I have digital washing machine 5.5 kg. I have complain number 16613283 they have closed the ticket without resolving it This is pending for more than 15 days. They have charged me Rs 290/- to visit .Then I have raised escalation call and no is E83455 they have generated new ticket 16635195 saying old tickt cannot be re-opened. even after 10 days these tickets are not resolved . They are alos not responding.

    - complaint no : [protected] - Which is lodged on 21/09/2015 by G. RAMASAMY. - [protected] (Ramasamy) - We have lodged a complaint against washing machine not working on 21st september 2015. but the service engineer came after a week i.e., 25th september, 2015. which is a very poor response from the service team. After which we have clearly mentioned the AMC is ending by 6th OCTOBER 2015. On knowing that the service engineer had mentioned he would get the drum replaced within 3 days, since he needs spare parts to reach by 3 days from chennai. But none turned back but they have cancelled the complaint no mentioned above. Again one more complaint is lodge for track the issue on 17th october 2015. - complaint no : [protected]. where the service engineer came on 18th oct, 2015 came and saw the same issue. asking us to do AMC and left the house without servicing. Such a shameful act from IFB people. in not resolving the issue

      Hi My name is Aswathy, from Kaduthuruthy. I called customer care service to talk about the problem related to microwave oven. I think now it is more than a month. One guy who came to repair it and he told that he need to replace one part and unfortunately there was no stock. Now its nearly 2 weeks they still saying that they don't have the stock. from my experience am saying such a poor service, if I would have known this before about this sure I won't buy this. For the attention of IFB SERVICES if you are not going to resolve this problem, I will file a case. I need a refund or repair it at the earliest. I already recorded the conversation with customer services so I have the proof.

      I send an email to customer service. Now also I called the customer service they told me in the computer it is showing that our case is closed. Without repairing the oven how can you close the conplaint. Please try to appointment staff who can take responsibility. Still am saying am not satisfied with you service. If you can't solve the issues it is better to close the customer service, just wastage of our time

        Dear Sir/Madam, My name is K.Hemachandran on 7th September 2014 i got married, on that day i Receive IFB microwave oven Model no (20BC3) as a gift. with Bill date of 31/08/2014, after few days Demo person Came to give a demo but at that time when microwave oven plugged in total Current supply tripped, demo person told that u have voltage problem better you use Stabilizer, then i packed the microwave oven and kept a side. on 14/10/2015 my electrician came for alteration work i asked doubt for the microwave oven then he checked the Voltage, told me that u have supply of 220v, then again i requested a service for microwave oven, concern person came within 24hrs and checked the microwave oven, told me that you have Board Fault and your warranty period is over cant do anything, i Explained everything and this is the first time i am using microwave oven, Please help me sir, accidentally i have received the IFB microwave oven with BOARD problem, i didn't know sir, i never used the microwave oven, it is in show room Condition, please help me in this issue please do me a favor I have Believe in your company, above i told is true i promised, i attached the bill copy Please Please Please Please Help

          We have an air conditioner purchased march this year, the stabiliser (Ifb product as well) had a short circuit and big splash and brunt smell during night while the a/c was switched off, complained through your customer service (Complaint no:[protected]) and the technician came, he removed the stabiliser and said he has nothing to do with the stabiliser and asked me to contact the shop ifb point in trichy, where i purchased the a/c, so i took the stabiliser to to ifb point from where i purchased the a/c unit, and they said the technician will come to my house and collect the stabiliser and replace it, so please let me know who does what and there is no responsible person representing ifb in this city trichy? The first complaint is registered with your toll free number on 6th october, 2015, yesterday another technician came and collected the faulty stabiliser and when we asked when will you install it back he does not have an answer, the management of q - electronics ms. Rukmani is so rude at our calls to her and she is a hopeless creature, because of her we have to pull on with sleepless days at our home without a/c since more than two weeks, she is the one guided the first technician who came to attend the fault and she behaves as such she is not aware of anything when you talk to her. We are very much frustrated with ifb' customer service since we are know what is a custeomer service with other range of products from lg with best of service at all times.

            Sir/madam i have purchased a washing machine front load admiral 7012 customer id 10049114 in november 2011. and i am facing so many problems with it by the second or third month of purchase.i made so many complaints for that machine. some are sorted out quickly and some took too much time. anyways, now i want to make amc for it but mr ashok(frencisee of panipat) neglect to do same. he said that company doesnt allow to make amc for this model.this is not fair how can i afford maintenence of this machine i know it is worse.pls solve my problem.

