I have complained about my washing machine door lock problem in ifb On 23/07/2015 and since then i have called these people 5 times, but these customer care guys are so irresponsible and useless. Everyday these people are making false promises that the executive will come tomorrow, but there tomorrow never come I am fed up and tired running after them but no responce Please help!     Technician visited my house on 15 / 07 / 2015 … after there is no information about anything who will resolve the issue. .

      I am one of the users of IFB washing washing machine. My machine got struck with a problem one and half months ago and reported the concerned authorisation or dealer who had a look at the machine three weeks before but they couldn't rectify it . He is blaming on poor availability of spare parts. The problem with the machine is regarding the Filter.Few days back I got call from Alappuzha Service centre, They informed me that they will come on Saturday afternoon.Myself and my family waiting for them, but I was waiting till 8pm.Tomorrow I received a call from some other number and asking my availability.At that time I am outstation so I request them to come on tomorrow.Till this time I am not received any call from your Service department or Customer care centre which is located in Alappuzha. I never expect this kind of poor service from a company like IFB. Kindly rectify my issue ASAP.

        We purchased 3 years back. We are getting lot of problems. Nobody is responding. So many times i have given complaints. Till now problem was not rectified. I have talked so many times to toll free number, so many messages to 58888 but no use at all. We spent 25000 rs on that. But we are not at all satisfied with u r service. As ifb is standard company we purchased this machine but u r services are not satisfactory. Till now they are not able to recognize the problem. Atleast they are not responding to our call. I think u are prolonging till my warranty over. I am having all my complaints number along with messages i have given till now. To whom i should complaint or suggest u r valuable opinion.

            I an Christopher. I bought a IFB washing machine in 2009. It started to leak last October. I made a complaint and nearly 10 salesmen came and changed many components like AMC, tube hose and aqua. But the leak is not resolved. We have to clean the house every time when we use it.

              July 20th, a IFB technician arrived to repair a 'spin dry' problem (he was not the first one, we had had some 3 people before in the previous months). This was a on-demand service request. We contacted the helpline and received a call, for which I entertained the visit. This technician sold me the idea to change the MCU, which he did and charged us Rs 2250, gave me the old part and a bill. He wasn't willing to wait and check if the issue was solved, and left but the problem was not solved. He never picked up his phone after that the entire day! When I followed up with the most ineffective helpdesk, I was told that they couldn't track the person who replaced the MCU, and that they had no idea who he was! and they are liable for nothing! they said that the bill is not valid!

              It appalls me that a stranger turned up at my home with the agenda to fleece me, putting my security at threat under the cover of being an IFB rep.

              IFB service people here do not care! They leaked our contact number and compromised our security. Now they want to wash their hand off the incident. They seem all hand-in glove.How can they commit such a fraud!!

              Thank you for your acknowledgement. I would like to add that yesterday an IFB technician visited my house again! I asked him if he had an ID card, he didn't, he wasn't wearing a uniform. I refused to entertain him and today I got a call from IFB saying that I have refused to pay!!


              The names of other people ( apparently from the escalation matrix) who has washed their hands off from the matter are-
              Vignesh- [protected], who is 'apparently' a senior exec, gave me his gmail ID for writing a response to fraud case!
              Prashant - [protected], who preaches that we must check for ID card and who suffers from memory loss when called

              Once again, thank you for looking into this matter and helping us nip this racket.

              I have a split A/C of 1.5 tom. Have bought 2.5 years back. Since 1st year of purchase this product is troubling time and again,
              the PCB of the unit has replaced by the technicians for more than 3 time in this 2.5 years. That too paid every time @ average cost of 3200 every time and the service caharges @ 450 each visits.
              First of all it is very difficult to contact the service centre no one picks up the phone in case they answer no one turns back after the first visit and they charge for every visit. The same excuse no one knows who was the first one.
              After all the troubles and money loss the problem is the same my A/C is still not working for last 25 days, service center has changed all the possible parts twice in last 3 weeks against all paid twice.

                Again and again, what we do sir,
                Its complain again. This is the 3 rd time of complaint on our ifb washing machine. The interesting thing is its only 10 months old.
                On the recent times we are extremely suffering on this stuff. And now calling service centre, they repeat their answer daily " sir, our service man will reach within 24 hr". What kind of service is this mr. Ifb managements. How can u respond like this.its 2 week that we calling them, anything u can do?

                  The magnetron of my 25SC3 IFB oven was replaced with a new one on 23/05/2015 by a service person of IFB care centre, Alappuzha, Kerala. Their phone number is[protected].                     I had purchased a washing machine of IFB of Model no. AW6501RB on May 11'2014. My consumer id of IFB is 10639284. At the very starting month of the purchase, we are started to face problem with the machine. Clothes were frequently torn off during the process. We complaint a number of times. But nothing gone fruitful. When I lastly told them that I will go to consumer court, they changed the drum & confirmed that the problem will never happen again. Now again the same problem is being faced by us & they are not supporting anyway. We are now completely fed up with the product & want refund for the purchase. Please support for the issue.                       I am one of the users of IFB washing washing machine. My machine got struck with a problem two and half months ago and reported the concerned authorisation or dealer who had a look at the machine for at least five times in a period of three weeks but couldn't rectify it and started blaming the company for the problem in the machine. He even suggested us to write a complaint regarding the poor availability of spare parts and service. The problem with the machine is regarding the door hinge.

