I regret to say that i never seen this type of irresponsible customer service from product in my life. I have an Elena Aqua VX 6 kg washing machine, purchased in 12th Apr'15 & complained for water leakage at bottom of washing machine on 7th July '15 & 13th Aug'15. The complaint ticket number is 15938075 & 16207091. Since no body visited to check the fault. Hence request you to kindly arrange to send service person at the earliest.     BEWARE IFB!!! They showed great eagerness to sell their product but have taken us on a total ride thereafter. I have an Elena VX 6 kg washing machine, purchased in 2012, so it is still under the 4-year warranty. I complained on 8th august 2015 about a water drainage problem. My complaint ticket number is 16176675. As my soiled clothes were still in the machine after half a a machine run, they said they would attend to the problem on a priority basis. It has been 7 days, and my husband and I have made hundreds of phone calls which are attended to very politely by the customer care executives. They kept suggesting alternate numbers that did not respond or were switched off. And they have neither had the time to attend to it nor got back to me. Our predicament is as helpless as ever. Please help to form a solidarity among aggrieved customers and suggest a course of action! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED IN THE CONSUMER COURT, SUED AND HOUNDED OUT OF BUSINESS!

      This is regarding the complaint against one product purchased by me from IFB Point Chandigarh. On 8th Aug 2015, I purchased one Microwave Convection from SCO 2430 Sector 22, Chandigarh IFB Point. Model Number of Microwave is 30 SC4 and it costs me of 14500 Rupees. On 11th August 2015, one service person from IFB visited my house for installation of IFB Microwave and he said that Microwave is defective and it needs to be replaced. But after that IFB is not replacing my Microwave. I have called so many times to IFB customer care and to dealer as well but they are not ready to replace the Microwave. Please help me.       I had to call so many times to IFB Customer Care and request them to replace the microwave immediately but customer care executive asked me sometime to call to dealer and sometime to branch manager which was directionless.

      I need compensation for my loss of more than one week.

      No, You were not able to address my all concerns.

      First thing I receive the Defective piece at first place which is nothing but a frustration for a consumer.

      Second thing, Your dealers are not well versed with the knowledge of Microwave and the services. Like Dealer didn't inform me about to activate the warranty. Until and unless I called to customer care, my warrant would n't been activated.
      I had to follow up with the Demo guys to provide the demo on time. Your demo guys gave reasons that it was raining and couldn't come. It is a shame for IFB that they are giving stupid reason like this.

      Third even after raising request for Replacement, no calls from IFB about the complaint and I had to follow up so many times. Your customer care executive are so rude and not having proper information. They sometime asked me to call to dealer and sometime asked me to call to branch manager who was unable to reach every time.

      Fourth when I called to Dealer on Saturday morning then he again gave me stupid reason that we can't deliver today because there is no one in warehouse even though dealer got email from IFB to deliver the replacement.

      So, above are my concerns and it wasted my money in calling IFB again and again and a worst service of IFB...

        I had lodged complaint no16046043 on 22.07.2015 which was attent after one week. The service engineer changed the door lock but the panel of my washing was burnt while installing the door switch and the service engineer told me that by 08'.08.2015 the board will be replaced. Since till 12.08.2015 I enquires about the status of my complaint from customer care I was informed the complaint is closed. I informed the executive that the work is not completed as the board is to replaced, the executive informed me that he is again registering my complaint and new no. [protected] was given. Even this complaint is attended till date. From last 4 months there one complaint or the other complaint which the company is completing in a months time. Due to this a have lost approx 3 months of warranty. I have sent mails to customer care of IFB industry but there is no response.

          My ifb serial no. Is -010730 Recent complanint no. Is[protected] Senorita dx It is under amc (Under the name of mr. Pv. Rao) From last 4 mnths every month some or other technician is turning up and attends to the issue which after he leaves occurs again. Your service tehnicians even took it to workshop, changed n no. Of parts-tub, pcb, switches what not, but still not even a single time a wash is completed without getting stuck why dont u own up the problem and resolve it and what is the amc paid for? In a gap of 45 days they want to take it to the workshop again now... Can i get better n efficient techicians to attend it to it soon??

