Procured IFB Washing Machine in 2013 and it is almost two years. There was no issues.
On 20.Aug.2015, the machine started showing "Door" error. So I called customer care. The complaint number is "[protected]" dated 20.Aug.2015. Next day, the customer service engineer visited home. Inspected the Washing Machine and told the "Board is defective". He asked for two days for board replacement. we agreed.
We waited for a week, but there was no news from the service engineer. I called up the Customer Care on 27.Aug.2015. Next day, the service engineer visited with the board and replaced.
Pity is that, the error "Door" is still continuing. What resolution he did I don't understand.
Late on saturday 29.Aug.2015, when I called customer service personnel, they assured that the issue will be resolved on 31-Aug-2015. But, to my surprise, on 30-aug-2015 Sunday, I received a SMS saying that, the complaint is resolved and closed.
Is this the level of IFB services?
