On Oct 9th 2015 i registered a complaint regarding some leakage problem at the inlet of water where i had my water filter fitted at that point. On Oct 10th 2015 one person named "Shiva" from IFB AMC Hyderabad service attended and mentioned that will replace that filter and asked for bill, the guy who fitted it not yet given any bill when i purchased it for 2500/- and came to know that it required bill or he can help us by searching earlier complaints and get it done. As well "Shiva" mentioned that he will get it done on Oct 12th 2015 and ask us to remind him once in the morning, my wife keep on calling him more than 25 times, but he not lifted or responded and not yet addressed. Then i made a complaint again daily from Oct 12th, 13th, 14th and so on more than 5 times, even the customer care executives passed to higher authorities and mentioned it will get it done. I waited for 10 days, so no improvement on addressing my issue, then i called again on Oct 22nd 2015, then they given super visor number in hyderabad and ask to follow up with him as they are forwarding the case on critically high basis. Then he attended the call and mentioned he will attend on Monday (Oct 26th 2015), and not again addressed again i made a complaint that no show happened and they transferred my call to "Explanation dept" to explain the point to point scenario happened so far, i did the same again no show. Again i made a complaint on Oct 27th 2015 as i not yet got any improvement on my case to resolve the issue. Finally i got a call from one of service executive named "Rahim" on Oct 28th 2015 and he mentioned that he will and fix the issue in an half an hour, he called me around 12'o clock. But after calling him couple of times he finally came to fix the issue at around 6PM, even he not yet done completely he replaced on part cost 150/- and planned to replace another part at door (Spring issue) which will cost around 450/-, . Till (Oct 29th 2015) around 1PM i am writing the mail now, not yet resolved even i called him at 9PM yesterday (Oct 28th 2015) to fix as early as possible. Again i called to the same number for hyderabad which i thought to fix the problem and explained the same they promised me to fix as early as possible, but waiting eagerly for the fix and make the washing machine to run. As the service executives are saying for small parts there is no requirement of bill even we are asking them forcibly, but the AMC people are saying it is mandatory. How can you are not pointing out these issues even they are selling original IFB products without bill while servicing, or they are managing with duplicate products, i don't know?

      Being a IFB washing machine customer since from 1996, having AMC service management, maintenance, or repair AMC franchisee authorized by IFB industries limited registered office, 14, Taratolla road, Kolkata-700088. My AMC serial no is 52314 for2015&16 Machine serial no15031, model EVADX as per invoice cum receipt, dated on[protected] & valied up to[protected].AMC franchisee Name as S.M.Agencies Coimbatore. As per my knowledge the AMC done on[protected]., not at all registered with registered office Kolkata. I have registered a complaint to service centre Hydrabad on[protected] and my compaint no (or ticket ) is [protected], and my customer id is 1744245, and my 2nd complaint in between[protected], and the third on[protected].even with the several complaint service and repair is not done. As per their requst I have phoned and asked for help from IFB service managers Mr.Shanmugam, HIS MOBILE NO IS [protected] AND TO Mr. .NANDAKUMAR of Coimbatore and his call no is [protected], but nothing happened. With out washing assistance it is very difficult to live like senior citizen at the age of 68 years. Hope for the best from your side. This my final attempt. Thanking you sir.

        Hi I am Dhanunjaya Rao V, from Hyderabad, Telangana. Purchased new IFB 8 kg Front Load Senator Aquasx Silve. on 22nd October and I received machine on 23rd October. But till now I did not get any call for Demo installation . And I called customer care regarding this. They provided here local executive numbers, even tho my problem not solved.           IFB service is very bad & poor communication. My ticket no. is [protected].Purchased W.Machine (IFB TL65RCG 6.5 KG) at[protected]. Today[protected] I called customer care 7:45 am (1st). He tolled service man will come before 1:00 pm and service man will contact with me. Then I contact 5 time with customer care but any service man do not call me. I contact head office and call received a lady, she tolled me same. After 2 hours I call again. She tolled me lie and service man contact with me (6:00 pm). After purchase product, company behavior responsible. I wastage one working day. Service Center or head office give wrong information. I need to step legally for this company`s service. Service Center & head office dont know that there service man`s Present place, not contact them. Third-class, Very low category service.