            Dear ifb team This is t v leo from chennai, have purchased the washing machine 7 kg direct drive and its of 4 years old. Every time whenever the complaint is registered its around 5 to 6 times i have to call the customer care but their will be no response aterwhich i have to call the chennai manager pertaining to that area afterthat too it will be attended after 2 days. On 03 aug 2015 there was an abnormal huge noise from the machine during operation immediately the machine was switched off & when checked there were plastic particles inside the drum. On the same day the complaint was raised but their is no use till date. Around 4 times i have called the customer care and registered the complaint but their is no use. Have spoken to the area manager mr duraiswamy but inturn he said that he is not responsible for this particular area & inturn he gave the other mobile number but when spoke on 11 aug 2015 he said that it will b attended on the same day but till date it is not attended and their no call from ifb. Today i have called the customer care and asked about the status but there is no response. Its already 10 days but there is no response from a global manufacturer - ifb industries. Even a petti shop will respond to the customer in time as far as service is concerned. This is the best gift we got after ivesting rs 37000.00. Note : we are facing issues for the last 10 days physicall as well as with mental stress. Ifb industries should attend the complaint by tomorrow else this will be taken to the consumer court and registered as complaint for such a repeated poor service. — regards Leo t v [protected]

            The above response from your end is just for the name sake.
            Its already 15 days & no representative from IFB has turned up and responded.
            I have called around 10 times and lodged the complaint and everyday there will be a different representative attending the call & every day the response is your complaint has been escalated to the next level.

            I don't know how many years I have to wait so that my complaint will be addressed.

            I don't know how you guys (IFB) are withstanding in the market even after doesn't know the basic etiquette of attending/responding the customer for an issue for the last 15 days.

            A road side workshop (Illiterate) persons will respond at least after 10 calls but these bloody guys from IFB doesn't understand the pains of the customer and it is 15 days now but the complaint has not attended and their is no call from the local bloody IFB guy in Chennai & not even from IFB Customer Care.

            I am going to lodge a complaint in High Court of Madras on 19 Aug 2015 & we will see how many days, months, years will be taken by IFB for resolving the issue.

            For the last 15 Days it has been a mental & physical stress to the Children, ladies & senior citizens at home for which an individual complaint will be raised in Human rights commission.

              Dear Team, Being an old and loyal customer, I contacted Customer Service on 23 June'2015 (Ticket[protected] to complain about my IFB Elena 5 Kg washing machine whose motor unable to run, stuck while running and producing high sound with some plastic material coming out through drainage hole. A Technician came next day and advised us to deliver it to service center, I did the same, but on continuous calling I somehow received the machine back after almost 1 month and 18 days (49 days) on 10 August'2015. The problem exist and the machine unable to wash cloth as motor is producing the same sound. The back cover is also exchanged, it is old, rusted and its holes are not covered so rats are getting inside it and cutting wires. I have contacted customer care today (Ticket[protected] regarding the same and writing this email in the hope that my washing machine will be rectified soon. This machine is covered under warranty.                 I purchase a washing machine Senator Aqua SX 8kg on 4-3-2015 due to some reason i start using my washing machine after 1-2 months and on 3-8-15 a person from service center come for service he add 2 pouch of IFB essentials Descal and set a program and when the program completes i check my washing machine, the drum of the washing machine was changed their are patches in it, the shime of drum is vanished and it looks black and dull when i call the service boy he said it happen some time the drum will be normal after 2-3 months after that i took number from net and call to local service center then on next day the boy come and by talking with his head he said that they will replace drum (to note down the drum number he tried to open the drum but he cant open in the end he write some other number) . i don't want the drum replace i want my washing machine replace. on 8-8-2015 i called to customer care[protected] he said that he enter the complaint regarding replacement the update will be given on Monday on my registered mobile number but i didn't get any call, today[protected] i called to customer care firstly they told me that they will not help me for replacement i need to talk with some local manager he gave me number of Sanjay and when i called sanjay with rude words he said u should feel good that we are replacing drum your washing machine will not be replaced then again i called customer care[protected] this time customer care executive is saying that he enter a complaint and with in 24 hours a person will wist to my place and check weather the machine will be replaced or not if i ask about that details of complaint which was entered on 8-8-2015, he didn't give me any details . i want my mashing machine replaced i don't want any local service center fitting i purchase a new washing machine not a second hand that one part will be replaced. the main working is on drum if i get any problem like of belt or any other part after some time then who will help me. i want a fully new washing machine i thought that IFB is one of the best company but i was wrong the time i purchase washing machine their was no manual inside the ifb installation boy said u don't need any manual but by talking with seller he help me and provide me complete manual with warranty card and this time when the service man come i ask for the three flow system because there i can see only one flow of water from upside, he said that it will work like this he dont know much about it ... sir/mam i feel very bad the way company is dealing with me i have a trust on ifb but as i can see the quality of product is coming out and the after sales service, i will never refer any one to buy a ifb product . ifb complaint number 16149358

