My washing machine was broken in june'15 and the complaint has been raised immediately, complaint number 15942569. no field support person visited the spot and they dragged the compliant for month without any progress. i have called the customer care number to get the update and i was told that the compliant has been closed and new compliant is raised in aug'15, complaint number 16372371. i have spoken to so many people in the customer care and all are useless. It's been four months since i have raised the original complaint and the issue is not yet resolved. This is the worst service i have never seen and even on the website there is nothing to escalate to higher lever except the customer care details. Ti have spoke to these guys from the customer care support and all them are just passing the time by saying some crap reason to the customer. 1) vinay 2) bharath (area manager) 3) satish etc I feel it's the time to shutdown the company completely or sell it to a different company who can provide better service.     I am Rajesh Kumar, owner of IFB washing machine (AW60806) since 2008 June. I had raised a complaint on 19th of Sep regarding my washing machine though toll free number. Ticket number is mentioned in the subject line. This mail gives you an outline of the torture that i personally went thru since the machine broke down. I request you to take your value time and read through this mail to understand the pain that a loyal customer is going through now ! On 19th evening, Mr. Kiran Kumar (+91 [protected]) from Sai Service, Bangalore, visited me and checked the machine. He tells the board on the machine needs replacement and calls some one in phone and checks the prices and says 4k. I told, i don't want to spend that much money, then he told, take AMC for Rs2216 and board replacement will be done at another apprx Rs.1700. In addition the machine will be covered for the full next year ! I never realized this was a trap. I paid Rs2216 ( IFB Invoice number[protected] dt 19.09.2015) + 350rs (Service charge without bill). The promise was board will be replaced by Tuesday 22nd Sep or latest by 23 Sep. On 23rd Sep, from the morning, I was calling Mr. Kiran, to fix the appointment. He never picked up the phone. I would have tried atleast 50times through out the day. He never bothered to answer the phone. In the evening at around 7:00 I tried from an alternate number, he picked the call and when i told my name he was silent was 1min.After that reluctantly spoke to me saying that his grand mother as passed away over the week end. He is in home town. However, he confirmed that, the board will be installed in the machine on 25th Sep (Friday). On 24th Sep, I tried calling Mr. Kiran from the evening to fix time for his visit, he did not answer my call. I SMSed him, whatsapped him (Screen shot attached). He never bothered to respond. On 25th Sep, i tried calling Mr. Kiran, but the story remain the same, no response. After some 20times, i called the customer care and got the telephone number of Mr. Anand (+91 [protected]). I spoke to Anand, he told me that Kiran is not back to office and the problem will be rectified on the same day itself. After 30mins i again called Mr. Anand to know the schedule, that time Mr. Anand told that, Kiran will return to work on Saturday 26th Sep and the machine will be fixed 100%. On 26th Sep, I tried calling both Mr. Kiran and Mr. Anand, no one answered the phone. I messaged Mr. Anand (see attachment), I got a reply that, due to Bandh, office is closed, the machine will be fixed on Monday 28th Sep. (If he aware of Bandh on 26th Sep, why give false commitments??) Finally, I got number and mail id of Mr. Suraj (+91 [protected]), tried calling him, there was no response from him aswell. On 28th Mon, I tried calling Mr. Kiran on the morning, no response, tried calling Mr. Anand, got a message that he is in meeting. I spoke to Anand in the afternoon and Mr. Anand confirmed that Kiran has the board, the machine will be fixed by evening. In the evening I called Mr. Kiran, fortunately, he picked the call, he said he will visit me by 19:00Hrs. From 19:00hrs, i tried calling Kiran, and Mr. Anand, there was no response from both of them, Finally Mr. Anand, answered the call and tell me that, he will check with Kiran and tell me what is the status. For 30mins, I did not get any answer from him, I tried calling both of them again at 20:00, , they did not answer. I tried calling Mr. Suraj, he answered phone and tells that he is not aware of the issue. I asked him to take Conference call with Mr. Anand or Mr. Kiran. I understood from Suraj that, his phone does not have the facility ! ( In 2015, even road side mechanic has phone with conference call facility, being senior executive in GLOBAL COMPANY as IFB, i fail to accept that, Mr. Suraj's phone does not have the facility, or he did not want to take it) My machine is still down with laundry still pending for past two weeks. Myself being an engineer who provides best solutions to customer needs, I know how much committed, I am in solving customer issues. IFB's logo says "Set yourself free"; does the behaviour from IFB/ Service centre reflect that? I dont think so, after raising a complaint, i need to make 1000's calls to make you do your work. I guess the logo is for your employees, they are setting themselves free from all responsibilities ! Summary: I need my money back and i am scrapping my machine. I will buy a new washing machine as I have lost the trust in IFB Brand. Please let me know how can i get the money back, I will wait for 1day for an answer for this mail. I will not make any more phone calls to fix the machine, I need my money back ! PS: In today's world, where people are connected almost everywhere, I am worried about the culture that IFB is promoting. The manager's never attend customer calls, which is taken as accepted by the subordinates. They are damn bothered to answer calls from customers. I will consider this a day light robbery. God save the world !

