Its has been 10 days since the complaint was registered. But no action has been taken be the IFB personnel. Its really frustrating. Again called customer service yesterday and they promised me that the issue will be resolved by today. But, no-body came to fix. Complaint no. :[protected] Mob:-[protected]

They said that is drum problem but now we dont have stock drum, we will get replace the drum within a week (That means before yesterday) but nobody given the solution as per they given the date, today morning also i ask them they said drum is came sir but that belt is not available as of now it will take another one week, we thought ifb is one of the leading company thatsy we selected the ifb product.           Never buy any IFB product, their post sale and AMC services are very very pathetic. They do not care n value their customers. They give false information, do not adhere to their commitment In last 2014 Oct one of their technician serviced my washing machine and told that drum shockers are damaged and he will get it replaced if I buy the AMC. He also promised prompt, regular and hassle free 4 services in a year. However In last 6 month no one had visited for general checkup and servicing. When I escalated it then they sent a technician and he told me that there is no problem in drum shockers, all is well. This was a surprise to me.I escalated to their customer care about it and there is no positive response since last 2 weeks. There is a complete nexus between IFB, Service center, customer care, all are involved in this dirty things.I am still waiting for positive response otherwise I will take this matter to consumer court

            Hi I own an IFB Front Loading WM 8Kg Model Admiral 8012W washing machine. My first Ticket Numbering 15294094 was not heeded at all and the technician visited after the second Ticket Numbering 15323862 which was given to me after 5 days and 4 phone calls to the customer executive. Anyways, the technician told that front panel has to be changed and it would take 3 days to get that part as it has to come from Ludhiana. Later i got a call that it would take 10 days as it has to come from Goa and when I asked as to speed it up i was advised to contact the head office as that might speed up the process. As such last time i Checked it took maximum 3 days to courier a part from Goa. My Machine being in warranty, probably i suppose i deserve to get the part changed. And if it is because of Money that my machine's part is not being delivered, you guys can charge it from me. No Problem if your company has fallen on hard times. Lavanya Bahl D-70, Ranjit Avenue.                 I have an IFB washing machine, it is not working since 10days.
                I gave a complaint on 16th April & the complaint no. is 13447016, they gave an technician mobile no. when i called him he told that he will clear it by the next day .
                Since that day i was calling to the technician they are not even responding.
                And again the tele caller gave an other technician mobile no.even that person is not responding.

                This is not for the first time, this was occured when i gave a complaint for a problem on 7th month, 2014.That problem had rectified by itself .no service men came to rectify the problem.

                WE BOUGHT THE MACHINE TO REDUCE OUR WORK..
                BUT YOUR PERSONNEL ARE GIVING US AN ADDITIONAL BOUTHER TO MAKE THEM CALLS REPEATEDLY.

                Still my complaint had not been rectified..I waited for 10days for the response from service centre people & I thought there will be an immediate solution through this consumer complaints forum& again it took 3days there is no approach from any service men.Days are going on it is very difficult for my partner to handle all other works at home & washing clothes too . IF POSSIBLE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.If you cannot solve the problem atleast convey that i'll choose an other alternative..
                BAD SERVICING
                We too bought IFB washing machine as it is a best produce.But now we came to know that there will be not availability of service for this produce .so i suggest every one not to buy this product...

                  hi This is Kavya from Mysore, KARNATAKA. We own a washing machine of IFB from past 10 years. I am happy to say it has given an excellent performance for all these years. Now few days back I see when the machine is running the water is flowing outside. I have called up customer care quite a couple of times but I did not get any answer. Few months back I received a service from one of your agent who said he will be visiting us every 6 months. I am sorry to say I am not getting any response from ur side. Kindly help us by resolving the issue asap. Thank you.

                    ticket no.[protected] with [protected]/39004321 dated 20.02 was attended and resolved on 11.03.15 and on their own created a ticket no.[protected] and closed as as if booked a fresh.Took 20 days to resolve the issue after painful daily calls of at least 10-20 calls to different people. ticket no.[protected] dated 13.04.15 is still pending but for a visit by a technician on 14.04.15 nothing has happened so far. The said ticket no is closed as per my approach to [protected] and compelling me to register afresh but it is not so as per swayam services centre.On an average 10 - 20 calls daily to the following numbers [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] spoken to different people namely Mr.Eswar, Customer Care, MS.Priya, Mr.Deepak, MS.Ramya, Mr.Abdullah, Mr.Ramesh, Mr.Rajesh, MS.Chitra, Mr.Sekar repeatedly on daily basis didnot serve any purpose and only what is left is mental torture and agony.Every time and day these people say that someone will visit but no one visited. I have to keep person available at home because of these peoples commitment. Every day and every call I was told that person will be visiting but nothing happened so far.Lastly MS.Priya today by 2-30 pm said she is in lunch and revert soon and when contacted 3-30 pm again she said they have already sent a person but my surprise at home was that nobody visited. Is this the way of customer service by IFB and persons response/behavior towards customer? When will my problem get solved?                       I have raised ticket 15357108 about eight days back and the issue is not fixed yet. Few months back it took about 25 days to fix the washing machine problem. There are absolutely no SLAs followed for the complaints. Every time machine stops working I don't know when it will get fixed. Service center people are not responding and escalation manager doesn't want to listen. It looks like IFB doesn not really care about customers. I am tired of follow up with the service center. This is the last product I will ever buy from IFB and I will make sure to spread the word so that other people will also stay away. All the major stores have already started advising against buying any IFB products. It's sad to see such a brilliant company going down this path.