                    We have bought the "Serena SX.5.5Kg - IFB washing machine from M/S. S.C. Shah & Co. Pvt. Ltd. vide their invoice no. AN-3519 dt.[protected] and installed by M/S. Classic Enterprises vide their Invoice no. 4165 dt.[protected]. So far none of them send a technician for service even they have called several times over phone. Now the machine got struck with our cloths and the door is jammed.

                      I have purchased IFB washing machine in July 2012, It started creating noise, we contacted the service centre and an engineer would come and say that stand is making some noise, We purchased a new stand and still it was making noise. Than a new engineer come and he informed that your drum is having problem it needs to be replaced, I shared him the bill and receipt copy to support the warranty claim, this visit was on 29th June 2015. After that no action was taken by company. Thus I wrote an email on 9th July 2015 and registered a formal complain no 15947942. After this one engineer visited our home with used part, i requested him to get a new part to be replaced or give in writing that you are installing a used part, which they refused to give. Since than I have written several email to repaire my machine, received one or two reply stating that they will sort out the issue soon. Since last 15-20 days they are not responding to my emails also and machine is not repaired. Thus I approached this forum

                      IFB team has replied on 18th August to provide the best service, but till date no body called to repair the machine. It is more than 2 months.

                      It is a great example how a company sinks. Will ensure that thousands of people will know about your bad service and they do not buy IFB products

                        My complaint no is [protected] dated 6/7/15.. After lot of complain a service engineer came and attended the machine found a pipe inside the machine was leaking. I gave adhesive material and my husband helped him to sort out the leakage. He promised to bring the pipe and replace it within few days...last week a person called and set he is on the way to replace the same but till date no one has attended the problem. Calling the service in charge repeatedly but no person picks up the call. Knowing well it is from the customer, even the senior person does the same in fib.

                          We had purchased a NEPTUNE-VX-DISHWASHER on 06/07/15,
                          from IFB POINT-AHMEDABAD, the machine was delivered on Cash on delivery.
                          When next day the demo team came to install the machine there main interest was to sell the stand and additives.
                          After installation it was found that the funnel through which you pour the detergent and liquid was missing,
                          lots of complaints were done, service team visited assured but till date the parts were not delivered and now with out the same we can use the machine.
                          COULD NOT UNDERSTAN HOW CAN IFB deliver MACHINE with out the mandatory parts.
                          If IFB team can view this mail should start thinking of the standard of Company and should start acting immediately.

                          Our Customer code is 3400840 in Bangalore. This has reference to our
                          complaint No. [protected] regarding a broken part - Lint remover - which
                          is a simple convex plastic mesh like contraption which is there to
                          collect the lint form the clothes during the spin cycle or whatever. All
                          this was explained to the call center person who dutifully wrote down
                          the whole thing. In the evening came along a service person who was not
                          notified about the problem (though it was explained and noted down by
                          the call centre). He inspects the whole thing and adds a few more
                          problems to the machine, which is perfect condition and still working
                          despite the broken plastic mesh which really has nothing to do with the
                          drying process but to catch and collect the lint. His estimate is now
                          touching Rs.5000
                          do not know where it will end. Is this some kind of a sick joke all
                          these White Goods mfg play on the citizens of India. Any resale in
                          exchange is not more than[protected] be it a TV fridge washing machine
                          or dryer. Would really like an honest unbaised non money ripping off suggestion from the service department. Going by the complaints and redressals, I am not too optimistic of a fair deal. - Dayanidhi

