My complaint no. 16103584 For Ifb Neptune dishwasher not attended inspite of repeated calls to customer care. They always give standard answer server down call after one hour. Tried calling the branch head Mr.Vignesh but to he is also of no help. If anyone has any info on some higher up official of IFB please share. The product is on AMC and I am unable to get it serviced elsewhere.

I think your technician or your service center personnel can't find out the original problem in the appliances and they are just take visit on complain and assume that this part is not working just change it and the complain is solve but actually not in that situation your esteem customer has to suffer a lot. I've been using ifb products from many years but i didn't faced any problem with your products specially from washing machine that i am facing now from product's maintenance service.

As per my past complained i.e. on 20/06/[protected] and 29/06/[protected] that was solved on 14th july 2015 (they changed timer) but still i have got the same problem from last 3 to 4 days means it is stop in between cycle and complain yesterday and it is book today i.e.16117436 and i have 5 days left on my warranty so pls send the proper technician and diagnose the fault in the machine in a proper way so that again and again the same problem can't occur in a very few days if still they can't solve the problem then what shall i have to do? in that case i expect that you have to extend my warranty period till my problem not to be solve properly.

Ref. IFB ticket nos. 16017020 dated 18.7.15, 1605412 & 16104308 A Technician from IFB Visited twice. But unfortunately he was bussy or per-occupied with some other work, so that he was not ready to wait and monitor the complaint properly. He simply told that he is not supposed to inspect the machine till one course of wash completes and left the place. A few minutes after he left the machine again started making noises. To my utter surprise the technician informed us that the Armature of IFB machines always emits sparking, and now i am not at all interested to keep a spark emitting machine at my home considering the safety of my family. We never expect these type of customer service and relationship from a reputed company like IFB. Its not the design of the machine but the reputation of the company induce me to go for an IFB washing machine, which mistake i will never do again in future. We registered complaint on 26.07.15 for the microwave issue they said within 24 hours complain will be resolved but no one came I called them again on 28.07.15 again they the same thing no one came again I call them on 29.07.15 they give me local services centre no. Which is not responding so on 30.07.15 I said I need to talk with ur superior but one read to solve the issue worst experience with ifb

My washing machine is not working for very long time. I complaint for repairing of the product through customer service. And i also get complaint number, but i get no responses from the company and the complaint automatically get cancelled. Team, IFB bangalore division (Padmanabha nagar) team took AMC and promised to fix the part of oven but failed. When I called them back several times, they said part not available and promised to return the AMC amount. I had called up 50+ times but no solution yet. Initial every time they promised to give the cheque same day but failed. Also ignoring calls and answering when called from another number is the pattern. Very rude behaviour and no proper response. Complaint number: 16101230. Finally, today IFB customer care gave some reporting manager number and he has asked for some details. But the way this is handled by IFB customer care team was horrible.

Fridge door warning continuously ringing even if the door is closed. that's why compressor not start and no cooling. Complained on Friday 24-7-15 9.57Am after 5 days again complain on[protected].00am Still no technician or executive bother to follow up or even visit to rectify the problem.. every time customer care will tell do the needful at the earliest .....

Team my A/c is not working, i made a complain having number 15609801 & second again on 23/06/15 number 15768440. But till now so much time has been over but till now no body has attended .the number provided by the mechanic who came first time to check is not responding

We purchased ifb washing machine in Jan 2012 and warranty is there till January 2016. After the wash the clothes were not getting dried we have made a complaint on this issue directly with the technician and after 4 days technician came and done some repair went saying that we will bring machine washing powder use continuously 3 to 4 times then the dust will go out. After a week I.e. On 18th July 2015 technician brought the powder and again he started to repair the machine and disconnected all the cables and opened the machine with the help of another technician was doing some repair n removed some dust from it and it was already 7.30 pm and technicians left leaving the machine as it is saying that will come Sunday I.e on 19th July at 11 am. Technicians didn't turn up on that day n when we treid to call he was disconnected the call . We started tocall up service centre from 20th July and they were replying that they will send the the person and we waited 1 more day. Again technician dint come we spoke to proprietor that also didn't work and we tried to reach senior management but the person didn't pickup the call and made many complaints calling up to customer care, they were also promising that we have escalated the issue n will be sorted out. Really fed up the kind of service we are experienced with.. Request you all to look into the issue and dothe needed at the earliest as we do not have other options to wash the clothes and ours is a joint family n it is more than 10 days as of today.

