    Our IFB Customer Id 10312919 Washing machine Elite 5KG broke down on March 26th. Service personnel only insisted on taking the AMC for 2400 but couldn't repair the problem till May 20th 2015. Repeated calls to IFB customer care, Bangalore regional manager & expert contact provided has not yeilded results. Eventually, we have exchanged the machine & bought a new one from a different brand. Request IFB to refund AMC as period of AMC was April 26 2015 to April 25 2016. Will never ever buy an IFB again. Need help with refund which company is not willing to provide.

      Water floing from machine. Complaint done . Prson from datar services comes does some thing ..problem persists . Again calld asks to replace rubber cushion and asks to take stabilizer ...done as told ... But problem persists...again called ...some person send who des not know address comeson 8th my 2015 and during talk calls his office says we r killing him...when shown that house has cameras installed takes back statement . Persnally spoken to main in charge person from mobile of this arrogant service person.was assured of compliance by 9th may 2015.called again and was told person would come by 6.30m ..but again no one arrived . Sir /madam we hae not been able to wash clothes since last few days. Please let me about my service...machie under AMC.

I made a complaint in the month of october 2014 and attended the sevice immediately. Changed the motor, charging an amount of rs7200/- on 11.10.14 but the problem not rectified. Since then i am trying to contact ifb service persons but nobody is not responded. No reply or switch off on toll free numbers. Finally what i have to do to get repair my mechine.

                Out Door unit of AC makes hell lot of noise and vibration. After repeated complains over IFB customer care i have lost faith on its service. First complain no 15231836, which was registered in April was closed without being solved. I wonder why do they have log sheet if complaints are getting closed with signature of the customer. Later I registered a new complaint which I believe too must have been closed. This is a complete fraud. My customer ID with IFB is : 10641894. Still my concern has not been addressed. One Interesting i would like to share:: you guys promised for 3 free service which never happened and As now it about an year purchasing this machine i am getting calls for AMC. Why would i buy AMC of such a pathetic service brand. I have no complain with the quality of the product but after sales service is unacceptably pathetic. There is no proper escalation channel and the technicians are poorly skilled. They have put in stones as padding on the stand to rest the out door unit, this proves enough what skills and knowledge they have. I would really appreciate if this complaint could reach right place and my concerns get resolved asap.

                  It is indeed pathetic to use IFB washing machine . You are looting the customer money in the name of AMC and never attend any customer complaint on time . My customer ID is 1920666 . When they sell the AMC, the agents lies too many things, Not sure these people are from IFB . I have raised a complaint 14476751 long back with syed shah. Some representative came to house and got signature from us that he will get the correct part from IFB to solve the problem . After that he never visited my house . We are worried they charge the product in the name of customer in AMC and sell it outside. A new service request was raised on 2May15 in customer care some one Rajesh attended, Complaint #15455388. He assured to solve this in one day but never happened . SAme case with nadeem, krishna from customer care . They gave me an escalation point hemant kumar [protected], when called 20 times he never pick up the call . Customer care asked me to contact the agent directly : manjunath: [protected] / 535. He never bothered to close the issue. It is a big shame that such type of brand can make their customers fools and loot their money

                    I have booked the complaint on 30th April'2015, my complaint number is 15441843. till now every day i am contacting customer care as well as concern dealer they are not solving the problem. They are least bother about warranty complaints. Most of the time even customer care people also not even register the complaint and saying that application is not opening please call after some time. For registering my complaint it was taken two days time.

                      * i registered a complaint on april/28 requesting a service technician to visit and check my ifb front loading washing machine. I have been an regular amc customer since 2003. * on april/29 we had a technician visit (Suresh), who informed that the next day they will send someone over to take the washing machine to the service center for repair. * since then we have been calling customer care [complaint number 15428381] and several other people that the customer care executive had provided contacts of. I contacted ifb kukatpally, hyderabad franchise center, and they are extremely unresponsive and rude. * it has been 6 days since we registered our initial complaint and nothing has gone forward.

                          Sir, My ac was not working on 3 april after than on 4 april 2015 i lodged a complaint regarding this than technician had come and said that pcb has to be changed for which it takes 7 days to install as it comes from goa. But now its almost a month nothing has done and now they are saying that further 15 days will be required. What's this??? Is ifb is a fraud company who only sells products and not provide any services??? It is a request to all citizens of world that kindly don't buy any of the ifb products as they are selling local products and they are fraudsters...

                              I have IFB Elena 5.5kg DX model washing machine, and it has problem, when i switch ON washing machine it was stopping on each step of program, i mean if i select wash program from Normal wash then when it comes to quick wash it stops and continuing for next step without washing, i lodged a complaint on[protected] and complaint no is 15233071, i keep following with dealer & customer care, but until no feedback from them to solve this issue, its really a bad service from IFB to customers,

                                IFB after sales service is very bad. Utensils is upper rack not cleaning. I lodged complaint almost a year back. dishwasher case is still pending. They charged me for wrong spare and no refund has been made. Still problem persists. I fed up with service persons at warangal. Very pathetic. Service center manager not cordial. Called IFB head office at Goa. But no use. Rs 30000 Plus repair charges gone waste. My contact number. [protected]

                                Dear IFB Team,
                                Still complaint not resolved. I don't know why my complaint closed without confirmation. Not new problem started. Dishwasher is heating up as soon as switch on without any programme settings. Utensils not cleaning properly. Now in both racks its not cleaning. Working part also replaced by mentioning its faulty. If motor is not pumping then how spray arm will become faulty. Charged for working part also. It is very pathetic. I think I have to approach consumer court.