            Technician don't came to explaine the function of newly microwave past 10 days. when i call in call centre they said technician came with in 48 hours, i call in call center 3 times but there reply is same, then i contact to local delear Mr. Ajay Talwar ([protected]) he also reply me with same excuses, after 2 times calling they provide me technician Mr. Sandeep ([protected]) he also said me he came with in 48 hours but till now no technician is provided to me.

              Our complaint number is: [protected]
              We have IFB washing machine Senorita 6kg. It came for repair and we lodged a service request with customer care on 4th of Oct 2015. Within a day service technician came to check to he machine and determined that drum and tub need to be replaced, and will do that in 3 days. After that initial contact none of the technicians came to repair the machine. I have called them every day to follow-up on the service. They initially picked the phone and promised to repair next day (this went on for few days, after that they have stopped taking phone calls. Out of frustration, I called the 24/7 customer care again and found that they have cancelled the complaint, we needed to lodge another request. This was on 17th. of Oct 2015. Again the same story, service manager Suraj promised to get it resolved in three days but the issue never got resolved. I have been calling technicians, Anand, Kiran Kumar, and service manager Suraj everyday multiple times. Its same story again. They say they will do it next day but that day never comes. For last few days they have stopped even picking up the calls. Again I called the 24/7 customer care yesterday and spoke to the floor supervisor who promised to get it resolved next day. Today he says he spoke to somebody called Shankar (another service manager, ) and the issue will be resolved by Thursday (29th of Oct.) I tried multiple times to call Shankar and there is no reply. I want to escalate to a higher level but the customer care floor supervisor refuses to give escalation points.

              It is frustrating. If IFB does not want to support the washing machines because they are in warranty, or other reasons, please state that and we will buy a new washing machine. We have no problem with that. At least we will be a buying new machine and would not have had service interruption. We would have really appreciated if the IFB had stated the policy of not servicing their equipment after selling the equipment. Giving warranty and not servicing the equipment after they are broken during warranty period is not what we expect from a honest company.

              Even now, be honest and tell us when you want to service our washing machine or not. If you really mean to service it, give the deadline and tell us what penalty you take if you miss it? If you do not want to service it, please say so, and at least you save us the frustration of being unsatisfied customer.

                I brought IFB Washing machine on 29.05.2013, model no AW6501RB, customer ID 10254658, since then the machine has been breaking down every six months, till now we have got it rectified 4-5 times, I have been a big fan of IFB products rite from beginning but now i plan to switch to samsung, it is very disappointing that company doesnt care about its customers .This is a defective piece given to me because all other products of IFB that i have used have been maintenance free .I am planning to launch a social media compaign against them until and unless they replace it and confirm that indeed it was a defective piece .

                  Dear Sir,

                  Refer to my permanent Customer ID 11221063 and my complaint number 16616115 dated 09 Oct 2015. My washing machine was having lot of vibrations during spinning. During initial spinning, there is loud thud and it starts vibrating vigorously . The service engineer came on 15 Oct 2015 and replaced two shockers after charging (Rs. 900+228). After repairs when I started running for the first time on 20 Oct 2015, it was making more vibrations than earlier and the thud sound was there. Immediately I reported the matter by SMS to Mob. No.[protected]. The complaint was again reported on 20 Oct 2015 vide complaint number 16686073.

                  Despite my personal liasioning with Mr RK Taneja Mob. No. [protected] on 23 and 24 Oct 2015, he did not bother to contact me. This kind of behaviour on part of the service engineer of a reputed company like IFB is just not expected.

