My IFB washing mashing, Executive plus model, is leaking badly flooding the rooms. I lodged a complaint No. [protected] with their call centre on 30/10/2015. The defect is yet to be rectified, my repeated reminders to the call centre and also to their service Centre in Coimbatore, on a daily basis, notwithstanding. I have paid a large sum for entering into an AMC with the Firm. Total waste. More important is that my washing is not operational and clothes are piling up for washing. Hope IFB takes the issue seriously and pull up their their service centre for their inefficiency and irresponsible behaviour. Hope that my washing machine is made operational without further delay.     I purchased a microwave 20ltrs on nov 7th 2015. And today its 13th nov 2015. And none of the executive has come up for demo. Even though it makes lot of sound when we use microwave. We complained as well. But none of engineer has come up yet. I dnt know what kind service ifb provides..

      Water is leaking from the bottom of washing machine. The detergent is not being used properly. The person who came to repair has not solved it. He never turned up. It is under annual maintenance contract. Customer care is least bothered to send another person. My annual maintenance contract expires in a week.         On 6th Oct 2015 I had purchased a Microwave Convection of IFB.On 7th when the person came to install it he said it is defective and has to be replaced. We informed at the centre to Mr.Shailendra Singh about it and he said it will be replaced on 9th i.e.Monday.It was wasn't, then on Tuesday also no one came nd Mr.Singh nd Ms.Negi they weren't picking our calls either. Ms.Negi when she did she was just cutting our line.I called the customer care nd they gave Mr.Gaurav's No. I called him thrice he didn't attend the call only.On Wednesday again I called the customer care nd they said it will be replaced on Thursday for sure, but still nothing. What was the point of buying a branded product from a authorised shop if I had to face so many hassle's.Since Saturday they have been lying to us and have not done anything. And the person's responsible for this they don't even have the decency to attend to our calls or give proper information.

          Recently I purchased a washing machine IFB Top load 65 RCG Model from TMC Hyderabad. The technician Mr Sagar who visited for installation did not give proper demonstration. He brought liquid detergent, Machine stand, cover and stablizer and asked us to purchase. We did not purchase the items as they are very costly compared to market rates. Annoyed with this he left without giving proper demo. Then I approached their customer care and my complaint registered on 06.11.2015 vide complaint no 16804623 with customer id 11229612. Even after a lapse of 6 days neither a technician attended the complaint nor called. This is clear deficiency of service on the part IFB.

            I have AMC for washing machine and I registered complaint on 31st Oct-2015 (no [protected]). The service center employee came after 5~6 days and he noted what needs to be changed (PCB, shock absorber) and went away. After couple of weeksI came to know that complaint is closed saying it is resolved. After contacting IFB they mentioned that they do not have any idea as RP Services (company who took over service for my machine) has closed it on 6th Nov????
            Guys are not picking the phone and new complaint is registered again ([protected]) with escalation.

            Can some in IFB service team (from Company) reply and resolve it ASAP. This is shocking experience of service resolution in AMC. Is this the way service is closed under AMC?

                Dear Sir,

                I registered a compliant on 6th October, 2015 that my Microwave oven is not working. Complaint Number : [protected] and it is under AMC.

                After that i sent five reminders through mail and called call center people several times and nobody has taken action. Once again on Nov3rd called call center and came to know that the complaint was cancelled. I had no clue that why the complaint has been cancelled.

                Registed a new complaint on Nov 3rd, Complaint Number: [protected], and contacted Mr. Mityakumar and Ms.Revathi (chennai) but no action has been taken so far.

                It seems to be there is no system in your organization and people are lazy enough and irresponsible.

                Please take immediate action and send a service person at the earliest.

                  We have a IFB washing machine and recently it stopped working and when we contacted service centre they have asked us to purchase AMC from them to replace motor for Rs.2000, its been around2 months since we have purchased AMC but everytime we call service centre asking for when they wil replace the Motor, they have been keep postponing by saying no motors available. This was irritating for us as we can not use washing machine for 2 months. I advice everyone not to buy IFB electronics as their customer care service really sucks.

