Dear Team,
Being an old and loyal customer, I contacted Customer Service on 23 June'2015 (Ticket[protected] to complain about my IFB Elena 5 Kg washing machine whose motor unable to run, stuck while running and producing high sound with some plastic material coming out through drainage hole.
A Technician came next day and advised us to deliver it to service center, I did the same, but on continuous calling I somehow received the machine back after almost 1 month and 18 days (49 days) on 10 August'2015.
The problem exist and the machine unable to wash cloth as motor is producing the same sound. The back cover is also exchanged, it is old, rusted and its holes are not covered so rats are getting inside it and cutting wires.
I have contacted customer care today (Ticket[protected] regarding the same and writing this email in the hope that my washing machine will be rectified soon.
This machine is covered under warranty. Please find attached pictures for your consideration.

I had to call so many times to IFB Customer Care and request them to replace the microwave immediately but customer care executive asked me sometime to call to dealer and sometime to branch manager which was directionless.
I need compensation for my loss of more than one week.
