I had purchased a ifb washing machine in 2012 with warranty of 4 years. Every 6 months there is a breakdown. Customer service is absolutely non existent. It takes on an average of 10 to 15 days to get it repaired. Am really fed up dealing with this shoddy company. Am seriously thinking of buying a samsung or lg as their aftersales is better than ifb. People considering of buying any of ifb goods please be aware that the after sales service...

Customer ID No.10953452 from last couple of days my machine is not working i have locked a complaint to customer care under ticket number 16237180 till date no one has come to resolved the issue very very poor response from IFB you are cheating you customer I have decided to go to consumer court against you....

Complained for non functioning of Washing Machine on 15.7.15 (Ref No.[protected]. After chasing them on 10 occasion spares were replaced and bill paid for Rs.7, 352.00. The machine is still not working. On asking them to do the needful these people are talking very roughly and are not responding. Threatening us to do what ever possible....

On 14/08/2015 a complaint was lodged with the toll free number of the ifb company. they gave me a complaint number and customer ID number as Complaint number[protected] & Customer ID 410764 respectively. since there was no response, I called again in the same number. To my surprise, now they say that the customer ID is incorrect. However, they did not deny the registration of the complaint. However even after repeated requests, they refuse...

I have already raised my complaint to customer care on 11th August 15 Complaint no.[protected]. Also i have spoken to customer Care executives & with Manager regarding this issue but no one has yet Sorted out my complaint

Using Elena SX 6KG front door washing machine. Got complaint on its Drum, its not rotating. Registered complaint on 13/8/2015 (complaint no: [protected]). Hi, This with regard to my IFB Microwave (Model no: 20SC2). microwave suddelny stopped working, so I registered a complaint, the service engg. who came from Umar Enterprises told the device is out of warrenty so I need to pay full amount, of 2800 for this call, and then only he can sign me up for AMC of 1482. I paid the entire amount. he had changed the Transformer and magnetron after which the device started functioning. After 3 days...

Complaint was registered under no.16132884 . Machine is under comprehensive warranty with their service centre in Mumbai. Service engineer visited after 5 days. Informed control panel defective and need replacement . Not replaced over 10 days siting that spare not provided by company . Lodging claim with consumer forum for extra services of maid @200 per day for washing cloths for deficiency in services till repars....

I regret to say that i never seen this type of irresponsible customer service from product in my life. I have an Elena Aqua VX 6 kg washing machine, purchased in 12th Apr'15 & complained for water leakage at bottom of washing machine on 7th July '15 & 13th Aug'15. BEWARE IFB!!! They showed great eagerness to sell their product but have taken us on a total ride thereafter. This is regarding the complaint against one product purchased by me from IFB Point Chandigarh. On 8th Aug 2015, I purchased one Microwave Convection from SCO 2430 Sector 22, Chandigarh IFB Point. We have bought the "Serena SX.5.5Kg - IFB washing machine from M/S. S.C. Shah & Co. Pvt. Ltd. vide their invoice no. AN-3519 dt.[protected] and installed by M/S.