              I purchased a IFB SENORITASX front load washing machine on 3.12.2011 at Hyderabad, A.P.
              It is observed that tray and body of the machine along the place where we put detergent is faded and top layer is being stripped off. Looks like rusting and badly getting damaged.

                This is regarding complaint no. 16574480 registered on 03/10/2015. Our customer is 2818331. The complaint was attended one day later and the service engineer informed us that certain parts were required. From that day on-wards we have been waiting for the visit of service engineer to rectify the problem. We have been following up customer care number[protected] but every time they just apologize for delay and nothing else. I am unable to digest that the it takes 12 days to get parts from their head office at goa. We faced similar problem two years back and faced the same delay in getting the problem resolved.

                  Customer ID; 11214218, Complaint no.16537563.I have purchased IFB Microwave convection 23 Ltr online and i have received the product without any nut bolt and all loose. On Registering the complaint with IFB, even after 15 days I have not got my product replaced and customer care always make excuse of non-availability. When in case of such defect, If customer care cannot arrange single product, what sort of customer service IFB is giving?? After 15 days after much followup with floor managers and supervisor, i got a call from branch that they don't have product and they will not having the same in there stock in near future and I need to purchase 25 Ltr microwave by paying difference amount. You are asking an already irritated and unsatisfied customer to pay more and after 15 days to have another product, then why don't you refund the money. No one is monitoring here how long the compaint was unresolved, No Internal control over the after sale service and customer satisfaction.                   When they don't have product why they have not transferred the compaint for refund.

                  I am in the serious need of Microwave, but due to such horrible behaviour from IFB customer care team, even after making payment i am unable to have my product

S) Ifb complaint # : 2326765, date logged : 29th sep 2015 Amc dealer - venkatachalam association, broadway, chennai Amc applied date: jan 2015 - jan 2016 Problem with machine : washing machine is producing too much of sound while running and when complained, amc dealer came and verified that drum need to be replaced. He said that he'll bring that and will replace it soon. But, then he didnt turn up and whenever we call them they say that drum is out of stock and it will come by this wednesday and so our ticket will be closed by thursday. But when we call them on thursday, then they said that it will come only by saturday and we have to wait till monday. So far, we have waited for 3 thursdays and 3 mondays but no one turned up. We have got area manager name (Venkatachalam - [protected]), executive lead (Praveen - [protected]) who always commit that it will be solved by today. We'll leave our job and wait at home but no one will turn up. I only felt that all this is happend just because we are already in amc. Since we joined amc, no one came for service. I am getting frustrated in spending 1 hr in following up and calling both amc dealer and ifb customer care on the same but nothing has been resolved. Not sure whether the ticket would be resolved or not. I regret that i shouldn't have opted for ifb washing machine.

                      Regarding order No :277005 & my registered mobile number is [protected]. Hi, I ordered a inlet pipe for my washing machine, on 30th Sept 2015, Still it is not resolved, I called customer care number[protected], six times. My second call is on 3rd October 2015, i asked for status of the my order/request/complaint, the executive assured me it will be delivered on Saturday (3rd Oct 2015) itself or on Monday (5th Oct 2015), nothing happened. My third call is on 6th October 2015, Again asked the status of order/request/complaint executive, and assured me that item will be delivered on that day. Executive gave me number also gave number of Mr.Raghavendra, Either this phone will be busy/engaged or Mr Raghavendra won't be available, i tried this number around 20 times. but nothing happened. My fourth call i made to customer care on 9th Oct 2015, executive said she again escalating the issue and item will be delivered by evening, I explained her what is happening for last 10 days, then she gave me another of Mr Anjan After making 3 calls, they are only able to tell they are not able to see any such request. My fifth call to customer care again i explained the whole case again. Then they gave me again another person number Mr Sachala. I made call to Mr. Sachala on Saturday after noon, he said my service area doesn't, come under both Raghavendra and Anjan, very strange!!!, then what is happening for last 10 days, to whom the customer care executives are escalating the issue? What happened to the delivery? But Mr.Sachala promised to me, that he will provide resolution on Monday or Tuesday and he will get back to me on Monday morning. That is too much, to expect such a resolution by IFB (as experience now). No one called me by Monday morning, waited till evening, and called back Mr. Sachala. He proudly informed me that he don't have the spare part and he can only resolved it by wed/Thursday. What is very laughable is every time I call IFB number, it is plays a jingle about smart homes, Only thing i or you didn't realize is in smart home it will take more than 2 weeks to get a inlet pipe. This is my 9th year of association with IFB, i would like congratulate all the people involved in process for destroying the faith i have brand IFB. Regards, Ravi.

