after 100 of calls and pursuance ur ifb Kanpur technician changed some parts in my machine on 01/05/2015 at 9:30 pm. On next morning when we put clothes for wash it is not working. I am trying to contact local team leader Mr. Ramveer he is not attending/pickings my phone and machine is not working it is collapsing with side walls with high sound. Pl send an engineer and made my machine.

still my machine is not working because their technician had changed the motor, belt and pulley of different model and that non technical event made more damage to the machine, it damaged the PCB, panel and body also. Now after 25 days passed the machine is still dead. They are neither able to repair it not changing while it is only 9 months old.
Poor Service.
Unskilled Technicians.
No one to help you in IFB.
Pl. don't go for IFB products...

    5 months back i had a problem with my executive elite washing machine and your franchise GLOBAL SOLUTIONS from mogappair west changed the panel and charged Rs5000/-. Now timer is faulty and GS requested to take AMC and promised to replace the timer within 10 days from 16.04.2015. With immense pressure and regular contact with IFB & GS I failed to get the job completed. Now I lost hope on IFB and the Engineer visited 30.04.2015 have informed that panel to be changed for which i had incurred Rs5000/- iI doubt whether profesionals are recruited or non professionals and non technical are absorbed since lot of confusions and lost reputation on IFB. Please provide a permanent resolution without any charges or i kindly request you to refund the AMC. I had never expected such a lathargic, False promise and non Professionals from IFB. In this regard i had contacted Customer care and ticket number is [protected] dt 28.04.15 and GS, Mogappair West and Mr Venkatesh, State coordinator IFB. NO USE

      I have complained on 30/06/2014 for angular washing m/c ergo 6512r whose cap on the bolt of drum was come out. 1) complain no 13248658 was generated on 24/06/2014. Service person visited and inform that same spare is not available hence we have indented from ahemdabad, after constant follow up informed, we have indented spare from factory @goa. 2) again in reply to sms feedback on 23/07/2014 when i have replied not satisfactory completion of compilation of job 3) on inquiry at toll free complain no on 24/07/2014 we have been informed, as per their record our complain was attended & closed on 30/06/2014 4) new complain no 13419209 was generated on same day i. E. 24/07/2014. 5) during visit on 04/08/2014 ifb service eng. Informed bolt on drum was not in position to open, hence though our objection they have fix cap with m-seal solution instead of replacing drum in warranty period. 6) my objection for closing complain on 30/06/2014 was mention in customer sheet in which they have taken my sign. Photo copy attached. 7) on 1st of march on ring up to vishal enterprise his service eng. Visited & inform replacement of drum is required so please talk to owner of m/s vishal enterprise mr. Pant i have talked to him he request to lodge complain again tall free no. 8) again i have lodge complain on 20/03/2015 with complain no 15155460 which was visited by m/s delight services rep. & informed that in such type of cases only replacement of drum is only remedy and now this m/c is out of warranty from dec 2014 charges for replacement of drum is @ 9000rs. My feeling - when it was in warranty why drum was not replaced in june 2014. - how my complain was closed without attending. - when i have specifically taken objection in service call latter why ifb had not reacted? - for a same complain how many time i have to pay service charge. - even today your service representative visited take service charge & close the complain which was came to my knowledge when i received sms indicating satisfactory attendance of complain, i have already replayed for no. -looking to all above fact you are requested to replace the necessary spares & attend the M/c without taking any charges as same was not attended properly in warranty period.       My complain was not satisfactory attendance of washing M/c By co. Service station by hiding fact, company had to attend at company cost as same was hide during warrantyby co represantative.

        Sir, With regret & displeasure, it is to inform you, that the microwave IFB MWO 30SC3, customer ID 3420398 has been repeatedly repaired/ defective, but to no avail, On, inquiring from Mr Manoj, m no.[protected], it is being told that a senior engineer will visit & sort out the problem. I may inform you that it has been an utter disappointment to have purchased a product with such poor performence & after sale service. IFB was a dependable & reliable name in domestic appliances, infact, almost i was a die hard customer of your, all my house appliances eg washing machine, dish washer etc. are of IFB. This bad experience has made me rethink of my choice. Infact i use to recommend to my known to go in for IFB, but i will have to think now. I would request that some senior person please look into this urgently & get it sorted out. Disappointted Customer, Awaitting early response. Group. Captain. H S GILL

