We have had a very bad experience with IFB service. We lodged the first complaint on 26 August, 2015 (Complaint no: [protected]) and we finally had a technician visit our house on 9th September, 2015, however, he said that he is not carrying the right part(timer unit), so he would be back soon with the same. He came on 12th September evening with a timer that looked old and used (it did not come in a sealed cover). The technician put this timer in our washing machine and it stopped working totally. We subsequently raised another complaint with your customer care team on 13th September (Complaint no: [protected]). This was escalated to your Trivandrum branch for resolution but it is still not resolved. We sent an email to IFB customer care email id too but have not received a reply. I had called your Trivandrum branch on 15th September and they promised to send a technician on 16th September as we are out of town on 17th and 18th September, 2015. I am now wondering why I bought IFB - if I had know your service standards are so pathetic, I would never ever have bought a IFB washing machine. I will also recommend to all my friends and acquaintances that they should never buy an IFB washing machine.
