I have microvawe model no. 25SC1. And its door has broken.I call the technician .But he said company not provides door lock now.becouse your model is too old.and its door lock not in stock in anywhere in Punjab. I m suffering this problem till 8 months. Plz help me as soon as.to provide door lock.

    I complained to ifb customer care over phone regarding unservicibility of my ifb microwave oven on 21st, 28th and 5th aug but no use I called in [protected].I had AMC .one day one person came and told some parts to be changed, will come next day .model is 30SC3.

      Hi,

      It is very frustrating to write this email regarding my Complaint# 16145377.

      I've raised a Online complaint request (on 3rd Aug 2015) on your portal on the below address for enquire type as "Service-Complaint Registration" with all the required details (specifically my address details highlighted in red)

      However, there was no response from your end on my complaint except an automated web email that service query will be addressed.

      On 4th Aug 2015, when I called your call center regarding my online complaint, was upset to know that no complaint got registered and an oral complaint was registered with number 16145377 and will be addressed in 24 hours.

      On 5th Aug 2015, I had to again dial your call center[protected] to enquire about the complaint and was irritated to know that the wrong Pin Code 500067 was updated in your database for on my address (where as I've provided the correct address for communication with correct pin code which can be seen in the below email. So purely a mistake at your end) and after the correction was said the issue will be again addressed in next 24 hours.

      On 6th Aug 2015, after waiting for 24 hours again I dialed your call center to check on my complaint and again same response from the executive that it will be definitely addressed today (6th Aug) and the complaint is marked as escalated with highest priority. However, I've insisted for the local IFB service center office number where my Complaint has held up. I was given Masab Tank IFB service center phone#[protected].

      All the day I tried around 5-6 times to the call center and another 5 times to the Masab Tank service center to send a Technician to look after the issue and nothing has been done till now (that is I'm drafting this email at approximately 8PM of 06/08/2015).

      Could you please let me know what should be my next steps for my complaint# 16145377. I purchased washing machine on 13/04/2013 and still has around 2 years of service warranty. However, should I go to local technician to get the problem resolved as I see that the 24 hours buffer time to look into my complaint from 03rd Aug 2015 seems still not completed and may taken another 15-30 days.

      From past 3 days, it is very irritating calling you people to look into my complaint and on another side the laundry piled up at my place.

      Can you please provide me the direction on this issue.

        I raised a service request with IFB customer care for the malfunctioning of my newly purchased Microwave oven.I raised the complaint on July 28th 2015 with ticket no [protected].Till now nobody attended the call.Each time when i contacted the customer care team they said the technician will attend it at the earliest but nothing has been happened till date.Request somebody to look into this and resolve the issue.

          I purchased an IFB dryer on 20th July, and i immediately called customer care for installation. For 5 days they kept on saying there servers are not working so they cannot register any requests. Finally on 1st Aug they registered a request for installation and till now that is 6th Aug not a single person has called and every time I call customer care the same story...we are sorry but definitely today the technician will come. Really disappointed with such a response from such a reputed company.

            Old complaint no 15852760 dated june 26th Followup complaint no 16001408 July 16th customer id 10702513 I raised one complaint on June 26th regarding my microwave not working well which never get entertained the complaint details are as below [protected]@ifbglobal.com To [protected]@yahoo.com Jun 26 Dear Customer, against your recent call a Ticket is generated i.e Ticket 15852760 and the Technician will visit Shortly. Later when I called back IFB customer care asking why nobody turned up yet they closed the old ticket and raised a new one as per the forwarded mail and then one support guy visited my place and declared that one of the board needs to be replace and will cost around 4K and as the warranty void on July 4th I have to pay the amount from my pocket, when I informed him that I raised the concern during warranty period and that ticket get attached to this new ticket, he replied back that I don't have any special instruction regarding this old ticket then I told him ok you will start procedure to get the new board and meantime I will check with customer care if it is covered under warantty. hence I called the customer care they confirmed me that as you raised the concern under warranty it will definetly get cover under warranty and in turn they gave me the telephone # of Mr Rajkumar who is the some area manager of Banagalore and assured me that they will forward all the details to Mr Rajkumar (Mobile: [protected] and landline[protected] which replies as number not working) as well so I have to contact him and the board will get replaced under warranty, since then Mr. Rajkumar is playing around and every other day when I call him he give the phone to someone to talk and try to assure me that our support guy will visit today for sure but nothing happen till date Today they gave number of some Mr Ravi ([protected]) and when I called that fellow he told me that you need to write a mail to customer care and on that mail customer care will give instructions to us and then only the board can be replaced under warranty. I am not sure what actually is going on is it the support team in Bangalore who don't want to serve or is it something related with IFB after sales services as I refused to upgrade the warranty, IFB don't want to entertain the complaints raised by me. The reason I wouldn't upgraded the warranty is in last full year means till date I bought the product no service engineer visited for a regular maintenance while for other products from other brands I am using the service engineer visit is scheduled quarterly and they follow the schedule, while in case of IFB even raising the complaint no body turned up and if some one turned up they try to indulge in some wrong practices not sure if this may be the reason of not resolving the complaint on local level. I sent so many mails to the customer care email id [protected]@ifbglobal.com but no body bothered to reply

            One can easily imagine how worst the customer care service is when you don't have someone to at least make the generic customer care email id working by clearing the space so new mail can arrive and if one sends a mail he will never get a reply back not even a automated acknowledgement.

