I have complained several times about repairs to Dish washing machines and clothes washing machines but each time a new executive comes and gives new versions/ statements and insists to take the machines to workshop and takes it to workshop and keeps them for one week and brings them back but the problems still exist. They also charge for the transport every time and since they keep the machine for one week we are put to lot of inconvenience....

I have lodge a complaint for non working of IFB front loaded washing machine, complaint No 16485002 on 22nd September 2015. There is no response from service provider and IFB company in-spite of calling them number of times and even speaking to the service manager and requesting for early response, No one has come to check the condition of the machine and solve the problem...

I have purchased new IFB washing machine 1 week back. Since day 1 it is not working or I am not able to use that because whenever we use the machine the power gets tripped.
