I have purchased IFB washing machine Digital SX 6 kg in 2011 April and machine used to breakdown quite often for every 4 to 5 months .
I have taken AMC in August 2015 as my warrenty was expired . Later after few days, machine stopped working completely and when i have complained on 7th october 15 they have sent some executive who hardly has knowledge .He said it was PCB failure and did not get back unless i have complained again . He returned after 10 days or with another PCB and tried but all in vain.
After giving complain to toll free no., they have given 2 no. who were local manager called Sampath and his no. is usually switched off and doesnt answer when it rings.
Hyderabad IFB local office team doesnt respond either.
Till now, 4 executives have attended and none could fix the problem.
Response is very very poor and they now finally they say that they have to take machine to workshop after 40 days .
Simple answer by them is PCB not available at company and now when it is available, they cannot fix.
Very poor response from manager sampath .

IFB washing machine service is very very poor and they do not respond.
I have asked the Customer service to mail the complaint to higher authorities too but all in vain neither they got back to me .
what i do with a washing machine which is not working since more than 40 days?
what is the use of having taken AMC worth 4500 rs and waiting for 40 days ??
Worst washing machine service at hyderabad which comes under manikonda branch
I have mailed my details to given mail id on 10th nov itself but has not yet received any call
Hello IFB service Team, They were suppose to pick my washing machine on 11th but hasnt come till now even after reminding daily. i tried calling today to below cell no.s but they are switched off as usual even at 12, 30 in afternoon [protected], [protected] IFB service center at hyderabad .I have requested office staff to treat this as priority as it it more 35 days since machine is not working but all in vain. Havent received any call yet.How can service be so poor for a MNC company ??

    I bought convection microwave oven 23 litres.. and i tried to make dhokla in it but it cooked edges only and the centre portion is not cooked(liquid consistency of batter is there)...i cooked it in a glass container for 4 minutes...i again tried dhokla and end up with the same result...why is it happening??why only the centre is left uncooked... please give me the answers soon

      We have purchased a IFB Dish Washer vide Reliance Digital Invoice No.C#19910000, dt.31.10.2015 for Rs.34, 470.75

      For Installation they registered ticket No. 16770710 with IFB. On 3rd November IFB Technicians installed the Machine, but the technician who has came for installation not having about machine to provide Demo and he told that for Demo another technician will attend.

      From 4th November to till date we are continuously following with IFB help line number [protected] more than 30 times and their service center located at Tarbund X Roads, Secunderabad phone nos.[protected] several times. All the time they are telling that "sending technician for Demo" but so far no technician attended for demo and since 10 days we are not able to use the machine and kept idle.

      IFB Service center people are creating big tension to us by not providing Demo to us for new machine installed.

      Please take action against the IFB Industries Ltd. to provide proper Demo for using the Dishwasher Machine.

      We are also requesting you to pay us compensation of Rs.20000/- from IFB company for creating such a mental tension by not providing the Demo and wasted our valuable time by calling the call centers and service engineers since 10 days.

      IFB is not giving service for providing Demo for new dishwasher since 11 days, we are kept the machine idle for want of demo. Very very poor service from IFB. I recommend not to purchase any item from IFB company

        I bought a 1.5 ton split ac a year ago and your technician installed it promptly.within the warranty period the ac stopped working after which I registered a complaint... The service person came the next day and told me that the rats had chewed my wiring...after 4 days customer care called me and told me it would cost me 5000 to fix and the warranty doesn't cover rat damage. My problem is that the ac unit was installed on a grill with no plywood at the back... I was not told about the requirement of plywood or that fixing it on the grill would leave the ac exposed to rat damage...they installed the ac in 25 min and left..I'm no ac expert to know the correct method of installation..I should have been told that they need plywood or that it has to be mounted on the wall... They did what was easiest..no hole drilling for the pipe, no cutting of plywood.. Nothing... Just fix however and forget...this is negligence on the part of your installation team... I bought the product From Elisha Enterprises Calangute...

          Hi,

          I had requested for Shifting my washing machine within same city on 30-Oct-15(Ticket[protected] and till now no one is addressed my issue. I am calling customer care everyday but no one is responding. Most of the times Customer care number is not working even if it works luckily they say system is down and call back within 30 mins. I sent email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com still no response. I have been sending email to this id from last one week but no response till now. I don't know whether these people are running organisation or General store. Guys don't buy any IFB products. Worst customer support. Whenever i have issue they failed to do better service.

              I had a very good opinion about IFB till we bought this.Service is worst and all they try to do is sell their products.The technicians are not able to find the problem excactly.