      I have purchased a fully automatic IFB washing machine around 6 months back. Since installation it is delivering electric shocks. This was brought to the notice of the technician at the time of installation itself but he ignored it as a minor matter and asked us to get the wiring checked. After a thorough examination of the house wiring the conclusion pointed to a snag in the machine itself. -We contacted the center @ [protected] and lodged several complaints (last complaint number :[protected]. - The last person who visited (Mr. Sunil, Phone number [protected]) assured us that machine will be replaced within 2 weeks. Well, even 2 weeks are over now !! -In the last week we have contacted @ [protected] twice. Not only they are rude and give false deadlines, they refused to hear us today on the pretext of today being a Sunday !! -Today I have contacted customer care again @ [protected] and I was told that the last complaint was unilaterally cancelled by the center, the reason being mentioned that no one was there at home. Nothing can be far from the truth (Mr Sunil visited the home and we even has his phone number !!). This is a highly unprofessional behavior !! - Today a new complaint ID has been given to me 16529251 and I dont have much hope even with this...afterall its just a number for IFB. -Bimal Soreng replied to my mail with "We are looking into the matter and will revert shortly"...but their is no reverting back till now.

        After shifting to Bangalore in mid-August, IFB sent a technician to install our washing machine, and we foolishly renewed our AMC at the same time. He made a complete mess of things, and the machine's unusable since. We have repeatedly contacted customer care in Bangalore over the past month. Aside from taking our name and location each time and promising to send the technician, we have not seen any action from IFB.

        All we have got for spending money on an AMC with this company has been an extremely frustrating experience with customer care, and an inoperable machine. Please rectify this problem immediately by sending your technician without any further delay.

            Now u only tell me why I will complain if some one could come to do the work properly
            It's an answer to me that if a customer does AMC he is making fool of himself, also I can bet if there would be no AMC the repair and service would be class apart, with no AMC the services are class apart
            Felling sorry about brand IFB, with such a bad attitude towards the customer
            In all these complaints only the technician visited two times with prior information, otherwise the technician comes to us with no notice.
            I have spoken to The IFB area incharge Mrs NEEMA DHOGAL [ [protected]] but no positive response from her too.
            She has stopped taking my calls . I had sent number of SMS but again no response .

              I am owning an IFB washing machine and I have taken an Annual Maintenance contract with IFB itself. Around one and half months back, I registered a complaint through the telephone number provided for the purpose. A person by name Shri. Kaviyarsu came and said, there is a small problem with the the door and it needs to be changed. However for the moment, it will work and if it completely falters you may make a call and I will come and repair the same. The door did not even last for a week and it completely failed. I tried to contact this person. He did not picked up the phone and once again I registered a complaint with the number provided for the purpose. No one came to attend the complaint even after a gap of 10 days. When I called the complaint registering number again, they said my complaint has been closed a few days back by the Chennai service centre with the narration that customer will call back on the issue. I wondered how it can be closed by them when they have not even contacted me let alone a person coming and attending to it. When I asked for Chennai Centre head number, they have given the mobile number of Shri. Imayavaramban. For the past 15 days, I am getting in touch with him and every time I called him he would say that he would enquire about the status and call me back. In a matter of few minutes another lady voice would answer me that the parts are not available, screw not available and some silly reasons would be sighted by her for not attending the complaint and even today (ie 26/9/2015) she has stated that the complaint will be attended only on Wednesday (ie on 30/9/2015). I don't understand what prevents them from attending the complaint. This shoddy work by IFB is unimaginable and highly condemnable.

                  Complaint no. 16419761, microwave model -23BC3. Complaint Reg. date-14.09.15 start button touch was not working, complaint registered in Parwanoo branch, Himachal Pradesh. After continuous follow up of more than 10 days we don't get any support or service every time they are making excuses like raining today, part not available or many more. From now onwards we will guide everyone not to buy IFB products because of poor service or low customer support.

