Regarding order No :277005 & my registered mobile number is [protected].
Hi,
I ordered a inlet pipe for my washing machine, on 30th Sept 2015, Still it is not resolved,
I called customer care number[protected], six times.
My second call is on 3rd October 2015, i asked for status of the my order/request/complaint, the executive assured me it will be delivered on Saturday (3rd Oct 2015) itself or on Monday (5th Oct 2015), nothing happened.
My third call is on 6th October 2015, Again asked the status of order/request/complaint executive, and assured me that item will be delivered on that day. Executive gave me number also gave number of Mr.Raghavendra, Either this phone will be busy/engaged or Mr Raghavendra won't be available, i tried this number around 20 times. but nothing happened.
My fourth call i made to customer care on 9th Oct 2015, executive said she again escalating the issue and item will be delivered by evening, I explained her what is happening for last 10 days, then she gave me another of Mr Anjan After making 3 calls, they are only able to tell they are not able to see any such request.
My fifth call to customer care again i explained the whole case again. Then they gave me again another person number Mr Sachala.
I made call to Mr. Sachala on Saturday after noon, he said my service area doesn't, come under both Raghavendra and Anjan, very strange!!!, then what is happening for last 10 days, to whom the customer care executives are escalating the issue? What happened to the delivery? But Mr.Sachala promised to me, that he will provide resolution on Monday or Tuesday and he will get back to me on Monday morning.
That is too much, to expect such a resolution by IFB (as experience now).
No one called me by Monday morning, waited till evening, and called back Mr. Sachala. He proudly informed me that he don't have the spare part and he can only resolved it by wed/Thursday.
What is very laughable is every time I call IFB number, it is plays a jingle about smart homes, Only thing i or you didn't realize is in smart home it will take more than 2 weeks to get a inlet pipe.
This is my 9th year of association with IFB, i would like congratulate all the people involved in process for destroying the faith i have brand IFB.

I send an email to customer service. Now also I called the customer service they told me in the computer it is showing that our case is closed. Without repairing the oven how can you close the conplaint. Please try to appointment staff who can take responsibility. Still am saying am not satisfied with you service. If you can't solve the issues it is better to close the customer service, just wastage of our time
