I have four A.C three voltas and only one IFB, voltas ac's are more than three years old and IFB more than one year may be 14 or 15 month only, by the end of the year what I need to do for voltas ac's is service. as soon as your IFB warranty end now they know they can charge you, first remote stopped working, charge for remote is 1800rs, then leakage start, charge for leakage is 600 or something I exaclty don't remember, after that it stops cooling, I called again technician come check the ac and said capacitar (phuk gaya) burnt, charge for capacitor 1600rs, Today on 07/09/2015 it stopped working again, called again they said now support have some problem and I need to call after one, I said why I need to call you after one hour, you should call me after one hour replied no sir I can't. So neither AC is working nor support is working proper. IFB DESIGNED THE PRODUCT IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT START GIVING PROBLEM AFTER WARRANTY ENDS AND THEY WILL CHARGE HEFTY AMOUNT

I purchased IFB Top Loading Washing Machine in Nov 2011 in exchange of ONIDA washing machine which served us for 12 years without any complaints.
AS is done by any salaried class person, we opted IFB for its brand image and without bothering technical analysis, as we perceive long lasting of such white goods. Shift from ONIDA to IFB was for this reason only.

To my utter disappointment the dryer segment of this fully automatic Was Machine has stopped working.
When called, the IFB Engineer handed over to me an estimate of Rs. 5000+.

Does company think, customer buys such costly thing for 4-5 years? OR IFB machines are use and throw articles as some un-known companies supply.

    Order id :[protected] not delivered. I have booked on 3-6-15 Order No :[protected] Order Date :[protected] I have ordered a 20 litre microwave oven (20SC2 Convection - 20 litre ) on 1st September 2015. After placing the order I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done on 4th Sep, then they said on 5th Sep but no delivery has been done as on 06th September 2015...

      Sir, I am a consumer of IFB Washing machine model Elena 5.5 lys. Early during the year the machine developed a problem and a part had to be replaced. The Authoursed service centre technician replaced the part and charged us Rs 2667/- Within few months it again got damaged and this time the service centre personnel is again demanding yet another Rs 2700/- for its replacement. I fail to understand that if the part was genuine then why should the service centre person again charge me for the same within 7 months when the normal warranty for any electronic product is 1 year. Is it not the responsibility of the company to extend me warranty for the replaced part for at least an year? The IFB authorized service partner Ms Hitech Services having address as TC 11/1188(1), Kalabham, Chantavila, Kattayikonam PO, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, should get the part free of cost as the y miserably failed to give me quality spare parts and also to extend the standard warranty of 1 year on the replaced part.

        This is regarding complaint number: [protected] 1) washing machine stopped functioning in 1 month: is this really a a world class product as you claim? 2) logged a complaint on thu 1, today is thu 5. No response since 6 days. I called customer care 8 times. Apparently there is some mess on grounf regarding with service provider should service this area. Arinidhi: talked to jon[protected], he said he cannot service this area as this has moved to vijay lakshmi providers. I called vijau lakshmi[protected]. They are saying arinidhi should service this. I talked to ifb local personned. Mr. Santosh[protected] and he very rudely said do not call me for this. I cannot help. I am lost in the middle and now am regretting the decision when i purchased this product. Kindly help address this issue.

          we purchased a IFB washing machine in 2011, which has warranty up to October of this year even we are in warranty period we paid for AMC in advance to cover from october'2015. we experience a problem with heater of washing machine and made compliant to your service people with ref.no. 16166605 in August but your technician visited after launching 15days of compliant, and verified all of our papers and machine and informed that with in no time replace the heater but till now they didn't come back many times we made telephone calls they are saying this day and that day they come and repair the machine but till to day it is not happened. To day i made a call to your customer care and requested to respond, surprisingly that executive informed me that my earlier compliant was cancelled in the month of August it self, i got confused that with out repairing the washing machine how can you cancell my compliant if you cancell that why your local executives are making me fool by saying every day that they come and do the need ful to repair the machine. i wonder about the irresponsibility of your grievience redressal system. is this the way to behave with a customer who paid for AMC before the expiry of warranty period???? I requested your customer care executive to escalate my compliant as it is not solved he gave ref. no. 16354677. i request to take necessary action to solve my compliant and stern action against the persons who delayed and bluffed us by saying every day that they come and repair the machine.

          After submitting my compliant to customer care of IFB and posting the same in consumer complaints web site surprisingly with in no time there is a good response from IFB team and they rectified the problem of our washing machine immediately, I have trust on IFB washing machine performance that is why i suggested my son also to purchase that and he also purchased but when i expressed my unhappiness with their customer service they responded in heart touching manner. More over they send a flower bouquet saying thanks for my patience. i for got my tiredness with this gesture of IFB team.