                        I have purchased an AC of IFB with 1.5 T 3 star split specification which was installed on 20 April 2015 in the eve. Next day when we switched on and used it, the water is flowing out in huge amount from the front foor of split AC. I immediately called the person who installed it, but he kept saying, I will send someone to rectify but actually he did not. I then registered my complaint with IFB customer care.

                        They provided be the number of some franchisee service centre : Singh Enterprise. When I called on this number, it was switched off. Every time I called the customer Service number, I am told that your matter is escalated, but where ? Why my problem is not resolved? why no one from IFB service centre is responding or calling?

                        I again called, I was provided the number of Babita - Area Manager, I called her on 23. Apr, she did tell me that she will look into the matter and send someone to rectify. I did not buy the AC to suffer with poor installation and post service issues.

                        I wish to return the AC and buy some other good brand with good post service response. Please help me to guide on the process of return.

                          This is regarding my IFB machine(model Senator, front loading) of 6 kg brought in December, 2009.


                          About 3 weeks ago when my machine was not working properly I complained it to the Agra Service Center named Charika Enterprises. On visiting of service man Mr. Vishnu, he told its tub is not working which has to be replaced at our workshop. So I send my machine to Charika Entp.


                          When I talked to the person in center having number [protected] he told me that my machine also requires welding including tub change. After repairing the machine he said that he has scrutinized all its functions and it is now working perfectly and send the machine back. He has charged Rs 2540 for tub and Rs 338 as service charge.


                          Now when I checked the machine after putting the clothes I found that when its program comes to the long spin it made a very very loud noise like "kat kat kat kat."(seems as some plastic comes in between a fan)At once I switch off the machine. Also the cover at its back was found broken.


                          When I complained it on the same number given above he is now telling me that its problem of drum which has to be replaced and costs Rs 2500.
                          Earlier when machine was at my home there was only problem of tub but after going to workshop other problems also appears.


                          Also when I asked the person to return the damaged tub back( just to acknowlege of the part which has been replaced) he get annoyed and talked in a very misbehaving manner and refused to accept my complain saying that I can repair my machine from anywhere else.


                          This is something very disappointing when I rely on and recommend IFB the most.
                          Also this misbehaviour and unnecessary charging of prices loses my trust in IFB brand.

                            I have recently purchased IFB AC, 1 ton, 3 star, model no. 1ACS12KA3TC. After a month o[censored]sage I called for servicing ( first 3 services are free). Two very young age boys attended on dt. 18.04.2015 from IFB, started my ac and wiped it with cloth, poured water in indoor unit in the name of cleaning and also wiped flaps while the ac was in operation!!! When they left I found that my ac is not cooling properly as it was doing earlier. I immediately informed them to re attend and check again, which they flatly refused. I called and even mailed their customer care and informed them in details whatever happened. On dt. 20.04.2015 another person from ifb attended and after checking remarked that whoever attended last time had completely done wrong resulting in leakage and loss of GAS. He will inform ifb of the same. I asked when it will be rectified he said it will take time, may be a month or more. Its shocking and horrified me with such unprofessional attitude from ifb. Will ifb repair it after summer? Who is responsible for damage to my new AC? Will IFB pay compensation or will I have to move consumer court? My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                    Issue not resolved for the ticket number 15352263. HI MAY NAME IS JAYPRAKASH AND WHEN THE WASHING WAS COMPLETED IN MY WASHING MACHINE ELENA SX THE FRONT DOOR DID NOT OPENED AND ALL THE CLOTHES WERE INSIDE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR EVERY ONE HOUR SINCE MORNING BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY WOULD SEND THE TECHNICIAN FROM 48 HOURS BUT TIL NOW THEY DID NOT SEND AND NOW WHEN I CALLED AGAIN THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE TECHNICIANS WENT OUT FOR TRAINING AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SEND THEM FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE SAYING THIS AT THE END OF THE DAY. WHY IFB IS GOING DOWN BELOW THE EXPECTIONS OF THE CUSTOMER I DONT KNOW, IF IFB IS NOT PROVIDING SERVICE AFTER THE SALE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. INFORM ALL THE CUSTOMERS WELL IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE UNFIT TO PROIVIDE SERVICE OR HIRE A THIRD PARTY TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS OR STOP SELLING THE GOODS FOR WHICH YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES. THIS IS RIDICULOUR WHY IS IFB FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS SAYING THAT ' WE WOULD SENT THE TECHNICIAN IN THE NEXT HOUR..HOUR...HOUR AND ON AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THE NEXT DAY...I AM FED UP CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCAL NUMBERS THAT WERE GIVEN BY THE CARE AND THOSE WONDERFUL NUMBERS ARE [protected] AND [protected]...IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, I WILL THROW THIS MACHINE OUTSIDE AND SHARE MY WORST EXPERIENCE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES AND EVEN MY COLLEAGES IN MY OFFICE DELL...

