Dear Sir/Madam, My name is K.Hemachandran on 7th September 2014 i got married, on that day i Receive IFB microwave oven Model no (20BC3) as a gift. with Bill date of 31/08/2014, after few days Demo person Came to give a demo but at that time when microwave oven plugged in total Current supply tripped, demo person told that u have voltage problem better you use Stabilizer, then i packed the microwave oven and kept a side. on 14/10/2015 my electrician came for alteration work i asked doubt for the microwave oven then he checked the Voltage, told me that u have supply of 220v, then again i requested a service for microwave oven, concern person came within 24hrs and checked the microwave oven, told me that you have Board Fault and your warranty period is over cant do anything, i Explained everything and this is the first time i am using microwave oven, Please help me sir, accidentally i have received the IFB microwave oven with BOARD problem, i didn't know sir, i never used the microwave oven, it is in show room Condition, please help me in this issue please do me a favor I have Believe in your company, above i told is true i promised, i attached the bill copy Please Please Please Please Help