                            I am having amc of my mw oven 30src1 vide amc no 152415 dated 8-7-2015. I registered a complaint with ticket no 16090866 regarding not heating of the mw oven on dated[protected]. On that day technician from your delhi center, mr ganesh yadav visited the premises and told me that some part will be changed and i will come within 2 days to rectify the fault. I waited for another 2-3 days but no body come to rectify the problem. Then i call to your customer care on[protected] and they gave me numbers of mr manoj and no body bother to attend my oven even after my several calls to mr manoj and on [protected]. After 8 days i. E on 4-8-2015, same technician mr ganesh yadav mobile no [protected] visited the premises and have completely damaged my oven and even after sparking was there in oven, he left the oven unattended and oven is still faulty. He did not bother to attend the fault even after i have made several calls on 4-8-2015, 6-8-2015 and today itself i. E on 8-8-2015. I have also contacted to mr manoj with mobile no [protected] he assured me on two days back that fault will be rectified on 7-8-2015 but no one has come to attend the same and your service center has also closed the ticket no 16090866. Today i have again complained to your service number but they have again registered the compliant with ticket number 16175998.

                              We have bought a IFB Washing Machine about 2-3 months ago . on 14th July 2015, that machine stopped working due to some problem.As the machine is showing low voltage so i think its related to the voltage .We registered our complaint firstly in Jammu service center, then we called on your customer service center .15th and 16th we tried a lot but no body answered. On 17th July 2015, we registered our complain by the name of SH.SHAM LAL .We called from the no.[protected]. Since then nobody had come and checked our machine. No action has been taken.
                              We are facing a lot of problems. Now its going to be a month since we have registered our complaint. I want you to take stricts against the persons who are not doing their work properly. Our washing machine is in warranty.We bought it on 11-5-15 from PRASHAST ELECTRONICS and model is IFB Automatic Wasing Machine Senator Aqua ST 8kg.
                              So, i request you that either you send your serviceman within 24hrs or replace the product or give our money back i.e37000/-. Otherwise i will copy this whole email with bill to the consumer care office then you will have to pay the penalty.
                              I am very upset with your bad service ad i will make i never buy any other product of your company.

                                1. I have bought IFB 6.5kg washing machine before around 2 month back. it was working fine for 1month then after i t is not washing cloth properly. So i have file a complaint before around 20 days. but till issue is not get resolved. But what i have seen in 20 days, is horrible that IFB customer service is too worstest i have ever seen for any company... Below is the detail : 1) When I field a complaint 2-3 time, with out my permission they converted it to resolved and not getting proper answer from customer care... Now they said used very costly powder around rs 500 and used company's liquid. 2) One a technician came to home and ask to start washing machine I will be back in 1.30 hour to check result but when we call him back he has switched of his mobile and never came.. 3) On this Saturday I called the main technical head some patel is there. He told me person will visit in between 12 to 3 today I have applied half day leave to my office but when I call at 3 he told me he is busy somewhere so not able to visit today... this is height of irresponsibility 3) So I have called to customer care and got number of ankit dave(in charge of Ahmedabad center), So as per our discussion he has to sent technical person on this Monday but due to some problem I have called up the technical person and also drop message to dont come today... but still came around 3 pm without informing us(Usually he has to come 9AM on the morning), So I called to Ankit Dave today about my problem he told me that he will ask to technical person to call you but till time I haven't receive call from him... and when I called him he is not picking my call. this is such a ridicules. By this we can identify that if main person from service center is such irresponsible then how staff is... Now I am fed with your product and service. Even price is higher than other product quality is bogus. We have many more option in market rather than IFB and I will surely tell the people through social media and verbally that never buy IFB product.. Please tell me how can I provide washing machine back. I dont want it and I want my money back... I will rather buy from samsung, LG etc... Washing Quality of IFB washing Machine.. We have drop washed cloths under clean water after wash from IFB senorita aqua SX 6.5 kg washing machine and found this much of detergent in cloths... This has been done under their senior technical engineer from AHD and still they said this much of detergent will stay from machine.. Poor result of machine...Think before buy IFB washing machine...check it 2. IFB Appliances your technical person named Ankit Dave told us don't use detergent only used our liquid .Is this means you are raise question on quality of Surf Excel India & Surf excel matic powder or any detergent company.At last visit Mr. Ankit Dave had came with Surf Excel Matic for IFB Appliances with symbol . Are you saying that surf excel is not provided better quality of power for front door washing machine??? Why you are saying prefer our detergent liquid which is more powerful than surf excel... Than I think crores of people are using surf excel powder for their washing machine... Why your machine is not able to reduce all the powder from cloth... As per your comment it seems surf excel need to improve their powder quality...Then really surf excel need to improve their quality to reach expectation to your washing machine...Here i am sharing a letter written by Mr.Ankit Dave senior technical person of IFB Appliances Ahmedabad, Gujarat. with IFB Appliances & Surf Excel Matic & Surf Excel India. 3. IFB Appliances & Surf Excel Matic &Surf Excel India Then really surf excel need to improve their quality to reach expectation to your washing machine...we did not said but indirectly IFB Appliances person named Mr.Ankit Dave and kashyap bhatt 's teams ahmedabad, Gujarat was said indirectly please check that letter .Because we are regular customer of Surf Excel India & Surf Excel Matic since 6 years. i think IFB Appliances have to time take audit for your technical team of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