            Reported a complaint to customer care in the mid of july regards to our IFB Elena VX 6KG, washing machine, smoke came out of the machine, complaint no: [protected], no technician turned up since last 1 1/2 month, contacted local service center, recorded call, asked for the service manager several times, reply got every time was manager not available, even though in the call it was clearly audible that service manger was refusing to attend my call and send a lady to attend the call. called up manager's personal number, never picked up the call, how can i send a recordings of the calls to higher authorities of IFB, and can they resolve the issue that i am facing ? if they cant send a technician to resolve one issue in one month, IFB should give the service franchise to someone else who can carryout the duties in a better manner. in a way the service center is testing the patience of customer who calls in for help, they are promising me to send technician for last 3 weeks, if no technician is available they can inform us, rather than giving false promise. i need help, really pissed off and frustrated with the experience from IFB

              Brought on Jan 2014 Burnt on Sep2015 Complaint give on Sep 2 2015 mobile no [protected] 25SC3 Transformer burnt in 18 months of purchase. Now i have to shed Rs 3000 to change it. Looks like the Reliability of this company is very low. I spent Rs.11500 on this product. Say big No to IFB microwaves

                As part of the bill, a stand for the dishwasher was also added. However, when the technician brought the stand, it was smaller in size. The technician insisted that I take it and use for my Samsung Washing Machine. Now, I see that the stand does not properly fit my washing machine also. When we asked the technician to provide the correct size stand for my dishwasher, he denies to replace it. This is not fair. It is the technicians mistake of bringing a smaller stand The guy who the sold the dishwasher is not responding to any of my calls. I have also raised another service call three days back and I have not received any update. Is this the way IFB provides service after sales?

                  I am Supriya Banerjee from Barnala, Punjab Pin: 148101. I got two IFB product, Washing Machine and microwave oven. Just one and half month back my oven is not working properly. Its front door came out so it is not secure to operate without the front door. I lodged complaint on 30 July 15 (Complain no :[protected] and another one was on 19 Aug 15( complain no:[protected], but till now no body has visited. I phoned customer care several time(probably 10 times) but answers were same "Technician will visit you within 24 hrs". When I informed them it becomes 01 month that no technician even phoned me then they diverted me to another NO. [protected] at Ludhiana. When called at that no the same answer came to me as a echo: "Technician will visit you within 24 Hrs". What customer care used to tell me before. Now it becomes a pure circle : first ring to customer care----- they will give Ludhiana no----- call Ludhiana---- Same answer: Technician wil...--- then again call to Customer care. Now this was the game I have been playing since 30 July 15. I think customer care guy now recognise my voice also so gradually I am spending less time to complete the full circle. It is not the first time that happens with me. Few months before my washing machine becomes unserviceable that time also I played the same game. Now this the service The IFB providing the customer after having AMC also. So I request other customers especially in Punjab, please don't purchase IFB product if don't want to run over that circle I mentioned above.

                  Thank IFB as technician change the front door of my Microwave oven and handed over to me probably on 09 Sep 15. It costs Rs 1600. But just after two days it becomes again unserviceable.and again I registered a complain to IFB. My complaint ni was 16414548 dated 13 Sep 15, but till date no technician visited me.
                  I request you to serviceable my machine or replace it by exchange offer, because it becomes a permanent headache in my family. Frequently i am spending money for this machine but not getting any out put.

                      This is to bring into Notice that i had lodged a complaint for servicing of IFB Front Load washing machine ( Model : Executive Plus ) The service center whom you have contracted this service ( Rajan Siemens Washing Machine Service center ) has not done their job satisfactorily. the person who repaired the machine charged Rs 3100/- for the repairs without providing any receipt saying that the bill will be mailed to you within 24 hours. this bill on email was never received. Further to bring into notice to you is, when we 1st put the machine into use after repair, it was still not functioning. Even after numerous calls to mr Suraj who came for the repair, he did not respond. after some days, his mobile number ([protected]) came to be switched off. This is not the kind of service you provide to your customers who trust the brand and go for such expensive front load machines. If this complaint is not given due attention, i regret to say that i will have to approach IFB head office.

The machine had a leakage, so a complaint was raised with regards to that. A complaint was raised on 27/6/2015 by contacting the customer care number[protected]. An amount of Rs.3700/- as basic and service tax of Rs.518 totaling Rs.4218 has been paid to the service person and a bill has been issued with regards to that for AMC*. No steps has been taken till date. we were given the contact details of the Manager. When inquired about the status it was informed that it would be replaced within a month. When we contacted after a month there was no response and we got the information from the Manager stating that he would give a call back. Still there is no response. It is really annoying that a company with such reputation does not heed to the complaints of the customer and by this loosing the value of it name among its valid customers.                           I purchased Elite Aqua SX 7KG fully automatic washing machine in AUG 2014. So far machine was running good and didn’t have any issue. Last week i used IFB descale to clean the machine. But after using descale color of drum has changed to very dull (Grey), rough surface! In technical terms stainless steel drum has lost its surface finish (bright appearance). Cloths have started becoming rough. I launched complaint on 24th AUG to fix this issue but service center/technician is not ready to replace drum under warranty. There feedback is - since descale was done by customer IFB won’t give drum replacement, if this issue would have been caused by IFB personnel than they are ready to give drum replacement. IFB should understand that machine is used by Customer not by their WELL trained service staff. IFB warranty policy is fake! Company is selling product under 100% warranty for 4 years but unable to stick to their commitment. Why IFB is selling Descale which is causing issue and company is not ready to fix? One way company is making money by selling descale and other hand by charging customer for drum. Complaint # [protected] Regards, Avinash