                  In view of the above, my problem should be addressed immediately.

                  I am not discussing about the spares. Let your service person tell me what is the defect. Spare comes later. Why did he change the shocker when it was not required to be changed. You are keeping bunch of jokers as you service engineers who do not much knowledge of balancing. They are spoiling IFB names.
                  You have not read my Complaimt properly. Atleast send some one who can tell the defect in the washing machine

                    I bought a washing machine ifb company, due to senetry work i put out in let pipe from tap, now im trying to attach that inlet pipe again with tap but i can do it, i admit my complain to custmor service on 21/10/2015 .custmer care provider asure me to solve problem in 48 our, but still no one from company try to solve the problem, i complain again 23 /10/2015 and 24/10/2015they give me complain no.16692694 but not giving servive as they assure me time of bought machine.

                        We register complaint ([protected]) regarding oven problem in ifb care over 3 months before.But there is no response more than a week. After i got ifb area service manager number i contact him. he arrange conference call to service agency ( S.M.agency, saibaba colony, coimbatore) the agency member told without attending service the closed the complaint. after manager instruction one service person from that agency attend the service on site, he did not able to find the problem, he pick my oven to. his service center. more than one month he did not return my oven. after a month i make a call to that person he simply told this is out of model we dont have spares, so u purchase new one. we purchase last year only. with in one year they told his product out of model. after we discuss with service manager . After regular follow up the service manager force the agency person to return my oven with out rectification. they return my oven like a scrap. After another agency person came for service they told lot of spares are not available. lot of inner parts like wheel are in bend condition. till now we follow the person. they regularly visit the site for rectification. till now rectification not done. more than three months its not working. the service very very worst. Dont purchase IFB products. They dont have trained engineers. they dont have enough spare. worst IFB service. My contact number [protected],

                            I am facing problem in my IFB washing m/c from last 2 months. One od IFb service person visit to attend the problem. he checked and found some parts damage. he told us that he will come with parts with in a wheel. but now after one months he is still saying that parts are not available and he dont know when he will get parts from Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh. Sir.. kindly check this problem and speedup the process.

                              Hi this is poornima here and we have this ifb dishwasher problem from past 6 months and we have been calling customer care for service from the time the problem started and everytime they keep telling that we are coming today we are on the way but they never come n once after some 2 months n multiple follow up they took the dishwasher to there service center n they kept there for almost 1 month and only after we followed up again they took an effort to bring it back but again it never worked.. Whoever is reading the complaint please do something about it or we want to return the product and give us our money back it's very disappointing that Such a big brand but no service and they cheat the customers in this way.

                                Complaint log to Service centre vide complaint # 16503871 on 24.09.2015 (client # 1014463). Excessive noise during spinning. Service Person diagnosed problem & recommended, replacing 'drum', which was not available at that time, so placed order for the same. yet after 20 days of placing order, part couldn't procured.

                                  My washing machine was working fine until I got a call from IFB asking if I needed service.. I thought its been while now since it was serviced so agreed, BIGGEST MISTAKE.. They came for service, told the machine needed descaling and charged 3080Rs for that and some aquafilter which was suddenly a necessary thing which didn't come with the machine when I bought it... After this the problem started.. A few days later the washing machine suddenly showed an error.. I called the agency that sent the service man first time- Shree Nidhi Services, Bangalore.. Those shameless ppl kept telling we are coming, we are coming for 3 days without actually coming.. Then I registered a complaint with IFB[protected].. They said that usually the response takes time but since my problem is since 3 days, they made it a high priority complaint and game me contact details of another agency- Hari Nidhi Agency, Bangalore.. I called them in morning around 9.30 and told them the problem.. They said they will look into it immediately and the earliest they can send someone is by 1 in with (now that's on high priority basis, I wonder what normal customers have to endure).. Then I call at 1.30 pm again, asking where is their service man, and they don't have a clue abt my complaint... I called IFB again and told them to look into it, all they can do is register another complaint.. Fantastic!! Now I'm stuck with no washing machine for 3 days, was planning on a trip in the coming holidays, looks like I've to be home to wash clothes... My advice to anyone going to buy washing machines, PLZ PLZ AVOID IFB... WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...