              We have a problem with the machine after 2 months from the date we bought. All the white clothes are getting brown stains after the wash. Wonder!! If you put a new white clothe then you would end up with a brown stained clothe. Is this the job of a washing machine. Well I agree there might be some problem but no one is able to find out what the problem is. We are placing complaints n number of times from May 2015. Till now we did all they suggested: 1. install water filter 2. Use descale 3.replace heater 4. Wash empty at 95 degree. etc.

              Still no luck. Finally we are ended up in such a situation we cannot even replace. They just wasted 4 months doing all trial and error method. We have spoken to manager many times and still they are not sending experienced and well versed technicians.

              Worst service ever!!!

              Finally I would rate 0 for Service and 1 for Machine!

                We have a IFB microwave with which we were having problem with the cancel button of the panel. We have registered our complaint and a guy named Kaushlendra attended after 2-3 requests and he told that that PC board is not working and it has to be changed.We ordered for the change as our product was within 1 year of purchase and when he changed the board, the display of the machine got disturbed and it was not functioning as per the buttons on display.we told him that time only but he least responded and said that cancel button is working so its ok. A feedback call from IFB came and we said we are not satisfied.We were told that our problem will be resolved but no action has been taken yet.We regret our decision of going with IFB because the after sales service is very poor and that guy kaushlendra also misbehaved and didnt talked properly. I really request to take some strict actions in this respect.

                  Worst services of IFB in Hyderabad, Telangana

                  I have bought IFB washing machine of Model "Senorita VX" front model.
                  It is always troubling me and the complaint is always about door.
                  When I give complaint, technician comes after a week.
                  Everytime I am facing the worst experience.
                  I feel like throwing the machine on road.
                  Since 4 days I have been waiting for the technician and IFB person shouts on me that I have siit calm without complaining.
                  But the truth is that I have been calling to many numbers listed below since 4 days.

                  Bajaj Electronics Hubsiguda, Hyderabad - [protected] (asks me, till now U didn't get ticket number in message, till now U didn't get technician, oh no! we have given complaint)

                    I'm Mrs Shylaramachandran, from ottapalam, palakkad (dist), kerala. I bought the above mentioned model washing machine on 25/6/2012 from one o[censored]r showrooms at Ottapalam. For the past 3-4 days its washing circle is not getting completed. Spin is not working, sometimes clothes r still dry & soily even after the full circle is completed. Yesterday morning I registered a complaint with S P Associates, Vadakkanthara, Palakkad. They told me that the technicisns r here at ottapalam & defienietly will come & attend . I waited till noon. Again I called . Later the technician called me & asked the route & told within minutes he'll come. Without seeing I gave a call but he told that he can't come. From today morning onwards I'm cslling several times at the service centre & each time they told that the technician will come. But now the time is 2.00 pm& when I called they r telling that by monday they will see. My main problem is that, my elder son is a mentally challenged child of 25 yrs. He is completely bedridden. Its for his purpose our washing machine is running . Now already 2 days passed & the clothes r so abundant . I can't wait till monday . Anticipating a speedy c& favourable action from ur side.                       SUB STANDARD POST SALE SERVICE
                      (CUSTOMER ID 2379908)


                      1. Please refer to my complaint No 16534163 lodged with your customer care centre on 25 Sep 2015 regarding display of “Overheating Error” by my IFB Digital SX 6 kg IFB washing machine.

                      2. The same issue was addressed by your technician in Jul 2015 by charging me approximately Rs 5, 000/=. The same problem has recurred.

                      3. For your info, this washing machine has a history of intensive damage due to negligence by one of your technicians at Dehradun for which I had requested a replacement of the machine, foreseeing the frequent trouble the machine may cause in future. However, IFB assured me that repairs will bring it back to shape, which has not been the case so far as the machine has been developing frequent problems. Fortunately, I have documented all the events, including all the bills, for this day.

                      4. Prior to lodging the aforesaid complaint, I spoke to the same technician Mr Partho at your Tezpur service centre. On doing so, he expressed his inability to address my problem by saying that he is short of technicians & also that due to work overload, he himself was contemplating on resigning from your company.

                      5. Thereafter, I have spoken to Mr Balwinder Singh at your customer care centre, many a times commencing from 01 Oct 2015, who introduced himself as the Senior Manager Escalation desk. Though, he had assured me of service within a week to ten days, the issue still stands to be resolved.

                      6. Also, I had been almost pleading many of your customer care executives to help me on this issue with false assurances every time. Two of the calls which I have recorded are : “Mr Rishi at 10:30 am on 28 Sep 2015 and Mr Anand at 09:15 am on 01 Oct 2015”.

