    Hi Team,

    I had an issue with my washing machine on October 5th 2021 and raised an complaint for it and after examined by technician found that board has to be replaced and it needed to be ordered they mentioned it will take weeks time.

    It has been more than 2 months and i have been keep on raising complaint and both customer care and service center are not responding back and without my knowledge they are cancelling the complaint. on escalation they provided me the area manger number to sort it out. he seems to be the worst manager in IFB([protected])Johny francis.

    I have been told continuously every week that i will receive by monday, wednesday, saturday for almost 2 months, i am hearing only this response.

    I have a 1 year baby with no support to take care and this behavior from IFB has changed my life to an very extend level of frustration and hopeless in life, leading to divorce, leading to life saving attempts .

    IFB is responsible for all this in my life and let me know will i get any sort of resolution

      My Elena DX washing machine was under AMC for 2 years from 23/11/2020 to 22/11/2022.In October my machine's timer was not working. First they said they are waiting to get Timer from company. I was continuously following with them After two weeks Mr.Ram from Vikhroli Mumbai service center said that company has discontinued manufacturing parts of this machine hence it cannot be repaired. He promised me that my AMC amount will be refunded if I buy new machine from IFB chembur point. I purchased new Aqua Machine from IFB chembur. Till date no refund of AMC amount has been done.Every time they say give us some time. Customer care response is they are taking up matter with branch.Today two months are over refund of AMC amount yet not done. If you are not able to give services as per AMC contract you should refund full AMC amount on account of deficiency in services as per indian contract Act. I once again request to IFB company for doing needful in this matter.

        I purchased IFB washing machine at Tirupati (IFB point) .ticket was raised from IFB for Installation & Demo. but service franchise named (Sri sai srinivasa enterprises) called me & Demanded me to purchase the other products (stand, liquid detergent).I disagree so they have not send me technician for demo, I approch the franchise owner name (Thota Madhu Naidu)about the demo but I returned with negligence answer from service provider. Finally I agreed to purchase the other unnecessary product whichworth of rs 500 was sold to me at rs 1100 (Technician name- Murali) to avail the Demo & installation.

        Kindly take the necessary action against fraudulent service provider & technician.

          With lot of disappointment I would like to state that I have ordered stand for my IFB 6.5 kg top load washing machine in October which is not yet delivered. I had been repeatedly calling customer care for the same and everytime they give me commitment that product will be delivered in 24 hours. It's been 3 months now.
          Moreover I would like to complain about your service engineer of Kota Rajasthan named Mr.Ashok Mobile number [protected]..he mistreated and even blocked my number.
          This is highly negligible on account of IFB ..spoiling the brand name and customers too. Kindly take quick action asap.

            Before Buying a IFB washing Machine THINK 1000 times. If by any mistake the machine gets faulty and even if you have AMC there for the machine, then the fix will be purely depends on the merits of the AGENCY if they want to fix your machine or make you exchange your machine.
            My name is Ravi B and my IFB washing machine is repaired for the last 45 days and nothing done from IFB at all even the machine has the AMC till MArch 2022.
            Oct 14 2021 water LEAK issue created TICKET [protected] and then Oct 15 technician Subhan came and dismantled all the parts for the replacement but still NOW there is NOTHING DONE. He asked me to call SANTHOSH area manager for IFB to get the parts as he is not providing him. what a pathetic area manager and pathetic service from IFB.
            Then again I waited cos some machine parts he said he dont get it fast and After diwali i called customer care again on Nov 20 and i see the ticket of Oct 14 is already cancelled by technician without telling anything to customer. So i reported about Santhosh and IFB and created new ticket [protected] and still the ticket has been cancelled by technician where i keep on creating ticket without anything from you.
            So CUSTOMERS Stop BUYING IFB Appliances and buy other company products from Samsung or LG or Voltas.

            You took AMC from me for MArch 2021 to March 2022 . If you cant service your OLD models then why you took my money for AMC/- Refund me my 5000/-. Its your fault to not service my machine even after taking AMC for the same.. Settle this or i need to take LEGAL ACTION against you.

              We have booked for washing machine service (tkt no [protected])
              A person named ved prakash having mob no [protected]‬ came and sold us 4 pouch of descaler powder at Rs 680 (170 each) and when we checked the same online at Amazon.in the same pouch is coming at Rs 31 per pouch. This is totally fraud ifb is doing.

              I also called ved prakash again and requested to collect the pouch back but he denied by saying do complaint to IFB customer service.
              I want to return all 4 pouch back and refund my amt.
              Register my complaint and do the needful. For ref i m enclosing screenshot of item available on Amazon.

                I purchase WM on 20th october 2021 and it is giving electric shocks. Multiple complaints have been logged but no solution. Twice techinician has visited and saying it is the earthing problem. No other appliance is giving trouble. Tried different appliances on the same socket.
                I need a solution to this. I need the machine to be replaced. Its been more than a month now my complaint has not ben dealt with.
                This is seriously pathetic. Need somebody to revert and provide a number for the senior manager.

