    This is to bring into Notice that i had lodged a complaint for servicing of IFB Front Load washing machine ( Model : Executive Plus ) The service center whom you have contracted this service ( Rajan Siemens Washing Machine Service center ) has not done their job satisfactorily. the person who repaired the machine charged Rs 3100/- for the repairs without providing any receipt saying that the bill will be mailed to you within 24 hours. this bill on email was never received. Further to bring into notice to you is, when we 1st put the machine into use after repair, it was still not functioning. Even after numerous calls to mr Suraj who came for the repair, he did not respond. after some days, his mobile number ([protected]) came to be switched off. This is not the kind of service you provide to your customers who trust the brand and go for such expensive front load machines. If this complaint is not given due attention, i regret to say that i will have to approach IFB head office.

The machine had a leakage, so a complaint was raised with regards to that. A complaint was raised on 27/6/2015 by contacting the customer care number[protected]. An amount of Rs.3700/- as basic and service tax of Rs.518 totaling Rs.4218 has been paid to the service person and a bill has been issued with regards to that for AMC*. No steps has been taken till date. we were given the contact details of the Manager. When inquired about the status it was informed that it would be replaced within a month. When we contacted after a month there was no response and we got the information from the Manager stating that he would give a call back. Still there is no response. It is really annoying that a company with such reputation does not heed to the complaints of the customer and by this loosing the value of it name among its valid customers.         I purchased Elite Aqua SX 7KG fully automatic washing machine in AUG 2014. So far machine was running good and didn’t have any issue. Last week i used IFB descale to clean the machine. But after using descale color of drum has changed to very dull (Grey), rough surface! In technical terms stainless steel drum has lost its surface finish (bright appearance). Cloths have started becoming rough. I launched complaint on 24th AUG to fix this issue but service center/technician is not ready to replace drum under warranty. There feedback is - since descale was done by customer IFB won’t give drum replacement, if this issue would have been caused by IFB personnel than they are ready to give drum replacement. IFB should understand that machine is used by Customer not by their WELL trained service staff. IFB warranty policy is fake! Company is selling product under 100% warranty for 4 years but unable to stick to their commitment. Why IFB is selling Descale which is causing issue and company is not ready to fix?           Procured IFB Washing Machine in 2013 and it is almost two years. There was no issues. On 20.Aug.2015, the machine started showing "Door" error. So I called customer care. The complaint number is "[protected]" dated 20.Aug.2015. Next day, the customer service engineer visited home. Inspected the Washing Machine and told the "Board is defective". He asked for two days for board replacement. we agreed. We waited for a week, but there was no news from the service engineer. I called up the Customer Care on 27.Aug.2015. Next day, the service engineer visited with the board and replaced. Pity is that, the error "Door" is still continuing. What resolution he did I don't understand. Late on saturday 29.Aug.2015, when I called customer service personnel, they assured that the issue will be resolved on 31-Aug-2015. But, to my surprise, on 30-aug-2015 Sunday, I received a SMS saying that, the complaint is resolved and closed. Is this the level of IFB services? Is this the Standard of IFB Engineers?

              Logged complaint 4 days back as display is not working, and engineer did not attend complaint yet. I see very poor customer service in Hyderabad Nizampet region. Earlier i got engineer who does not even know how to open filter, he broke the pipe. Literally i have to fight to get that replaced though on warranty. Please be around and record what engineer is doing with your machine. Never ever trust them. Literally their service is third class. They don't even show courtesy to pickup customer call. Don't go for IFB brand even bu mistake, if you're in Hyderabad region. Not sure how other cities are doing with IFB.

                  I bought IFB microwave online on 17/08/15. My order no.[protected]. I got delivered it on 22/08/15 only with challan. I was advised not to open the box and someone will come for demo within 24 hrs. Till that time no one bothered to come for demo. I rang every day and got false promises that someone is coming today. But no one arrived at all. I have already spent nearly Rs 100 for calling them. Is this the reputation of IFB ? This was my first experience with IFB and I am very unhappy the service.
                  Now I want to return my product. Also I will make sure none of my relatives and friends will buy IFB products in future.
                  Please take this packed microwave back and refund my money asap. Else I will take a legal action against you.

                    This is regarding the very poor service response from IFB service centre at Trivandrum. I had given a service request on 22nd August 2015 about my IFB washing machine. The given ticket no. from IFB care is [protected]. On that day, a service boy had come and unmounted the door of the machine, saying that a spare part has to be replaced. After that there was no response from them. Every day i used to call the service centre to request them to rectify the defect. Since the washing machine is a daily using thing, we find it very difficult, without it. I never expected & never had experienced such a poor service from IFB! This is indeed very much depressing and gives a lot of mental agony to the customer, who unfortunately happened to buy a washing machine from your company! The complaint is lodged on 22nd August 2015 & till this time ie 28th Aug 2015 no favorable response is received from company's side apart from the first day "appearence" of the service boy. More over I'm staying in a place in Trivandrum city itself, which is very easily accessible.

                        Hello - I am extremely disappointed with your poor service and unprofessional service provided by IFB. I have made a complain on 6th Juune 2015 and this complain has not been closed despite calling call center more than 10 times. The poor service provided my manager and false promises made as lost my 2 working days and considerable energy wasted by my family. Call center, gave me contact each time of supervisor (Mr Satish) and then Manager (Mr Ragul) and they keep on promising that they will fix the issue but they have not lived up to promise. They have ruined so many days by promising that they will come on specific time and they did not turn up, resulting on my time loss, . How can we recover our damages and harassment incurred because of poor services you have provided. i am personally suffering because of your poor quality, poor services, lack of technical abilities and false promises and want to launch campaign for our grievances.

