This is to inform you that I, Mr. Ajai Kumar Gupta, had purchased a dishwasher (MODEL ---NEPTUNE, SERIAL NO.214214) From your so -called reputed company IFB . It has been 5years since the purchase and the machine worked smoothly all these 5 years. But recently it had encountered with a problem that the utensils were dripping with water even after the final wash. I called on your toll free no[protected] and filed our complaint and then i received a message which I have attached in the mail.I got my ticket no. As 16784267.I thought that being a reputed company some major kind of response will be shown. A guy named RAVI GUPTA came to my house to inspect our machine on 8th November 2015. He assured me that the machine was working perfectly well and used the word "100℅ " to pay stress.Then he told us that the warranty period of the machine was over so it required an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC).FINE !! I paid a grand total of Rs. 3306 and confirmed the AMC for 1 year but the very next day the dishwasher didn't work at all. I felt betrayed because your company's guy had said it was 100℅ perfect working. We called RAVI GUPTA on this no. [protected] on 10th November 2015. He talked to me and me wife in the MOST POSSIBLE RUDE manner and said that all this was none of his business. The I called Mr. Ranveer (PH no .[protected]) on 16th November at 10:52 am .He assured us that we will be attended on the same day.Since then we are waiting like because
I purchased a dishwasher from your dumb company and your irresponsible company guys are saying its not their business. So IFB can you tell me that "whose" business is it? .I have never come across such an irresponsible company and clients with such impolite behaviour. I am feeling that it was my biggest mistake that I chose IFB over ...LG and Samsung. I will never suggest your company to any of my friends or relatives for purchasing any appliance. Your company and its service is a total cheat and fraud.!! I was going to purchase an AC from your company ...thank god I did not buy. Your company does not know how to treat customers. Companies like yours make a fool of the customers making them feel helpless and frustrated.
I' m afraid ..if your company does not attend my house within 2 days I will report this to a higher authority...let me tell you that for a good company which you are NOT...the customer is the highest authority.

    Given a Complaint to IFB Toll Free on 10/11/2015 7:23 PM with the Ticket No: 16840603. No Response no nothing as of now from their service team. Fedup with service whenever have problem with IFB Washing Machine. I want them to take back their washing machine and to repay my Money Back..

    Even i am facing the similar issues in Serena Aqua Vx 1000RPM machine. It’s been the worst experience of such a reputed company product which is so highly priced and has no Value for the Money.
    IFB state something and product is not per said standards.

      Complaint number is 16864502 registered on November 13, 2015 about my washing machine (front load) which stopped working midway while washing clothes. The technician was supposed to have visited me on November 14, 2015. Ever since then I have been following up with the customer care at [protected] but to no avail. I have been provided with atleast 3 numbers of the service centre managers who either dont take calls/ have their numbers switched off or indicate that the technician will visit me within 2 hours and then the no response from either the technician or the service centre manager. What pathetic way to deal with an issue !! And I had a similar harrowing experience when my microwave oven stopped working. IFB brand name was the thing that had me buying almost all my home appliances from IFB right from microwave oven to washing machine. Thanks for making me regret my decision. Can only hope to get my washing machine repaired.

          I registered my faulty microwave complaint on 28th Oct 2015. And instead of constant reminders at the call center, the complaint has not been attended yet till 17th Nov 2015.

          It seems that the company is more interested in the calls which can be billed and the appliances which are under warranty or having AMC contracts seems low in the company's priority.

          I got phone call from this number ([protected]) after my complaint registration on this portal and have been assured that it will be attended very next day. 3 days passed and till now no response from IFB. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the company.

          I would recommend everybody not to buy IFB's products since they are pathetic and sub standard. On top of that they don't respond to your complaints.