          We purchased the above machine and off late it has been displaying P10 error. We called up the customer care and were sent men from franchise who declared that the display needs either rectification or replacement and were demanding Rs 7, 500 and Rs 12, 000. When we checked up about my IFB 4 years 100 % warranty, they said display in not covered along with some other parts details of which they could not share. Customer care also was clueless of the same. I fail to understand what does this 100 % means and how come franchise, channel partners of companies like IFB can act so naively and doubt on appointment of same Could you please help in getting across to IFB so that the display is replaced on free of charge basis under warranty.             I purchased an ifb front loading washing machine from flipkart and it was delivered to me on 25.4.15.Due to lack of coordination between flipkart and ifb, the machine could not be installed within stipulated time i.e.48 hrs.then on 29.4.15 I registered my complaint to ifb customer care directly and since then I have made several calls to ifb customer care but Iam still awaiting the installation of machine It has been almost a week.Shall I aproach consumer court as ifb customer care is useless and Iam not able to understand what to do.

            I had purchased a washing machine (Model Elina Aqua DX) from Kerala Police Canteen on 28.05.2015 and had registered on the same day (Thursday) itself. I got the confirmation message along with intimation that they will attend within 24 hours. M/s. Karthik India Company called me for an appointment on Friday at 3.00 pm, for installation of the machine at my home. I left my college and waited for the technician from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, at Valikkode junction near Nedumangad, but no one turn up. On repeated calls made to the company, I was intimated that the technician is on his way and asked me to wait. But he did not turn up for installation till 8.00 pm on Friday ( 29.05.2015). I had not even received and information about his visit. On Friday itself I had informed the technician that I will not be available on Saturday. He called me today (Saturday) and asked permission for installation of washing machine, but today as well as on Monday I have some urgent matters to attend to and will not be available (as already informed). On arguing, I informed that I will report the matter to higher officials and the technician was rude to me over telephone. He did not even have patience or sense to deal or maintain customer relations. Due to him my work got suffered for half day and it was not fruitful as he did not turn up that day.
            I request your goodself to take action against the technician and also see that technicians should be properly trained to behave and to provide satisfactory services to customer as it is their duty.

              I had placed a compliant on April 28, 2015 for the re-installation of the washing machine at our newly constructed house. We have brought the machine along when we shifted the house. Hence, it only needs to be fitted. At that time, I was promised that the compliant would be attended to within 24 working hours. Daily Saga We have been making the calls to speed up the processing of the compliant every day. Everyday, they make the promise that their technician would attend the compliant. There seems to be no response. Today, the local Manager for Hyderabad said that the concerned technician is not available.It took good 2 days to state that the technicians are not available. Accumulation of Clothes For the past 2-3 days, there has been no washing.Because of this, there is accumulation o[censored]sed clothes in buckets at home. Even the IFB customer care people have forwarded the request long time back. The person by the name Arun is sitting on the request on one pretext or the other. Our compliant number if 15434087 and customer ID is 10580343. Please do the needful for the speedy resolution of the issue.

                Hi, I have requested the general service for my 1 Year old IFB Front loading 6.0 Kg Senorita Aqua SX Ultra on 28-April'15 the ticket number: [protected]. 2 service engineers visited and checked my machine and replaced the door lock and replaced the water filter and sold the descale powder worth of Rs.3400 (Filter Rs. 1800 + 10 pack of descale powder Rs.1600) and went off. Suggested for the dry run for 15 minutes and we also did the same. After completing the 10 Minutes dry run, door opened automatically and it is showing an error and we couldn't able to use. Again with the great difficulty called the service engineer and he committed that he will come and rectify, but he didn't rectified the problem. Then called the service manager and he committed that the next day ( 29-April'15) as a first call we will attend the problem and solve, but nothing happened. Again called the service engineer, he told me around 11am, he will reach with in 1 hour, but he has not reached. Again called him @ 3pm, he told me, he is nearby my home attending another call and will be reaching with in 15 minutes. Again he has not reached my home. Around 5.30pm called and he told me that the spare is not available in stock. Since the service engineer knows that the spare is not available, he could have informed earlier instead of committing anything. Also before replacing the door lock, there was no problem, absolutely working fine. I think knowingly he replaced the good part with the defective part and later to replace the defective part, stock is not available. Contacted the customer care, committed that senior service engineer will be visiting today but that also not happened. Now i am struggling to correct the problem and IFB is not supporting and the machine is still under warranty. Need your help to rectify my issue. Thanks & Regards, V.                   i have purchased a front load washing machine aqua aleena 6 kg from reliance store Z sqaure mall, the mall kanpur about 9 months back. this machine is dead from 9 th of the april 2015. i made a complaine through moblie on customer care number and three day after the complaint has been launched technician came and went back with problem is unidentified. we have to change 3 parts motor, belt and pully. then when i started pursuing the matter and they open full machine but unable to rectify the problem even they dont respond i have to make call to know the progress. still 21 days have been passed the machine is dead but they are saying we are arranging parts we will come today but regularly from last few days. pl take strong action against your employees who are making custome fool day by day and not making my machine ok.