                  In June 2021, our IFB washing machine (Serena Aqua SX) stopped working. We got phone number of technician of near by service center (Puttur/Belthangady - Karnataka) and registered the complaint. The technician came and took away the part -PCB board after that he is not receiving the phone even after calling multiple times. Dejected by the pathetic service by IFB. What kind of service you provide when you hire these kind of frauds

                    I logged a service request [protected] on 18th October to repair my IFB clothes dryer machine and till now the service has not been provided.

                    I made multiple follow ups so far.

                    18-Oct - Ticket logged (Phone)
                    25-Oct - First follow-up (phone)
                    28-Oct - Second follow-up (Phone)
                    14-Nov - Third follow-up (phone)
                    23-Nov - Fourth follow-up (phone and email)
                    25-Nov - Fifth follow-up (email)

                    I came to know that my service request has been cancelled twice without my knowledge. I have been informed that the cancellation has been done as per the updates from your vendor. I am very much surprised to know this and I am wondering what kind of quality checks and customer notifications (sms or email) you have in place while providing service to customers. You blindly trust your vendors and cancel the service requests without any checks and notifications.

                    I made multiple follow up in email but till now did not receive an acknowledgement/response even once.

                      मेरे द्वारा कोरोना कॉल के दौरान सर्विस के लिए कंप्लेंट किया गया था क्यों की मेरी 2 free सर्विस बाकी थी किन्तु कोरोना की बात कह कर मुझे फ्री सर्विस देने से मना कर दिया गया अभी मेरी वाशिंग मशीन ख़राब होने के कारण मुझे बोला गया है की आपकी गारंटी पीरियड ख़तम हो गया है जब आपके द्वारा मुझे गारंटी प्रोवाइड नहीं की गई ना ही सर्विस दि गई तो फिर गारंटी का क्या मतलब हुआ अभी आपको मेरी मशीन की गारंटी कवर करना चाहिए क्यों की आप पिछले दो साल मे सर्विस देने मे असमर्थ थे अतः मे आपको इस कम्प्लेन लेटर के माध्यम से पुनः जानकारी दे रहा हु कृपया जल्द से जल्द सोलुशन दें अन्यथा मुझे क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करने के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा
                      यह बात सिर्फ मेरे अकेले की नहीं उन सब कस्टमर की है जिन्हे इस पीरियड में सर्विस भी नहीं मिली और गारंटी पीरियड भी ख़तम हो गया और आपने सर्विस चार्ज वसूल किया

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is regarding ticket number [protected].
                        I had forgot to add some more points about the service quality of IFB and its dealer in Chennai.

                        I have tried calling the customer care number multiple times, the audio quality was so bad, I had to hang up & the customer service engineer, had no courtsey whatsoever of calling back (The problem is at their end where i had made 3-4 calls yesterday and all the audio quality of those calls were bad). There is no signs of spare part as yet after almost one week of complaint. I had called the dealer in Chennai and he is not taking any ownership either, all they say was they are waiting for spare from head office & asking me to escalate & call IFB executive mentioned in the escalation chart. I tried calling Mr. R**** IFB Executive at 8*******27 he picked once and said he will call back and i called him back again later in the evening, he doesn’t seem bothered to pick up calls .

                        How do I escalate this?? Is there any grievance cell where I can write to entire board of directors !!
                        Two things are causing major concern

                        1) You have major bold sticker on the executive plus washing machine that says "4 Year Super Warranty " and "10 Years Spare Support" and now when there is an issue, you come back and say somethings are not covered and customer has to pay (May be you have put in fine print and to be that is unethical)

                        2) Neither the customer service or dealer taking responsibility in following up and closing . Yes it is my problem, but i cant fix it right, I can only keep calling and complaining, somebody either IFB executive mentioned in the escalation chart for my problem or the dealer has to own and ensure the problems are taken to closure. They seem to work without any SLA !!

                        I also work for a bank, i sincerely hope individual times are respected and not taken for granted. I sincerely hope that i would get a response today.

                          I have been using IFB product and never faced this issue earlier in any other city except AGRA. I am using IFB microwave oven (30SC2) which is under AMC and recently stopped working. we have raised an complaint on IFB portal on 28 Oct which was closed abruptly without resolving the issue. now IFB team has closed the recent ticket i.e. [protected] couple of times again without any contact and visit of technician to resolve the issue. AGRA lead is so unprofessional and rude. no phone calls has been made by IFB team or the service center and they have closed this service request again on 17th Nov 2021. Team please resolve this issue ASAP otherwise i will have to take action under consumer forum. i am really disappointed this time by IFB.