I have complained about my washing machine door lock problem in ifb On 23/07/2015 and since then i have called these people 5 times, but these customer care guys are so irresponsible and useless. Everyday these people are making false promises that the executive will come tomorrow, but there tomorrow never come I am fed up and tired running after them but no responce Please help! Technician visited my house on 15 / 07 / 2015 … after there is no information about anything who will resolve the issue. .

I am one of the users of IFB washing washing machine. My machine got struck with a problem one and half months ago and reported the concerned authorisation or dealer who had a look at the machine three weeks before but they couldn't rectify it . He is blaming on poor availability of spare parts. The problem with the machine is regarding the Filter.Few days back I got call from Alappuzha Service centre, They informed me that they will come on Saturday afternoon.Myself and my family waiting for them, but I was waiting till 8pm.Tomorrow I received a call from some other number and asking my availability.At that time I am outstation so I request them to come on tomorrow.Till this time I am not received any call from your Service department or Customer care centre which is located in Alappuzha. I never expect this kind of poor service from a company like IFB. Kindly rectify my issue ASAP.

We purchased 3 years back. We are getting lot of problems. Nobody is responding. So many times i have given complaints. Till now problem was not rectified. I have talked so many times to toll free number, so many messages to 58888 but no use at all. We spent 25000 rs on that. But we are not at all satisfied with u r service. As ifb is standard company we purchased this machine but u r services are not satisfactory. Till now they are not able to recognize the problem. Atleast they are not responding to our call. I think u are prolonging till my warranty over. I am having all my complaints number along with messages i have given till now. To whom i should complaint or suggest u r valuable opinion.

I an Christopher. I bought a IFB washing machine in 2009. It started to leak last October. I made a complaint and nearly 10 salesmen came and changed many components like AMC, tube hose and aqua. But the leak is not resolved. We have to clean the house every time when we use it.

July 20th, a IFB technician arrived to repair a 'spin dry' problem (he was not the first one, we had had some 3 people before in the previous months). This was a on-demand service request. We contacted the helpline and received a call, for which I entertained the visit. This technician sold me the idea to change the MCU, which he did and charged us Rs 2250, gave me the old part and a bill. He wasn't willing to wait and check if the issue was solved, and left but the problem was not solved. He never picked up his phone after that the entire day! When I followed up with the most ineffective helpdesk, I was told that they couldn't track the person who replaced the MCU, and that they had no idea who he was! and they are liable for nothing! they said that the bill is not valid!

It appalls me that a stranger turned up at my home with the agenda to fleece me, putting my security at threat under the cover of being an IFB rep.

IFB service people here do not care! They leaked our contact number and compromised our security. Now they want to wash their hand off the incident. They seem all hand-in glove.How can they commit such a fraud!!

Again and again, what we do sir,
Its complain again. This is the 3 rd time of complaint on our ifb washing machine. The interesting thing is its only 10 months old.
On the recent times we are extremely suffering on this stuff. And now calling service centre, they repeat their answer daily " sir, our service man will reach within 24 hr". What kind of service is this mr. Ifb managements. How can u respond like this.its 2 week that we calling them, anything u can do?

The magnetron of my 25SC3 IFB oven was replaced with a new one on 23/05/2015 by a service person of IFB care centre, Alappuzha, Kerala. Their phone number is[protected]. But now from yesterday (22/07/2015) onwards the oven is not working. It shows the same complaint which caused the magnetron replacement. My phone number is [protected]. I had purchased a washing machine of IFB of Model no. AW6501RB on May 11'2014. My consumer id of IFB is 10639284. At the very starting month of the purchase, we are started to face problem with the machine. Clothes were frequently torn off during the process. We complaint a number of times. But nothing gone fruitful. When I lastly told them that I will go to consumer court, they changed the drum & confirmed that the problem will never happen again. Now again the same problem is being faced by us & they are not supporting anyway. We are now completely fed up with the product & want refund for the purchase. Please support for the issue.
