Here are the ticket numbers-[protected], [protected], [protected].I really don't understand how many years they require for a Cabinet to be manufactured? They say from GOA it has to come...will it require 3 years or a decade...Such mindless people work in IFB..I kept contacting the IFB manager and other person called praveen no one ever calls back..I have never got a call back from IFB.Let me see if I receive any response..If there is no customer orientation then obviously then they will loose all the customers.

          Our front load Elena washing is leaking though it was repaired by service complaint during January 2015. Our machine is under AMC valid too. During June 2015 I have complained about leakages. But the AMC team not attended so far. Even at IFB Point Machilipatnam I have registered complaint but from there to nobody attended. Hence once I request u to send service mechanic to stop drum leakage.

                  I have an AMC with IFB for my IFB (DIGITAL) washing machine. this was an automatic washing machine and it will require to wash, Rinse and Spin to complete one washing cycle. My compliant was that the washing machine would only Wash and Rinse but will not switch over to Spin or would remain in one state forever. I had raised a service request # [protected] on 30th September 2015 and followed up with them on 5th October, IFB customer care closed that service request number and created another number [protected] on 5th October 2015, Even after several calls to the IFB Customer care, I decided to mail IFB Global at [protected]@ifbglobal.com . I have had several emails exchanges with them and IFB respondant has been assuring help but It has been more than 5 weeks now and my problem has not been resolved.

                  Would like to inform you that the compliant has not been resolved and in fact, they have spoilt my washing machine even further after taking it for repair. Now my display does not work and the washing machine has come to a halt. The local chennai franchisee serving saidapet is avoiding my numerous call. Secondly IFB is closing my complaint without even informing me. Also, IFB informs me that support is not available for my washing machine . So, I have asked them to re-imburse my AMC amount of Rs. 3876/- vide receipt number 0017847 which they are also yet to re-imburse as of date.
                  Would like to inform you that the compliant has not been resolved and in fact, they have spoilt my washing machine even further after taking it for repair.                     Return of IFB Washing machine due to worst/irresponsible service - [protected] IFB Washing machine was making different noise and we raised a complain on 20th Oct with complaint no [protected]. Issue is not rectified till now and no proper response or action taken. We followed up with customer care number as well as the service center number, but no proper response. First service person came and told bearing issue and senior person will come and attend. Next senior person came after a week and told it is not bearing issue and related to motor and other parts. He said he will come back. After 2 days a person came with a motor to replace but it made more worst noise than our current machine. He left the machine open and said he will come back with senior person. Machine is left open for past 4 days and no returned or not even called. Can someone from IFB come and take back the machine itself if they are not able to fix the problem? I want to return this machine and don't want to beg behind service engineers and customer care for months together to resolve the issue. Can someone take immediate action for return asap. Also we have to take leave on all 3 working days and till now no action taken. When we checked customer care now, they said the complaint is closed and new one is opened on 28th Oct - [protected]. We got this Senorita Aqua IFB washing machine on last Jan 2015.

                      Hardly 8 months back I had bought this Washing machine IFB Senorita, on 20 October I raised a complaint with ticket number [protected] - complaint was the tumbling was not working and seized completed .                           We are using the IFB washing machine for past 10 years, last month we had problem in machine so we contacted local IFB dealer, they adviced us to update the warranty period. Then we have paid the amount of Rs 4218 last two month (Aug 24th 2015) back, but their is no proper reply from them and we escalate the problem to chennai head office by writing letter but no response from them. We have totally disappointed from your customer service, so please take it as issue and try to reach the current person and do the needful. I have attached the bill copy for your reference and immediate action.

                            We are bought the “Convection Microwave Oven” with which we are facing a lot of issues. Please find the below details of Oven;

                            Initial Demo : Person attended on 9.10.2013

                            Problem:

                            1. When the initial demo/service person came on 9.10.2013 for the demo, We found out that the Oven is not heating up, at that time he opened the oven and said that the wire got loosen up and he repaired, therfore Oven seems ok at that time.