                          My name is damodar Chowdary, I have purchased my IFB Microwave Owen model number 30SRC1 on 29/09/2014 for 14, 000/- in Vijaya digital showroom in Guntur. But since then the device is not working properly. It was working occasionally only remaining days it was not at all working . I have complained several times since I purchased but the service man comes n checks it saying that device is working wen he comes to home but later on it won't work. Even I have taken a video proof saying that device is not working. It passed on 11 months, they didn't solved my problem inspite of repeated complaints. I am not at all satisfied with their services.                             I have a IFB 6kg digital front loading washing machine, The warranty has expired and my machine was not working properly. I called customer care and a technician checked the machine, he said that the main circuit board was damaged and that the part was no longer stocked by IFB. ( my machine is only approx 5 years old). He said that their is a conversion kit available that will change my machine to a different model. I agreed to the conversion. Then I received a call from the local service center and they were insisting that instead of converting the model, I should purchase a new washing machine and my old machine will be purchased /exchanged by them. I told them I only want my machine converted, but they are now no longer returning my calls. I think they are trying to only sell me a new machine instead of repairing my old one.

                              Hi,

                              I am having ifb dish washer and also I have warranty for that product. However when I called for service for the product but machine is heating and not washing
                              nobody able to find the problem.People are coming and opening checking and with out any resolution they left with one statement we will come back in 30 mins to resolve this but never come back. Now my dishwasher is of no use. When can I get the resolution for these issue. With in warranty person if IFB does this type of service then how people can expect after warranty person.                                 I have registered a complaint (#[protected] with ifb on 22nd july '15 to fix the issue with washing machine. But till now the issue is not resolved and moreover the ticket has been closed without my knowledge. I have contacted the customer care many no. Of times that resulted in vain. The escalation point of contact never responds and least bothered to attend customers and to provide any related info.
                                Ifb service is pathetic and very much unprofessional in dealing with customers. I request the concerned team to make sure to fix the issue asap.

                                  I had purchased the above washing machine through the following dealer in mumbai -

                                  Royal electronics
                                  3, sunder apts. ,
                                  Opp. Diamond garden
                                  Sion trombay road
                                  Chembur, mumbai 400 071

                                  On 11 / 8 / 2015, i registered a complaint regarding non - working of the timer and was given ticket no. 16194922 and was asked to keep in touch with the service agent global enterprises. Everyday i have contacted them on the given no. [protected] and 25255281 from 12th august till date.

                                  I have spoken to the following staff - hitesh, geeta, amrish, anand & sooraj. These people speak rudely and keep bluffing me that the repairs will be carried out before the end of the day. 2 weeks have passed and no sign of any repair although i have been waiting patiently at home. As the washing machine is non - functional since
                                  More than 1 / 2 month, i now need ifb to inform me when and if the repairs are going to be done.

                                  Does ifb wash its hands off after selling you a washing machine? There seems to be no customer care at all and no after sales service. Does ifb consider after sales service as a big favour to the customer. This was my first ifb washing machine and i repent investing rs. 18500 / - on an appliance that will not be repaired by the company.

                                    Hello,

                                    I want to register a complain against ifb for giving me a faulty product through flipkart.

                                    This is the frst timer i never faced issue with any brand except for ifb. This is my first ifb product and this experience makes me think and tell others never ever to buy IFB products. from the moment i bought this microwave 2 weeks back i am facing issue either with the baking system in it or the steam generating inside which coves the glass panel or the door.. have been calling flipkart they tell me to call ifb customer care but IFB service center people are so dumb and they dont even respond, the demo installation only happened after 5 days after buying it. now daily i am calling them but they all keep on saying madam we will come tomorrow.
                                    I dont know logging a complain here will do me any help or favour but i want such a system where complains registered by user like us should be seriously taken and these people either should be refrain from selling faulty products or they should be taught a lesson to respond to customer as soon as possible.I have paid 10640 rs for buying the ifb microwave, and i need to complete refund or it IFB people should resolve it, or i will take this case to court.

                                      Hello - I am extremely disappointed with your poor service and unprofessional service provided by IFB. I have made a complain No[protected] on 26th July 2015 and this complain has not been closed despite calling call center more than 10 times. The poor service provided my manager and false promises made as lost my husband 2 working days and considerable energy wasted by my family. Call center, gave me contact each time of supervisor (Mr Kiran) and then Manager (Mr Suraj) and they keep on promising that they will fix the issue but they have not lived up to promise. They have ruined so many days by promising that they will come on specific time and they did not turn up, resulting on my time loss, my husband time loss. I have 6 months old kid to take care of. Because of your poor service my clothes has been lying for more than week and we have incurred financial loss after paying AMC. How can we recover our damages and harassment incurred because of poor services you have provided. i am personally suffering because of your poor quality, poor services, lack of technical abilities and false promises and want to launch campaign for our grievances.

                                      hello----now it is more than one month and still these guys are telling today or tomorrow i will fix the problem...really hopeless service provided by IFB . I will never suggest any one to go for ifb products.

                                        My washing machine is under repair for the last 12 days, the machine is under warranty The compliant was registered on 13th of August ( No.[protected] and it is more than 10 days, it has been not been rectified.I am calling customer care regularly and call center just forwards the complaints to service centers and no action is being taken by IFB. I am user of IFB products for the last 25 years and now I feel I must switch over to other companies products. The service has gone vary bad over the years.