                        This is the worst experience from the customer service team of IFB. We registered our complaint two months back and still there is no hope. How can a customer depend on a product of this company anymore testing his patience and waiting for redressel of the complaints...I would never suggest anyone to buy a product from this company.

                          Hello- My register mobile number is[protected]. I keep on complaining about my Washing machine since 3 months, no resolution provided by you. Some technician is visiting my place and looking the AMC and saying this will not our reason and AMC taken by Bharani and will not attend this call as Bharani taken the AMC like that always they are saying and leaving my place without providing the resolution. My point is who is Bharani, I'm taken the AMC based on the IFB brand not based on the Bharani, I've right to raise the complain with in India and you have to attend the call with in India. This is IFB, and international company, it has some brand value in the market but you guys are playing like local company with cheap tricks. I really fed-up to call customer care and keep on giving the complaining for same issue. How many time you can take the complaining without provident the resolution. My AMC till Dec 2015 and since 3 months you people are delaying the time unnecessary, I guess I can say wontedly you are doing this because you guys wants to reach the AMC end date and then you will say AMC over so we can't attend the call like that. Since 3 months I'm waiting and no one has giving the resolution. Some one is saying items is not available story, My question, if items are not available why you guys have taken the AMC for my machine. You guys are given some number like Jyothi, Usha etc, no one has provided resolution. I spoke to Balbindhar shing, he promised me that he will resolve my problem with in two day. But not happens since 1 or 1 1/2 month even after spoken to him. My question is are you extend my AMC? I guess your answer is NO. If NO, then why you people are not providing the resolution since 3 months and wasting my duration. I can say your company is cheating me like local companies, I can say I'm not interested to use this kind of words but my experience with IFB is worst. I really lost my patient to keep on complaining Please verify my complain history since 3 months and also please provide me the list of complain I raised since 3 months.                           Thanks for resolving the issue. It took nearly 3 months to resolve the issue. I lost my AMC period due to IFB employees irresponsibility who are working in my area. They haven't taken seriously my issue. After complaining in here then problem resolved in 3 days.

                          Not sure why we always reaching customer care, my experience this place is better to complain the issue than Customer care center.

                          I.m not sure why the service guys are not attending the call even I raised the complaint two time for same issue. Two times I raised the complain but not one is attend to my issue. Simply dragging the time. In Tirupathi town service is too worst I can say. I never recommend any for any IFB product

                            I have purchased a 20 ltr. Microoven model no. 20pg3s from their dealer sree ganesha enterprises, door no. 26-50-17, opp. Sfs school, kanithi road, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam-530026, ph.No.[protected] invoice no. 039 dt. 26.11.2013 after receiving the micro oven it was found inside the microoven yellow type rust, then i asked demo person for replacement of the same. But demo person told me that i have 1 year guarantee and asked me to call after 10-11 months o[censored]se it will be changed. After 11 month i have a complaint to the customer ifb care. They have send the same person and he told it will be changed within a week. After several calls to ifb customer care complaint no.16292062 and 16490067 and told mr. Rishi, mr. Balbider etc.After many calls till date no person has approached me . Please help me regarding this matter.

                                I have purchased a new ifb washing machine under the name keasavan ph.no:[protected] model no: Eva aqua sx 6kg 800rpm on July 2015, with in 10days it got repaired i have called ifb customer care and registered a complained about this they said their technician will will visit my place within 2working days but he came after 5days and said the problem have occurred due to rat bite on mother board and this will not cover under free service i have to pay for it, i have agreed for that and he said the cost will be around 4k and he provided a contact number and said he is going on leave for 10days and he asked me to contact his colleagues for further, as he said i have contacted him he visited my place and said he will fix the issue but he said he is not from IFB he is a local mechanic and not to disclose any information to ifb regarding this, but i dint agree it because i don't want to waste my warranty period, i have again called an IFB customer care and explained this they said they will escalate this to higher level and they have registered another complaint as they said this time an different technician came but he did the same as a previous technician, he also provided the same thirty party dealer number asked to contact him if machine needs to be repaired soon, again i have called the customer care and said this as usual they said they will make a note of this and send to higher level and again they have logged my complaint as new one but no one have attended my complaint in spite of calling customer care for more that 5 times, even i have contacted the dealer thrice ever time he says that technical will attend my problem but its almost 2month no one came till now, i am waiting for some one to get this fixed, i have spend 27k for a washing machine and hardly used it for five times, now i am washing clothes with my hand, i dint a big blender by choosing the brand IFB worst customer service but in my machine they have printed spare parts support for 10years