                    We own a Elena Aqua washing machine, Serial No:[protected]. Since last week, Machine is not working properly. Refer the email "Customer Code 3740628 & Complaint No: [protected]" sent to Customer Service. Your Service person is unable to diagnose the issue and bring correct spares. Neither the customer Service team, does correct follow up.

                      Hi It's been 6 months that I've informed ifb about the faulty microwave I received. I was told the door will be replaced.but it never happened. A tech came but he had no tools to replace the door.l dont need replacement.I need a refund as ifb has poor quality maintenance. Mayuri denied the refund and askd me to escalate further by contacting customer care which is so Un acceptable.U guys have no meaning to customers experience.I further escalated this to vivek Bane who ignores my calls conveniently.                         We are register our complaint on customer care on 20 July 2015 which complaint no 16031265 for washer Ifb angular 6512R it's warranty is 4 year and part availability 10 year as per company but when we register our complaint on customer care after two days company service Engenier visited our premises and he says we are not able to resolved your machine problem because company discontinue that machine its replaced by the company and collect our bill purchase copy but no communication by the company till date in that period we register our complaint again on customer care on 3 sept 15, 5 sept 2015, 8 sept 2015 but no response by the company

                        Dear please provide me an new machine at your cost because your company's says you we giving part availability for 10 year but when your machine is failure in market so that case what our fault because we buy that machine to looking 10 year part availability and 4 year warranty and you says your team contact me it's totally false no body can contact us and you says go through your website there your company giving Rs 6000.00 only for that machine which was we buy for Rs 32600.00

                          Due to internal water leakage, the drum has stopped working and there is complete rusting of front panel. The machine is lying in operational from last 6 days. The problem is result of poor quality standards and it is due to leakage inside the machine. Ifb has to repair the machine and change the faulty parts at their own expense I want a proper assessment of this problem and this should be rectified at your end on top priority without any further delay.                             Dear Sir, This to inform that I made a complain to IFB Industries regarding servicing of my washing machine which was not functioning properly. My complain Ticket No. is 16191652 . After this technician was send to my resident on 24.08.2015 . They did the servicing without loading clothes into the machine, it started running. But to my surprise the next day when clothes were loaded into the machine, the machine did not run. For this several reminders was sent to them for sending the technicians again but no response came from their side. Therefore it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter whether they will come or not.                             This is in reference to the repairing work carried out in our washing machine dated 4th july 2015. Please note that on our complaint YASH Enterprise had visited the site on 4th July 2015 and repaired the machine. He had charged Rs.5200/- (five thousand two hundred only) . the charges are for replacement of drum, baring and door lock.
                            After this much of expanses, within month the same issue raised. We had already launch the complaint on 23rd September 2015 but as discussed we had with Mr.Ankit Dave ([protected])of IFB will charged visit charge for the same. The washing machine is not repaired till date (6tht October 2015) the customer care is told us the issue is resolve by Ahmedabad region manager Mr.Ankit dave only.
                            As a reputed company I believe that if the problem could not resolve or if the machine could not work for month then this should not be a new job it is a pending work only.

                              The washing machine is not working properly since the day of purchase. And we have been complaining regularly and the matter is being kept pending. Please do the need full and exchange our washing machine with the new one as we think a defective piece has been delivered to us. Please do the need full n oblige .                                 My problem is water leakage from my washing machine . its from back 1 week . we couldn't find what is the problem . but when we keep the taps off . it gets little but that tap is for the other water supplies too . so . please we need a repair for it. and water is leaking from below the machine and ours is front load . it would be good that we get our earlier service . thank you .

                                  I am a IFB customer having 3 home appliances of this company viz: Washing Machine Dishwasher and Microwave Oven.All 3 are under AMC. I ve registered a complaint of dishwasher on 10th Aug but still it is not resolved neither I am getting any response from their side. Their toll free no is not working and people from service centre of Varanasi city are very rude and harsh in their behaviour.

                                    I have been facing trouble with my IFB washing machine since 5th Sep'15. I lodged a complaint on 8 Sep'15 and got an automatic response from the company that a technician would visit my place shortly. A technician did visit my place on 9 Sep'15 and told me that the problem has been resolved. However, when I tried to use the machine on 10 Sep'15, I again faced the same issue. The company asked for the feedback on 10 Sep'15 through SMS on the technician's visit of 9 Sep'15 as to whether the problem was resolved. I replied back in negative to this SMS. Since then, I have been receiving calls on a daily basis from the Company asking about the nature of problem. During every call, I have been assured that my problem would be resolved as soon as possible. Till date, no technician has visited my place and I am still unable to use the machine. It has been a disappointing experience owning an IFB machine and I would never ever recommend it to others.

