Complaint booked for ifb serena 5.5kg washing machine on 27 august 2015...i was told service will be provided in 24 hrs.the technician came after 5 days and said there is a complaint with the motor and it will take 10 days as it has to come from vijayawada, the other day he said it has to come from goa.may be next time they will say it has to come from jupiter.not even a single motor in a city...shame on ifb...i'm not going for it next time.forgot...

I have got 2006 IFB Front load (6kg) washing machine model.