                                  I have complained regarding the same long back . Again the same thing is repeated. The previous link is given here http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ifb-microwave-25bc3-under-warranty-but-not-work... Now the microwave is in AMC but I faced the same problem . They took away the PCB on 21st September 2015 promising to get it done by Wednesday I.e. 23rd but even after calling the customer care multiple times there is no benifit. Today there was a missed call and immediately after that they send an SMS saying the issue is resolved without getting it resolved. My microwave is still unassembled without PCB. I want no one to purchase any more IFB product as there service is the worst amongst all. I want them to give my money back and take back there microwave. Either the service person's knows nothing or the person working in IFB intensionally harassing us. Please help to get our money back. Chirantan [protected]

                                    Dear sir My wife is an assistant professor and a working mother for our three children who are all under ten years of age. A washing machine is a boon and we decided on ifb as it was the brand that had great reviews from other working mothers who used it. Unfortunately the experience we had over the last one month has badly dented that image. Last month the machine failed and we filed complaint no [protected] at the trichur service centre (+[protected] on september 5th. After filing our complaint the technician visited our place on september 10th and said a screw/bracket was needed and he would do the same within a few days. Our repeated calls met with no response and my wife was forced to manually wash clothes for over a month. On wednesday (8th october) i spoke again to the office as the technician refused to pick our repeated calls by now (+91 [protected]). The lady at the service centre who we had also spoken to many times and knowing that we had relentlessly called for the last month understood our dilemma and promised me that she would send a replacement from an old washing machine in your trichur godown till the part arrived from mumbai. She said this would be done on the 9th october My wife accordingly took leave and waited at home on thursday for action from your part. No one came, or bothered to call her. After 3.00 p. M she tried several times to call the technician and the office but they did not pick her call, aware of her number. Finally on friday calling from another number we got through to the service desk and they said we will do it. Telling them the difficulties of washing for so many manually for a working woman they rudely told us to get another washing machine if this was the case. I am appalled by the service of your company. My wife has decided to take another washing machine, as advised by your service centre (This time lg) as we have realized the pathetic service offered by your company. I now ask you to at least fix the washing machine so that i have second washing machine to face any breakdown in the future and do take action on such service staff as they give your brand a very bad image to your dwindling base of working mothers.

                                      Sir I have filed my complaint on online for front door lock damage on September and agent came to my home and he just checked the door and told that we have to order the front door it may take about one week my father with anger because he was irritated so he said ok then he asked about service charge my father said after fixing the door I will give the total money .so he left my house .while leaving he told about advance 500rupee but hehe don't took the advance but he said that after fixing the door he will take the money and he left.After that on September 26 morning I called Ifb care and I apologize to the manager and I asked for door to orders and he said OK .Till now I am calling every day they are saying the spare will be next week till yesterday. Today they are saying that we said to the agent that we don't want the spare. I was so much irritated because I am calling them every day and they saying that your spare will be in shipping .so please make agent about the customer listen clearly and management too.since I am calling every day then also they didn't place the order but they are asking the details about washing machine and problem

                                        I am Dr Pradeep Kumar. I am a IFB washing machine customer for past 7 years and my machine is under AMC. I have registered a complaint about the noise produced by the machine on 4th October 2015. I am at Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

                                        Whenever we call customer care on the toll free number, they are simply dodging and giving fake replies that service engineer would come. But no one turned up till now.

                                        My AMC is ending by 20th October, 2015. Hence they are simply postponing the service.

                                        This is a planned cheat by IFB customer care as well as service department. Even the customer care is not forwarding our complaint to the next level or it is not forwarding the complaint to the service people of that area.