                                      Customer ID: 10645641 Device: Washing Machine Model: Elite SX 5.5 Kg Extended Warranty: Yes I raised a ticket (Ticket Number:[protected] dated 01.08.2015 over call with Customer Care raising concern as my machine was not getting started and also with respect to leakage. as committed by the executive it was expected to attend my grievances within 48 hours though it was attended after a week of time. On inspection by technical person tub was found to be cracked and board was required to be replaced. It was further committed that it would be replaced over a week time but it remained unattended till 01.09.2015. on calling back to customer care it was surprising to found that my ticket was closed without taking conformance from the Customer. As requested by the call center executive another ticket was raised (Ticket Number: [protected]) dated 02.09.2015 with further commitment to fix my issue with 24 hours. Technical person on several call follow up felt mercy on me to attend my grievances on 15th September 2015. on that day tub was replaced but new board was found to be defective and i got further commitment to replace the same within 24 hours. Technical person requested me to close the call though it was not fixed explaining some internal organisational issue. Even on my dissagrement this ticket was closed which i came to know when i called IFB call center on 15th September 2015. On request this ticket was reopened and again i got a commitment to fix my issue within 24 hours. My call is still unattended. Need some one here to help me in sorting out the same.

                                        This is to remind the IFB persons if they are not concerned with customers for services.After nearly 24 hours of this mail sent for 1st time neither an acknowledgement nor any action has been taken by the firm.After contacting IFB complaint center so many times a service engineer visited name Mr Akhilesh.He not only treated the customer badly but also was of no use.He was not carrying his service book but also not any identity card.He called his senior Mr Vinod and an assurance was given that the fault will be repaired by 11:00AM by next day. but so far its all a non professional attitude of IFB company. This is to give a light on how IFB people give harrasement to customer but no service at all. The chronology of events started as: 1) complaint submitted on 05.09.2015 at 12:15 PM ticket no : 16358913. The complaint was as “machine is not working fine”. A representative come just had a look over the machine and replied will come tomorrow to repair. After a so called repair which doesn't solved the purpose. Again a complaint was lodged with ticket no. 16384917 at 11 : 12 AM on 09.09.2015.a non- satisfactory response was also addressed at you Escalation Channel system with incidence no: E81644. But nothing was done. Your service engineer comes just for casual visits as usual and sorry state of affair is that they are only concerned with the renewal of AMC and blaming the customer that you don't know how to use the machine by citing baseless and silly assertions. This is to kept in mind that the customer is using the machine for last many years. So these baseless assertions donot stands any where. A third complaint was lodged with ticket no.16413584 on 13.09.2015 at 9: 10 AM. Same old non professional attitude of service engineers was seen. Your service engineer only goes for hit and trial methods of repair. The donot go for professional and qualified methods. They changed the machine shockers, a sim card (orange coloured) but the fault remained a such. .No copy of service reports is being given to the customer. How the customer knows what you people are doing with the machine!! 4th complaint was lodged with ticket no : 16436106 at 6:10 PM on 17.09.2015. In response Mr.Gurmeet came added a “cleaning powder” charged Rs. 320/-.NO RECEIPT WAS GIVE TO THE CUSTOMER. On demand of bill customer was said “iska koi bill nahin hota ” (no bill will be given.) The washing machine is AMC. The representatives of firms were continusely contacting customer for the renewal of AMC which happens to be sole discretion of the customer. One day a call was received from Mr. Gurmeet (phone no.[protected] at 10: 51AM on 14.09.2015 saying “aapne AMC karwani hi ki nahin mein itni baar call kar chukka huin”. This what a IFB representative said to customer irrespective about providing the services. I just want to ask you people that is this the way of IFB people to deal and make to feel bad about you non professional people PROVIDING NON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND TRENCHING MONEY FROM THEM. A latest update the fault remains as such. Mr Gurmeet was contacted telephonically on 18.09.2015 at 8: 45 AM. He replied I will see to it by 12PM today .After contacting him after 12:00 PM a reply was given “I have depute some one lets see by when it is done”. …….again a non professional response given to the customer…….. I request your good self to look into the matter in good and professional way .
