Worst services of IFB in Hyderabad, Telangana
I have bought IFB washing machine of Model "Senorita VX" front model.
It is always troubling me and the complaint is always about door.
When I give complaint, technician comes after a week.
Everytime I am facing the worst experience.
I feel like throwing the machine on road.
Since 4 days I have been waiting for the technician and IFB person shouts on me that I have siit calm without complaining.
But the truth is that I have been calling to many numbers listed below since 4 days.
Bajaj Electronics Hubsiguda, Hyderabad - [protected] (asks me, till now U didn't get ticket number in message, till now U didn't get technician, oh no! we have given complaint)
IFB Chandanagar, Hyderabad - [protected] (asks ticket number, which we didn't get till now)
IFB Manager Dastagiri - [protected] (Last time he promised me "whenever U get any problem pl call me" now switched off since 4 days)
IFB Manager - [protected] (didn't lift the call)
IFB mechanic - [protected] (Last time he promised me "whenever U get any problem pl call me" but now not reachable since 4 days)
IFB other number - [protected] (no response)
IFB call center - [protected] (Finally gave me ticket number)
IFB Technician - [protected] (Asked me ticket number, when I gave him ticket number and gave him complaint, he shouts at me that sitting at home can't resolve the problem)