                                    I have purchased IFB washing machine Front loaded . In March 2015 it was not working properly.Water leakage and Machine sound . After that i made complaint to customer care and one of the service engineer Mr . Thirukumaran came and collect 6000 /- approximately for AMC and for the water leakage, within 3 months again same problem continue and another person Mr. Kanish came and told some other parts got damaged so we cant cover under AMC so need to pay additional amount of rs 3400 and my parents paid for tat too. As they are senior citizens they are not aware of AMC and service related . Again last week same water leakage in Machine another person Mr. Prabhakaran told to give 200 rs to solve the problem . After paid AMC why your service Engineer asking money continuesly with in few months and problem is also not rectified . Person Mr. Rajan in customer care who is not answering properly and also not giving proper repy to that customers. Total Amount we paid around 9400 in last 6 months . need to work done and also give proper split up of amount which we paid . i have mentioning Indian consumer complaint number also in this . When i call customer care no. of IFB they just give me silly excuses and provide me no. of some senior authority. later on he also give me excuses that the part is not arrived from head office. I am fed up of such excuses. I want the work done and compensate me the amount regarding my frequent calls made from my mobile in this matter. My time is wasted...                                       We started giving complaing in the month of June 15 for water leakage and the sent one Service Engineer who doesnt know any thing and he broken one part, for replacing it they took 45 days time but the main problem of water leak is still pending...Inspite of giving compalaints every 10 days and when we call Customer care about the status after a week they simply say that the complaint has been closed by service and they take new complaint. the same is repeating for last 5 months..Customer care people simply says that what we can do if the service people close the complaint. They have no system to address the Customer Grievances. Its a 3rd rated company... Please suggest me if I can go to Consumer Court???

                                      My machine is not running from 20th sep when i raised my first complaint # 16467108.some technician come after 20 days who does not know anything about washing machine and informed my wife that there is no problem with the machine and left.

                                      Second time when i re-registered my complaint 16601350, no one has come but they closed the complaint themselves.

                                      Third time i made a complaint 16681632, so far none has come.

                                      I have spoken several times to your customer care executives and seniors several times and also to Indore office, Anil Gupta, Ranajanna, etc also to your Bhopal office also. But so far nobody is calling and coming and no service completed, totally 35 days the machine is not running.

                                      I have contacted IFB through [protected]@ifbglobal.com also. But no response.

                                        Hi, i have bought IFB 20SC2 Oven in April 2013. after that for 6months it got repair. because of loose connection it fell down and almost all parts got replaced. though it was under warranty i was charged around 5300/-(900 for glass plate, 4k for PCB and few other parts). even these parts were out of stock and only after 6 months follow-up they have replace it. and by that time it was out of Warranty. Again after replacing the PCB with new one after 3 months again because of loose connection in the oven power supply was not there and again i paid 500 for service charges. this has happened in July '15. now Again though there is power supply heating is not happening. and technician has visited stating that PCB is not working and it has to be replaced which will cost around 2600/-. i bought the oven for 8500/- and i have spent almost 6k until now and now again i have to pay 2600 which has crossed the cost of Oven. this is all about the oven. Coming to the customer care, though i raise a complaint they will tell there is no complaint. this has happened twice. After taking the details of complaint number when i ask them for any service centre manager, the service centre manager is saying no complaint found with that Id. again if i call Customer service they will register a new complaint but no person will attempt the same for days where i have to follow up multiple times. this has happened 6-7 times every time my oven went under repair. I strongly recommend everyone not to go with this product as the Customer care is the most worst i have ever seen. till today also my complaint is still open and no one attempted it.