                      My Name is Anand Asir and i am an IFB washing machine Customer. Recently i had a problem with this IFB Washing machine. It was the problem with the door sensor. I called to IFB customer service and they sent a technician to resolve the issue. After checking the machine, He took a week and finally came up with a new door sensor. After fitting that also problem was not resolved. He guessed like it could be the problem with the board inside and to resolve this he has to send it to IFB itself. We allowed him to do that.Now It's been more than a month but still he dint come up with the new board and whenever we are calling they are giving irresponsible answers. I thought IFB was an reputed company but now i realized it is not. I raised two tickets one for door sensor problem and one for this board issue to IFB but so far there is no response from them. But without my acknowledgement they sent a SMS like your problem has been resolved and asked me to give a feedback. Even i replied for that SMS as no but still it seemed like they are taking no further steps. Really it is annoying when reputed companies offering service like this to their customers. With the trust only people are buying product from them. But these types of behaviour is not acceptable. My Ticket number is [protected] which i raised in IFB.​Please help me to resolve this issue.

                      Thank you all for your support to resolve my issue. After lodging my complaint IFB took the immediate action. The technician called me and said that the washing machine's board was ready and he ll come and fix it up ASAP. In mean time IFB executive called me and asked me the status of my complaint. Due to rain the service technician could not make it on time but after a day he came and fit the board. Now everything goes as normal. Thank you once again for this forum founders, supporters and IFB executives. Overall a very quick response for my complaint.

                        I have purchased IFB washing machine Digital SX 6 kg in 2011 April and machine used to breakdown quite often for every 4 to 5 months .
                        I have taken AMC in August 2015 as my warrenty was expired . Later after few days, machine stopped working completely and when i have complained on 7th october 15 they have sent some executive who hardly has knowledge .He said it was PCB failure and did not get back unless i have complained again . He returned after 10 days or with another PCB and tried but all in vain.
                        After giving complain to toll free no., they have given 2 no. who were local manager called Sampath and his no. is usually switched off and doesnt answer when it rings.
                        Hyderabad IFB local office team doesnt respond either.
                        Till now, 4 executives have attended and none could fix the problem.
                        Response is very very poor and they now finally they say that they have to take machine to workshop after 40 days .
                        Simple answer by them is PCB not available at company and now when it is available, they cannot fix.
                        Very poor response from manager sampath .

                        IFB washing machine service is very very poor and they do not respond.
                        I have asked the Customer service to mail the complaint to higher authorities too but all in vain neither they got back to me .
                        what i do with a washing machine which is not working since more than 40 days?
                        what is the use of having taken AMC worth 4500 rs and waiting for 40 days ??
                        Worst washing machine service at hyderabad which comes under manikonda branch

Havent received any call yet.How can service be so poor for a MNC company ??

                          I bought convection microwave oven 23 litres.. and i tried to make dhokla in it but it cooked edges only and the centre portion is not cooked(liquid consistency of batter is there)...i cooked it in a glass container for 4 minutes...i again tried dhokla and end up with the same result...why is it happening??why only the centre is left uncooked... please give me the answers soon

                            We have purchased a IFB Dish Washer vide Reliance Digital Invoice No.C#19910000, dt.31.10.2015 for Rs.34, 470.75

                            For Installation they registered ticket No. 16770710 with IFB. On 3rd November IFB Technicians installed the Machine, but the technician who has came for installation not having about machine to provide Demo and he told that for Demo another technician will attend.

                            From 4th November to till date we are continuously following with IFB help line number [protected] more than 30 times and their service center located at Tarbund X Roads, Secunderabad phone nos.[protected] several times. All the time they are telling that "sending technician for Demo" but so far no technician attended for demo and since 10 days we are not able to use the machine and kept idle.

                            IFB Service center people are creating big tension to us by not providing Demo to us for new machine installed.

                            Please take action against the IFB Industries Ltd. to provide proper Demo for using the Dishwasher Machine.

                            We are also requesting you to pay us compensation of Rs.20000/- from IFB company for creating such a mental tension by not providing the Demo and wasted our valuable time by calling the call centers and service engineers since 10 days.