                                  I purchased a m/c in 2012 which worked fine for 3 yrs. I didn't have amc so called up IFB (Tkt no :[protected]. One personnel came and said it needs a acid wash which will cost you 600 to eleminate the noise.When i asked about water still residing after spining he changed his words.Never believe on acid wash as it is most easy money making weapon for washing machine repairers. He went back after saying that your washing machine is fine.Collected money and cancelled teh call. On second request (Tkt no :[protected] they sent another senior technician who came and said the clutch assembly has gone bad will cost you 5000 rs.Interesting thing is he did not even open the machine to check the problem. Lesson Learnt: Never try to repair noise or mechanical problem. If problem is electrical, give it a try or else throw the machine away. Regards Gautam Konar

                                    after 100 of calls and pursuance ur ifb Kanpur technician changed some parts in my machine on 01/05/2015 at 9:30 pm. On next morning when we put clothes for wash it is not working. I am trying to contact local team leader Mr. Ramveer he is not attending/pickings my phone and machine is not working it is collapsing with side walls with high sound. Pl send an engineer and made my machine.

                                    still my machine is not working because their technician had changed the motor, belt and pulley of different model and that non technical event made more damage to the machine, it damaged the PCB, panel and body also. Now after 25 days passed the machine is still dead. They are neither able to repair it not changing while it is only 9 months old.
                                    Poor Service.
                                    Unskilled Technicians.
                                    No one to help you in IFB.
                                    Pl. don't go for IFB products...

                                      5 months back i had a problem with my executive elite washing machine and your franchise GLOBAL SOLUTIONS from mogappair west changed the panel and charged Rs5000/-. Now timer is faulty and GS requested to take AMC and promised to replace the timer within 10 days from 16.04.2015. With immense pressure and regular contact with IFB & GS I failed to get the job completed. Now I lost hope on IFB and the Engineer visited 30.04.2015 have informed that panel to be changed for which i had incurred Rs5000/- iI doubt whether profesionals are recruited or non professionals and non technical are absorbed since lot of confusions and lost reputation on IFB. Please provide a permanent resolution without any charges or i kindly request you to refund the AMC. I had never expected such a lathargic, False promise and non Professionals from IFB. In this regard i had contacted Customer care and ticket number is [protected] dt 28.04.15 and GS, Mogappair West and Mr Venkatesh, State coordinator IFB. NO USE
                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have complained on 30/06/2014 for angular washing m/c ergo 6512r whose cap on the bolt of drum was come out. 1) complain no 13248658 was generated on 24/06/2014. Service person visited and inform that same spare is not available hence we have indented from ahemdabad, after constant follow up informed, we have indented spare from factory @goa. 2) again in reply to sms feedback on 23/07/2014 when i have replied not satisfactory completion of compilation of job 3) on inquiry at toll free complain no on 24/07/2014 we have been informed, as per their record our complain was attended & closed on 30/06/2014 4) new complain no 13419209 was generated on same day i. E. 24/07/2014. 5) during visit on 04/08/2014 ifb service eng. Informed bolt on drum was not in position to open, hence though our objection they have fix cap with m-seal solution instead of replacing drum in warranty period. 6) my objection for closing complain on 30/06/2014 was mention in customer sheet in which they have taken my sign. Photo copy attached. 7) on 1st of march on ring up to vishal enterprise his service eng. Visited & inform replacement of drum is required so please talk to owner of m/s vishal enterprise mr. Pant i have talked to him he request to lodge complain again tall free no. 8) again i have lodge complain on 20/03/2015 with complain no 15155460 which was visited by m/s delight services rep. & informed that in such type of cases only replacement of drum is only remedy and now this m/c is out of warranty from dec 2014 charges for replacement of drum is @ 9000rs. My feeling - when it was in warranty why drum was not replaced in june 2014. - how my complain was closed without attending. - when i have specifically taken objection in service call latter why ifb had not reacted? - for a same complain how many time i have to pay service charge. - even today your service representative visited take service charge & close the complain which was came to my knowledge when i received sms indicating satisfactory attendance of complain, i have already replayed for no. -looking to all above fact you are requested to replace the necessary spares & attend the M/c without taking any charges as same was not attended properly in warranty period. On mail by me to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 3rd april 2015 i recd reply on 07/apr 2015 Dear sir/mam, We regret the inconvenience caused to you.                                         I have received only one phone call from Mr Anup Srivatsav [protected] & informed me to investigate the matter, then no reply/estimate was conveyed /no response on said phone no.
                                        My complain was not satisfactory attendance of washing M/c By co. Service station by hiding fact, company had to attend at company cost as same was hide during warrantyby co represantative.