            I have purchased IFB Senator Aqua SX on 10th November 2015 at Adishwar, Bannerghatta Bangalore. From day one washing machine is shaking and vibrating. I have submitted a complaint to customer care on day one itself and no one attended. And IFB Care is closed the complaint simply without checking if the issue is resolved or not. And then I have again raised 2 more complaints after this. And they have been closing the complaints as it is resolved.

            IFB is not at all caring about the customers after they sell the goods to the customers. And They simply have mentioned 4 years warranty on the washing machine.

            Till now the issue is not resolved. Today Again I have raised complaint.

              My IFB washing mashing is leaking from hose connector. I lodged a complaint. their call centre on 11/11/2015. The defect is yet to be rectified, my repeated reminders to the call centre in Krishnankoil, nagercoil on daily.no body is come and service. no response.                 Purchased an IFB Neptune DX Dishwasher for Rs 35000 on 7th Feb 2014 from a Reliance Digital Outlet. It has 2 years warranty and is covered till 22nd January 2016. However the dishwasher has not been working since march 2015 about 9 months now. Have filed multiple complaints however, on an average takes 1-2 months to get each complaint resolved. Have been getting F1 and F5 errors and severe water leakage on every use. Done everything from recording videos of the water leakage and the errors and none of that has helped someone fix the issue. For the last 3 instances each time we raise a complaint, they close the complaint without resolving in 2-3 days. Every new technician provide a new reason or justification but no one is able to solve the problem. Latest complaint number [protected] filed in October 2015 and no one has visited since. Looking for a replacement or refund.

                  I am user of ifb neptune dishwasher which i bought for 33k.now the dishwasher salt and rinse aid which is essential to run the ifb disheasher is not available in the open market .it costs around 600rs in total.well money is not a problem .we get peace of mind as working class cant concentrate on kam vali bais.but the service center fellows are the worst category in ifb .i have other company appliances such as lg, samsung .all the services are costly but on time except ifb.they dont come in time. for instance i live in trichy, tamilnadu.i call them for rinse aid and dishwasher salt they say they will deliver it in 2 days and never turn up i have to call them and beg thenm to come .if i ask them to give me the address so that i can directly come and purchase the things mentioned they would just say their man is on the way.eventualy they hang up and donot pick up the phone seeing my number on caller id.the same with microwave i ve registerd my complaint on 12th of this month they said within 24 hrs i will get the repar guy but nobody turned u[ or called .i ve sworn not to buy ifb products and make it point to strictly recommend people to avoid ifb products ..i[censored] trust ifb you are on your own.and the guys who turn up for ser vice will pressurise you to buy the amc .and you fall for him he wont turn up when you need to replace the spare

                    Very bad in response. I have purchased a dishwasher and it was found that it is damaged.                       I have purchased Micro wave Oven on 2/12/2015 and till date 17/12/2015 no one has come and done installation. First few days i was getting call from IFB person that they are coming. But till not now no one came . I am getting regular call from this number [protected] (IFB person ) that they will come according to there time when IFB person is free .
                      I really fed up with the servise of IFB, in future i will not buy or recommend any one for IFB product . my bill no is[protected],

                        I am a bank Sr manager and my wife is serving in BHEL's school, both are PSU employees.My IFB washing mashing, Executive plus model, is not working . I lodged a complaint No. 16760392 dated 30.10.2015with their call centre .The service enginer replaced MOTOR, BELLBAY SET, TUBE HOSE, DESCALE ETC AND CHARGED RS 4945 VIDE BILL NO 634 DATED 7-11-15 FOR RS 4945/-plus rs570/- labour charged without giving any receipt of rs570/-till date. The defect is yet to be rectified, my repeated reminders to sh kapil sharma on m no [protected]lwho primissed to resolve the issue since 07-11-15. I have paid a large sum for repared. Total waste. More important is that my washing is not operational and clothes are piling up for washing.NOW, MR kapil visit on dated[protected] and said that the drum will be changed. This is the case of cheating and harrasment to the ladies who attending the service agents at home alone.The service agents take away the old parts of the machine i.e. MOTOR, BELLBAY SET, TUBE HOSE, DESCALE ETC .If, the parts was defected why the same was not left at our house. NOW, MR kapil visit on dated[protected] and said that the drum will be changed.c Please rembursed us the wrong charged rs 4945plus 570 total rs 5515/- Hope IFB takes the issue seriously and pull up their their service centre for their inefficiency and irresponsible behaviour... regards anil gupta/neena gupta [protected]