                      7. I am a serving army officer and am posted to a remote area from where communication is a major issue. My family, presently with whom the washing machine is, is facing a lot of problem. Such a situation does worry me as I sometimes feel the helplessness due to the indifferent response from your staff.

                      8. Now that I have lost all faith in IFB servicing abilities, I am in the process of initiating a legal lawsuit claiming adequate monetary compensation for the mental harassment being caused by the company alongwith replacement of my washing machine with a new one, which will be intimated to you very shortly to your office through my office.

                      9. Hope IFB executives are not behaving in the same manner to other customers as they are doing to me.

                        I bought an IFB oven in Pune in 2012 December. I thought IFB is an international brand with good customer orientation but such a horrible people on earth.I hardly used the oven and the Cabinet got rusted. I gave complaint in pune he said you take an AMC of 1yr and replace the cabinet. We got shifted to Chennai. Atleast Pune people where responsible. Chennai IFB Care team is a horriblest one. A bunch of irresponsible people. I kept raising complaints from June and simply they close the complaints.Here are the ticket numbers-[protected], [protected], [protected].I really don't understand how many years they require for a Cabinet to be manufactured? They say from GOA it has to come...will it require 3 years or a decade...Such mindless people work in IFB..I kept contacting the IFB manager and other person called praveen no one ever calls back..I have never got a call back from IFB.Let me see if I receive any response..If there is no customer orientation then obviously then they will loose all the customers.

                            Our front load Elena washing is leaking though it was repaired by service complaint during January 2015. Our machine is under AMC valid too. During June 2015 I have complained about leakages. But the AMC team not attended so far. Even at IFB Point Machilipatnam I have registered complaint but from there to nobody attended. Hence once I request u to send service mechanic to stop drum leakage.

                              I made a complaint that mywashing machine was not working nd my complaint no:16729440 on[protected] upto now no one Techinician attended to retify my problem.daily i am calling ur coustomer care num they are appolizing me nd say they will attend today tomorrow but one attend . i requesting u to take interst on my issue and send the techinican as soon as possible

                                I ordered for wheel and cover of washing machine of IFB 6.5 kg señorita aqua vide order no. 278618. But till date nobody contact for delivery of such thing. Then I contact customer care they provide me phone no. Of local officer of kolkata. When I contact that person they did not receive my call.

                                    I have an AMC with IFB for my IFB (DIGITAL) washing machine. this was an automatic washing machine and it will require to wash, Rinse and Spin to complete one washing cycle. My compliant was that the washing machine would only Wash and Rinse but will not switch over to Spin or would remain in one state forever. I had raised a service request # [protected] on 30th September 2015 and followed up with them on 5th October, IFB customer care closed that service request number and created another number [protected] on 5th October 2015, Even after several calls to the IFB Customer care, I decided to mail IFB Global at [protected]@ifbglobal.com . I have had several emails exchanges with them and IFB respondant has been assuring help but It has been more than 5 weeks now and my problem has not been resolved.

                                    Would like to inform you that the compliant has not been resolved and in fact, they have spoilt my washing machine even further after taking it for repair. Now my display does not work and the washing machine has come to a halt. The local chennai franchisee serving saidapet is avoiding my numerous call. Secondly IFB is closing my complaint without even informing me. Also, IFB informs me that support is not available for my washing machine . So, I have asked them to re-imburse my AMC amount of Rs. 3876/- vide receipt number 0017847 which they are also yet to re-imburse as of date.

                                      Return of IFB Washing machine due to worst/irresponsible service - [protected] IFB Washing machine was making different noise and we raised a complain on 20th Oct with complaint no [protected]. Issue is not rectified till now and no proper response or action taken. We followed up with customer care number as well as the service center number, but no proper response. First service person came and told bearing issue and senior person will come and attend. Next senior person came after a week and told it is not bearing issue and related to motor and other parts. He said he will come back. After 2 days a person came with a motor to replace but it made more worst noise than our current machine. He left the machine open and said he will come back with senior person. Machine is left open for past 4 days and no returned or not even called. Can someone from IFB come and take back the machine itself if they are not able to fix the problem? I want to return this machine and don't want to beg behind service engineers and customer care for months together to resolve the issue. Can someone take immediate action for return asap. Also we have to take leave on all 3 working days and till now no action taken. When we checked customer care now, they said the complaint is closed and new one is opened on 28th Oct - [protected]. We got this Senorita Aqua IFB washing machine on last Jan 2015.

                                        Hardly 8 months back I had bought this Washing machine IFB Senorita, on 20 October I raised a complaint with ticket number [protected] - complaint was the tumbling was not working and seized completed . Past 10 days I called IFB customer care for about 35 times and till today there is no response from these people .
