Hello,

I want to register a complain against ifb for giving me a faulty product through flipkart.

This is the frst timer i never faced issue with any brand except for ifb. This is my first ifb product and this experience makes me think and tell others never ever to buy IFB products. from the moment i bought this microwave 2 weeks back i am facing issue either with the baking system in it or the steam generating inside which coves the glass panel or the door.. have been calling flipkart they tell me to call ifb customer care but IFB service center people are so dumb and they dont even respond, the demo installation only happened after 5 days after buying it. now daily i am calling them but they all keep on saying madam we will come tomorrow.
I dont know logging a complain here will do me any help or favour but i want such a system where complains registered by user like us should be seriously taken and these people either should be refrain from selling faulty products or they should be taught a lesson to respond to customer as soon as possible.I have paid 10640 rs for buying the ifb microwave, and i need to complete refund or it IFB people should resolve it, or i will take this case to court.

    Hello - I am extremely disappointed with your poor service and unprofessional service provided by IFB. I have made a complain No[protected] on 26th July 2015 and this complain has not been closed despite calling call center more than 10 times. The poor service provided my manager and false promises made as lost my husband 2 working days and considerable energy wasted by my family. Call center, gave me contact each time of supervisor (Mr Kiran) and then Manager (Mr Suraj) and they keep on promising that they will fix the issue but they have not lived up to promise. They have ruined so many days by promising that they will come on specific time and they did not turn up, resulting on my time loss, my husband time loss. I have 6 months old kid to take care of. Because of your poor service my clothes has been lying for more than week and we have incurred financial loss after paying AMC. How can we recover our damages and harassment incurred because of poor services you have provided. i am personally suffering because of your poor quality, poor services, lack of technical abilities and false promises and want to launch campaign for our grievances.

    hello----now it is more than one month and still these guys are telling today or tomorrow i will fix the problem...really hopeless service provided by IFB . I will never suggest any one to go for ifb products.

      My washing machine is under repair for the last 12 days, the machine is under warranty The compliant was registered on 13th of August ( No.[protected] and it is more than 10 days, it has been not been rectified.I am calling customer care regularly and call center just forwards the complaints to service centers and no action is being taken by IFB. I am user of IFB products for the last 25 years and now I feel I must switch over to other companies products. The service has gone vary bad over the years.

        Hi, IFB Complaint no: 16229011 My washing machine is not working, so i have given complaint to customer care for service. they have given complaint ID to me and they told me that technician will be contact you with in 24 hours. till now no response. I have been calling customer care daily regarding issue, their answer is same every time "i am escalating your issue to concern team, they will get back to you in 24 hours." same answer but no response. I request consumer complaints forum to take some serious action against this company. Previously i have given complaint many time for service, every time facing same problem from company. This my second time complaint in consumer complaints forum. Last time after complaint they have given service perfectly for previous issue.

          Blocked all means of communication after repeated requests for service request and did not encash cheque for AMC. Left me high and dry with no option. They have deleted/disabled phone, SMS, e-mail with just this option of registerin a complaint on Twitter.

            I registered first of a series of service complaints on 6th Aug 2015. Whenever I tried to register reminders, they kept on giviving me newer contact numbers wherefrom I received no response. Finally a technician visited a few days back who did not check up the machine in spite of my repeated requests. Now have blocked all means of communication

                My washing machine is gone bad and one sales executive has visited after my complaint registration. He saw the machine and wrote for DRUM and outer cover replacement and went. After that whenever I call nobody is replying about the status of my complaint and nobody has come for the replacement. this is already more than 10 days now.                   Dear Sir, I bought (unfortunately) IFB washing machine Executive VX 8kg in July 2013. since the purchase i am having problems with the door.Door doesn't close properly. Even if it does close it opens up mid cycle thus spilling out clothes and water etc and continues to run/work inspite the open door. I have complained about it numerous times to your local customer care and service center. They have come and repaired it many times but the problem still persist on. Each time taking a payment of more than Rs 1000. First Trinity agency came to repair and didn't disclose that it is still in guarantee period and attempted / pretended to repair and took Rs 1000 and disappeared. i continued to call the call center who than sent a technician from Royal services. He disclosed that it is till in the guarantee period.He found out that the problem was not with door lock but that there was a problem with the board which has to be replaced. i am still waiting for more than 1 month for the board to be replaced. Kindly repair or replace the washing machine asap.I will be complaining to customer forum if my washing machine is not repaired soon.

                      I have a front load washing machine it was damaged from 20 days.The complaint number is10011625.I called up customer care they checked the piece and they told mother board is damaged and they will get the new piece and repair it.I'm calling them from 15days every alternative day, Im not getting proper response.this is not expected from such a big company. This is the worst service I hv gone through till now.this is very very disappointing.how reluctant can people be this is really disgusting.whenever I call up they give a lame reason I don't know why its taking this long time to get one spare part.Imagine it has been 20 days without washing machine its never expected.                           I am deeply regret to say that i have never seen irresponsible customer service from high value branded company in my life.

                          I have purchased an elena aqua sx 6 kg washing machine last year and lodged complain last week of july 2015 regarding the issue - machine stopped working automatically. After number of phone calls, one mechanic came after 15 days and checked the machine for 5 minutes and advised us that they need a new part.

                          Since this conversation, no one came yet to resolve the issue. We are calling every day to see if its any update; however no positive reply from the customer service team.

                          I would request ifb team to resolve this issue on asap basis. What is the point if we buy such a high value brand products where no customer satisfaction and issues were not resolved by team effectively.