                      Ifb has d worst customer support service.my door glass is broken, filter does not come out, the back aluminium panel has damages.the machine is not even a year old.they gave a defected piece.after complaining for six days I had to finally request one ifb technician to get d glass changed.its a shame for ifb.i would never recommend or buy ifb in future.

                        we have purchased IFB washing Machine from Shah & co, chrompet, chennai 1 and half years back. For the last 3 months, water inlet was not working properly. 4 technicians from V care services attended one after the other but the problem is not yet solved. The franchise is not equipped with talented technicians. one of them is telling to use two filter in the inlet but the other guy is saying that one is enough. there is no uniformity of opinion among the technicians. the way they are handling the machine is also highly irresponsible. at the time of checking they damaged our machine cover. at last they found out that the volve is to be replaced & it will take 1 week to replace it. such a big company having branches all over the world but there is no stock of volve. I understand one thing that during the warranty period, they are not ready to replace the damaged spare. even if its possible, it will be made after too much of delay. we are totally disappointed with the IFB customer care. I hereby recommend that those who are reviewing this complaint, please don't go for IFB.

                          my washing machine elina dx 5.5kg is not working for 1month.i have already made complain but no response from them at all.docket no is15858997.differnt technicians came forv 3 times.but nobody could solve the problem at all.after that they told that it will be done within 2-3days.but from 15th june to today 22nd july they have done nothing though it is under AMC.now i have decided to focus it on media that after doing AMC IFB customers are being harrased like this.

                            I have some issue in my washing machine i booked a compliant on 13.7.15, they send one technician he said some problem in the water inlet, so he need to bring the material and to be changed .Till now no proper response from customer care .

                              My washing machine is in warranty and having some problem. I booked a complained on dt. 11th July, 2015 but till to no one is visited my place to repair the same. Several times I ring up in your Bhubaneswar number[protected] but they are very unprofessional people and not deal the matter properly. Today they give another cell no- [protected] buy she is also not able to deal the matter.

                              Let me tell what may be the next step. Will I go to the Consumer court or is their any other option?

                                My Name is N.Vijayan, Residing at H.No.818, Sector- 7 C, Faridabad-121006, Haryana, India. My customer id.10228916 & Complaint No.15997489 dated 15.07.2015. We are using IFB Washing Machine since 2005 and used to have AMC since then. On 15.07.2015 we have registered a complaint regarding the water leakage at the bottom of Washing Machine and requested customer care executive to send the service engineer on saturday since we both are working and may not available in working days. when your service engineer reached our home for repairing we were not at home however our children were there. we dont know whether he checked the machine or not and he just informed our children that he will come on monday but he did not. i cant understand that may be we were not availble at home but what resist him to contact us by phone to tell us the reason why he cant able to repair the machine or why cant he wait for 5 more minutes when our children informed him that our parents are just reaching home. Immediately we have contacted your customer care to send somebody else so that we may know there is any problem with Washing Machine or not. but they informed us they can send service engineer on monday evening 7 Hrs but nobody turned up. Then today we contacted Mr.Mukesh Kumar, Manager, Mobile No.[protected] and explained him about the problem, he lost his control and started shouting and stared to speak like rowdy giving disrespect to me when i told him to refund my AMC amount.and asked to keep me cool at the same time he is provoking me first to shout also. Therefore I felt regretted that we were your customer since the year 2005 and to receive disrespect like this way. Hence, it is requested that, kindly, refund my AMC immediately.

                                    We've raised Washing machine complaint on 12th July. After multiple chasers Pradeep has visited on 15th and informed that motor has gone bad. We've been speaking with your service center staff Raghavendra[protected] to fix the issue. Our requests and followups have become like speaking with deaf person.

                                      i booked compliant two weeks back. still now nobody to resolve my compliant.
                                      i have been using IFB washing machine for 5 years and i have also AMC it is effected from last year 2014.each compliant to resolve the issue u take long time .it is not good for u and very bad services iam facing for last 2 weeks.why u not taking seriously.somany times i called to customer care also . they given some numbers . but they didnt answer at any time .
                                      pls take action and resolve my issue as early as possible .

                                        Customer ID 1788516, complaint ID 16038692. Machine is switching off repeatedly and water coming out from the bottom of the machine. i registered a complaint on 19th July for which a technician named Sonu visited and repaired it and also asked me to get the water filter of the machine replaced as he has detected lots of scaling inside the machine, so i agreed and paid him 1850 for it, he gave me a cash memo/bill too for the same, although now im doubtful as he really changed the filter as after 10 mins he left my residence machine stopped working and in the same condition in which it was earlier and to my shock, Sonu is not attending my calls, i have been calling him from yesterday he either switchs off his phone or dont take my calls and when i called IFB they said the complaint has been closed and resolved. Now i've registered a fresh complaint and again calling Sonu and a lady called Shakuntala from IFBs authorized service dealer, both are not attending my calls. please help mt resolve my complaint. and take the necessary action.