                                  I has initially raised a in the month of June regarding my microwave. The technician came and resolved the issue and convinced me to take AMC which I did . The same issue occurred back in 2 weeks I then logged a complain on 3-July[protected], The same technician Senthil called and said that there was a problem with my touch circuit and said that he would order parts.On 7-July-15 I received a message that the complain is closed.I followed up with Senthil without any success and logged another call on 11-July[protected] again I waited for someone to resolve my issue In the meain time I made several calls to the customer care to resolve my issue without success. I called back on 6-Aug-15 and was told that the call was closed and they logged a new call ticket no [protected] and the manager suresh assured that the problem will be fixed, However when I call the customer care number [protected] today I am getting message that this number is not valid. This is absolutely pathetic service I am receiving from IFB. This made me not to prefer or recommend IFB products . It would restore my confidence if someone sensible can resolve my issue.

                                      I complained to ifb customer care over phone regarding unservicibility of my ifb microwave oven on 21st, 28th and 5th aug but no use I called in [protected].I had AMC .one day one person came and told some parts to be changed, will come next day .model is 30SC3.

                                        It is very frustrating to write this email regarding my Complaint# 16145377.

                                        I've raised a Online complaint request (on 3rd Aug 2015) on your portal on the below address for enquire type as "Service-Complaint Registration" with all the required details (specifically my address details highlighted in red)

                                        However, there was no response from your end on my complaint except an automated web email that service query will be addressed.

                                        On 4th Aug 2015, when I called your call center regarding my online complaint, was upset to know that no complaint got registered and an oral complaint was registered with number 16145377 and will be addressed in 24 hours.

                                        On 5th Aug 2015, I had to again dial your call center[protected] to enquire about the complaint and was irritated to know that the wrong Pin Code 500067 was updated in your database for on my address (where as I've provided the correct address for communication with correct pin code which can be seen in the below email. So purely a mistake at your end) and after the correction was said the issue will be again addressed in next 24 hours.

                                        On 6th Aug 2015, after waiting for 24 hours again I dialed your call center to check on my complaint and again same response from the executive that it will be definitely addressed today (6th Aug) and the complaint is marked as escalated with highest priority. However, I've insisted for the local IFB service center office number where my Complaint has held up. I was given Masab Tank IFB service center phone#[protected].

                                        All the day I tried around 5-6 times to the call center and another 5 times to the Masab Tank service center to send a Technician to look after the issue and nothing has been done till now (that is I'm drafting this email at approximately 8PM of 06/08/2015).

                                        Could you please let me know what should be my next steps for my complaint# 16145377. I purchased washing machine on 13/04/2013 and still has around 2 years of service warranty. However, should I go to local technician to get the problem resolved as I see that the 24 hours buffer time to look into my complaint from 03rd Aug 2015 seems still not completed and may taken another 15-30 days.

                                        From past 3 days, it is very irritating calling you people to look into my complaint and on another side the laundry piled up at my place.

                                        Can you please provide me the direction on this issue.