                            This is regarding ticket number [protected].. I have bought this IFB Washing machine executive plus 8.5kg from IFB on 18/12/2017 from IFB Industries limited. The product is not even 4 years old, but I had two issues already with that control board (Where the start / stop buttons reside). The first problem happened two years ago and the service engineer said we have to replace the control board and after sometime he tried cleaning it and the washing machine started to work again. Again now over the last month or so, the start/stop switches stopped to work intermittently and wash times used increase as machine would pause automatically and run again. I called the IFB customer care for support again. The engineer visited our place and said the control board has to be changed .. Overall I am happy with the washing machine wash quality, but how come in just 4 years, there will be problem with that control board area, we don’t touch with water and operate softly.

                            Is this a product defect, where the control buttons keep giving problems ?? and every time I had to spend some 3000 rupees towards replacing the control boards (on top of paying 40, 000 for washing machine), as I was told that plastics are not covered under warranty. How fair is this ?? I have bought IFB for its quality and durability, if this the durability that we are talking up, I am really thinking whether I made wrong decision to go for IFB washing machine. If the company says the product has 4 years warranty and it has bold stickers stating that on washing machine, how come only some parts are covered /while others we end up paying!!! Is this way of ripping of customers in unethical way ??

                            Paying is one part, but is this quality of IFB product, where the product cannot withstand 4 years (in this 4 years, two times we had issues already) . Would appreciate if customer care team escalate this appropriate product/quality teams inside . To be honest, I am one really unhappy customer

                                I purchased a IFB washing machine 3 years before and myself submitted a service complaint on 18.10.2021 regarding some smoke appear. No respect from service centre. Once again I remember my complaint on 22.10.2021. After that on 23.10.2021 a service person attended and reported that charge the drum and give me 15 days time to order drum also change the rubber and that’s CD. Rs. 2300/- should after service. But no response more than 40 days. I got more stressed about your service. Thank u

                                  I had requested to purchase AMC with rubber ...technician visited my home after month of request ..he checked machine and I paid ₹ 3780 for amc and he given sum simple slip ...after almost 7 days of payment I recieved and mail of Amc but that amc was without rubber when I asked manager he told we can't give amc with rubber but he had taken payment for with rubber amc ...manger is sayiny u wil get refund for balance amount ...and then I called customer care they saying with rubber amc is not applicable in Karnataka ...I don't understand when amc with rubber is showing on their website ...why this different rules with Karnataka...I felt ifb playing with its customer ... regret for buying ifb machine. I feel ifb cheated me ...when ur taking amount for with rubber amc why u giving without rubber .don't u need to explain customer before taking amount etc...feeling cheated worst service ...never ever purchase again ...

                                    Myself harish resident of Hyderabad, Vanasthalipuram, NGO colony. I am using IFB front load washing machine which doesn't comes under warranty. So based on brand I have called IFB customer care & they register my complaint today Mori at around 09:43 AM and they Mr. Khader called me self claiming that he belongs to authorised IFB technician and he checked the washing machine and told that due to power fluctuation mother board got damaged & to repair it they are charging it for 5, 500/- excluding visiting charges and took 350/- took the washing machine mother board with him. Later on I received call from Mr. Srinivas IFB technician from kothapet, Hyderabad staying they don't have any person with khader working with them. Then I called khader as requested him to return back my Washing machine mother board immediately, he assured me that it will be returned back today before 08:00 PM. Time is running and there is no call or message update from that wrong guy. Then I started calling him but he haven't answered my calls. Atlast I told him that I am filing cheating case on him (khader) he replied back stating OK. Them immediately I rushed to vanasthalipuram police station and filed cheating case on him at 10:15 PM.

                                    Please help me & IFB is responsible for all this mess.

                                      I have IFB microwave 30frc2 latest model, in reference to this is my 3rd Ticket# [protected] which still unresolved from last 4 to 5 month. Whenever i am use steam cleaning functioning to clean my oven after the function gets complete and than after 10-15 min when i again use my oven our Main switch of electric board tripp immediately and this keep happening till 1-2 day i cannot use it.

                                      In referencing below i have attached 2 short video to explain my complaint, everytime i raise a complaint your agent visit after 3-4 day and till the time issue get automatically resolved and i never get this problem resolved till date.

                                      If the steam cleaning functioning is what problem occurred than why this functionality is being provided in a latest model. Also i am using IFB microclean appliances cleaner spray.

                                      Very poor service, worst experience with IFB I will not gonna recommend anyone else to go for IFB product in future. Even after waited for long no resolution for more than 7 days when you live in metro city like Ahemdabad.

                                      This is not my first complaint with your product, initially when i recieved product it feels a company faulty product. There are more 4-5 tickets raised till date no resolution and your technician are not even identify the problems and always keep switching complaint to 1 person to other and customer keep waiting with response or call back for the next Acton.

                                      Without any resolution request has been cancelled from your end this is fraud, I will add this all conversation and screenshot to social media and will do what i can, I have received faulty piece and no one care for customers complaint simple rejecting customer complaint.

                                      I hope this can resolve my issue.