                          My IFB washing mashing, Executive plus model, is leaking badly flooding the rooms. I lodged a complaint No. [protected] with their call centre on 30/10/2015. The defect is yet to be rectified, my repeated reminders to the call centre and also to their service Centre in Coimbatore, on a daily basis, notwithstanding. I have paid a large sum for entering into an AMC with the Firm. Total waste. More important is that my washing is not operational and clothes are piling up for washing. Hope IFB takes the issue seriously and pull up their their service centre for their inefficiency and irresponsible behaviour. Hope that my washing machine is made operational without further delay.                               Water is leaking from the bottom of washing machine. The detergent is not being used properly. The person who came to repair has not solved it. He never turned up. It is under annual maintenance contract. Customer care is least bothered to send another person. My annual maintenance contract expires in a week.                                 On 6th Oct 2015 I had purchased a Microwave Convection of IFB.On 7th when the person came to install it he said it is defective and has to be replaced. We informed at the centre to Mr.Shailendra Singh about it and he said it will be replaced on 9th i.e.Monday.It was wasn't, then on Tuesday also no one came nd Mr.Singh nd Ms.Negi they weren't picking our calls either. Ms.Negi when she did she was just cutting our line.I called the customer care nd they gave Mr.Gaurav's No. I called him thrice he didn't attend the call only.On Wednesday again I called the customer care nd they said it will be replaced on Thursday for sure, but still nothing. What was the point of buying a branded product from a authorised shop if I had to face so many hassle's.Since Saturday they have been lying to us and have not done anything. And the person's responsible for this they don't even have the decency to attend to our calls or give proper information.

                                  Recently I purchased a washing machine IFB Top load 65 RCG Model from TMC Hyderabad. The technician Mr Sagar who visited for installation did not give proper demonstration. He brought liquid detergent, Machine stand, cover and stablizer and asked us to purchase. We did not purchase the items as they are very costly compared to market rates. Annoyed with this he left without giving proper demo. Then I approached their customer care and my complaint registered on 06.11.2015 vide complaint no 16804623 with customer id 11229612. Even after a lapse of 6 days neither a technician attended the complaint nor called. This is clear deficiency of service on the part IFB.

                                    I have AMC for washing machine and I registered complaint on 31st Oct-2015 (no [protected]). The service center employee came after 5~6 days and he noted what needs to be changed (PCB, shock absorber) and went away. After couple of weeksI came to know that complaint is closed saying it is resolved. After contacting IFB they mentioned that they do not have any idea as RP Services (company who took over service for my machine) has closed it on 6th Nov????
                                    Guys are not picking the phone and new complaint is registered again ([protected]) with escalation.

                                    Can some in IFB service team (from Company) reply and resolve it ASAP. This is shocking experience of service resolution in AMC. Is this the way service is closed under AMC?

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I registered a compliant on 6th October, 2015 that my Microwave oven is not working. Complaint Number : [protected] and it is under AMC.

                                        After that i sent five reminders through mail and called call center people several times and nobody has taken action. Once again on Nov3rd called call center and came to know that the complaint was cancelled. I had no clue that why the complaint has been cancelled.

                                        Registed a new complaint on Nov 3rd, Complaint Number: [protected], and contacted Mr. Mityakumar and Ms.Revathi (chennai) but no action has been taken so far.

                                        It seems to be there is no system in your organization and people are lazy enough and irresponsible.

                                        Please take immediate action and send a service person at the earliest.
