    Customer Code 3240773, complaint No. 16017020 dated 18.7.2015 Wahing Machine making huge noise and sparking detected at bottom of machine. No response to the complaint from the company, other than the customer care executives readymade reply of to be attended withing 48 hours. At first not even the customer care provided the complaint number, they give only after i insisted for the request number. very poor customer service from IFB

    this complaint resolved by IFB, they replaced the motor and now the machine is working properly. the technician attend this time really deserves compliment.

    A Technician from IFB Visited for the second time. But unfortunately he was bussy or per-occupied with some other work, may be because of that he was not ready to wait and monitor the complaint properly. He simply told that he is not supposed to inspect the machine till one course of wash completes and left the place. A few minutes after he left machine again started making noises.
    To my utter surprise the technician informed us that its normal that the Armature of IFB washing machines always emits sparking. I am not at all interested to keep a spark emitting equipment at my home any more, considering the safety of my family.

    We never expect these type of customer service and relationship from reputed company like IFB. Its not the design of the machine but the reputation of the company induce me to go for an IFB washing machine, which mistake i will never do again in future.

    And the mails of these type really irritates and shows how efficiently the customer service team works :-

      I am using IFB dishwasher Neptune DX since last 2 yrs. My consumer id is 10244461. Over the last 02 months i have complained many times and being under warranty the company is bound to respond to any technical problem in the machine. However even after repeated complaints to IFB Helpline and atleast 10 ticket nos were generated and no response by any technician till date. The machine stops midway and displays error E7. Also there is a complaint regarding poor quality of door handle of machine which has cracked and about to break. No one is reponding from your company. I am sending this last complaint to IFB and then take legal recourse to sort out this matter. Lastly I am a Senior Army Officer and request you to apch IFB to stop the harrasement and wasting my time for which there will be heavy penalty on the company. Extremely poor after sales service.         R/SIR On 13 /07/2015 I brought a IFB washing machine from aerovision Abohar and called them for engineer next day they send a person Mr Pawan on 15/07/2015 who charged Rs 150 for just giving demo and I got to know later that he was not a employee of FBI and I was wrongly charged by that person.

            Dear IFB, I am using Elena DX model First complaint - "[protected]" Technician advised to fit filter worth Rs.3600/-, problem repeated again. Second complaint - "[protected]" Technician said there is dust in the circuit, problem repeated again. Third complaint - "[protected]" I said this problem is repeating and asked to consider my concern on priority, till now 11.30 a.m no technician has contacted. Is this the way a customer is to be treated, the technician is not trained he just takes trial and error method.               Dear Sir/Madam, I am an user of IFB washing machine for the last 15 years. Presently I am using a Senator 6kg. On 15/07/2015 I had lodged a complain (no:[protected] at your customer care about my machine which was damaged during transportation and requested for help and advise of a service engineer. On 17/07/2015 a service technician visited my house and advised me to sell the machine to a kabariwala so that I get the most out of it in terms of monetary return as the machine was beyond repairable. On 18/07/2015 at the insistence of my helpful neighbors I called a proven technician known to them. Within half an hour my machine was ready for use and I was charged only Rs.500/- for the service. No parts were replaced. Except for the outer body which was dented during transportation all other parts were ok. I was thus saved from unnecessary expending of purchasing a new machine and loosing the one I possess.                 Dear Sir, I have very very strong dissatisfaction and complaint with your Washing Machine product (Model AW60-7233). I am repenting a lot buying IFB Appliance as quality of your product has taught me a very strong lesson and I would never fall in your trap nor let any of my knowns to fall. Every one year or so, it gives me a big monetary jolt. My other colleagues with other brands W/M viz Samsung, Whirlpool, Videocon etc. are so happy with their product and mock at me on buying dearest brand product and paying further on continuous instalments in the name of Repairings. Every 1 year or so PCB kit of my W/M gets damaged (Don't know how) and it seems it is absolutely intentional for getting continuous cash on endless basis, till the customer gets faded up and crush the product in pieces. I have attached an Invoice dated[protected] for the PCB replacement. I had taken your AMC too at the same date, but neither I received any call from you nor any one came to check the health of my W/M. That AMC was my biggest mistake, and I just thrown Rs. 2, 921/- in dustbin. Now 2-3 days back, W/M is not able to switch ON. On lodging telephonic complaint (Firstly he said we don't recognise you as you are not registered with us. I told I already have two invoices with me, then also he told you are not registered. GOD knows how do you manage), your service engineer came and touched nothing except the power button of the W/M and straightway told that PCB is gone. I shown him previous bills of PCB replacement and asked what is IFB's quality standard? Is this PCB made with 1/2 years life only? He kept mum and asked me only one thing "Do you want PCB to be replaced or not?" I requested him to check wire or any other part then he repeated again "Do you want PCB to be replaced or not?" I had no other option to tell him "YES". Now I want to ask directly from you, is this your quality standard? Shall I have to pay continuously like this until I crush my W/M into pieces. I even wont like to sell this W/M to others, as it would make me feel like a cheater. I am very much disappointed and angry and have vowed not to repeat my mistake in future, and I'll keep spreading awareness among as much people as I can (through personal contacts, through online complaint portals, through social media including hubpages sort of websites and whatever available ways) about your Standard of Quality. Customers when become angry can damage much much greater than what you can do. A very Disappointed and Angry Customer,

                  I have logged in a complaint with IFB for my washing machine and they have been sending in service technicians for almost 4 times and none of them know what is the issue is.Everyone keep telling problem with Mother Board but none of them take a step to change it. Now that my warranty is going to get expired and not sure if this might be covered under warranty.Overall they even dont respond to our queries.

                    my complain no 15946481 which was raised on 10th of july, which has not yet been resolved. we took amc for 1 year. after waiting for 5 days we got repaired by other mechanics by paying, and this is not the first time to happen, last time also without solving they closed the complaint by saying we did not lift the phone. it looks like fraud, kindly return our amc amount so that we can by other company washing machine .