                                      I purchased the i f b executive elite washing machine in 2005 For that machine the top flex hose was sheared. But i went to vijayawada service center for the replacement. But as per their information. The spare was not available in the service center and they told me that, service for my machine was going to discard For that, i need to scraped out my machine. This is very bad service support from i f b

                                        I have ifb front loading washing machine since july 2011. Last 15 days i encountered a problem with a machine it stopped suddenly i called up datar services dombivali mr yogesh who is authorised service center it took him 4 to 5 days to visit and resolve the problem but it was not resolved from datar service mr yogesh technician than again after 2 days technician came he removed all the parts of the machine and finally told that it will have to be replaced with new drum as it costed around 8000 he asked for advance there was no male in hime so female dont have money as a advance. I angrily spoke to yogesh he is worst person as customer service job i told him i will do legal action he told ok take it then i told him to tell his oerson to throw machine out he told ok i will tell him to throw such a response i got first time from any company and finally today they called it will take 15 days for a new drum i told him that i dont want to repair and will purchase new machine just come and assemble it again so that u can sell it in second technucian told that it will cost service charge rs 825 i dont understood that re assembling of a machine is datar services job why the hell i should pay. I really think that mr yogesh authorisation should be taken back by a company though ifb is a reputed company but because of such person like yogesh company's name is been spoiled. Very dis appointed by ifb after sale service datar services mr yogesh i will never ever in my life will suggest ifb machine to anyone because of rude and irresponsible after sale service..

                                        Pathetic customer service ...No customer value...

                                        I filed a complaint against IFB AC.
                                        Initially, technician came after 4-5 days and took away bill copy leaving a commitment that they will come back with the required part within next 4-5 days.After I enquired about my pending complaint, CC people told me that the complaint has been closed.Post which, I re launched the complaint.And now its been over a month and no action is been taken .Each day, New story, New commitments.I have escalated the issue multiple times but it seems there is no professionalism in IFB hired employees.Even a mail has been sent to the Branch Manager but no action has been taken .

                                        I have also dropped a mail on email is they keeping announcing now and then but did not get any response .Branch Coordinator does not even pick the calls.I have also approached service head office people.Again, no use.

                                        I am now sick of calling everyday to these unprofessional guys and getting frustrated each time.


                                        Even the weather has changed now and the purpose for which a person purchases AC is no more valid.

                                        Moreover, its been just 3 months when I purchased the AC and the AC has stopped working completely.

                                        I would strongly recommend everyone to NOT go for IFB.
                                        We are experiencing a pathetic service from IFB's Datar Service Center, Dombivli West. Our Microwave has been delivered on Tuesday 10th October since then we are calling up for the technician to visit, just to do demo for us and signing off the warrantee cards. Technician Jitendra always says he will come today, but his own today never came. we have to wait for this Jitendra guy for full day and at evening he never pick ups his phone. We asked for Branch Manager name and number no body willing to give. We are really frustted and angry on the services we get from an IFB's authorised service centre.

                                        I have been complaining since so many days regarding my washing machine which is making lots of sound and is vibrating violently and I had stop using it. There has been no response from the company customer care. WORST After service.

                                        My IFB Senorita Aqua VX washing machine is under warranty period, called customer service registered a complaint dated 28 June '19 with ticket no.[protected] - Location: Dombivli, u r executive claims that my door lock is not funtional and display is also not working need replacement, as the display panel is under warrenty how long it takes to get it fixed, why the service is too slow, concering the season, m still waiting for my machine to start working it's completely dead. Awaiting for a quick and valid response from your company.