                            IFB is not giving service for providing Demo for new dishwasher since 11 days, we are kept the machine idle for want of demo. Very very poor service from IFB. I recommend not to purchase any item from IFB company

                              I bought a 1.5 ton split ac a year ago and your technician installed it promptly.within the warranty period the ac stopped working after which I registered a complaint... The service person came the next day and told me that the rats had chewed my wiring...after 4 days customer care called me and told me it would cost me 5000 to fix and the warranty doesn't cover rat damage. My problem is that the ac unit was installed on a grill with no plywood at the back... I was not told about the requirement of plywood or that fixing it on the grill would leave the ac exposed to rat damage...they installed the ac in 25 min and left..I'm no ac expert to know the correct method of installation..I should have been told that they need plywood or that it has to be mounted on the wall... They did what was easiest..no hole drilling for the pipe, no cutting of plywood.. Nothing... Just fix however and forget...this is negligence on the part of your installation team... I bought the product From Elisha Enterprises Calangute...

                                Hi,

                                I had requested for Shifting my washing machine within same city on 30-Oct-15(Ticket[protected] and till now no one is addressed my issue. I am calling customer care everyday but no one is responding. Most of the times Customer care number is not working even if it works luckily they say system is down and call back within 30 mins. I sent email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com still no response. I have been sending email to this id from last one week but no response till now. I don't know whether these people are running organisation or General store. Guys don't buy any IFB products. Worst customer support. Whenever i have issue they failed to do better service.

                                    I had a very good opinion about IFB till we bought this.Service is worst and all they try to do is sell their products.The technicians are not able to find the problem excactly.

                                    We have a problem with the machine after 2 months from the date we bought. All the white clothes are getting brown stains after the wash. Wonder!! If you put a new white clothe then you would end up with a brown stained clothe. Is this the job of a washing machine. Well I agree there might be some problem but no one is able to find out what the problem is. We are placing complaints n number of times from May 2015. Till now we did all they suggested: 1. install water filter 2. Use descale 3.replace heater 4. Wash empty at 95 degree. etc.

                                    Still no luck. Finally we are ended up in such a situation we cannot even replace. They just wasted 4 months doing all trial and error method. We have spoken to manager many times and still they are not sending experienced and well versed technicians.

                                    Worst service ever!!!

                                    Finally I would rate 0 for Service and 1 for Machine!

                                      We have a IFB microwave with which we were having problem with the cancel button of the panel. We have registered our complaint and a guy named Kaushlendra attended after 2-3 requests and he told that that PC board is not working and it has to be changed.We ordered for the change as our product was within 1 year of purchase and when he changed the board, the display of the machine got disturbed and it was not functioning as per the buttons on display.we told him that time only but he least responded and said that cancel button is working so its ok. A feedback call from IFB came and we said we are not satisfied.We were told that our problem will be resolved but no action has been taken yet.We regret our decision of going with IFB because the after sales service is very poor and that guy kaushlendra also misbehaved and didnt talked properly. I really request to take some strict actions in this respect.

                                        I have bought IFB washing machine of Model "Senorita VX" front model.
                                        It is always troubling me and the complaint is always about door.
                                        When I give complaint, technician comes after a week.
                                        Everytime I am facing the worst experience.
                                        I feel like throwing the machine on road.
                                        Since 4 days I have been waiting for the technician and IFB person shouts on me that I have siit calm without complaining.
                                        But the truth is that I have been calling to many numbers listed below since 4 days.

                                        Bajaj Electronics Hubsiguda, Hyderabad - [protected] (asks me, till now U didn't get ticket number in message, till now U didn't get technician, oh no! we have given complaint)
                                        IFB Chandanagar, Hyderabad - [protected] (asks ticket number, which we didn't get till now)
                                        IFB Manager Dastagiri - [protected] (Last time he promised me "whenever U get any problem pl call me" now switched off since 4 days)
                                        IFB Manager - [protected] (didn't lift the call)
                                        IFB mechanic - [protected] (Last time he promised me "whenever U get any problem pl call me" but now not reachable since 4 days)
                                        IFB other number - [protected] (no response)
                                        IFB call center - [protected] (Finally gave me ticket number)
                                        IFB Technician - [protected] (Asked me ticket number, when I gave him ticket number and gave him complaint, he shouts at me that sitting at home can't resolve the problem)