            Seems no one checks those mail at all.
            Hi IFB Team,
            The point is that when I raised the complaint in warranty period why should I pay, is it because your team didn't attended the call on time I will pay from my pocket.
            Is this the right way to support that wait till the warranty void and then attend the call so the customer has to pay the repairing / replacement charges...

              I made complaint on washing (sensor problem) last 1 month continuously calling cc still no response from their side and poor customer care also my last complaint no:[protected] .every time i call customer care they want to finish the call fast and not giving proper solution .Next time i ll suggest my friends not to buy ifb.

                Hi, I want to bring to IFB notice that the Service is very very poor and unresponsive. We had lodged a complaint almost a month back and till date we are only getting response that the Service Engineer is busy or transferred or part not available . Its been just 6 years since we purchased the Washing M/c and every year there are defects and we had to renew the AMC and inspite of having a AMC there is no resolution for almost a month. This is very poor service from IFB . My complaint number is 15988699.

                    Dear Sir, I had purchased one IFB AC from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata in April'15. Due to my transfer I have shifted to Jharsuguda and requested IFB through customer care to reinstall the AC (Complain No.15932850 dt. 07 July 2015).                       My microwave screwed upon 3 May ;i lodged a complain ..on 6may Mr XXX BANERJEE CAME he said door needs to be replaced .I agreed but it took him 4 months still he is saying Company doesnt have this door...is it believable ...a company like ifb doesnt have microwave door since Last May ...My point in KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE IS WORST(IFB) ..MOST OF THEM R INEFFICIENT AND LAZY ...I REGRET BUYING PRODUCTS NOW...I HAD FIXED MICROWAVE FROM AN OUTSIDER ...DEFINITLY WONT CALL KOLKATA SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN

                        I have purchased IFB top load washing machine Model:AW6501WB 11 months back. Now it is giving lot of trouble. Suddenly it stops working and displaying 'E1'. If i open the lid and close it starts working. After some time again it stops working. I cannot keep watching as I am busy with some other work. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible. Regards

                            My complaint no. 16103584 For Ifb Neptune dishwasher not attended inspite of repeated calls to customer care. They always give standard answer server down call after one hour. Tried calling the branch head Mr.Vignesh but to he is also of no help. If anyone has any info on some higher up official of IFB please share. The product is on AMC and I am unable to get it serviced elsewhere.

                            Rather than attending to the complaint and feeling sorry about the delay, the manager has decided to refund our AMC amount. IFB does not regret losing a customer. The worst customer service I have come across...

                              I think your technician or your service center personnel can't find out the original problem in the appliances and they are just take visit on complain and assume that this part is not working just change it and the complain is solve but actually not in that situation your esteem customer has to suffer a lot. I've been using ifb products from many years but i didn't faced any problem with your products specially from washing machine that i am facing now from product's maintenance service.

                              As per my past complained i.e. on 20/06/[protected] and 29/06/[protected] that was solved on 14th july 2015 (they changed timer) but still i have got the same problem from last 3 to 4 days means it is stop in between cycle and complain yesterday and it is book today i.e.16117436 and i have 5 days left on my warranty so pls send the proper technician and diagnose the fault in the machine in a proper way so that again and again the same problem can't occur in a very few days if still they can't solve the problem then what shall i have to do? in that case i expect that you have to extend my warranty period till my problem not to be solve properly.

                                  Ref. IFB ticket nos. 16017020 dated 18.7.15, 1605412 & 16104308 A Technician from IFB Visited twice. But unfortunately he was bussy or per-occupied with some other work, so that he was not ready to wait and monitor the complaint properly. He simply told that he is not supposed to inspect the machine till one course of wash completes and left the place. A few minutes after he left the machine again started making noises. To my utter surprise the technician informed us that the Armature of IFB machines always emits sparking, and now i am not at all interested to keep a spark emitting machine at my home considering the safety of my family. We never expect these type of customer service and relationship from a reputed company like IFB. Its not the design of the machine but the reputation of the company induce me to go for an IFB washing machine, which mistake i will never do again in future.                                   Thanks, IFB technician attended my complaint, and replaced the motor, now the machine is working properly. I have to appreciate the decency and delicacy of the technician attended this time. He was very qualified, and understood the problem easily and the way he dealt with is excellent.

                                    We registered complaint on 26.07.15 for the microwave issue they said within 24 hours complain will be resolved but no one came I called them again on 28.07.15 again they the same thing no one came again I call them on 29.07.15 they give me local services centre no. Which is not responding so on 30.07.15 I said I need to talk with ur superior but one read to solve the issue worst experience with ifb

                                        Team, IFB bangalore division (Padmanabha nagar) team took AMC and promised to fix the part of oven but failed. When I called them back several times, they said part not available and promised to return the AMC amount. I had called up 50+ times but no solution yet. Initial every time they promised to give the cheque same day but failed. Also ignoring calls and answering when called from another number is the pattern. Very rude behaviour and no proper response. Complaint number: 16101230. Finally, today IFB customer care gave some reporting manager number and he has asked for some details. But the way this is handled by IFB customer care team was horrible.