                            Procured IFB Washing Machine in 2013 and it is almost two years. There was no issues. On 20.Aug.2015, the machine started showing "Door" error. So I called customer care. The complaint number is "[protected]" dated 20.Aug.2015. Next day, the customer service engineer visited home. Inspected the Washing Machine and told the "Board is defective". He asked for two days for board replacement. we agreed. We waited for a week, but there was no news from the service engineer. I called up the Customer Care on 27.Aug.2015. Next day, the service engineer visited with the board and replaced. Pity is that, the error "Door" is still continuing. What resolution he did I don't understand. Late on saturday 29.Aug.2015, when I called customer service personnel, they assured that the issue will be resolved on 31-Aug-2015. But, to my surprise, on 30-aug-2015 Sunday, I received a SMS saying that, the complaint is resolved and closed. Is this the level of IFB services? Is this the Standard of IFB Engineers?

                              Procured IFB Washing Machine in 2013 and it is almost two years. There was no issues. On 20.Aug.2015, the machine started showing "Door" error. So I called customer care. The complaint number is "[protected]" dated 20.Aug.2015. Next day, the customer service engineer visited home. Inspected the Washing Machine and told the "Board is defective". He asked for two days for board replacement. we agreed. We waited for a week, but there was no news from the service engineer. I called up the Customer Care on 27.Aug.2015. Next day, the service engineer visited with the board and replaced. Pity is that, the error "Door" is still continuing. What resolution he did I don't understand. Later when I called on Saturday 29.Aug.2015, the customer service people told that, the engineer will visit and rectify the issue on Monday 31-aug-2015. However, to my surprise, I received a SMS saying that, the complaint is closed after resolution. They gave TWO contact numbers as Escalation matrix:[protected] & [protected]. But both numbers are not working. Is this the level of IFB services? Is this the Standard of IFB Engineers?

                                Logged complaint 4 days back as display is not working, and engineer did not attend complaint yet. I see very poor customer service in Hyderabad Nizampet region. Earlier i got engineer who does not even know how to open filter, he broke the pipe. Literally i have to fight to get that replaced though on warranty. Please be around and record what engineer is doing with your machine. Never ever trust them. Literally their service is third class. They don't even show courtesy to pickup customer call. Don't go for IFB brand even bu mistake, if you're in Hyderabad region. Not sure how other cities are doing with IFB.

                                  I raised the ticket [protected], but after one week bangalore service representative ([protected])is saying he cant see the complaint, and he is not agreed to serve in my location 560068 i explained the same to service centre[protected], they gave some branch head number [protected] thetre is no answer from this number let me know who is going solve and when?

                                    I bought IFB microwave online on 17/08/15. My order no.[protected]. I got delivered it on 22/08/15 only with challan. I was advised not to open the box and someone will come for demo within 24 hrs. Till that time no one bothered to come for demo. I rang every day and got false promises that someone is coming today. But no one arrived at all. I have already spent nearly Rs 100 for calling them. Is this the reputation of IFB ? This was my first experience with IFB and I am very unhappy the service.
                                    Now I want to return my product. Also I will make sure none of my relatives and friends will buy IFB products in future.
                                    Please take this packed microwave back and refund my money asap. Else I will take a legal action against you.

                                      This is regarding the very poor service response from IFB service centre at Trivandrum. I had given a service request on 22nd August 2015 about my IFB washing machine. The given ticket no. from IFB care is [protected]. On that day, a service boy had come and unmounted the door of the machine, saying that a spare part has to be replaced. After that there was no response from them. Every day i used to call the service centre to request them to rectify the defect. Since the washing machine is a daily using thing, we find it very difficult, without it. I never expected & never had experienced such a poor service from IFB! This is indeed very much depressing and gives a lot of mental agony to the customer, who unfortunately happened to buy a washing machine from your company! The complaint is lodged on 22nd August 2015 & till this time ie 28th Aug 2015 no favorable response is received from company's side apart from the first day "appearence" of the service boy. More over I'm staying in a place in Trivandrum city itself, which is very easily accessible.

                                        I have raised the complaint on my washing machine 2 weeks back and the number is [protected]. when i call IFB and enquire they will say that please check with the Franchise. But when i call Franchise they are saying dont know the status we will update to IFB. Today i am very surprised to see that case is closed without resolving the problem. Please escalate this and resolve the issue asap. please dont close this ticket till you solve the problem.