                            Hi,
                            We bought ifb dishwasher neptune dx.


                            Dealername: mgb showroom, tiruppur

                            If you can't able to serve, kill your products and send to bin, not to our home.


                            Initially we thought proud of having the machine in our community.

                            Within few days,
                            The issue started.

                            Initially started with f1, f5 errors.

                            Wen we asked for the dealer to replace the machine within a week of buying from them, they compromise us by making a promise towards best service.

                            But afterwards,

                            The executive will sure reach every month once or twice.

                            But the problem retains the same.

                            More than 30+ visits during these 24 month warranty period. But no use in permanent bug fix.

                            Last complaint logged on yesterday 14 march 2015. But still i haven't solved the issue from the customer service.

                            We totally felt hardly disappointed now.

                            If we still didn't get any solutions from ifb side.

                            I just throw out away your brand ifb and also hardly opposing ifb referring to my community, friends, relatives n exactly anyone in this world even it's not a human.

                            If you ifb have some interest on reading this complaint, you will sure find many tears due to unsatisfactory service as well as your product.

                            For your note, we have registered around 40+ complaints to your customer service. Out of which, most calls were asked us to made for local service center without registering to toll free number. It is done directed by the dealer as well as local customer service centre.


                            Don't buy this product, if you don't want to take risk. .

                              I recently brought IFB Elite 7 KG washing machine on 28 July 2015. Before purchasing I have seen few reviews regarding IFB's poor quality product and services however when I reach out to dealer store he denied all these complaints and suggested that there won't be such issues with IFB products. However after purchasing I found that all those reviews & feedback were right.

                              In my first experience I felt bad when after spending almost 40 thousand I received washing machine with broken cover. When I escalated this IFB replace the washing machine after 10 days. I thought that now it would be okay but I found that the new washing machine comes with its own new issues. It's washing quality is very poor water is not warming up to the programmed temperature, spinning RPM not reaching at the correct speed and clothes are smelling.

                              Now this time nobody in listening at IFB. My complaint was marked closed without resolution and confirmation. I had also submitted my complaint on ifbappliances.com but not receive any call or email from IFB team.
                              I feel cheated by IFB and very disappointed by their services and will never recommend IFB product to anybody.

                                I had purchased a ifb washing machine in 2012 with warranty of 4 years. Every 6 months there is a breakdown. Customer service is absolutely non existent. It takes on an average of 10 to 15 days to get it repaired. Am really fed up dealing with this shoddy company. Am seriously thinking of buying a samsung or lg as their aftersales is better than ifb. People considering of buying any of ifb goods please be aware that the after sales service is virtually non existent in this company.

                                  Customer ID No.10953452 from last couple of days my machine is not working i have locked a complaint to customer care under ticket number 16237180 till date no one has come to resolved the issue very very poor response from IFB you are cheating you customer I have decided to go to consumer court against you.

                                    Complained for non functioning of Washing Machine on 15.7.15 (Ref No.[protected]. After chasing them on 10 occasion spares were replaced and bill paid for Rs.7, 352.00. The machine is still not working. On asking them to do the needful these people are talking very roughly and are not responding. Threatening us to do what ever possible.

                                      On 14/08/2015 a complaint was lodged with the toll free number of the ifb company. they gave me a complaint number and customer ID number as Complaint number[protected] & Customer ID 410764 respectively. since there was no response, I called again in the same number. To my surprise, now they say that the customer ID is incorrect. However, they did not deny the registration of the complaint. However even after repeated requests, they refuse to divulge the correct ID Number, if at all the number provided by me is incorrect. Instead of informing me of the progress of the process of my complaint, they simply give me a phone number of a service personnel. he also cannot say when he could come to solve the issue. I realise that It was a big mistake on my part to purchase an IFB product.

                                        I have already raised my complaint to customer care on 11th August 15 Complaint no.[protected]. Also i have spoken to customer Care executives & with Manager regarding this issue but no one has yet Sorted out my complaint

                                        I have purchased my IFB washing in 2010 & i have not faced much problem before, I have also taken AMC regularly from last 3 yrs, its only last week that i have faced problem & i raised a complaint for the same, there Technician visited the place & told us that a part called "PCB" is not working, when i asked him to replace the part, he told me that it is because of our mishandling & due to Water blockage in the machine that the parts got damaged so i have to pay the charges of this part, i also told him that i have taken the AMC but he still denied to change the part, I told him that i am using this machine from last 5 yrs & this part was not even replaced once, there is no question of mishandling as we are using this machine from last 5 yrs & have not faced any problem, if we were not properly handling the machine then this part could have damaged much before.

                                        I have again talked to the Customer Care from there I got the number of Mr Sidharth & Mr Chanchal, I have spoken to Mr siddharth to my Surprise he was very rude in his behaviour, in the whole conversation i have never felt that i am talking to any customer Service manager, as Mr Siddharth dont even wants to listen to my complaint & was stick to his technician words.

                                        Then again i spoken to Mr chanchal & told him the issue, to which he was convince with the problem & agreed to get the part replaced, but when even after his commitment no one has come to change the parts then i called him again & he told me that Mr Siddharth is not agreed on the same & i have to pay the Charges of the part,

                                        it seems that either the Company is not ready to give the service to the Customer or is Mr Siddharth who is running the whole show, if he wants then the Customer will get Service & if does not Customer will not get the Service.

                                        The Question is not just the Money but also the faith & the believe the Customer buys with the product, its the brand value that we always buys with the product & we purchased it for its long use I am sure i will Never buy the product of this Company again & also will never Recommend it to anyone
