A Technician from IFB Visited twice. But unfortunately he was bussy or per-occupied with some other work, so that he was not ready to wait and monitor the complaint properly. He simply told that he is not supposed to inspect the machine till one course of wash completes and left the place. A few minutes after he left the machine again started making noises.
To my utter surprise the technician informed us that the Armature of IFB machines always emits sparking, and now i am not at all interested to keep a spark emitting machine at my home considering the safety of my family.
We never expect these type of customer service and relationship from a reputed company like IFB. Its not the design of the machine but the reputation of the company induce me to go for an IFB washing machine, which mistake i will never do again in future.
Moreover these type of customer service and mails really irritates :

This look like the customer service team not even aware of the status of the complaint other than sending a mail.
Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks, IFB technician attended my complaint, and replaced the motor, now the machine is working properly.
I have to appreciate the decency and delicacy of the technician attended this time. He was very qualified, and understood the problem easily and the way he dealt with is excellent.

One can easily imagine how worst the customer care service is when you don't have someone to at least make the generic customer care email id working by clearing the space so new mail can arrive and if one sends a mail he will never get a reply back not even a automated acknowledgement.
Seems no one checks those mail at all.