                            2. After 2 months 10 days i.e., 20.12.2013, we tried to bake the cake at that moment we saw huge smoke is coming. we registered a compliant on 21.12.2013 (Compliant No.[protected] after enormous follow up calls a service person came on 26.12.2013, he checked it and said that the 'Convention Wheel is Melting' and left saying he will get it, again no response.
                            .
                            We keep on trying Customer Care on 30.12.2014, 6.01.2014, 9.01.2014, 18.01.2014 & 22.01.2014. On 22.01.2014 evening a service person came and replaced the Convection Wheel. Then it was running ok for one month.

                            3. On 27.02.2015 we found that Oven is not heating up. Again raised a compliant on 28.02.2014 (Compliant number[protected]. After enormous calls to the below numbers and an experienced service person came and checked, he informed us that the pervious person did’nt fit the wiring correctly, hence he did it and solved it for then.

                            4. On 08.08.2015 we found again the Oven is not heating up. We again registered a compliant on the same day (08.08.2015). Service person (A.Srinivas – Franchise Surya) attended on 11.08.2015, after checking he informed us that the Heater need to be changed as it will cost 1400 change so he suggested us to take AMC for One year as the Warranty was due. He also informed us that to again raise a compliant after 45 days and someone will replace the heater.

                            We again raised the compliant on 30.09.2015 (Compliant number[protected] and again after follow up calls two service persons came on 10.10.2015, without any clue on what the problem is. Informed the same that heater is not working. We raised the concern that how come they attend without any information on what the problem is. They called some lady shouted on her before us and left saying we will get the heater. Till then until now no proper response from the customer care as well the service persons who came. Every time we call the only answer we get is tomorrow or else Monday it will, but no one came and solved.

                            We thought it’s a new company hence will be good to buy as it is coming in our budget also. But IFB have the VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY ……………….. POOR SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                            We have wasted our money, time and patience in the worthless company “IFB”. The initial product itself is a damaged one and no one concerned to solve the problem.

                              When I asked for the machine installation I was told I need to buy the liquid detegent and the trolley from IFB only or else they won't install it. They erre forcing us to buy 10 detergents together and I said no, I will order online. I ordered the products online (from IFB site) its over 7 days and the products arent delivered the franchise says y are u wasting time buy from us (which is 10 detergents and trolley approx 8K)

                                I've purchased IFB W/M Model TL95SDG from Bahadur Chand & Sons Hall Bazar Amritsar, Punjab on dtd. 22/10/15. Icall on urs toll free no.[protected] by urs ticket no. 16708183 for demo & urs technician visit my house on dtd. 24/10/15. When He ( Mr. Varun ) opened the W/M from packing & I saw one short dent on front side & one on right side. I told urs technician to close W/M for replacement He said OK & on the spot he informed to his senior ( Mr. Digvijay Singh ) at service centre in Amritsar. But till the problem is pending & today I again booked complaint by ticket no. 16766658 for solve my problem immediately as soon as possible.

                                  This has reference to complaints no./Ticket 16754866, I had requested several times since 29.10.2015 to attain the matter at the earliest as door is not opening to my machine and my clothes are trapped from three days. My clothes will be get damaged.

                                  But IFB are not bothering for the same . I do not understand how IFB service are so poor and I will not recommended to any body purchase the any items of IFB. If my clothes were damaged then IFB will have to pay the compensation, really it is very poor service.

                                  Look into the same and sent you engineer immediately today to attain the same.

                                    Thank you for your quick support!!

                                    On 29th oct technician came to my home for installation, while doing installation we found machine was damaged. Your technician took pitchers at damaged place and send it to supervisor.

                                    And i asked technician for new machine replacement & how many days will it take replacement, he said 3 days.

                                    I request you please help me to getting new machine as early as possible.

                                      Since 24/10/2015 i am complaining about the machine which is loaded with cloths, locked and then failing draining, unable to unlock it and take my cloths out. Called the call center so many times, called local office many a times ..no response and now local office at Kochi is not picking my calls also. I cant break and take the cloths out no?