                    I am one among the thousands o[censored]nsatisfied IFB customers . Never believe in their Amc agents . Once they sell the amc they will never respond to your requests . I have registered a complaint on 18th april . Complaint no 15356732. Till now no technician has attended . The washing machine is having huge noise while spinning . People from my neighboring flats have complained about the noise . I am planning to buy an LG washing machine and parellely start legal action against IFB . planning to start a campaign against IFB through youtube, facebook etc thanks & Regards Anup

                      I have purchased the IFB washine machine in Jan 2015 and not less than 3 months, washine machine stop working. From past 20 days, i m following up to customer case, to area manager mahesh and lot others. Every one promised to get back with in 24 hours but no one get back till now.On the top of that they are not picking the calls. Today I called up customer care again and they said that they have close the previous complain without resolving and with out asking and they are creating the new one. I am fed up with their service and I am ready to move to consumer court.

                        We have registered the complaint on 17th April 2015 as my front door glass is broken. Ref- Ticket No. 15346264. Till today it has not been resolved even after daily follow ups. Till 24th your Customer care & technician kept promising that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs and on 25th Apr they said that the glass is out of stock.                                   Never buy any IFB product, their post sale and AMC services are very very pathetic. They do not care n value their customers. They give false information, do not adhere to their commitment In last 2014 Oct one of their technician serviced my washing machine and told that drum shockers are damaged and he will get it replaced if I buy the AMC. He also promised prompt, regular and hassle free 4 services in a year. However In last 6 month no one had visited for general checkup and servicing. When I escalated it then they sent a technician and he told me that there is no problem in drum shockers, all is well. This was a surprise to me.I escalated to their customer care about it and there is no positive response since last 2 weeks. There is a complete nexus between IFB, Service center, customer care, all are involved in this dirty things.I am still waiting for positive response otherwise I will take this matter to consumer court

                                    Hi I own an IFB Front Loading WM 8Kg Model Admiral 8012W washing machine. My first Ticket Numbering 15294094 was not heeded at all and the technician visited after the second Ticket Numbering 15323862 which was given to me after 5 days and 4 phone calls to the customer executive. Anyways, the technician told that front panel has to be changed and it would take 3 days to get that part as it has to come from Ludhiana. Later i got a call that it would take 10 days as it has to come from Goa and when I asked as to speed it up i was advised to contact the head office as that might speed up the process. As such last time i Checked it took maximum 3 days to courier a part from Goa. My Machine being in warranty, probably i suppose i deserve to get the part changed. And if it is because of Money that my machine's part is not being delivered, you guys can charge it from me. No Problem if your company has fallen on hard times. Lavanya Bahl D-70, Ranjit Avenue.                                       Booked the Complaint on 16th April 2015, and keep on following with the all the Team below and no response, no resolution.1. Identified as PCB Board Problem2. It took more than a week and no response from Branch, Dealer, Hyderabad Office.3. Called to Kumar, Sunil and all other persons, no response4.                                         I have an IFB washing machine, it is not working since 10days.
                                        I gave a complaint on 16th April & the complaint no. is 13447016, they gave an technician mobile no. when i called him he told that he will clear it by the next day .
                                        Since that day i was calling to the technician they are not even responding.
                                        And again the tele caller gave an other technician mobile no.even that person is not responding.

                                        This is not for the first time, this was occured when i gave a complaint for a problem on 7th month, 2014.That problem had rectified by itself .no service men came to rectify the problem.

                                        WE BOUGHT THE MACHINE TO REDUCE OUR WORK..
                                        BUT YOUR PERSONNEL ARE GIVING US AN ADDITIONAL BOUTHER TO MAKE THEM CALLS REPEATEDLY.
                                        Please rectify this problem immediately...

                                        Still my complaint had not been rectified..I waited for 10days for the response from service centre people & I thought there will be an immediate solution through this consumer complaints forum& again it took 3days there is no approach from any service men.Days are going on it is very difficult for my partner to handle all other works at home & washing clothes too . IF POSSIBLE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.If you cannot solve the problem atleast convey that i'll choose an other alternative..
                                        BAD SERVICING
                                        We too bought IFB washing machine as it is a best produce.But now we came to know that there will be not availability of service for this produce .so i suggest every one not to buy this product...