                            Our washing machine not working from last 2 month approximate and so many complaint registered by us on customer care some of complaint no . 1577408, 15951795 and many more as per your record but till date machine not working same problem E5 shown when switch on . Your service enggineers visit at our end so many time but after some time same problem raised kindly look on this issue on urgent basis. our warranty period close on 30 july 2015.

                              We have bought IFB washing Machine 10 months back. It has suddenly stopped working. Its still in warranty period. We have lodge complaint from the same via Consumer No/Ticket no.15960351 dated 11.07.2015. But yet machine is not working, technician have not come yet.

                              Sorry to say but do you know meaning of best services????.. Since last 10 days machine is not working and daily we are calling customer care and getting unsatisfactory response. Your Technician is not willing to come and problem is unresolved. Please let me know your escalation matrix to top level. We have asked customer care person also the same but no one willing to share & problem standstill. We are highly unsatisfied with IFB services & will never recommend for IFB product any more. We were about to buy one AC of IFB but now our perception changed completely..

                                This microwave was purchased through the newspaper TOI advt. ON the very 1st day of installation, the oven plate did not rotate.The service installation guy said its new hence the door is tight and will work after a few times we open and close the door.We had the same problem everytime and trusted the service person's word. We didnt use it after that. Now when we try to use it, the same issue happens. The microwave comes On, the timer starts but the plate does not rotate. Is this the famed IFB Quality? I have lost trust in this brand.Where do I get correct, honest service? Even worse, we should not be purchasing anything that is advertised in TOI because they sell damaged goods only.

                                They sent a technician who was willing to visit and fixed the machine. He also said their technicians are not willing to come because this is an old product and was sold because it was getting outdated and parts will not be available. He asked me to throw this and buy a new one.

                                  I, Mrs. Arlene Singh, hv an IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine, which ws purchased on 26th April '13. The model is Eva SX. On 12/07/15, I hd lodged a complaint (No. 15970230 & ID No.[protected] . The drum of d machine does not rotate & hence, is non-functional. Technician came 2 check & I ws told dat d display panel needed 2 b changed. I ws furthur told dat d damaged part wud b replaced. But, to no avail. Each time I phone I've been told dat d technicians on d way... Now its been over 48 hours. IFB boasts of an efficient after-$ales-$vc, But, the dissapointment is pathetic. Kindly hv d machine replaced, immediately.

                                    Dear sir / madam

                                    I have purchased washing machine on 31/07/2011, there was no proper demo done, no proper instructions where given to us, now 4 years warranty is getting lapsed by this month end, your service engineer comes and tell us that we have to call the service person every 6months for servicing which we are not aware.

                                    Service person informs us now that our machine drum there is a sound we have to check, and out water at the bottom which has motor is not working that is to be replaced, still we have time till this month end there is no problem.

                                    If the same happens in the next moth i have to pay for that, who is responsible for that who had not guided the customer properly, you want to take ride of the customer for not educating them on the process.

                                    Now they come with tell us that you have to take amc and the same warranty continues as per earlier.

                                    Please be minded that have lost all the services for last 4years, which not fare at all, advise me how to move forward...

                                      M banu. M n karur. M searchimg the job in karur for past months. At that time m see the adverrtisement in karur local channels for bank exam in karur.

                                      M seen that consultancy name r2e (Right to education) . They told me we are taking agency from ifbi for private banks in karur itself. So we will recruit the candidates through the written exam and after that the ifbi shortlised the candidates from written exam then we ll place candidates to axis, hdfc, ing vysya and hindustan bank. . . In karur itesel[censored] have been placed. They told me question paper and and answer sheet correction are done by ifbi only.

                                      They told me u got the result from ifbi on 10. 07. 2015 but still we didnt get the result. We paid rs. 450 for that written exam
                                      Exam was conducted on the school name as meenakshi school i think nearly 300 members attend this exam.

                                      I think it is fake because when the students ask the result to that head he just called to ifbi trichy and reply to students sorry yiiu didnt pass in the exam.

                                      They misuse ifbi name i called the ifbi and confirm that thats the fake.

                                        I made a complaint on 10.07.15 to send someone to get my washing machine fixed. There was no response s and then i called customer care again on 14.07.15 and asked them to send someone. I was assured that someone would come but so far nothing has happened. Before i made a formal complaint through customer care, i spoke to one of the agents for ifb here in chennai and they kept insisting that i should go in for an amc although i am not interested and i just want my machine to be fixed.If this is the response from a brand like them what are customers like me supposed to do? I want this matter resolved as soon as possible.
